Midoriya was bored. But that was to be expected, nothing here in the past is really a challenge for him, either physically or intellectually, and he still needs to wait until it's time before he lets loose with his quirk. The criminal that his younger self captured was already reprogrammed to obey his orders only, he plans on using him as a sleeper agent in Villain society. He didn't assimilate him or take his knowledge because Midoriya would never bond with such an inferior part of the human race.
Thankfully, one of his preparations requires just a bit of a more personal touch, and while it won't really be challenging for him, he could at least get a kick out of the Hero Public Safety Commission's panic and feeble attempts at fixing their issue.
While his younger self was solidifying himself as a budding prodigy in inventing Support Items, the older Midoriya was left with setting up their base of operations, scouting every single Hero and Villain that would be taken into account in his plans, and setting up the first dominoes for his eventual debut. He does it all in disguise, of course, he removed the freckles on his face, turned his skin slightly tanner, his hair dark brown, and his eyes blue. Nobody would be able to link him back to his younger self. He even changed his DNA makeup on the off chance that he leaves any trace of it.
He always prepares for anything to go wrong, even if the chances of that are less than 1%.
Though hyper-speed would allow him to complete almost all of this in very little time, he decided on a more casual pace.
He has more fun that way.
And he'll do the same today.
He's currently sitting in a coffee shop at Koruski City, a quaint little place with a very low population, not really known for many crimes or heroes for patrols. In fact, Villain attacks are practically non-existent here. You could be forgiven for thinking that this may very well be the safest city in Japan if it wasn't for one tiny little problem.
It's connected to the most secure prison on Earth, which also houses the world's most dangerous Villains. Tartarus.
So you can see why people aren't clamoring to live here.
This also explains the severe lack of Villains. Any criminal caught doing a crime here would just be thrown straight to Tartarus out of convenience, and nobody wants to be imprisoned in Tartarus.
The only thing that's between this city and the prison is a 5 Kilometer bridge that spans out into the open sea, onto an island that is exclusively only for the purpose of housing Villains.
And Tartarus itself lives up to its hellish namesake. The prison itself was meant to both figuratively and literally bury the Criminals arrested, it encompasses the entirety of the island and extends up to 500 meters underground. Every single inch of this small city is lined with reinforced steel, its walls being 6 meters thick of solid steel. The top only being accessible to the staff and security, all the prisoners inside are to spend the rest of their days inside the various buildings, spanning all the way down to the bottom, never to see the light of day again. They are guarded 24/7 and monitored for every single action they take, they are not allowed to have any conversations with each other, and they have guards watching every single moment of their day, from eating to using the toilet, the prisoners are not allowed even a shred of privacy.
It's essentially the dark side of society that's built on false peace.
Up to this day, nobody has ever come out of Tartarus alive. To even attempt to escape the prison, someone would need to get out of their cells, without being seen by the cameras nor using their Quirks, since there are sensors in their cells and every floor, monitoring any unregistered Quirk use all the way to the top. Then they'd have to bypass thousands of guards, turrets, and robots, all armed to the teeth, with the order to kill any prisoner they see trying to escape, not to mention any Quirks the guards might have. Somehow navigate their way through a maze-like structure that encompasses miles worth of space without getting caught, and even if they finally reach the top without alerting anyone, the walls surrounding the prison are 50 feet high and made from steel as well, and there is only one way in or out of the prison, "The Bronze Gate", which is also guarded 24/7. Even after all that, they still wouldn't be free as there would still be 5 kilometers of water between them and the nearest city with only a single bridge being their connection to it, every inch of it packed with sensors, patrols, and surveillance.
Needless to say, no prisoner has ever been desperate, stupid, or suicidal enough to try and get through all of that.
Except for today that is, with a little bit of help from the future.
'Tartarus, the most advanced prison on the planet, costing about 40 Billion American Dollars to make, and even more than that to maintain, built by the most brilliant minds alive today, with the highest tech security to date, with top-notch experts working to improve its security on a yearly basis. It's made to be completely impenetrable, both from the inside and out. Took me less than 10 minutes to hack everything and gain full control of it all. Though that's thanks in part that I've already hacked through it before when I let loose every single prisoner inside for a riot back in the future, now I'm only interested in one prisoner.'
