Here is another chapter of Back From Death! With the seance coming, Lincoln need to figure out a way to not creep his family! have a live read!Disclaimer: I do not own The Loud House

"Lincoln." Somebody poked the sleeping boy's nose. Lincoln flicked his nose on his sleep, thinking it was a fly. "Lincoln." Another poke at his nose. "Lincoln, wake up." Lincoln nose received several pokes, waking him up. The ghost boy slowly opened his eyes.

"Reaper?" Asked Lincoln when he identified how it was. He sat on the bed wiping the sand of his eyes. He looked to his side. Ronnie Anne was nowere to be seen. "Where's Ronnie Anne?"

"Downstairs, eating breakfast with the rest of the family." Replyed Reaper picking on his nose.

"Oh." Lincoln yawned. "What are you doing here?"

"Well Linc, you obviously know about the seance that Rosa Casagrande you do on the noon."

"Yes." Confirmed Lincoln.

"Linc, First of all, I need to know, what are you going to do there?" Reaper sat at Lincoln's chair.

"I don't really know Reaper. I think I'm going to let them know it's me and..." Lincoln stopped, realizing something.

"Lincoln?"

"I just realized something... Are they going to be happy... Or creeped that it's me? How they're react?"

"Hm... I'm sorry Lincoln, but, I really can't answer that." Lincoln sighed and looked down. "Well linc, I need to earn you of something." Lincoln looked up to Reaper.

"Warn about what?" Reaper got up and placed both hands on Lincoln's shoulders and looked to Lincoln dead in the eyes.

"Whatever it happen. You. Can't. lose. control." The serious tone of Reaper made Lincoln tremble.

"Ok, not lose control." Reaper released Lincoln. Wait... Why?"

"Because seances are rituals that gather a large amount of paranormal energy. If you lose control, It will act like a beacon."

"A beacon, ok... But that beacon would attract what?

"Wandering spirits, lost souls, bad ghosts, with bad luck, even demons. You don't want these things close to your family, right?"

"Right! I will not lose control!" Lincoln Looked down. "Wait, Why I would lose control?" Lincoln looked back up to Reaper. But he had vanished. "Cool. He disappeared again." Lincoln shrug and phased through the bed, floating down the first floor.

The Louds, plus Ronnie Anne, Bobby and Rosa were at the dining room, eating breakfast. A quick look at the watch at the wall, it was 9:46 AM.

"Ok." Said Lincoln. "I have some hours before the seance, I need to figure out a way to revel myself to them without creeping them out..." Lincoln scratched his chin in deep thought. Maybe he could just write on a paper? Nah... He could try to appear to then clearly. No, he would need to practice a lot before, and he didn't had the time.

Maybe he could finally call someone with his cellphone? Yeah. Maybe they would buy it. He was able to talk to Luna before using it. Now that was clearly something paranormal happening, they would believe him.

"Ok! I'll do that! But I need to polish the details. He had some time before "Operation Call someone at the seance to reveal myself and figure a shorter name to this operation" start.

Later, ten minutes to noon to be exactly, Rosa started the preparations to the seance. With her instructions, both Lynns, father and child, pushed the sofa back to make space in the living room.

Rosa, them extended a red carpet on the floor. It had a black circle with runes painted on it. Rosa them, lit five black candles, and placed around the carpet. With Rosa's instructions, all of them sat on the floor, making a circle around the carpet with candles.

Some of them were shivering, other were sweating. They finally were doing it. Rosa instructed to everyone hold hands, to make a chain.

"Now." Started Rosa. "We begin." Rosa picked the weird bronze plate from her apron, and, holded by the metal chain, above her head. She waited it stop shaking, them continued.

"I comand. If it's a spirit on this house, this amulet will move." And the Amulet did move. The bronze plate started flinging slowly. That made some of the girls to gasp, but Lisa rolled her eyes. For her, it was obvious that was Rosa who was moving it.

"There's one soul among us." Said Rosa. "Now, spirit. Please, give us a signal of your presence." Ordered Rosa.

"Ok... What do I do?" wondered Lincoln, floating above them. He felt a gust of wind, he looked back, the window was opened.

BLAM. The window closed with a sudden and loud bang, making the kids yelp.

"Thank you spirit." Said Rosa. "You have signed yourself to us." Now, everyone. Please, look to the flames on the candles.

Everyone did as said, even Lincoln, who landed inside the circle, Looking to the candles, he sat on the carpet, making some of the candles flicker. Lisa gulped when the flames flicked.

"Please spirit. Using the flames, please, respond our questions." Said Rosa. One of the candles flicked. "He said yes." Lori was the first to ask.

"Are you here to harm us?" Lincoln Looked to Lori with a frown. No. He waved at the candle in the front of Lori two times.

"That, was a no." Said Rosa. Everyone sighed in releaf.

"You're here..." Started Luna. "Because you want?"

Lincoln looked to Luna, wondering what she meant by that. He was there on this side, or there, in the house? But... He really wanted to be there? He looked around. Looked at her sisters. His parents. His friends. He flicked the candle one time. "Yes."

"You like us?" Asked Luan. The flick on the flame was almost instantaneous. That make Luan smile a little. Then, Lynn asked.

"Why are you here?" Lincoln looked to the candle. How he was supposed to answer that?

