AN: Hello and Happy New Years. It's time for another chapter of Ultraman Gallant. This one with two guest stars. Before I go, someone asked me if Ultraman Taro could beat the strongest Royal Knight, and the answer would be yes. The strongest knight is Omega, but I would put him at Ultraman/UltraSeven range. I consider Taro the strongest Ultra Brother so as close of a battle as it would, Taro would win. Anyway enjoy the chapter and the next one will be in March.

Chapter 5: Go Ahead! Chanting Their Names!
Outer Space
Space, quiet, tranquil, where no sounds could be heard. That is for this very moment as an alien being appeared from a portal, carrying some kind of containment device and laughing as two giants appeared to be flying after it.
One of the giants fired the two blades from his head, the alien narrowly avoiding them. The alien laughed at him, "The legendary Ultraman Zero, can't catch a pirate like me?"
Zero let out an annoyed grunt as the two tried to keep up with the alien, "Damn Alien Barossa, how the hell did he manage to get into the Land of Light to steal the Devil Splinters anyway?" The other giant shrugged, "Ultraman Hikari was handling something for Ultraman King and wasn't there, plus he's ultra sneaky Master Zero."
Zero shot his sluggers out again before speeding up, "Z you've dealt with this 4 times now and you still get surprised by these guys?" Z said nothing before speeding up, "Don't worry Master, I'll deal with this guy quickly just like you would."
He sped up, not noticing that Alien Barossa seemed to be taking something out the containment unit he was holding, "Ultraman Z so eager to please, well let's see how you deal with this?" He dropped a small circular device, Z not noticing it as it began to flash. Zero, seeing it cursed under his breath and shot forward, "Dammit you idiot, look out!"
He created a barrier in front of Z just as the item exploded, the explosion sending both Ultra's back as Barossa used this time to slip away, down to the planet the three were near. As the two recovered Z looked to see Barossa gone, "He must've slipped away while we were distracted."
Zero slapped him on the back of the head, "We were distracted because you rushed in, and stop calling me master, you aren't my student." Z nodded slowly before looking at the planet, "It's earth! This should be easy, Haruki and I will go down and search for him."
Zero sighed and shook his head, "It's an Earth, you two don't have any resources to search for him and we have little time before those devil splinters could cause big problems." Z put a hand on Zero's shoulders, "Trust in Haruki and I, we'll find him ultra quick."
He shot forward, heading towards earth leaving Zero to shake his head, "Yeah right, I'm not leaving this to you when it comes to anything concerning Belial." He flew after Z, feeling on edge from all the devil splinters that could cause trouble at any moment.

Explosions rocked Tokyo as Red King rampaged throughout the city, letting out a roar as lasers hit it, the JSDF's Firehawk circling around it as it tried to hit it. From the ground Reika frowned as people rushed away from the area, "Dammit Tsubasa, you and the rookie are supposed to keep it away from us, not bring it towards us."
From within the Firehawk, Tsubasa flashed a nervous smile and he maneuvered what he called his baby, "Sorry Reika, this thing just doesn't seem to care what we do." Takato stood up from his chair and turned to Tsubasa, "Senpai can you open the hatch?" Tsubasa nodded and gave a thumbs up, "Guess it's time for Gallant to make an appearance?"
Takato nodded and raised his hand, the Gallant Spark, holding up a royal card and jumping from the Firehawk into the portal below it. He appeared and held up the Gallant Spark, holding up the card to it, "ROYAL CARD SET!" The Gallant Spark sprang to life as the card gained a small glow, "ROYAL CARD ACCEPTED!"
He threw the card up as it began to change into a white portal, "Knight of Loyalty: Justice like Lightning!" He removed his hand from the Spark as he raised it up, "GALLANT!" The portal covered him as Ultraman Gallant rose from his red and white portal, "ULTRAMAN GALLANT: LIGHTNING JUSTICE!"
Gallant wasted no time, running up and punching Red King as it turned its attention towards him, roaring and spinning to try and hit him with its tail. Summoning his shield he blocked the tail and tried to punch him again before Red King went to try and bite him, sending him backwards into a building.
Gallant brushed himself up and began to stand up, "Dammit I can't protect the city and deal with this thing, where's Vee when I need him?" Before Red King could do anything else a flash of light appeared and seemed to have cut in him before falling to the ground, exploding as Gallant stood up wondering who had finished off the Kaiju.
Gallant turned to see Ultraman Zero, standing in all his glory as Gallant tried to find words to speak. He'd been a fan of Zero's ever since he'd saved the Land of the Light from Belial, the son of Ultraseven, appearing here was the last thing he'd expect.
Zero turned to him, walking towards him, "Oi, what are you doing here? No one told me we'd sent out an Ultra to this earth? Who are you?" Gallant stopped for a moment, not even Zero was supposed to know about the royal knights. Ultraman King had sworn the group to secrecy as they were supposed to be a group handling things King didn't think the Defense Force needed to.
Deciding it was better to run than talk to Zero, he glowed and began to shrink, hoping Zero wouldn't pursue him in human form. Zero watched the unknown Ultra disappear and sighed, he took off from the city and flew away. He'd have to do something he didn't enjoy doing in order to track down Alien Barossa and that Ultra.