Midoriya took a sip of humanity's greatest invention that did not come from him, coffee, as he looked through the cameras in Tartarus. To everyone else that would look in his direction in the coffee shop, they'd only see a man working on his screenplay (because what else would anyone do in a coffee shop?), but to Midoriya, thanks to his special glasses that allow him to see through the pixel mirage that's disguising his work, he can look at the live feed of Tartarus that's hidden behind it.
He's currently flicking through the different cameras to take note of its architecture, and to double-check every guard's patrol route. He's not really worried that his target would get killed on their way out, he could just turn the robots and turrets against the guards if they get caught. Or he could just flood the whole prison with knockout gas and walk away with the prisoner.
But where's the risk in that?
Life's all about taking risks, and since nothing is risky to Midoriya's life anymore, why not just risk someone else's?
Midoriya finally got to the cell of his target, and there they were. Just lying down on the bed, not knowing that they were being watched by more than just the guards now. Not knowing that they'll be free in a few hours to be part of an effort to stabilize society as a whole.
Midoriya calls upon the nanites in his body and calls a few million of them to come to the surface of his skin. He then commands these nanites to take shape as a machine, he sees the millions of nanites follow his mental command and start binding together into what he needs. When they were done, there was nothing left of their original forms, instead, they now looked like normal everyday house flies. The flies promptly camouflaged into near-invisible forms and took off towards Tartarus.
He cuts off the sound connection to them first, as to silence the buzzing he'd hear if the sounds were to be transmitted. He'd turn it on later.
He closes his laptop, puts it in his bag, and stands up after finishing his coffee, making sure to leave a generous tip from the money he… acquisitioned from other lowlifes whose lives and existence would not be missed by anyone.
Walking towards his position where he would meet his newest ally, he feels a little bit of childish excitement bubble to the surface.
'I always did have a fascination with prison break movies.'

Inside the prison of Tartarus, there are many despicable Villains that inhabit the interior of this hellish place. From mass murderers to insane cultists, and serial killers.
But what people don't usually think about are the other prisoners, those that have been imprisoned here not because of any extreme wrongdoing, or meticulous crimes. But were imprisoned here because their governments didn't want them anymore, but couldn't yet kill. Many of these prisoners used to be known to the public, cheered on and praised. A lot of these kinds of prisoners were Ex-Pro Heroes.
Oh sure, some of these ex-good guys did actually just turn bad, but a lot of them were thrown in here for a much darker and secretive reason.
One of these prisoners is a tall and curvy woman that's in her late 30's years of age. She has pale skin and dark blue and pink two-toned colored hair that reaches down just below her neck. She has purple eyes that always looked jaded and seemed to be locked in a state of apathy.
Her name is Kaina Tsutsumi and she was feeling bored.
But that's a good thing because anything exciting that happens in a prison usually involves rape and murder. Thankfully, those never really happen here in Tartarus, nothing ever happens at Tartarus actually. Every single prisoner in Tartarus basically had all of their rights removed, the right to speak, have privacy, and even the right to move if the people at the top wanted it to be.
She was just waiting for the same plain dinner she had been eating for years now. It was just another day for her, going through the same motions, every single day until she inevitably dies. She is a very cynical person, and for good reason since the reason that she was brought here in the first place wasn't because of a crime she had committed.
It was because she lost faith in her job.
Kaina Tsutsumi used to be a pro hero and a really good one at that. Her hero name was "Lady Nagant", she was put under intense training by the Hero Public Safety Commission to be their personal agent. She used to be optimistic in her journey to become a hero, thinking that she would be helping people and making them feel safe and happy.
But oh how wrong she was.
The HPSC wasn't training her to become a hero, they were training her to become an assassin. A scalpel that surgically removed any threats to the false and fragile peace that society is in. She has killed countless terrorists in her time of being their senior agent, and this has changed her views on society forever. She saw the peace that the HSPC had made as nothing more than a lie, a false blanket of peace that kept the people ignorant of the real darkness that dwells in their society.
Then, one day, she was tasked to kill Heroes. Not arrest, Kill.
The Public Safety Chairman explained to her that they couldn't be exposed to the public because it could damage the faith that people have in Heroes.
And when she found out that the Chairman saw the Heroes that they themselves appointed as expendable human lives, as something to get rid of the moment it becomes rotten, all to preserve the peace and lie to the people.
