Hello everyone, I hope you have had a good time these months, first of all *SPOILER ALERT* this chapter contains information that is not yet seen in the anime, if you are not aware of the manga it may give you a spoiler, it is not a big one that we say or that it affects a lot but it is still a spoiler. An hour ago
Aizawa was seriously trying to organize his day, it's not easy being a teacher for his students and also being a guardian for a guest from the other side of reality. But having been the one who interacted with him the most, that must have greatly influenced the choice of who would be looking out for Silver, midnight would definitely not keep him. A teenager with possible psychological problems and traumas with a person like her by her side sounds like a bomb ready to go off, but Nezu still knew how to use words and how to convince him.
"I don't understand Director Nezu, why not let the commission take care of him?" Was what the disheveled adult asked.
"I don't want the commission to keep him. His history of 'helping' children with quirks or in this case powerful abilities is not something I want young Silver involved with." He answered without mincing words the super gifted animal. "Have you already forgotten what happened to the heroine Lady Nagant?"
At that mention Aizawa's stomach turned a little, few knew what had happened to the heroine and how her work with the commission had driven her to the brink of madness. So much so that they hid from the public that the commission pulled the strings and gave false information that she had died long ago when in fact she was in Tartarus imprisoned for her actions of treason.
"Especially since he has no family or legal presence to speak of. We need to find a way to get him back into his universe and/or keep him out of commission hands for the short time he's here." Nezu would say while he was still creating a plan since his meeting with the security commission, he was not going to allow a young man with potential to be used again by filling him with false promises and false ideals to do anything less than heroic. Nezu understood that the world has its dark side, and that there are certain horrible things that must be done in order to guarantee the peace and security of the citizens, but what happened with Lady Nagant shows that using people in this way only creates weapons. They will soon target what they swore to protect.
"I guess you have to have a plan at least, right?"
"Of course, though I must admit it's only halfway through." Nezu grabs the mug from him and drinks some of his coffee.
"At the moment it is necessary to find the companions of young Silver"
"With what he told us about them, it will be a difficult if not impossible task... I remain incredulous if the one he really calls Sonic is so fast that he could circle the planet several times and not get tired."
"We talk about aliens Aizawa, now everything is possible." He was right in saying that, they were dealing with beings that did not belong to his world. "For now let's concentrate on gaining the trust of young Silver, there is still a lot he hides and that makes it more difficult to help him... but above all, prepare ourselves in case something happens and we don't know how to respond"
Before the last said, the man with large bags under his eyes would only respond in the way he feels now.
"Ugh...so annoying"
Silver and Aizawa had been walking for a long time until they found the training area where the space was open, it seemed like an environment simulator where there were potholes, huge rocks and what looked like miniature mountains. Given this, Silver would only mutter a few words of surprise so that Aizawa would take the lead, standing in front of him with the same look of stress and fatigue that he always has.
"Very well boy, welcome to Ground Gamma, this is the U.A. training center, here you will show me what you are capable of achieving with your abilities, everything to know the scope that you can reach"
"Basically studying me to know how to deal with me in case they want to hold me back in more aggressive ways, right?" He would comment without any filter.
"Exactly" Aizawa replies with brutal honesty. "Since I've experienced your abilities first hand let's practice on the way to that, you have Telekinesis don't you?"
"It's Psychokinesis, similar yes, but different. I can move things regardless of their size or weight without problem, but everything comes from my head although I use my hands as a guide, it helped me a lot to survive the apocalypse"
Aizawa still didn't believe that, but either way the thought of a boy the age of his students alone in the midst of destruction and a desolate land disgusts him. With his hand he pointed to some rocks.
"Try to move those rocks over there and proceed to hit the targets" Pointing then at some targets that were glued to some robots that were scattered around the area. some farther than others.
"They don't pay us enough for this"
"I hate beings of flesh and blood"
Those were some words that came out of his non-existent mouths, one would worry about the AI they have but it seems they take it as a joke in that world of superpowers.
"Ok...pretty simple to tell the truth"
Silver would begin to be surrounded by an aura of greenish tones and soon the rocks would begin to be lifted from the ground, destroying part of it without problem and taking a last look with a movement of her hands, the rocks would be shot at great speed at the different robots. Of course, they would try to avoid being hit by moving by taking evasive actions, but of course the rocks still followed them and crushed them without any problem, only hearing how the metal was pulverized by the impact force.
"Alright now with the next test" Aizawa would throw a strange ball to Silver who with surprise in her hands. "Throw ball as far as you can, but only using your powers"
They were weird exercises for Silver but Aizawa himself was using the same test she gave her students on her first day of class. Checking her strength and endurance would be the best way to see how far he can go.
Silver didn't think much of it and just closed his eyes in deep concentration as he held the ball in front of him with one hand. Soon his body was enveloped in a blue-green aura and as his eyes snapped open the ball shot out in a green blur into the sky.
"887 meters…" Aizawa said without much surprise, he was already aware of how powerful the boy he meets is, but then his frown changed as the distance increased. "920... 997..."