Gallant Opening

A large hand is shown reaching for the earth as the song begins, it's revealed to be Ultraman Gallant who closes his fist around it, signifying he'll protect it before flying down to earth. A guitar solo starts as it shows each character, Takato Shinkishi, Reika, Tsubasa, Asuna, Captain Kakuhiro, Daisuke and Ranbu's human form. Finally the logo is shown.

The entire Japan Special Defense Force is shown together before flashing to each of them individually, Takato is shown drawing with Gallant's image behind him, Daisuke helping out at the school with Ultraman Vee behind him,Reika is shown chasing after an alien, Tsubasa is flying in the firehawk, Asuna is working on something in the headquarters and Captain Kakuhiro is shown gazing out a window with his glasses off.

Ultraman Gallant is shown with Vee and the rest of the royal knights as Ultraman King appears behind them all, it then suddenly flashes to Takato alone on earth appearing sad before a man shrouded in darkness appears behind him, the darkness disappearing as Daisuke appears next to him.

Takato gaining a determined face runs into a portal of light and is shown summoning the Gallant Spark and transforms into Gallant as he rises into battle.

Ultraman Gallant arrives into the city fighting several monsters as he switches between his three forms, Lightning Justice, Medieval Justice and Xalted Justice before he settles on Lightning Justice to perform his finisher.

The Firehawk is shown firing at some monsters as a dark force appears within the city, Daisuke transforms into Vee who arrives and attacks a few monsters ,the shadow of Ultraman Ranbu appears as Gallant charges at him, the two locking hands as they fight.

Takato is shown struggling to stand as Ultraman Gallant's head lines up with his, flashes of his royal knight comrades and the JSDF appear before Takato lets out a scream, the opening finishing with the cast assembled, posing as Ultraman Gallant in his three forms appear behind him along with Ranbu in the shadows and Ultraman Vee before the logo appears.

He clutched his side as he walked through an alleyway. Red King really gave him a good hit to the side but it wasn't anything serious. As he walked back to base he took out his communicator, "Senpai are you there?"
He heard a slight chuckle on the other end, "Just landed the Firehawk back at base. So any idea who that other guy was?" Takato looked around to make sure no one was around, "He's Ultraman Zero, one of the greater heroes on my home planet, from what I've heard his potential is infinite." Before Tsubasa could respond, a hand grabbed his shoulder, forcing him to drop his communicator, "You seem to know a lot."
Takato, deciding to defend himself, launched a punch at him, the black haired man who had grabbed effortlessly blocked every punch before sending him back into the wall. Takato caught his breath as the man adjusted the clothes he was wearing, almost as if examining himself, "You must be the Ultra of this earth, I'm Shin Moroboshi."
Takato nodded slowly, "Ultraman Gallant, I take it you're Zero in human form?" Shin nodded and examined Takato slowly, "Gallant huh? Never heard of you and I pretty much know every Ultra sent out to alternate Earth's. So who are you?" Takato felt a lump in his throat, Zero wasn't going to let him out of this and he certainly wasn't strong enough to fight him off.
He could only hope Ultraman King would forgive him for breaking the code of silence, "Alright I'll tell you but it's a long story." He talked for what seemed like hours, what was probably only 10 minutes felt like an eternity to him as Shin just stood there with his arms crossed and occasionally nodding his head. \
As Takato finished, Shin frowned and put a hand to his chin, "The Royal Knights huh? On one hand I'm annoyed that old man King would keep something a secret like this. On the other hand, it's good to have a group that can handle some things the defense force can't." Takato gave him a sheepish smile, "So you won't tell anyone right?"
Shin sighed, "Yeah alright I won't interfere with your search for this Ranbu guy, but the old man and I are having a talk after we find Barossa." Takato gave him a nod of thanks, "I can help you find him, we should go find my comrade Vee though, more of us searching is always a good thing."
Shin nodded and gestured towards him, "You aren't wrong, and maybe we'll find the other guy who was with me too." Takato began to walk towards where he knew Daisuke would be at this point in the day, he just had a pit in his stomach. If these devil splinters are as strong as Zero claims, then he really was hoping Ranbu wouldn't find Barossa before they did.

