C15: Home Improvement

Over the course of the week Fabian and Dora spent a lot of their free time moving into their new home, as well as making sure the transition would be as gradual as possible, despite them moving out within a week.
Today was the day the last of their things would be moved over and since it was only clothes and a few little things, they figured they could have a nice breakfast with the rest of their family before they would do that and spend the rest of the day decorating their cabin home, so when they walked into the dining room they just couldn't help but smile at the fact that the entire family was there to greet them.
"Good morning you two. I trust you two slept okay?" Bellatrix asked with a soft smile, and clearly struggling to contain her tears.
Fabian smiled and went to hug his mother tightly. "We did Mom, and it's okay. It's not like we'll never see you again. We'll still see each other every day."
"I know sweetie, but as a mother it's hard to see her baby leave the nest." Bellatrix said as she pressed her son close to her chest.
He smiled and shared a quick look with his lover, who seemed to be in a similar position with Andromeda. "Mom, air. We've talked about this."
Bellatrix smiled and pressed a kiss to the top of her son's head. "I know, but I just want to feel you close for a little while longer, indulge me sweetie."
He nodded and buried his nose in her inky curls. "Of course mother. I will always indulge you. You know that."
Bellatrix smiled at him as they took a seat at the table, the raven-haired witch clearly intending to monopolize her son while they ate.
Hermione just smiled at her lover. "You two are just adorable. I never realized how close you two really are."
"What did you expect love? He's my baby boy after all." Bellatrix said with a soft smile.
Fabian blushed at that. "Mom… I'm nineteen years old and the Director of a Ministry Department. I'm not a baby anymore." He muttered softly.
"You will always be my baby boy Fabian, no matter what happens in the future. A mother always has a special spot in her heart for her firstborn." Bellatrix said softly.
"And here I thought I had been replaced by Luna as the family favorite." He said teasingly.
Bellatrix laughed lightly at that. "There's a difference between being the firstborn and being the favorite. Luna will always be the favorite just be virtue of being the youngest."
He just smiled at that. "That's fair, and it's not like I disagree. Luna has always had cuteness down to an art."
Luna smiled at her brother. "Why thank you brother. That's sweet of you to say."
He just flashed her a wink. "It's the truth Lu. It's why you always just need to look at me to get me to agree to anything, and I'm sure Fleur can attest to that."
"Your brother speaks the truth, mon amour. One look is all it takes for me to agree to whatever you ask of me." The blonde said with a loving smile.
Luna just smiled dreamily as she gave her girlfriend's hand a squeeze. "I'll keep that in mind love."
Fleur smiled and pressed a kiss to her lover's cheek as they ate breakfast, filling the time with small talk.
After breakfast they settled in the den, where Dora took her usual seat in her lover's lap. "It feels a bit surreal doesn't it. That this will be our last day in the house where we have spent so many years in."
He nodded and smiled at her. "I know, but I have a feeling we'll see plenty of it in the coming months. When it's a late night at the office and we don't feel like cooking for example."
Narcissa smiled at that. "You'll always be welcome to share a meal with us of course. No matter what happens, you two will always have a home here."
"We know aunt Cissa, and if it's needed we will definitely come home, but we all knew that this was only a matter of time. It's a part of life where one's children at some point spread their wings and leave the nest." Fabian said with a soft smile.
Narcissa smiled and nodded. "That's true, and we all know that you two will flourish even more when you're not stifled by the admittedly oppressive feeling of the Manor. It's something all the warmth in the world unfortunately can't get rid off. Our mother certainly managed to leave her mark on the family."
Nymphadora smiled at that. "We know aunt Cissa, and I'll be very honest and say that while it feels oppressing sometimes, we've also had a lot of amazing times here. It's just that it is time for us to start our lives properly."
"We know Dora, and while it will take some getting used to, we know it's time for you two to properly spread your wings, and at least we don't have to worry about the structural integrity of the house anymore." Narcissa said with a wink.
Fabian smiled at that. "From what I've heard coming from my mother's room, I doubt that. It's true that Dora and I can be quite vocal, but I do think my mother trumps that many times over."