She. Just. Snapped.
She was arrested after she killed the bastard, and his death was covered up by saying that the man was a Hero that she had killed after going insane.
Ever since then, she had a deep seething hatred for the HPSC and for the society that blindly follows whatever they say. But she knew that nothing could come from it. After all, they locked her up in the deepest part of Tartarus so that their "dirty secret" could never be revealed to the public. But she could wait, she knew that the fragile peace they have, is just one small hit away from breaking apart, and she would be there to watch it all burn.
She just didn't think that that moment would come so soon.
As the panel on her cell door opened, and her dinner was brought in, she walked over to pick it up. It was the same as it always was: Plain white rice with beans, bread, water, and a single potato.
Fucking scrumptious.
But as she started to separate the rice, she found something inside that definitely should not be in there.
"The hell?"
It was an earpiece, a model that she wasn't familiar with. She quickly looked up towards the door to her cell to see if the guard would come back for it. When he didn't, she knew that it did not come from him nor did he know about it. Curiosity got the better of her and she picked it up and put it up to her ear.
"Eat, then we'll talk." She heard a male voice say.
Not expecting someone to know exactly what she was doing, she whirls around to face the only place where she could be seen from, the camera.
"Who the hell are you?" She spoke into the earpiece.
"Eat first, questions later."
"How would I know that you're not just trying to kill me?"
"I wouldn't have bothered with an earpiece and would've sent a bomb instead, now eat."
Conceding that the voice had a point, she quickly finished her meal (after checking for poisons), and afterward, the voice instantly came back the moment she was done, proving her theory that he was currently watching her, the only question now is how?
"You done? Good, now ask me anything."
She obliges.
"Who are you?"
"Izuku Midoriya, but I bet the name doesn't mean anything to you."
It doesn't, but it's a start.
"How are you seeing me right now?"
"I hacked the cameras, and before you ask why the guards haven't sounded the alarm yet, they're currently watching a loop of the previous night."
Well, that explained why she's not dead yet, but…
"You hacked the cameras?"
Wasn't Tartarus supposed to be immune to these sorts of cyber attacks? Tartarus has one of the world's most advanced cyber security, and this person just happened to go through all of that without setting off any alarms?
"And the turrets, sensors, and robots. Everything on Tartarus really, but of course, that's not REALLY what you want to know right?"
Well, at least he could tell just how sketchy this all is.
"Well it's simple really, I want to get you out."
Get her out? Like, actually free her? From Tartarus? She didn't bother to hide the skepticism in her voice.
"Get me out? And how are you going to do that?"
His answer came in the form of a sound, but not from the earpiece, but from the door of her cell. She hears a distinct klank sound, a sound that she's heard plenty of times before. The sound of her cell door unlocking.
"Like that."
She stares at the unlocked door for a while, unable to believe that this person could have easily just opened the door that had imprisoned her for so many years. She glares at the person watching through the camera, taking his words much more seriously now.
"Why are you doing this? I doubt it's because you feel sorry for me."
"You're right, it's not, I'm breaking you out because I need your help."
And there it is, the ulterior motive for this seemingly random good deed.
She scoffed, "My help? Why should I trust a guy whose face I can't even see, nor have I ever heard of? Why shouldn't I just stay here and let the guards know your name? You're clearly going through a lot of trouble for me, so you're desperate. Desperate enough to need me aboard for whatever it is you're planning. For all I know, you could be planning to backstab me after I do what you ask. So give me one good reason to trust you."
The other line went silent for a moment, before speaking again.
"Because you're the only person in the world that hates the Hero Public Safety Commission more than me."
Now THAT got her attention, whoever this Izuku Midoriya was, he knew of her relationship with HPSC, knew of their lies, and knew why she was imprisoned here.
"... Who are you really? How much do you know about me? About the HPSC?"
"Enough to be pissed off, enough to hack through Tartarus to get help, and enough to ask help from the one person I know who wouldn't refuse an opportunity to throw shit into their faces."
She goes quiet for a while, before chuckling to herself.
"Alright, what the hell? Can't be any worse than in here." She finally agreed.
And thus she decided to listen to her unknown caller, for now.
"Ok then, I've disabled the turrets outside and made you invisible to all the cameras outside. You should be able to walk out no problem, just don't make any loud noises. I don't trust the acoustics of that place."
