On hand in mine.

"I expected the next time for me to see you would be in a court room. Why exactly are you here.?" Richard Singer questioned.

Lucas who was standing on his porch.

"I was so blindsided by you're presence in our life that me asking for proof other then you're word wasn't my focus. But now it is. I have a DNA sample from Nixon. And now i need a sample from you. The sooner we all have this confirmed. The sooner we can end this insanity and you can end up being nothing but a bad dream. That will be forgotten about." Lucas proclaimed.

"Sorry to tell you this Scott. But i don't need to give you DNA proof. I was there too. When Sasha had the baby. I lost her too. Nixon is all i have of her i wouldn't go through all this for nothing."

"He's my son. I had a DNA test done the day he was born just to be sure." Richard explained. Going back inside the home. Resurfacing with the piece of paper laying out the proof Lucas didn't want to process.

But there it was written out from the hospital in town. Dated 12 years ago. Leo's birthday.

Lucas swallowed hard. "Why did you come back at all.? You had you're life. No responsibility. Just to bring up the past and take on a child you never wanted." He asked.

"You don't know anything! What i wanted! What i planned!"

"I wanted to be with Sasha. To build a life. And she just disregarded me. And went back to you. She choose you. You got Sasha. I won't let you win and get my son too."

"What's worse.? Me supposedly not knowing of Nixon's existence. Or you almost killing you're father.? Last chance Lucas."

"Give me a number. Let me take over as Nixon's father. Or the entire world finds out it was you who almost killed Dan Scott. I imagine you will be deemed unfit to parent by the world. We know how cruel and relentless social media can be."

"What will happen to poor Lilly then.?" Richard taunted.

Lucas turned his back. His mind racing.

"I'll give you an answer in 48 hours." Lucas replied.

"Now that i can work with." Richard said.

Lucas paced in the entryway of Brooke's store. As he recounted his latest encounter with Richard to Brooke.

The clothing store was empty. The front door locked.

Brooke walked over to him. Taking his hands in hers.

"I'm here to support whatever you decide." She reassured him.

"I don't know what to do." Lucas admitted.