Bellatrix blushed at that. "That's no talk for this time of day Fabian. Have a little decorum."
"Please Bella, over the last couple of months Fabian has shown excellent decorum, unlike another raven-haired witch we all know." Narcissa said with a quirked eyebrow to her eldest sister.
Hermione smiled as Bellatrix's blush darkened. "It's okay love, let them be jealous of your prowess in the bedroom. I certainly don't mind you being so vocal."
"I'm pretty sure I've heard both of you scream over the last months Hermione. So I don't think it is just my mother, and I can know since my bedroom in next to yours." Luna said with her usual dreamy smile.
That made Hermione blush as well. "Alright, that's enough sexual teasing and innuendo. We were supposed to spend this time together so that we can all have fond memories before they start their life together." Andromeda said with a soft smile.
They all smiled and nodded at that, continuing their talk for most of the morning.

When the couple appeared at the door of their new home later that afternoon, he smiled mischievously at his lover. "I know we're not married yet, but I hope you will let me carry you over the threshold of our new home."
She smiled and kissed him as she jumped into his arms. "Why would I object to that, but that smile on your face tells me you also want something else. Is that what is happening here love?"
He nodded as he caught her and opened the door with a quick flick of his hand, carrying her in with a loving smile. "I did indeed have an idea, and I think you'll like it too. It really wouldn't be us if we didn't properly christen our new home in a crazy spot."
Dora smiled and repositioned herself against him. "I like the way you think Fabe. And we both know there is only one place we can have our first home fuck. We've always talked about doing it in the kitchen, so why not start now?"
"You've read my mind, my love, and the best part is that afterwards we don't even need to get redressed, if you still want to give that nudist thing a try." He said softly.
"Well of course, just think how much easier everything will be when we don't have to bother with clothes. Things can go so much more smoothly in a day when you're gloriously naked." Dora said with a grin.

"And that is why we're going out to eat tonight. I really don't want to cook tonight, and I think we've deserved a date night after the last couple of months." He said softly.

"Let's be honest baby, you love a lot of people, but I understand what you mean. You love Luna and Hermione too, there's no shame in admitting that." She said with a soft smile.
He nodded at her. "You're right, I do love them, but it could never be in the way that I love you. Luna is my sister, and Hermione has always been more than just my best friend. It's almost as if we are twins more than anything else."
Nymphadora smiled at that. "It's noticeable too. When I see you two working together at the Department it's almost as if you two are not just on the same page, but almost on the same sentence sometimes. It's so fluid that I'm always so amazed when I witness it."
He smiled at that. "That's because Hermione and I are almost the same person love. At school when we were studying in the library that was even creepier. We worked at the same pace and were so in sync with each other that we would finish one subject and would just hand each other the book on the next subject without even having to look away from our parchments."
"You're right, that is creepy. Do you think we will ever find that level of synchronization?" Dora asked with a soft smile.
He nodded at her. "Of course we will. In a couple of months we'll be able to do that too. Hermione and I spent six years at school to get to that level. You don't have to compare yourself to her Nym, we have a whole other level of connections that I could never share with anyone else."
"I know love, I just can't help but be jealous of all the time Luna and Hermione have spent with you that I didn't have the opportunity to. I still feel a bit miffed that I missed so much of your life." Nymphadora said with a slight pout.
He just smiled and kissed her softly as they relaxed for most of the afternoon, both of them more than content to stay exactly like they were until they had to get ready for dinner.

While Fabian and Nymphadora were getting situated in their new home, Bellatrix and Hermione figured they would be a good idea for them to go look at the property Bellatrix knew would be a fast favorite of her lover, mostly because it had a massive library.
Bellatrix had also been deliberately sparing with details as to keep a bit of a surprise for Hermione, even though she suspected that her lover would want to move in immediately. She had gotten a pretty good read on the brunette over the last months after all and she knew that Hermione would love the house.
She was however still waiting for her lover to come out of the bedroom, since the brunette had insisted on a wardrobe change before they would go house viewing, although she was at a loss on what that could mean.
