Ratchet's Anniversary

"Hey, Chet." Rivet said, as he kissed her husband who was playing his PlayStation 2 in the game room, he was playing his first game.

He paused the game and looked over.

"Hey, babe." He smiled and kissed her.

"Happy Birthday. And Anniversary." Rivet said as she set down a box in his lap.

"Aww, babe," he said as he opened the box.

He pulled it out, it was a hundred-dollar iTunes card.

"Thanks, babe." Ratchet said, kissing her.

"And I have a surprise for you tonight."

Ratchet smiled and kissed her.

"I can't wait…" he said, unpausing and he continued playing.

"Ratchet, are you ready?" Rivet asked.

"Yeah," he said as he walked out. He wore bright red jeans. A blue buttoned-down shirt and his light blue Air Jordan 1's.

A white G-SHOCK completed his look.

"Sheeeesh!" Rivet said, looking at him.

"You look very handsome, Chet." Rivet said kissing him

"Thanks. Let's go." Ratchet said, getting the keys to his car."

"No, I'm driving you."

"Dude, my legs aren't broken, I can drive myself."

"Bro, I wanna do something nice. Give me the FREAKIN' KEYS!"

"Okay! Geez, Riv…" he said, giving the keys to his BMW to her.

"Riv…. it's almost seven… we've been driving for hours and my butt is hurting…" he said.

"Chill! We're almost there."

They have been driving for five hours to Playstation HQ for Ratchet's birthday, which is located in San Mateo, California. And he was getting restless in the car.

Rivet was playing Doomsday Check by The Smashing Pumpkins on her phone as she drove. Rivet got a text from Nathan.

She touched the screen and pressed on messages.

"Nathan." The speakers rang out.

"When are you going to get here?" the message said.

Rivet put her phone up to her.

"I'm getting here soon. Did you finish setting up? Question mark." she said then she hit send and put her phone in the cup holder.

"Hey, why are Roy and RJ not here with us?" Ratchet asked.

"They went with Nathan." Rivet said.

Ratchet nodded. He doesn't care if they have to leave the house. Just do it! They're old enough to go out. They're not ten or five anymore. They have communataciton. As long as they are safe in LA they do not care.

They are setting them up to be not so dependent on them.

Ratchet and Rivet made mistakes too. And still do!

Rivet stopped at Playstation HQ and they both got out of the car.

Ratchet and Rivet both walked into the building and went into a room.

"SURPRISE!" all his friends said.

"Happy Anniversary, Chet." Rivet said, kissing him on the cheek. Ratchet put on a cheeky grin and he had fun with his friends.

"Happy twentieth anniversary, Rach. I and the guys all got you this card and pitched in and wrote something nice to you." Nathan said handing him the card, Jak smacked him on the back.

"Happy Anniversary Ratchet!" Sly said, walking up to him.

"WOAH!" Crash said, jumping on him, the bandicoot knocked him over.

"Yo, Crash!" Ratchet smiled and laughed as he got off the floor.

They headed outside in a well-lit parking garage. It was midnight, about to be one. A black sheet was covering a vehicle

"Okay, Kratos do the honors," Jak said. He walked to the car and pulled the car cover off.

"Is that a Nissan SKYLINE?!" Ratchet asked in shock.

"Yep!" Nathan said.

"Duuuude, why?!" Ratchet said, hugging him.

"Because it's your twentieth Anniversary. And we all pitched in to get you this Nissan Skyline GT-R." Nathan said.

"Brooooo! What the heck, thank you." Ratchet said, hugging his friends. They took a picture of the car and they went home.

RJ wanted to ride with his dad in his new car home so they did that.

Ratchet put on blinding Lights by The Weekend on his Apple CarPlay the song was blasting in the car as they drove back to Beverly Hills.
