I know this took much longer then normal but I did not write for the entirety of christmas brake so that made it take longer

Nigun was... well confused. The Warrior Captain and his troops had disappeared and in their place was a group of weirdly dressed people. One of those caught his eye, because it seemed to be a paladin. The central figure that seemed to be a arcane magic caster spoke up
"Pleased to meet you, gentlemen of the Slaine Theocracy. We are Ainz Ooal Gown, however you can call me Momonga."
Nigun could see the panic starting to form on his subordinates faces. He him self began to panic before remembering the object in his pocket
"We would like to make a deal with you. Might we have a moment of your time?
Whatever was happening was strange but he was of the Theocracy, their was no way he would lose. He decided to try and learn what he could before acting. He raised his chin indicating that he should continue
"Wonderful. Thank you for taking the time to listen to me. Then, I would like to start by making one thing clear to you gentlemen. That would be — there is no way you can defeat us."
Nigun could feel the absolute confidence in that statement. This was not a bluff or a boast, this was something that he truly believed
"Ignorance is truly deplorable. You will pay the price for your foolishness."
"Really now. Do you really think that will happen? We observed your battle earlier, so our presence here would indicate that we are confident of victory. After all, if we were not sure that we could beat you, would it not be wiser for me to leave that man to die?"
This got Nigun to think but the man continued
"I have a question for you, if you can understand it. The angels you have brought with you should have been summoned by third tier magic. Am I correct?"
This was obvious
"The monsters you summoned are similar to those in YGGDRASIL, so I was curious as to whether the names were the same. Many of YGGDRASIL's monsters were derived from mythology… monsters like angels or demons should be no exception. Said angels and demons are most commonly associated with Christianity, but it seems quite unnatural that something called an archangel exists in a world without Christianity. That would mean someone like ourselves must exist in this world."
"That's enough of your self-absorbed prattle. Now tell me; where is Stronoff?"
"I teleported him to the village."
"...What?"
Nigun's anger had began to build
"How foolish. Even if you tell a lie like that, a quick search of the village will—"
"—It is not a lie. I merely answered your question. Well, there is another reason for why I answered your question."
"...Could it be that you want to beg for mercy? If you help us save some time, I can consider it."
"Ha ha ha ha ha!" The paladin was... laughing. Was he insane?
"What are you laughing about?"
"Oh I just found it funny how hypocritical you are! You use angels, but massacre helpless villagers. You are weak but tell us to beg! It's all so, hilarious."
Nigun anger almost at its peak, but he finally understand why a paladin would be against him
"You seem to misunderstand. We are not doing this for the sake of slaughter but for the sake of humanity! Stronoff is an enemy of humanity and wishes to stop us fro-" before he finished a wave of killing intent stronger then he had ever felt before hit him
"This is going to be, fun."
"Have the angels attack them, now!" Nigun practically shouted out
Several of the angels rushed out to attack but before they got close the person in red robes started talking
"Come and punish those who disguise their wrongs in rights, [fall of the Mighty]!"
Six magic circles appeared behind him. From them manifested spears of black flame that shot at the angels heading towards them, and some of the mage's. As the spears hit the angels they were engulfed in black flames. However when they hit the mage's the flames slowly engulfed them, cooking them alive. Their screams of agony continued as their legs turned to ash, only stoping when the flames finally reached their heads
Nigun and the rest of the scripture were frozen in fear, both because of brutality they displayed, but also because of the power they showed. It was only when the paladin beginning to walk towards them that made Nigun do something
"[Principality Observation, attack!"
The [Principality Observation] moved to complete it masters order. When it reached the paladin it swung its massive mace, that was larger then the paladin, but he simply stood still. The [Principality Observation] hit him with all of its strength, but he stood their as if nothing had happened.
"How pathetic."
The paladin's arm barely moved but the [Principality Observation] was sliced in two
As far as Nigun could tell he used no martial arts, no special techniques, and yet he moved so fast that he could barely see him move
His group erupted into chaos, mages flung spells at the paladin but they dissent do anything.
Nigun was in a similar situation until he remembered his trump card
"Defend me if you want to live! I am going to summon the highest tier angel!"
"Highest tier? All right, let's see what your trump card is."
Despite his casualness, Nigun could see that the others were preparing for battle. Some of them were taking out weapons, others getting into position
"This might be somewhat troubling. Albedo, use you skill to protect us." Momonga said
Breaking the sealing crystal Nigun felt the pure holy energy being released from it.
"Behold! The glorious visage of the highest angel![Dominion Authority]!"
In the sky appeared an angel made of many wings, and two arms. In it hands was a scepter, of unparalleled quality. The darkness around them disappeared with its excellence, and he could hear many shouts of excitement from his side
"This... this is your trump card?" Even though their armor and robes Nigun could tell how surprised the paladin and the others were
"Ainz Ooal Gown. The truth is, you deserve respect for forcing me to summon this most exalted of angels. Be proud of your fearsome strength! Personally speaking, I would like to bring you into our fold. If you are truly that powerful… however, I am not allowed to do so on this mission. At the very least, I shall remember you — the people who made me decide to summon this mighty angel!"
However all of his excitement drained in an instant
"This is stupid."
"What?" No that's impossible, surely he misheard them. Right?
"What a joke."
"Your kidding right?"
"How weak could you get?"
This and other insults were being thr
"Impossible, impossible! This is an angel that humanity could never hope to match! This is a power that defeated a demon god!"
"No, this is a fly buzzing in our face's." The paladin said simply "whatever demon god it defeated was even less then that."
Nigun could not believe what he was seeing. How could they say something like that?