"You seem nervous Bella. Is something the matter?" Andromeda asked kindly as she took in her sister's pensive demeanor.
Bellatrix nodded at her sister. "I am a little bit Andi. If Hermione likes the house there is a possibility we'll move out quickly too."
"That's nothing to be nervous about Bella. Cissa and I expected something like that to happen already. I know you are in a bit of a limbo, but I do hope you know that you don't have to worry about Cissa and me. We don't mind being here by ourselves, because I have a feeling that Luna will probably move in with Fleur in a couple of months." Andromeda said softly.
Bellatrix smiled and nodded at her. "I know Andi, but I'm still going to move out of the home I've raised my son in, and where so many memories reside. It's just hard to say goodbye I suppose."
Andromeda smiled at that as she went to hug her older sister. "No matter what you and Hermione do, this will also be that home for you Bella. Nothing could take away the memories we have of this house, and let's be honest. I don't think either of us will ever be able to forget anything we've experienced here, not to mention what we've caught Fabian and Dora do."
Bellatrix nodded at that. "I know, and I know I'm just being dramatic about this, and that I'll be fine once we've settled into living together."
"Well you are the dramatic one out of the three of us. Who could ever forget the way you flung yourself onto the nearest couch when we came home for the summer, or even on Christmas." Narcissa said with a soft smile as she joined her sisters.
Bellatrix stuck her tongue out at her youngest sister, accepting a hug none the less. "Don't act like either of you were any better. You used to lock yourself in your room the moment we were upstairs."
Narcissa smiled at that. "Oh I know, but that was for whole other reasons than me being glad to be home again. I was just happy I had a proper Potions book at my disposal again instead of that school drivel."
"Fine, you have a point there. School books were abysmal, and from what I've heard from Hermione, it didn't get any better over the years." Bellatrix said with a soft smile.
Narcissa smiled as her eye fell to the top of the stairs. "Speaking of your Lion, I think she's ready for your house tour."
Bellatrix turned to the staircase and smiled at the outfit her lover was wearing, which was a nice dress that mirrored her own, corset included. "Now I get why you wanted to change. You look absolutely delectable, my love."
Hermione blushed prettily as she came down the stairs before molding herself against Bella's side. "I felt that it was time that I started dressing a bit more like a witch and less of a Muggle. It is time that I embrace who I really am."
Both Andromeda and Narcissa smiled at her. "We're very proud of you Hermione. We understand it couldn't have been easy to make that transition so sudden." The blonde said with a soft smile.
Hermione smiled at her. "I've had plenty of time to come to grips with the fact that I'll never be able to be myself completely. And I will admit that getting together with Bella has also helped a lot in me accepting myself in this way."
Bellatrix smiled and pressed a kiss to her lover's cheek."Then I'm honored to have played a part in you accepting who you are meant to be, a bright young witch who can do anything she wants to."
"With you by my side, I can do everything, my love." Hermione said with a soft smile.
Bellatrix smiled and kissed the brunette deeply. "The same goes for me baby, with you by my side I feel invincible."
"Invincible perhaps, but not invisible. Do remember that we're still here and have no intention of watching you two eat each other's faces off." Narcissa said irritably.
Both Bellatrix and Hermione blushed and smiled contritely at the blonde. "Sorry Cissy. We'll try to contain ourselves." Hermione said with a soft smile.
Narcissa only smiled at them. "How about we talk when you two get back? I can see that you're both brimming with nervous energy, and I know from experience that Bella gets giddy when she's in such a state."
The two witches nodded and smiled at Narcissa and Andromeda before apparating away, leaving the two witches behind in the Manor. "I have a feeling that it will be just us living here before the end of next month." Andromeda said with a soft smile.
Narcissa only nodded at her. "I know Andi, and perhaps we could find something for ourselves too, leave the Manor for official occasions, because let's be honest, the only reason we stayed here was to have the family together, but now that everyone's leaving the nest it's time that we let the Manor be silent again. This was never a home to us."
