This takes place during season 3 of NCIS

"Dinozzo, McGee, David. Pack up. We got a missing naval officer." I said. I grinned as Tony ran into the elevator right before it closed.
Three Minutes Later
"-and when was the last time you saw your husband?" I asked.
"He was leaving for the ship. Why exactly do you need to know this?" Commander Jackson's wife asked.
"He disappeared last night." I smiled at her. I'm a son of Nemesis. Makes me good for my job.
My phone rang. When I answered, Tony told me said that Percy Jackson was charged multiple times with different things. Never convicted.
"Tony... how does someone just disappear for months at a time?" I ask angrily.
Tony
Gibbs was mad. Not much belongings. The only real thing that was missing from his bunk was a small pen.
"Percy took that thing everywhere." His bunk mate said.
"Could he have been hiding drugs in his pen?" McGee asked.
"No. No, he wouldn't. Percy's a good guy. He never got close to drugs." The man said.