"Can I keep increasing the distance if that's what you're looking for with this exercise?" Silver would ask as he maintains control over the ball.
Aizawa was a bit amazed right now... if it continued like this there was no doubt that the ball would go to who knows where like his student Uraraka's.
"No, stop it, that was enough. Let's move on to the next exercise." With that said the psychic let go of the force he showed to the ball in the distance as he moved with the teacher to the next spot reaching a clue.
"Now for the next test it is necessary to measure your speed"
"Using my powers isn't it?"
"Yes, I will use and this stopwatch to take the exact time, move when I blow the whistle"
Silver got into position at the beginning of the track while waiting for Aizawa's signal. He wasn't a natural speedster like Sonic or Shadow, but he wasn't far behind. As for the adult, he blew the whistle. The same scene as in the previous exercise was repeated, the young boy's body shot out at great speed and not in a blink of an eye was he already at the goal.
"1.10 seconds…" Now he couldn't hide his surprise from the disheveled adult, the boy not only had raw power but also tremendous speed and capable of rivaling the best.
"Okay, now what- Aagh!" Before he could finish the sentence he started getting a big migraine, the boy couldn't help but annoy him. So much so, that even his spikes were bristling but above all his body was no longer wrapped in the aquamarine aura but in a crimson red whose heat that he projected had been seen with notoriety. This would not go unnoticed by Aizawa.
"Guy!". Aizawa's voice echoed somewhat in Silver's head but he seemed too tense, so much so that he soon found himself kneeling on the ground as one hand touched the ground. Without warning the place where his hand was positioned began to warm the ground beneath her. It was so hot that soon his hand sinks into the burned earth. "Stay focused or it will be worse, just...breathe...focus your mind on your safe zone and then exhale"
It seemed like the usual trick to calm down thought the hedgehog, but he had nothing to lose in trying it. His mind did not think of his home in the future, far from it his mind would go to Soleana. To that beach where he had a perfect view of the sea and the blue sky along with the sea breeze that touched his face. A part of him reproaches her for that, but the other ignores her knowing that she deserves something like that. Soon everything would pass, his body entering a less tense state just like his spikes and that crimson aura would disappear completely leaving the young man gasping.
"Well...we have to find a solution to your overheating or I'm afraid it will end up causing an accident or worse hurting you and someone else in the process." After that comment Aizawa would approach the boy with a bottle of water, a part of the thought that it would be necessary to bring some liquid after seeing the problem with Nezu in the security cameras. "Every time you use your powers does this happen?"
"No...I've never had this happen before." Silver took the bottle of water in her hands as he rushed to pour the liquid into his mouth, she didn't know why but he felt dehydrated and thirsty after this episode. It seems that the same power of Iblis will try to burn or kill him in one way or another to free himself from his new vessel. However I don't expect to talk about him having something like that or he could say goodbye to his freedom or any help that was given to him. "I'll be fine, the more this happens I think my body starts to adapt to this.."
Aizawa raised an eyebrow at this, it seemed like a serious problem. A body that seemed small and fragile with a great power that seemed to hurt him, it was impossible for the UA teacher not to make a comparison with a certain student of his with green hair and freckles. But for now he would focus on the person he has in front of him.
"Well... do you think you can continue with the tests or do you need to take your time with this?
"No! I'm fine, I can handle this...I've been through worse things believe me."
Aizawa was a little hesitant about this but in the end he could see the determination in the boy and had to accept it. "Ok, but if you feel like you're going to have another attack you have to let me know and we'll stop this"
"Anything I'll let you know!" The young man responds energetically.
The adult just sighed, these youngsters now need to give him a break.
The rest of the day passed the other tests uneventfully, though Silver couldn't help but notice that his powers were changing. Were they acting more...erratically? when he has to levitate certain objects they began to deform, they seemed to overheat, becoming red hot until eventually exploding. this was definitely new. Iblis's power now affected not only his body but his powers right now. it is no longer safe for him to do the same actions as before now, it was too dangerous for him to engage in a fight with someone... he could accidentally kill him, kill... kill... that word began to haunt his head lately, along with an obvious annoyance.
"I think we're done with today's exercises, I've seen more than enough. I'll take you to the cafeteria for something to eat and then you'll go back to your room to rest."
"...I understand, it's fine." The young man's stomach was noted emitting a clear and notorious sound causing embarrassment in the hedgehog's face. "Besides, I think I'm too hungry right now not to accept something like that."
Aizawa just rolled his eyes and together they made their way to the cafeteria. To Silver's ignorance all of his actions were monitored by Nezu and some teachers.
The staff room right now was not very comfortable with what he saw, at least not most of them. The boy was displaying power, more power than anyone had seen in a boy his age.
"I repeat, this gives me a bad feeling." Sniper would speak.
"I confirm, although it seems that his control is quite good. He must have a lot of experience in combat." Commented the hero and teacher of class B Vlad.
"I agree with you on that, especially since you didn't experience it first-hand unlike me and Shota." I speak present mic still not forgetting what happened. "How can we be completely sure that he's not a bad person? I mean, don't take me wrong if I think he's from another universe and all. But that doesn't mean he doesn't have ulterior motives."