Andromeda only nodded at her sister as the two witches made their way back into the living room, both of them more than content to talk the rest of the afternoon away.

When Bellatrix and Hermione appeared in front of the country home, Hermione gasped softly. "Wow, this is absolutely amazing Bella. I can see why you chose this. It looks so homey."
Bellatrix smiled at the brunette. "Just wait until you see the inside, baby. I think you'll love it even more."
Hermione nodded and smiled as Bellatrix opened the door. "Welcome home love." She said with a soft smile.
Hermione blushed a little and kissed Bellatrix softly. "I can certainly see us making a life here. It feels so homey."
Bellatrix smiled and wrapped an arm around the brunette. "That's one of the reasons I asked Fabian to sign this over to us. I've gotten a pretty good feeling on what you want in a home for us over the last few months and I think this has everything we could ever need."
"So it's ours already? I didn't think Fabian would've had the time to file the paperwork already." Hermione said softly.
Bellatrix smiled at that. "He did after I begged him to. I figured that once you saw it you would fall in love with it as I have when we bought it. I knew from the moment I saw this house that one day I would live here, either by myself or with someone I cared about. For the longest time I figured that my sisters and I would go and live here, but to be able to share it with you is better than I could have ever dreamed."
Hermione smiled at that. "I can't wait to see what kind of life we can build together Bella, and while my mind is pretty much made up, I still would like a tour."
"Of course little Lion. I'm going to show you every single thing this house has to offer, since I know how much you value full disclosure." Bellatrix said with a soft smile as she led her lover to the basement.
Hermione's eyes widened even more when she saw what was in the basement. Not only did it hold a sizable wine cellar, but it also had a decent size training room. "If this is just the basement, I can't wait to see the rest of the house.
Bellatrix smiled at that. "This house has everything we could possibly want, little lion, including, but not limited to a potions lab, of course a sizable library and even somewhat of an astronomy tower."
"An astronomy tower, why would we ever need that?" Hermione asked with a quirked eyebrow.
"We've used this house as a sort of summer home in the past, and since I know you are well aware of both Fabian and Luna's love for astronomy, we had it installed just for them, but I am sure we can find some use for a tower. Experimental spell research comes to mind." Bellatrix said with a soft smile.
Hermione smiled at her. "Sometimes I forget that you've lived an entire life before we got together, even though Fabian is only a year younger than I am."
"It's okay love. We've got plenty of time to come to grips with the fact that I'm thirty years your senior, or supposed to be anyway. Cissa checked the other day and apparently I've lost fifteen years somehow." Bellatrix said with a soft smile.
Hermione grinned and kissed her. "I thought you were a lot more amorous than usual last night."
Bellatrix smiled at that. "That had little to do with me having lost fifteen years thanks to our Bond, and everything with the fact that I just can't get enough of your body."
"Likewise love, and I can't wait until the moment we get to christen our home properly." Hermione said with a soft smile.
Bellatrix nodded at that. "Later love, because I have some very spirited ideas for that first time in our own home. Shall we continue the tour first?"
The brunette nodded and followed her lover back up the stairs where Bellatrix showed her the living room, dining room and sizable kitchen before they made their way to the first floor, where the library was, conveniently located next to the master bedroom. "It's almost as if you expected to some day have another bookworm in the family."
"If I'm honest the reason is a lot more childish. I'm the oldest so I claimed the first room, which happened to be next to my favorite place in the house. That caused quite the argument with my sisters when we first stayed here." Bellatrix said with a slight blush.
Hermione smiled and pressed a kiss to her lover's cheek. "Why am I not surprised. You and Cissa especially are experts at bickering with each other."
"It's always been like that because we are so much alike but also very different. Cissy has been my anchor to reality when I was afraid to be swept up in the madness of being the eldest Black." Bellatrix said softly.
"It makes sense, I haven't really seen you have a rage episode yet, but from what you and Fabian have told me, the only ones who never had to worry about being hurt were Cissa and Fabian." Hermione said as she wrapped her arms around her lover.
