My family and I were all here. 2 years ago it was just me and luckily Riolu and her followers left after a week.
Now it was too dangerous for anyone to go anywhere. This time they were staying and this time they were killing anyone who was in their way.
On the news the number of deaths was 250, and the number of Pokémon in critical condition was 5,000.
This was a dark time for the Kalos region.
We stayed here because it was more secluded and safe and away from the city. The hospitals needed space for the homeless and the injured.
You step outside and all you can hear is screaming, explosions, and faint sounds of shooting. Lumiose City was being hit the hardest.
I stayed in my bedroom with my brother, holding him under a blanket, trying to comfort him in his endless crying. I got a one message from Mew and it read.
'Stay safe and hidden. We all know it's you Riolu wants. Me and Mewtwo are doing everything we can for the injured but we can only do so much without being seen. We will aid you when you absolutely need us. Have faith Eevee.''
These two are supposed to be an angel and a god and even they can hardly do anything. If that's how it is, is there really any hope for us? Or will something have to be done?
"WAAAHHHHHHH! WAAAAHHHH!"
"There. There Hope. Everything is going to be okay."
*November 8th, 2553
Ryu's family mansion was under attack by Riolu and her followers. They tried to take it over but failed after her parents fought back and were forced to retreat.
*November 9th, 2553
They started blocking all food imports and demanded the capital to surrender. Food quickly became scarce.
*November 11th, 2553
The Kalosian Army was called and started fighting against the Followers. Very few have been taken down on both sides.
*November 13th, 2553
The battle continued into Central Park and the Kalosian Army is finally able to move forward.
*November 14th,2553
This battle will go down in history. Kalos vs Followers. Both sides are losing equally but those lost will be deemed heroes. I held Sylveon's paw shaking as the news displayed the battle on TV.
*November 15th, 2553 7:37am
We haven't heard much news. The TV screen was nothing but static today. All the stations were not displaying anything. We all felt scared about not knowing what was going to happen next.
I stepped out of living room feeling anxious. My parents hardly said much this entire week. My brother was sleeping upstairs. Sylveon was talking to his mother and he noticed me getting up.
I gestured to him that I was fine and to keep talking to his mother. I went upstairs to check on my brother when I felt my phone vibrating.
I pulled it out in surprise to see it was a regional text. I opened it up and on the screen a hacked broadcast was displaying and it looked like it was located at my old elementary school. And Rial put her face in front of the camera.
"Hello Kalos Region! I have one final claim to make and if my demands are not met- THIS ENTIRE F*CKING REGION WILL GO OUT WITH A BAAAAANNNNGGG!!!"
My blood grew cold as I watched Rial pull out a bomb switch in her palm. She was making a bomb threat to the region.
"Either the capital surrenders to me now or all your precious landmarks go HAHAHA bye bye! Including some residential areas! You think I attacked recklessly you b*stards?! I attacked to weaken you and also plant those bombs!! All I have to do to activate them is push. this. button."
She laughed at the screen in evil delight. This Pokémon was an absolute monster. Either we surrendered or she'll die and take lots of Pokémon down with her!
This was her last resort.
I can't stand back and watch this go on! I have to do something!
I stood in front of the front door but I hesitated. I looked at everyone's panicking faces in the living room. If I leave now I might never see them again.
Do I stay and hide like a coward or do I sacrifice myself for the people I love?
I have to do this.
I exited the house making sure they didn't hear me and ran away towards my old school.
"Goodbye I love you all. Mom. Dad. Hope. Vylena. Sylveon. Ryu. And Evelyn."
I teared up the entire way to the school. It was dangerous the way there but I somehow made it. I only stopped running when I reached it
It was all destroyed but I walked forward with stupid determination. I had no idea how I was going to stop all of this but I had to try.
Even if I die, I want no one else to anymore.
I walked through the same hallways towards the gym where I knew she was. I pushed open the heavy gym doors and everyone turned in surprise in my direction.
Riolu was momentarily stunned but she smiled maliciously at me.