Alien Barossa found himself backed into a corner of the building he was hiding in. A man walked towards him, his hand glowing purple with energy as it formed into a ball. Barossa cowered as he gazed at the container with the devil splinters and back to the man, "Listen we can talk about this, I'll sell you the devil splinters for cheap. Just please don't kill me!"
The man gave him a smirk and moved his arm to the side, firing the energy which completely incinerated the wall next to him, "I don't like space pirates, and I certainly wouldn't buy the devil splinters when I can just kill you and take them." Barossa held up his arms in terror, "Fine just take them then, just please spare me. All I want is to destroy Ultraman Z for the death of my brothers."
The man stood still for a moment and smirked, the energy from his hand disappearing, "Kill this Ultraman Z hmmm? Well I've never heard of him but if he's an Ultra then we have a common enemy. My name is Ranbu and it is your lucky day, pirate for I shall help you get your revenge."
Barossa stood up and slowly walked towards him, "You'll help me? But what's in it for you?" Ranbu sighed, "There are two other Ultra's on this earth besides the one you have hatred for, Gallant and Vee. I want you to help me discover who they are in human form so I can keep track of them and manipulate them. Do this for me and I'll aid you in your revenge and even pay you for your troubles."
Barossa nodded in agreement, "This seems like a win win to me, though I do have to warn you there's another Ultra with Z, Zero I think it was." Ranbu frowned and muttered under his breath before walking towards Barossa, "See Z and the other two aren't a threat, Zero however is, so it appears our plan will need to be more calculated. I will grant you some robotic foot soldiers and in addition some advice."
He handed Barossa some cards and walked towards the container, "I will weaponize these and turn it into something that can kill even 4 Ultra's, but I need them distracted, so my advice to you would be to capture some members of the local defense force, they're called the JSDF. Chances are Gallant's human form is among them. I'm just not sure which member he is. So with any luck you either capture him or lure him to rescue his teammates. While they're busy the rest of our plan can be carried out."
Barossa nodded in agreement before cocking his head to the side, "Uh, how do I capture them and distract the rest of them?" Ranbu sighed and glared at Barossa, clearly he had to do everything himself. This was why he didn't work with pirates.

He frowned and walked down the busy streets of Tokyo, "Mr. Z we're never going to find Barossa searching like this.'' As he continued to walk, wondering where a pirate that was trying to hide from two Ultra powerful Ultramen, he bumped into a young man about his age with burgundy colored hair.
He nearly gasped out loud though as he dropped the Z riser, hoping the young man wouldn't notice as he bowed, "Sorry about that." The young man smiled and picked up the Z riser, causing Haruki to begin to panic, "It's fine, but uh can you tell me is this yours?" Haruki nodded slowly, "It's uh a toy for my little brother." He tried to smile before the young man grabbed him by the wrist and dragged him over to the side alley, handing him back the Z riser and leaning against the wall of the alley, "So are you the human form or a host?''
Haruki's eyes widened as the young man snickered, "Ehhhhhhhhh? What do you mean by human form or host?" The young man shook his head and laughed, "I can recognize Ultraman Hikari's handy work when I see it, so you're either an Ultra in disguise or bonded with one.'' Haruki scratched the back of his head, "Uh I guess host, it's kind of complicated since our last battle on my earth, anyway I'm Haruki Natsukawa, partners with Ultraman Z!"
The young man smiled and held out his hand, "Ultraman Vee! But in this form you can call me Daisuke Aokishi." Haruki shook it, "So you aren't bonded with an Ultraman? You're like Riku."
Daisuke nodded, "No idea who Riku is but yeah some Ultra's do just take on human forms instead of taking hosts, it usually depends on if we find humans in life or death situations. Now I have to ask what are you doing here on this earth?"
Haruki scratched his cheek and frowned, "Oh uh, You wouldn't have happened to see this glowing orange thing called a devil splinter would you?" Daisuke crossed his arms and shook his head, "Can't say that I have, I assume they're bad news though."
Haruki nodded, "I don't 100% understand them myself but they're fragments of this evil Ultra named Belial, and an alien pirate named Barossa stole a bunch so Z, myself and his master Zero chased him here." Daisuke raised an eyebrow, "Zero? As in Ultraman Zero? He's here with you?"
Haruki nodded, "I think he's still waiting for us up in space though, according to Z he doesn't like to take a host unless he has to." Daisuke nodded, "Well I'm on earth with my friend and he's let's say a fan of Zero. He could probably help us actually since he's part of the defense force on this planet. We can go back to the place I work and wait for him there."
Haruki nodded in agreement, "Osu!" The two began to walk towards the school where Daisuke stayed, idly chatting along the way. The two of them were going to be fast friends.