"It's a bluff! Your bluffing! [Dominion Authority] use holy smite!"
The [Dominion Authority]'s scepter broke into pieces and orbited around it as a pillar of holy energy fell from the sky and struck the Ainz Ooal Gown. Nigun expected them to designate but instead he heard laughing
"Ha ha ha" Momonga started laughing "as expected of magic that has extra effect on those of evil alignment… so this is what taking damage feels like… pain, is it? I see, I see! Still, even though I feel pain, my mind is clear, and my ability to act is not affected at all. Wonderful, I've concluded another experiment."
They didn't look to be harmed at all. If anything some of them looked satisfied
Expect for one
"You, you inferior lifeforms!"
Her shout ripped through the air
"You inferior lifeforms! How, how dare you do such a thing to my beloved lord, lord Momonga!? You pieces of trash, how dare you cause pain to the man I love, my master lord Momonga!? Do not think that I will allow you to die so easily! I will have you taste the greatest suffering this world has to offer until you go mad from agony! I will melt off your limbs with acid, cut off your genitals, and feed them to you as mincemeat! Then I will heal you and do it again! Aaahhhhhhhh! I hate you! I hate you I hate you I hate you so much that my heart is going to burst—"
"That's enough, Albedo."
"...But, but Lord Momonga, these inferior lifeforms…"
"—It's fine, Albedo… everything has gone according to my predictions, aside from the weakness of the angels. What else is there to be angry about?"
"As expected of lord Momonga, your insight is truly fathomless. I am in awe."
"No, I understand it now! Your demon gods! Use it, quickly! Use [Holy Smite]!" Nigun's shout stoped their conversation in its tracks
"No now it's my turn. Know dispair [Black Hole]!"
A small almost minuscule black dot appeared in front of the [Dominion Authority]. The [Dominion Authority] was sucked into it and it all disappeared as of it never happened
"No.. no that's not possible! Their is no one who can destroy the highest tier angel in one hit!"
"Highest tier?" The paladin asked
"Ha ha ha ha no! That is not the highest tier! Let me show you what the highest tier angel is!"
It was then that Nigun learned just how overpowered YGGDRASIL dev will make [World Class Items when they don't think it will matter
Above the paladin appeared a swirling black circle, that seemed to suck up all the light around it by simply existing. It's presence emanated a power that Nigun had never even heard of before. And from it, from the blackness that was the vary incarnation of darkness, came a light beyond any other
From it came light so strong that the darkness that it came from disappeared behind it
From it came light holier then the [Dominion Authority] couldn't even begin to compare to
The radiance of it almost blinded the scripture, but through it Nigun could barely see what caused it
As the [Heart of Gold] and [Heart of Darkness]'s summons, don't disappear with time
It was human with armor like that of valkyrie, draping it were robes and ribbons of cloth, and from its back sprouted two feathered wings
It's heavenly presence made several scripture members reflexively go to their knees in prayer, but for Nigun it had the opposite affect. For him it made him feel weak, like all of the pain he had caused had been turned against him, and magnified
Before he could fully understand what had appeared before him, it moved aside revealing another light and another until their were six of them
They began to float towards the scripture, each inch making the pressure exerted by them even more unbearable, forcing Nigun to speak
"W-w-wait lord Ainz Ooal Gown, n-no god! I-I wish to make a deal with you! I will give you any amount of money, n-no anything you want, as long as you spare us, no, me! J-just me!"
His fellow scripture members looked at him in disbelief, but they did not matter. It might take awhile to rebuild their strength but what mattered was that he returned to report this
"Anything?" They stoped approaching
'Yes!' Nigun thought as he believed he had found salvation "Anything."
"Hmmm, then I want you to suffer." With that they began to approach again
Nigun knew this was the end, but somehow even through all that something caught his eye. Cracks had begun to appear in the sky above before shattering
"W-what was-?"
"It seems someone was using divination magic to keep an eye on you, but because I was in the effective range, my anti-scrying offensive barrier activated, and you were not observed. Really, if I had known, I would have linked a higher tier attack spell to it."
"What did you link?" the paladin asked
"A widened [Explosion]."
One of them replied, "With how weak they are even that might kill them." this one had a bird like mask and strange golden "armor" that did nothing to protect him
Several of the others laughed at the comment but it made nigun despair even greater. Or at least it would have if that was possible
"Not then, let's finish this."
As the angels began to move even closer Nigun could feel his vary soul begin to rip apart
When they arrived in the village the villagers began to shower them with praise, and they saw Gazef and his warriors through the crowd
"Ah Warrior-Captain, I'm glad your alright. I should have gone to your side earlier, but the item I gave you took some time to work, which was why it took so long. My apologies." Touch me said to him
"What are you saying? It is because of you that any of us are alive right now. But I have to ask, what did you do to those people?"
"Oh don't worry. They were a tough fight but we managed to chase them off."
Gazef looked doubtful but seemed to buy it "Truly amazing. I do not know how I can repay you for your help. Please, look for me when you come to the Royal Capital. I will welcome you with open arms."
"Then I will look for you if we go there."
"... I do not know what plans you have, but would you be willing to travel with us? We will be staying in this village for a while."
"Is that so? Well, we were planning to move on, though we have not decided a destination yet."
"Still, it's already so late, travelling now would be…"
Gazef cut himself off halfway
"Forgive me, there was no need to worry about a mighty being like yourself, Gown-dono. Then, please seek me out when you reach the capital. My doors will always be open to you. In addition, I am deeply grateful to you for your gift of a full set of equipment from the knights who attacked the village."
It looked like everything had been sorted 'alright let's go back.'
