Hey everyone! It's been a looooong time, I know and I'm really sorry about that. I've been a little busy nowadays (watching a new Anime, cough, cough) and I gradually ran out of ideas… and I also didn't like where this story was going.
This chapter was initially quite… dark (especially the violence part) but I think I've somewhat toned it down (hopefully). There's still an almost rape scene so please be prepared. And I will need to add trigger warnings and maybe even some new tags (a complete pain but it's understandable… could you guys help me out with the tags part because I suck at those?) so… yay… Anyways, now that I'm done, please read without further ado.
Please do note that anything that isn't written in the normal style is happening inside Fumiko's head (like this or this or this).

When the kids informed Mitsuki about their decision to leave she'd waved them off with a "Dinner will be ready soon so you kids better not take too long." "All right, old hag", Kacchan screamed before leaving much to Mitsuki's chagrin. Fumiko hummed along the way whilst pulling her brother by his arm (with a jealous Katsuki glaring at the poor boy) and smiled when she saw the park. "He's so cute and lovely to tease. Not bad", a sexy female's voice snarked inside Fumiko's head. "Urghhh, not this again", she groaned as another childish voice countered, 'Hmph, he's much better than the people that appear in your dreams.'
"Oooooohhhh! This place hasn't changed a bit! I remember this bench", Fumiko began rambling (to shut the other two up and distract herself) and excitedly began inspecting every nook and canny of the park. She'd narrate the incidents she remembered at certain landmarks. She suddenly glanced at a corner where she and Kacchan used to play when they were kids and softly smiled. Katsuki knew that spot. It was where they had their first kiss after confessing. Before he could say anything, the moment was destroyed when two young men appeared out of nowhere and started asking her out. "Hmph, as if they can take me out on a date. I'm simply in another league. In fact, he should pay to even look at me", the mature woman's voice echoed in her head. Fumiko… sort of gave the two a tight smile and refused, "You see gentlemen, I'm not interested in your offer right now. I might change my mind if you can take me out on a million-dollar date."
The men turned red at her words; she was mocking them! Their clothes indicated their status… there was no way they could afford a million-dollar date. "You're already going out with these kids. They don't look like they can afford such an expensive date either!", one of the men hissed. "How annoyingly persistent", she complained to the voices. "Let the expert handle this", the woman whispered seductively and Fumiko winced as she lost all control of her body. "You should've simply hit them! Why let her sweet-talk to scum like these?!", the childish voice screamed. Fumiko groaned and simply paid attention to what was happening outside instead of answering the voice. In the real world, Fumiko (who wasn't actually her) sighed, "I'm not going out with them either. Seriously, I'd be eating them right now if I were. They've both got amazing physique." Izuku and Katsuki furiously blushed at her words. The men frowned and slowly approached her menacingly. Katsuki growled at them and slightly activated his quirk to warn and scare them off.
The men shared a look and immediately dashed towards him and Izuku. Katsuki grinned; these guys were asking for it! Before he could do anything, however, Fumiko stopped him. She had a weird and all-knowing smile on her face and crept towards him. "Wha-", the blonde teenager asked her, voice hoarse and surprised, as she whispered, "We're under surveillance so don't use your quirk before they attack us with theirs. You want to get into U.A., don't you?" Even though their proximity was making it hard for him to concentrate on her words, he immediately tensed as he processed what she'd said (the fact that she immediately moved both of them to dodge their opponents' attacks also helped).
Izuku meanwhile wasn't as lucky and was struck by his opponent's quirk. "Hah, we got one!", one of the scums cheered as he grinned at the green-haired boy who was now frozen in place. "What have you done to him?", Katsuki hissed in rage and moved to punch the guy who's taken Izuku out. Meanwhile, the other guy crept towards Fumiko (who had a very bored expression on her face with a hand in her pocket) menacingly. The other guy managed to subdue Katsuki within a few minutes using his quirk (with great difficulty though). "So you showed my friends no mercy… even though they didn't use their quirks at all. How heartless… but all that noise you guys just created will attract people. Musutafu central children's park is a very popular place after all", Fumiko shrugged nonchalantly.