Captain Kakuhiro frowned as he gazed out the window of the command center. The city was so quiet, it wouldn't stay that way for long though, he knew by now to expect trouble when multiple Ultramen started showing up.
As he looked out he heard a voice behind him, "Captain are you ok?" He turned around to see Reika standing behind him. He gave her a soft smile and nodded, "I'm fine, just a bit bothered by that other Ultraman that showed up." Reika raised an eyebrow, "As much as I don't like Ultraman, he did destroy Red King so I doubt he's trouble."
Kakuhiro nodded, "I know, but he looks like he brings trouble with him. It's just a feeling, nothing to worry about Reika." Reika nodded and handed him a tablet, "Well in any case, I came to let you know we got a report of heavy alien activity. Whatever it is it's pretty worrying." Kakuhiro took the tablet and looked at the report, "Contact Takato, I want you, him and Tsubasa to go investigate."
Reika shook her and frowned, "Tried contacting the rookie already, he's not picking up." Kakuhiro sighed at hearing the annoyance in her voice, "I'm sure if we can't get a hold of him it's something important then, take Asuna then and go investigate." Reika gave him a nervous look, "Uh Captain are you sure about taking Asuna out?"
Kakuhiro shook his head, "No but we need the manpower and I can't leave the command center, so Asuna will have to be the third member in the squad. With any luck this is nothing and you won't need her in a combat situation." Reika saluted him and walked to go prepare the other two. Kakuhiro sighed and turned back to looking out the window, he was hoping luck was on their side for today. Still he knew wherever Takato was it was definitely important that he wasn't answering.

Things were silent as they arrived at the school, Takato would've figured Shin would be more talkative. He'd heard stories about Ultraman Zero having a bit of an ego so he would've figured Shin would be bragging about his heroics. As they walked he decided to lighten the mood, "You know I heard from his majesty that you were a bit more talkative than this."
Shin turned around and frowned, "Sorry, I usually would be but when it comes to things involving Belial I get to be on edge, I've killed the bastard at least a dozen times and he still finds way to be a problem." Takato nodded, "Yeah that's understandable, let's just hope we can find Barossa then before anything bad happens."
Shin nodded in agreement and they continued into the school. Takato smiled as he saw Daisuke standing with someone else, Daisuke waving him over as he and Shin approached. Takato looked as Shin gave a cold stare towards the one Daisuke was with, "Say Daisuke who's your friend?"
Daisuke smiled, "This is Haruki, a friend I met while running errands. Who's your friend?" Shin turned towards Daisuke, "Shin Moroboshi, you know me as Zero, Ultraman Zero. I take it you're Takato's comrade he mentioned?" Daisuke nodded and held out his hand, "Daisuke Aokishi, Ultraman Vee."
Shin took his hand and shook it, "I see you found Haruki, you two can help us clean up the mess Z caused." Haruki frowned and bowed before Shin, "Uh Zero sir, I didn't realize you were able to take a human form." Shin crossed his arms, "It's usually what I prefer doing over taking a host. I take it you two haven't found Barossa then?"
Haruki shook his head, "Wherever he's hiding he's not even coming out after we had Beliarok dangled out as bait for him but nothing." Shin sighed, "I hate that sword, you know this wouldn't be a problem if Z didn't keep trying to impress me and trying to get me to take him as my student."
Hearing his tone Daisuke stepped forward, "Hey relax man, you can't blame Z for this. Unfortunately Barossa managed to infiltrate the land of light, and unfortunately Z couldn't stop him, but just cause he does want to impress you doesn't make this all his fault."
Takato nodded in agreement, "We all have people we want to impress, and just cause Z messed up while doing so doesn't mean you can pin everything on him. Look you said it yourself, you're on edge cause Belial is involved, so maybe calm down and let's all work together on this."
Haruki stepped forward and looked at Shin, "Moroboshi Sir, I know you have your doubts about Z still but you have to understand after everything he and I have been through you can count on the two of us, he's my partner and I know he's not at fault here."
Shin glared at him, "Even with all you went through he's still ⅓ a hero and I'll never fully accept him as my student." He began to walk off as Haruki remained silent. Sighing Takato turned to Daisuke, "Stay here for now, I'll talk to him." Daisuke nodded as Takato ran after Shin, who would've guessed Zero would be so stubborn.