"Gentlemen that is not the point right now." Nezu called as he took some of his tea. "Young Silver proved to be someone trustworthy, as well as having a big heart to help others and I'm sure that applies to his teammates."
"Has there been any news on that last one? I'm sure it's hard to ignore super powerful hedgehogs." I would ask present mic.
"Quite a lot, actually. At least one of them. It's the one Silver calls Sonic, he's been making a lot of noise...in America." With that said he would move the board making videos of Sonic appear in different locations either helping people or escaping from the police. Even doing the usual crazy things, seeing each other with a big smile that always adorned his face. There was a video where he looked like a blur as he stopped an attack on a bank leaving robbers dazed and on the ground in less than 5 seconds that made the teachers watch in disbelief.
"Now I understand what you meant by fast…very fast…" Sniper commented.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, we were now in one place. nothing more and nothing less than in San Francisco... more specifically on the Golden Gate Bridge, but the important thing happened at the top of one of its towers, since there they found our favorite hedgehog devouring some chili dogs.
"There is nothing better to end the day than eating some good chili dogs and more with such a sweet view!".
Sonic has been touring all over the United States as if he were a kid in a candy store. wherever he went there were many things that amazed the blue hedgehog, this world full of people with super powers was the best place he had been stranded since all the adventures in other worlds that he had had so far. and he wouldn't mind staying a bit longer, though the only annoyance that still lingered was the no license no power rule. he was a free spirit... he wasn't going to let that be taken away from him.
Although he had met nice people, like America's number one heroine. Star and Stripe, that woman definitely got him into trouble, but she won't deny that after a while of interacting, it wasn't hard for her personalities to get him to get along. in the end all Sonic's thoughts were interrupted by the familiar sound of teleportation that he knew well.
"Wow...what took you so long to give me?" He smiled at the red-striped hedgehog that was now behind him. "What about the new tarpon?" commented the hedgehog transmitting another bite to his chili dog.
"Hmp! The fact of the delay is that I woke up in the heart of Africa and dealt with stupid and annoying people until I got here."
He responded by keeping a frown on his face as he approached the hedgehog.
"Not to mention the fact that you've been frantically moving all over the damned state and that's complicated the search... at least on your tour of the mainland, has it done any good?"
sonic already had an idea of what he meant so he just showed the chaos emerald that he had gotten on his tours he had been to a jewelry store in hollywood and wow there were a lot of people wanting to buy it but sonic was faster than the cameras and he only caught a blur and the jewel disappeared with the sin of being perceived.
"This answers your question, shads?" Sonic's smile only made the black hedgehog growl in response. "Now that we're both here…any idea where Silver is? If you knew of my whereabouts, you surely know of hers."
"In fact, I know where he is, right in musufatu, Japan." Shadow could see how Sonic's smile widened.
"Great! I was planning on going there. They say it's the land of heroes. There are a lot of them there from what you hear of many and streaks."
"Lower your smile a bit, the simple fact that there are many heroes there makes it even more difficult to move around there... in fact, you will be going alone."
That only made the blue hedgehog raise an eyebrow, why did they all of a sudden get together and have to part? Sonic knows that Shadow prefers to work alone, but now they were in another world.
"Before you ask why, it's the simple fact that we still have to look for the other emeralds if we want to get back home. The people here would put them to worse use than Eggman...and I'm the best looking for them." ." for the others I can already feel them.
he had to give shadow points for always thinking about the future, unlike him, she lacked that ability...not to mention that it was sheer luck that he came across the emerald he has. so for the time being he would agree with him regardless.
"Ok ok I'll go there, your bad vibes would ruin the experience anyway." He joked that he liked to tease Shadow whenever he could. "Do you know if Silver..."
"He's alive and possibly found the other emeralds, from what I could sense they're in that city so there's no way he didn't find them."
Sonic just frowned. "At least let me finish! God... in that case I'd better go now... but not before I finish my meal!"
"Hmp! Do what you want, I'll keep looking for the others...as soon as I find them, I'll find you there...and Sonic." He turned around preparing to take a step back, but turned his head toward his mate. "Don't make a scene that draws unwanted attention...more than it already is." With that said, Shadow's figure disappears in an instant leaving the hedgehog alone again.
"Wow...shads needs to relax more! whatever." He would quickly finish off the remaining chili dogs and stand in front of the view of the city. "Well, Silver better not hog all the fun for himself! Time to go Pluuuuus Ultra!"
Saying that, the figure of the hedgehog would disappear in a blue blur that would go down the bridge and then a scream would be heard. "Chaos Control!" time stopped like the ocean leaving the hedgehog to cross it
Ok first of all I'm really sorry for all the waiting, the chapter from the end of last year was already done but I've been so busy and I think I suffer from TDHA so it was really hard to do anything without mentioning the block I've had lately . I assure you that I will not abandon the story and that I am willing to follow it. yes, I think the chapters will be shortened somewhat and take time to come out.
From the rest I wanted to tell you to have a good year and hopefully this 2022 does not get worse. Bye.