She slowly opened the door to her cell, taking care to make sure to check both sides of the corridor for any guards, when saw none, she walked out and closed the door behind her.
"Now I'll guide you through the corridors and watch out for guards. Just keep low, stay quiet, and follow my directions. Go left for now."
And so she follows his orders, taking care to keep her steps light and her body low. He relays to her which way to go and where the guards were. It took a few hours, but she managed to sneak past all of them thanks to her mystery helper.
When she made it to the elevator, however, that's when things got a bit more difficult. There's only one way up towards the surface, and that's through the central elevator, whose room also acts as a monitoring room. It's guarded with rotating schedules of guards on every floor, coming in and out. She's currently standing outside of the room that houses the elevator and waiting for the man to give her the plan and what to expect.
"Now comes the hard part. You're gonna have to fight your way through 30 guards, 15 here on the bottom floor, and the 15 that's going to be stationed at the top monitoring room. I've already killed their radios so they can't call for backup. When you start, I'll also have to lock down the entire room with you in it so the sound of their guns doesn't travel far and alert the others. Think you're up for it?"
Instead of giving a verbal answer, she merely prepares to use her Quirk: Rifle.
She takes a lock of her hair and molds it into a special ricocheting bullet. She bends her right arm inward until her fingers were touching her shoulder, and activates her Quirk. She feels the flesh on her elbow open up and her bones and flesh start to take the shape of her signature rifle, years of disuse give her a bit of an uncomfortable feeling, like a limb that hasn't been stretched or moved for weeks. Her bones make small cracking noises as they move for the first time in a long time in such a manner, her flesh and tendons a little slow in their molding as they cover the bones and solidify again. She flexes and stretches her gun limb a bit and puts the bullet in its chamber.
"Alright then, on three."
She closes her eyes, then nods.
"One."
She takes a deep breath and holds it.
"Two."
She breathes out slowly and opens her eyes, taking a stance.
'It's just like old times Kaina, just aim and fire.' She thinks to herself.
"Three."
As soon as the sliding metal doors opened, she quickly rushed in and surveyed the room.
The door quickly closed up, locking behind her.
'15 hostiles, just like he said.' She takes note of their position, and the shape of the room as well in just a split second.
'Around 600 square meters, rectangular-shaped room, three desks, one facing the monitors and two on opposite sides of the room. Two guards by the elevator, three looking at the monitors, four on each side of the room, one each sitting by the desks on the sides, and the last four being at the center of the room.'
The guard closest to the door didn't even have the time to react to her entrance, as she clotheslined him with her rifle, instantly knocking him out.
Before the guard even hit the ground, she aimed forward and fired.
"Wha-!"
*BANG*
The bullet traveled towards the head of the guard furthest away from her, and before he could blink, the bullet went straight through his forehead, the bullet then hitting the wall behind him, ricocheting off of it. The bullet traveled into another guard's chest on the far side of the room before ricocheting one last time into another guard's stomach.
"Holy Shit!"
'12 left.'
She quickly rolled to the side toward the desk to her right, turning her right arm back to normal and using the desk as cover for the hail of bullets that were coming straight for her. She kicks a gun into the air away from the guard that was sitting by the desk before he could aim at her, disarming him, she then trips him and jumps over the desk, catching his gun and jumping away again to dodge another hail of bullets.
She quickly fires six shots from it before even hitting the ground, killing the one she tripped and 4 more guards with headshots, and the sixth being quick enough to duck behind the other side desk for cover.
'7.'
She lands on her feet and dashes forward, staying mobile to prevent being hit.
"Mayday! Mayday! Prisoner attempting to escape! I repeat! A prisoner trying to-!"
The man was quickly shut up when a bullet struck him through the head, along with three others in quick succession.
'3.'
*Click* *Click*
The remaining 2 guards' guns were empty, and they frantically fumble with other magazines to reload. But it was too late.
Lady Nagant, who was only using one bullet per person, still had bullets in her magazine and promptly executed the two swiftly.
'1.'
She looked around the room to make sure that everyone was down, then picked up another magazine from one of the corpses to reload the gun she took from the guard. Her Quirk had to be used sparingly because of the enclosed space of the room. She went towards the elevator, and as she was walking towards it, she heard the guard that she had first knocked out start to wake up.