They had arrived at where the report had indicated the aliens were. As they stepped out of the car Asuna frowned, "I still don't understand why I had to come, I AM NOT combat trained."
Reika glared at her, "First, you had basic training, second, blame the rookie he's MIA and not answering his communicator." Tsubasa smiled slightly, "Relax Reika, I'm sure wherever Takato is he's doing something important."
Tsubasa could only guess that wherever Takato was it had to do with that other Ultraman that showed up, their communication had gotten cut off before Takato could mention anything further besides his name. They approached the warehouse and removed their stingers from their holsters as Reika walked through the entrance first.
As they walked in they found it empty causing confusion amongst them. Asuna looked around and frowned, "Something isn't right here, why would there be a report of alien energy if there was nothing." As if to answer their question nearly a dozen black and blue robots appeared, firing some kind of laser at them that paralyzed them all. As they fell to the ground, Alien Barossa appeared and walked up to Tsubasa, grabbing his communicator and laughing.
Barossa watched as they were tied up, "Now we just need to lure Gallant and Vee into the trap, after I contact them one of them will go after the devil splinters where Ranbu is and one of them will try to rescue these guys. Then once they're dealt with I can find and crush Z." He laughed and walked away from the tied up JSDF members, completely unaware that Takato and Daisuke had made contact with the other two visiting Ultra's.

Shin hadn't managed to get far as Takato ran after him, causing him to stop and turn around, "What do you want?' Takato took a second to catch his breath before meeting his gaze, "Why are you reluctant to be Z's master? I've heard of your exploits before, you aren't shy about training newer Ultra's, you taught Ginga, Victory, X, Geed, even Taro's son a bit, so why is Z any different?"
Shin crossed his arms and smirked, "Those were just temporary students, if I take a full time student then I'll have to subject him to harsh training like having to run away from a jeep like my father did to Leo and Leo did to me and no one wants that."
Takato frowned, "You know what I think? I think you're just afraid of failing a student or having them see that you aren't this invincible hero that you try to portray yourself as." Shin scoffed at his comment, "And what makes you think that kid?"
Takato sighed, "You know I have a master too, and despite how willing he was to teach me and treated me like a little brother, he was just like you. He tried putting on this wise mentor personality that knew what he was doing, but after he realized that it wasn't helping either of us he calmed down and I got to see that he was a perfectly normal Ultra, he didn't know everything and sometimes he was unsure of himself. He taught me failure was ok because sometimes as a teacher you aren't always going to succeed. So maybe Z sees you as less than perfect, maybe you fail him when it comes to a few things. But as my master told me, we learn together and the teacher and student develop a bond that'll never break just by something like failure."
Shin looked up at him and scratched the back of his head, "Your master, what's his name?" Takato smiled at the thought of him, "Omega, Ultraman Omega. He took me when I thought I was weak and helpless and all I wanted to do was protect the universe. He gave me a chance when even the defense force wouldn't."
Shin raised an eyebrow slightly, "Omega huh? You know Ultraman told me a few stories about an Ultra he grew up with named Omega, said he was a pretty stand up guy. Look maybe you're right, I'm afraid of teaching Z cause I don't want to be like my father or Leo, both of them were hardasses and put me through training that almost killed me, I don't want to be like that."
Takato smiled at him, "Then don't, you can teach him your own way, just because he's your student doesn't mean you have to be harsh with him. Be the kind of teacher you would want to be, not how your teacher was." Shin frowned and crossed his arms again, "You know I've always known Z had potential, I just tried ignoring it even after that jerk Jugglus Juggler even pointed it out. He defeated Celebro and even then I couldn't admit that I should make him my student."
Takato shrugged at him, "It's never too late, as his majesty once told me, you're never too strong to be taught something valuable." Shin smiled at the comment as Haruki and Daisuke came running over, joining the two as Takato's communicator began going off. He reached for it and answered, "This is Takato."
He heard a creepy laugh as a voice came over the communicator, "Is this the other member of the JSDF? I have your teammates captured, I'll send you two sets of coordinates, you can decide which one you're going to, but just to warn you they may not be there." The voice disappeared as Haruki began to point at it, "That was Alien Barossa, he kidnapped your teammates."
Takato frowned as he put the communicator away, "But why would he?" Shin put a hand to his chin while thinking, "Maybe he just decided to capture the local defense force? Or he knows you're Gallant and trying to lure you out. Either way he doesn't seem to know about Haruki and I." Daisuke nodded, "So we have two locations that they could be in and 4 of us."
Shin nodded, "We might also find where he's keeping the devil splinters, Takato and I will go to one location, Haruki, you and Daisuke go to the other." Takato nodded, "Let's hope Barossa is at one of these locations cause I want to stop him before he can do anything to my friends." The other 3 nodded and soon the two teams split up, determined to stop Barossa and save the rest of the JSDF.