He looked to Lynn. Suddenly, he felt his head hurt. He groaned in pain. Everyone gasped in horror at the sound.

"Lincoln!" he heard something in his head. With his vision blurry, but he could identify that he was in a hospital bed. His sister had just barged in the room.

"Hello Mr. And Mrs. Loud. And, kids." A voice talked. "We just got the diagnosis of Lincoln... And... I'm sorry to say like that... But... Lincoln's dying."

"NO!" Shouted Lincoln. The pain in his head was the same from that day.

Unaware to him, the candles were flickering like crazy, the floor was trembling. The occupants were horrified. They got up and backed from the carpet. That was shaking up and down. The groans became louder and louder, shifting into screams of pain.

"NO! NO! NO! STOP!" the words bounced on the walls, it was so loud the occupants could hear them inside their heads.

"That voice!" Said Ronnie Anne. "I recognize that voice!" she shouted, looking to the others, they were covering their ears, some of them nodded.

"LINCOLN!" All the Loud children and Ronnie Anne screamed.

The screams stopped, but the flames shot up, almost touching the ceiling. That sudden fire blowed them back, some fell on the ground along some of the furniture. Curtains flutered like they haven't gravity. Frames flew up, the tv fell of the desk, breaking.

Suddenly, the flames went out, and the curtains flung back down, frames also fell, breaking it. The flames made much smoke, flooding almost all the room.

"What was that?" Lola said coughing.

"Everyone's all right?" Said Rita, getting back on her feet.

"I'm fine" Said Lynn Sr.

"That voice!" Said Leni. "It was Lincoln's!"

"You're right." Said Lucy.

"Guys..." Said Bobby, looking up, the smoke was almost clear. "Look this..."

Lincoln was floating unconscious on the air.

"Lincoln..." All of them whispered.

Rita extended her hand to her son, and started to tear up when she felt the cold hand of the floating kid. She pushed him down. Taking a closer look at her boy.

"It's him... It's really him..." The mother started crying, hugging the unconscious kid.

"Lincoln..." whispered Lori, also staring to tear. He was there. Lincoln was there. How? He was the ghost all along?

"Linkie..." Leni started to cry. Her Little brother was right there. She though she was hallucinating. That would be too good. No. It wasn't true.

"Linc.. Bro..." Luna trembled. Her eyes started to water. Her little bro... It... It was him who called her that day? It must've been! He was right there!

"Li-li-li..." Luan barely could form a sentence, she was in total shock. He... Was there? Was he who laughed from her practice? Oh Lincoln...

Lynn was also in shock, how... She didn't know how to react, she just stood there, looking at her mother hugging her brother.

Lucy was in tears. How her big bro was there? She read many times about dead people appearing to living persons, but she didn't even though about happening to them, let alone being Lincoln!

Lana and Lola were also static. What was happening? Lincoln? What?

Lisa had her eyes wide open. Seeing her brother there had put in challenge all of her beliefs. She felt like a fool for ridicule the paranormal. But she didn't care... Lincoln...

And Ronnie Anne? She was in tears. She approached Rita. She couldn't believe what she was seeing. What was Lincoln doing here? He... Was... So cold. Ronnie Anne held his hands. Like in the funeral. His hands were cold...

But...

She felt something...

He had pulse? She looked up to Lincoln. His face was pale. His hair flung around like he was underwater.

Something was wrong.

Somewhere. Very far from Royal Woods, Reaper walked through a dark corridor, he had his hands on his pockets, whistling. He walked the long corridor, with each step, the corridor became more and more illuminated, until he stopped at the end of the corridor. The source of the light, was a big, white door, who's shine could blind you if you looked directly for too much.

Reaper knocked the door. Some seconds later, he heard a voice coming from the other side. "Enter, please." And Reaper did.

The other side of the door was a entirely white office room, with some golden ornaments on some of the furniture. A chairin front of a desk, and the other sid of the seat, another chair.

And sitted on that chair, a being that it's only describable by shining.

"Hey boss." Said reaper sitting on the empty chair.

"How's the boy?" Asked the Boss with a deep, bit kindly voice.

"I think he's doing well. They made the seance. And now, they know it's him."

"He... Lit the beacon." Said the Boss.

"Yeah, I warned him, but he couldn't control it. His memories you know."

"You think he can handle what is coming?"

Reaper sighed. "He's still new on that thing. Slowly, he is starting to remember his death. When he remembers all... It'll be the time."

"You're sure you want to do that? With that kid? He wasn't able to control that, he put his family on danger for that." Questioned the Boss.

"I know what I am doing Boss. Please, you need to trust me." Said Reaper.

"The last time I trusted someone that much, it didn't go well. You know it." Replyed the Boss.

"The boy is a good person. He deverves it!" Pleaded Reaper. The Boss sighed.

"Look, if he proves to me that he deverves it, he, and you will be rewarded." Reaper smiled and cheered.

"Thanks man!"

"IF!" Said the Boss. "He proves it! I will also have an eye on him."

"Yes sir!" Reaper nodded.

"Well... It's for now boy, you need to go to work, I am right with that?" Questioned the Boss.

"You're right boss, a pile up on japan in some hours, I don't want to lose, Bye!"

Reaper exited the office. He sighed. The Boss may not be much confident with Lincoln. But he was. He could sense the heart of the kid. He knew. He knew.