*BANG*
Without even looking she aimed the gun behind her and shot the man straight in the head.
'0.'
*Ding*
Just as she executed the man, she heard the elevator arrive on her floor and saw the elevator doors open. She walked in without looking back at the bodies. The doors closed behind her and she felt herself moving up.
"The rumors on your skills were no exaggeration Lady Nagant." Midoriya complimented.
"I was rusty." She said simply.
"That was you being rusty? Man, what would you have done back there if you were in your prime?"
"Everyone would've been dead in half the time and with no missed shots."
"You only missed once."
"And that was one too many."
She saw that she was nearing the top and prepared the gun in her hands.
"Alright, you better hurry up now though, the alarms may be disabled, but it's only a matter of time until someone finds the bodies."
She aimed towards the doors, waiting for them to open.
"Roger that."
*Ding*

How long has it been since she's been on the surface? She can't even remember anymore.
She takes a few seconds to just breathe in the air, and feel the wind hitting her face.
"You can enjoy the surface later after you get back to the mainland."
After taking care of the rest of the guards, she finally made it outside. She was currently hiding in the shadow of the building that imprisoned her now, away from the spotlights that search around for any intruders or prisoners that could've made it all the way here. They really spared no expense on this place.
"Fine, now what? How do I get back? I'd get caught before I even get close to the Bronze Gate, and I can't exactly swim all the way back."
"Go to the east side of the prison, you'll find your exit there."
She quickly moves towards the location while hiding from the spotlights above, Midoriya couldn't turn them off without alerting everyone on the island. There are multiple guards up here too, but thankfully a lot less, almost all of them were inside the prison itself. When she made it to the east side all she saw was the 50-foot wall that blocked her view of the sea behind them.
"I'm here, now what?"
"Now just sit tight. I'm about to teleport you away."
"Tele-what?"
Suddenly the area around her starts to suddenly spark, realizing what's about to happen she braces herself.
And with a quick flash, she vanishes from Tartarus.
When she comes to, she feels a headache bloom from her head and nearly falls down from the metal platform she spawned from.
"Have a nice trip?"
Recognizing the voice she's been hearing for the past couple of hours, she looked towards the voice and saw her mysterious savior. He was pretty tall, standing above 6 feet, he had slightly tanned skin, brown hair, and blue eyes, he was wearing…
She had to squint her eyes to make sure she wasn't seeing things, and yep, that was a T-shirt with the word "Shirt" written on it.
"So you're Izuku Midoriya huh?"
"In the flesh."
As the headache dissipates, she takes stock of her surroundings. She seems to be in some sort of lab if the various equipment surrounding them is any indication. She turns towards her savior to ask a question that suddenly popped up in her head.
"Wait a minute, if you had a way to teleport me out of there, why didn't you just teleport me out of my prison cell?"
He shrugged his shoulders, "I didn't have the exact coordinates of your cell, I had to get you to the surface so I could triangulate your position, and find an isolated enough area to hide the teleportation."
Taking his explanation, she stood up straight now and looked him directly in the eyes.
"Alright then, you got me out of there, so what did you need help with?"
He smiled at her.
"You know, instead of telling you, how about I just show you."
Before she could ask what that meant, the earpiece that she had on the entire time they were talking, suddenly broke apart into millions of tiny little machines and entered through her ear.
She only had a moment to feel the pain of nanites forcing themselves into her brain before she blacked out.
The last thing she saw before blacking out was Midoriya's now green eyes.

GUYS! DID U SEE HAWKS FLYING OVER HOSU TODAY?!
Hosu? What's he doing patrolling there?
WHO CARES!? I'M GONNA SEE IF I CAN GET HIS AUTOGRAPH!
Just ignore her, you know how she gets whenever Hawks is involved.
Lady Nagant closes the community app on her brand new untraceable phone as she looks up from it.
'So they sent Hawks to look for me huh? Wasn't he my replacement? I wonder if he's up for a game of cat and mouse… What do you guys think?'
"I don't really care, I'm happy to just watch you spread chaos amongst the HPSC."
"Just send me the memories of the breakout from Tartarus and the reactions of the HPSC, and I'll be happy."
Lady Nagant smiled as her now green eyes twinkled with humor and intelligence.
'You got it.'