"Now, now, missy. You made us work real hard. We wanted to leave your friends alone. But no, you had to repeatedly refuse us. And we were planning to put our experience to good use. Now you'll have to pay the price for making us sweat so much. We'll take you right here in front of them. Oh, and don't bother screaming for help. Nobody can listen to us and no matter how popular a children's park is, it will always be empty at night. I love screamers, so this works just fine for me. I can tell you'll moan like a bitch when I'm inside you. You'll definitely lose it when we're both inside you, I can guarantee that", one of the guys chuckled as he walked towards her along with his friend who'd frozen both boys.
"Oh? And why can't they listen to us?", Fumiko asked without any changes in her expression. Izuku and Katsuki wanted to desperately move but couldn't. Katsuki was nearly rabid at this point. He'd never felt so weak and helpless before. If those guys dared touch even a strand of her hair, he'd kill them. Dammit, he should've ignored Fumiko's warnings about publicly using his quirk on another person! Meanwhile, Izuku couldn't help but wonder at his sister's attitude. She was… unusually calm for someone who was receiving rape threats. What was she planning to do in the first place? He couldn't read his sister at all but more importantly, he couldn't move an inch. His eyes were hurting since he couldn't blink (he was grateful that he could breathe) and he couldn't think of a plan to save her… what kind of a brother was he?!
"Now you deal with this", the woman chuckled inside Fumiko's head as she regained control of her body once again. "Please warn me in advance before you do anything… it's not easy to dodge attacks and focus on you guys simultaneously", Fumiko groaned internally as she quickly moved to dodge their attacks. One of the guys could freeze other people (maybe even other living beings) by touching them whereas the other person could construct an invisible soundproof barrier. "Just kick their butts!", the childish voice cried out inside her head. Fumiko ignored the voice (once again) and simply dodged any incoming attacks. Whilst she was pretty sure they probably didn't have any more tricks up their sleeves, it was better to be safe than sorry. "You should control yourself. Your mouth's going to look real creepy if you don't do anything", the woman sighed inside her head and Fumiko slapped her hand to cover the right side of her face. She'd nearly… given in. That was a close call.
A part of her decided to wrap this up quickly but the greater part of her knew that this was the best solution. It wasn't as if she was breaking a sweat… she could probably do this all day. Her opponents, however, couldn't. They were slowly getting exhausted and had begun panting. Suddenly, a few cops strode into the park and pointed their guns at the me-scum who immediately faltered and raised their arms as the police instructed them to do so. "We're sorry for the delay miss. I hope you're all safe", one of the cops apologised sheepishly as Fumiko scowled and pointed toward one of the offenders, "My companions were struck with his quirk and have been frozen in place. Please check up on them first. And I haven't suffered any injuries so don't worry about it." The man nodded and strode towards the poor boys who'd finally been set free and could move. They wanted to go to Fumiko but were stopped by the police and a medic who'd been accompanying them.
"Oi! What the hell happened to my son and his friends?!", the kids heard Bakugou Mitsuki before seeing her as she barged into the police station with Bakugou Masaru right behind her. Instead of calming his wife down as he usually did, he had a stern expression on his face and grimly nodded at the police. Izuku would've been stunned at the display if he weren't freaking out right now. The police had even tried to call his mother. Luckily his mother didn't pick up the call or else it would've been an ugly sight.
He slowly glanced at his sister who was calm the whole time. She was lightly patting Kacchan's back to soothe him and calm him down. The blonde was unusually silent and had a serious expression on his face the entire time. He was probably thinking about the entire incident and was trying to recall the exact moment when nee-chan had called the police. He too had been thoroughly surprised when the police had praised her quick wits and action on their way to the station. "So that's what happened. You guys should've arrived faster! But thank you for saving them nonetheless", Mitsuki slightly bowed as Masaru followed suit. Izuku slightly bowed as well, he was grateful as well. Kacchan and Fumiko didn't move a muscle and simply sat as if nothing occurred.
Their ride home was mostly spent in silence when Katsuki suddenly spoke quite seriously, "You could've handled the situation on your own. So why didn't you?" Fumiko expressionlessly stared at him before softly replying, "I'd already calculated the losses you two would suffer and decided that this was the best way. It was completely legal and the only issue you guys would temporarily deal with was getting dry eyes." "What if something else would've happened during the time you uselessly spent waiting for the police?", the blonde teenager countered back. "I had the situation under control. Being paranoid is not a bad thing but letting that paranoia control you is something you should ensure that never happens to you", she replied in the same tone. "We're gonna reach so you guys better clean up properly by the time I've reheated our dinner", Mitsuki butted in with a frown Izuku guessed she probably agreed with his sister but didn't like it one bit.