Bellatrix smiled at that as she relaxed in her lover's arms. "It's true. I've always had epic temper tantrums, usually very destructive too. But Cissy and Fabian have always been able to bring me back. One with soothing words and the other with unconditional love. It's why Fabian and I are so close at times."
"It's sweet to see you two interact when we're home, I've never had that with my parents, so to see how you sometimes fuss over him even though he's eighteen." Hermione said with a loving smile.
"To be honest that has a different reason than me being an overly concerned mother. Fabian was a very sickly baby, and there have been times where we thought he wasn't going to make it. I was at his bedside non-stop for almost half a year, and he usually sought my warmth in the middle of the night, so that's why we are so close. He's always been very defensive of me and I have always been overly protective of him. There were times where I would only allow Luna, Pandora and Nym close to him, not that I didn't trust my sisters or Draco, but out of everyone I knew that Dora, Luna and Pandora loved him as much as I do." Bellatrix said softly.
Hermione looked a bit shocked at that, never having heard this before. "I never realized how strong you actually are, Bella. Did you ever find out what caused it?"
Bellatrix nodded at that. "Yes, and I should have seen it coming too. It was the madness that plagues every firstborn Black child, which usually comes out in puberty, but of course my son develops that in the first years of his life. It is also mostly because of Dora's continued presence that he wasn't affected more than he is."
Hermione smiled and kissed her lover softly. "I know, I've read a lot about that particular curse, although I still don't understand why someone would put that on their own family."
"The family book was not exactly accurate about that particular curse, love. I'll tell you sometime, but it is a but too lengthy to go into now." Bellatrix said softly.
Hermione nodded and smiled at her lover as they came onto a set of large doors that Bellatrix opened with a bit of a flourish, revealing long walls and long bookcases all filled to the brim with books. "Sweet Morgana. This is heaven."
Bellatrix grinned and gathered her lover into her arms. "I knew you would love it, little lion. It is the sole reason I kept this a surprise. Do you want to browse a little first or do you want to see our future bedroom?"
Hermione actually seemed to contemplate that for a few moments. "You know love, we've got plenty of time to lose ourselves in this treasure trove of knowledge. Let's go check out the bedroom, although I doubt it can top this library that even Hogwarts would be jealous of."
Bellatrix smiled and pressed a kiss to her lover's cheek. "I was hoping you would say that, and trust me when I say that our bedroom will definitely be worth it. It might not have the private library we have at the Manor, but it has something a lot better, which is an even more lavish bathroom and a gigantic walk-in closet."
Hermione smiled at that. "Now you've gotten me all exited again, and to be honest, I wouldn't mind a quickie before we go back to the Manor."
Bellatrix only grinned as she promptly turned her lover around and walked them over to the door next to the library, opening the door with a smile.
Hermione once again gasped softly as she saw the dark wooden interior, which reminded her a lot of Bella's bedroom in the Manor, but the biggest shock was that the walls were adorned in golden ornaments, and that the drapes were almost scarlet in color. "What's this love, Gryffindor colors in a Slytherin's room?"
"I've asked Jupi to change this for me, this was all black before. It was time this room got some color to it." Bellatrix said with a loving smile.
Hermione grinned and tackled her lover to the bed, banishing their clothes at the same time. "I love it. It looks amazing, and somehow still very you."
Bellatrix smiled and kissed her witch softly. "It's all for you my love, but may I ask why exactly you found it necessary to tackle me to the bed and getting us naked at the same time?"
"Well, since everything you've shown me today has been a dream come true, and I nearly soaked my panties upon seeing the library, I figured you would let me thank you properly before we head back for dinner." Hermione said with a soft smile as she teased her raven haired lover's nipples.
Bellatrix only smiled and kissed her softly before relaxing against the pillows. "By all means love, far be it from me to keep you from conveying your gratitude."
Hermione grinned and immediately kissed her way down her lover's pale neck before taking one of her nipples between her lips, sucking it erect before continuing on to the real treasure that lay between Bellatrix's legs, a treasure she was still honored to be the sole hoarder of.