Takato and Shin arrived at the warehouse that Barossa had claimed might have his teammates. As the two walked through it they stopped as Shin frowned, "There's nothing here."
As he said that multiple of the robots Ranbu gave to Barossa appeared, causing Takato to sigh, "Of course it was a trap, that means the devil splinters and my teammates are where Daisuke and Haruki are heading to."
Both assumed fighting stances as Shin punched one of the robots running at him, "Then let's deal with this quickly and get over to where they were heading."
Takato nodded and the two began to fight the robots, unaware they were being watched over by Ranbu who smirked, "So he's Gallant then, that means Vee is going to the other location." He laughed as he walked out of the warehouse, no longer caring what happened in Barossa's silly game of revenge.

Daisuke and Haruki arrived at the other locationed, seeing the tied up JSDF members and quickly running over to them. They had been knocked unconscious as Daisuke lightly slapped Tsubasa, causing him to wake up in a start, "I'm awake! Wait where am I?"
Daisuke frowned and helped him stand up, "You got captured by an Alien, can you get the other two out of here while we deal with the Alien?" Tsubasa nodded, "So I take it you're Vee right? We'll have to talk sometime about how fast you can fly."
Daisuke nodded as the two walked further into the warehouse, confident that Tsubasa would get Reika and Asuna out of the warehouse. As they made their way into another room they found Alien Barossa standing before the container, "Well isn't this my lucky day, one of the Ultra's my new partner wanted destroyed and the human host of Z."
Haruki glared at Barossa, "Barossa, return those Devil Splinters now, they don't belong to you." Barossa shook his head and removed a card from his side, "Never! With this card and the devil splinters I'll have my revenge for you killing my 4 brothers!"
He inserted the card into the container as he took out a device, pointing it at himself to grow larger as Daisuke turned to Haruki, "RUN!" Haruki nodded and the two ran out of the warehouse as it was destroyed by the now large Barossa and whatever was forming from the devil splinters.
Takato and Shin arrived as next to Barossa a monstrous Kaiju appeared looking like Belial but in a monster form. Takato looked up and gulped, "Uh what is that thing?" Shin frowned, "Chimeraberus, it's a monstrous form Belial used once. It's probably not as strong as the original but it's powered by devil splinters so it's best not to take this lightly."
Daisuke took out the Vee Flasher and smiled, "Well there's 4 of us and only 2 of them so even if this thing is strong I like our odds." Shin nodded as he removed the Ultra Zero Eye from his pocket, "I like the way you think, let's do this then!"
Haruki and Takato nodded and both took out the Z riser and Gallant Spark, placing their respective items into them, ""Space Martial Arts, the Inherited Fighting Technique! Master Zero! Master Seven! Master Leo! 'Kay!" Takato placed the card for the Gallant Spark to scan, "Knight of Loyalty: Justice like Lightning!"
Shin brought the Ultra Zero Eye to his eyes as the other 3 raised their respective transformation items into the sky, "GALLANT!" "VEE!" "ULTRAMAN Z!" The 4 Ultra's took shape as the rose from the ground, "Ultraman Gallant: Lightning Justice!" "Ultraman Z: Alpha Edge!"
Gallant, Vee, Zero and Z landed on the city facing Barossa as he watched and Chimeraberus roared at them. Z looked around as the 4 Ultra's all got into a fighting stance, "This is gonna be an ultra intense battle!"
Zero nodded, "Z stay focused, but you're right cause they're 20,000 years too early to think about beating us!" Gallant nodded and looked at Vee, "Vee let's show them how strong us knights are."
Vee nodded, "Yeah! Just cause it's Zero doesn't mean we can let him show us up." The 4 charged at Barossa and Chimeraberus, Gallant and Zero punched at Chimeraberus, while Vee and Z fought with Barossa, Vee crossing swords with him after he pulled out a stolen sword he had claimed off another alien.
Barossa tried firing a ray at the two as they dodged it, Z changing to Beta Smash and charging at him with the Z lance arrow. Chimeraberus shot fire at Gallant and Zero, Gallant using his shield to block it before he assumed Medieval Justice to join Zero Strong-Corona to attack him with a fiery swing of his ax and a fiery punch.
Barossa yelled at the two as Z Gamma Future and Vee slashed him, sending him backwards, "I refuse to let this happen again, I will avenge my four brothers." Z charged at him and hit him with a laser whip, "You aren't going to ultra avenge anything Barossa."
Barossa and Chimeraberus were sent backwards as Gallant Xalted Justice and Zero Luna-Miracle both shot energy at them, sending them backwards." Gallant back in Lightning Justice and Z Delta Rise Claw fired one last attack at them before all 4 Ultra's grouped back up as Zero changed into Ultimate Shining Zero, "Let's make sure there's nothing left of them."
The other 3 nodded as they all began to charge up an attack. Within his inner space Takato reached for a royal card and placed it on the Gallant Spark, "Knight of Light: Comrade here my call!" The spark glowed and an image of Ultraman Omega appeared, "ULTRAMAN OMEGA!"
Gallant gathered orange and icy blue energy into his arms as Vee charged the Vee on his chest, Zero and Z preparing their strongest attacks as well, "OMEGIUM BEAM!" "VEE FORCE BEAM!" "SHINING WIDE ZERO SHOT!" "ZESTIUM BEAM!" The 4 beams launched at the two and hit them directly, Chimeraberus giving out one last roar and Barossa screaming, "Now I'll never get revenge for my brothers."
Before both exploded. The 4 Ultra's took off into the air, flying away victorious. Ranbu watched from atop a nearby building, smiling as he looked at a few Devil Splinters he had taken from Barossa. Today had been a very fortuitous day for him, and soon it would be time to introduce himself directly to Gallant and Vee.

Takato and Daisuke looked as Zero and Z knelt before them, Z waving at them, "I ultra appreciate your help with defeating Barossa, we wouldn't have been able to do this without you."
Takato nodded, "Of course, we were happy to help, plus it's always great to make a new ally." Zero nodded, "Don't worry I won't say anything about your little group. Although I will be having a talk with the old man about keeping secrets like this."
Daisuke smiled and nodded, "Thanks we appreciate it." Zero chuckled softly, "Alright then let's go Z, I expect my student to keep up with me." Z looked at Zero and nearly jumped for joy, "Master Zero! You really mean that?"
Zero crossed his arms and nodded, "You're still only ½ a hero but I figure with my training we can still make you a fully fledged hero." Z saluted him and the two took off, Takato and Daisuke waving as they left the atmosphere. Daisuke stretched and smiled at Takato, "Man I'm hungry, let's go get some food."
Takato nodded and held out his arm towards Daisuke, "Me too, come on it'll be my treat." Daisuke smiled and brought up his arm, the two performing a cross touch before turning to walk towards the city, that is until his communicator started to ring. Takato took it off and answered, "This is Takato."
He winced as a loud voice came from it, "ROOKIE WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN? DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT'S BEEN HAPPENING? GET YOUR BUTT RIGHT BACK TO HEADQUARTERS BEFORE I FIND YOU AND KICK YOUR ASS!"
Daisuke began to laugh as he listened to Takato being chewed out by Reika, if only she knew what the two had been up to all day. He sighed though, food would have to wait a little bit longer.