Dinner was primarily spent in awkward silence before Mitsuki gently asked Fumiko, "The dinner's good, kid?" Fumiko blankly stared at her before nodding, though the look on her face clearly said she wanted to add to her answer. For some strange reason, the food reminded her of a love so painful that she suddenly found it extremely difficult to even swallow her food. She couldn't help but wonder about the kind of love was she recounting. "How did you fall in love with Masaru-san?", she suddenly asked Mitsuki who paused for a moment before grinning devilishly. Katsuki groaned as his parents began recounting their first meetings and their many dates (they'd of course ensured that their story remained PG the entire time). Izuku suddenly remembered the boy he'd met a few days ago and blushed. This did not go unnoticed by Fumiko who gave him a look that said 'we're-definitely-having-this-conversation-later'. Izuku squeezed her hand once in agreement.
The next day, Izuku shared the entire situation with All Might who frowned initially before tiredly grinning at him, "Your sister's attitude speaks of experience. I hope she doesn't encounter these types of situations again. As the top hero, I need to perform my duties better so these kinds of situations cease to happen!" A few minutes later, he proceeded to follow the exercise All Might had given him whilst the hero repeatedly motivated him, "I know you can do it! You've come so far, young man! I wouldn't have chosen you as the successor of my quirk, One For All if I hadn't seen your determination!". He teared up at his master's words every time the hero would praise him. He wanted to get stronger to protect his sister in the future. Suddenly a voice interrupted them which caused both of them to jump.
"You should really start paying attention to your surroundings, 'Zuku. Even All Might's quirk can't save you if an enemy gets to you first. Don't worry about me, my lips are sealed. Though, All Might, you really shouldn't say something this important out loud. What if a villain heard all this and decided to kidnap my brother, hmmm?" Izuku smiled at her words. He was glad his sister was smart enough to understand the situation. Meanwhile, All Might's face had darkened, "I didn't think you'd be her brother, young Midoriya." "Jeez, chill out, number one. I don't know or remember how to contact… that guy if he even still exists. Since you're passing your quirk onto him, I think it's better if you told him about the potential threat he'll be facing in the future", Fumiko spoke to All Might seriously. All Might shut his eyes and nodded.
Izuku felt his curiosity increase with every word that came out of his sister's mouth. His sister knew All Might? Moreover, the villain who'd kidnapped his sister was someone even All Might considered a threat! He suddenly remembered All Might huge and now somewhat healed wound and felt his heart stop beating. There's no way that…? No, All Might had successfully defeated the villain at the cost of his organs… All Might always won with a smile. It was probably another dangerous villain…
"Soooo, hmmm, strength training huh? I'm guessing your quirk can't just be handed down. Well, I'm not surprised since the physical boost your quirk provides is way too strong. But then, it must've been passed on to different people for generations… Now that's amazing. Can you imagine the accumulation of all that energy?! It must be approaching or should've reached singularity by now", Fumiko began rambling (just like her twin) and All Might (and Izuku as well) shivered at the accuracy of her statements. She was crazy good at observing her surroundings and analysing information. No wonder the HPSC wanted to keep her on a tight leash (something he was vehemently against; they were aiding their enemies by pushing her away and she was simply a child… he didn't save people so that they could be placed under constant surveillance and scrutiny). If they could convince her to join the heroes, her mind would prove to be invaluable. She reminded him of his former sidekicks, Dave and Nighteye.
"Nee-san?", Izuku weakly interrupted. Was this how the others felt when he couldn't stop talking about a particular topic? "Hmm? Oh wow 'Zuku! I'm so happy for you! You've finally met your idol in person. Let's all train together for the admissions test. I've missed my training because of travelling around so much", Fumiko cheerily spoke. Izuku dumbly nodded his head but secretly wondered how his sister was going to participate in the training. After all, there was nothing for her to do. "Can I borrow one of these?", she pointed towards a spare tyre. "Sure, you can. You don't need to ask us since we don't own any of these items", All Might answered for her with a huge grin and a thumbs up. "Thanks", she mumbled running away with the tyre towards the end of the beach.
Izuku continued with his training by clearing off some waste items. The amount of waste had greatly decreased within the past ten months due to his consistent efforts. After an hour he saw his sister and felt his eyes nearly pop out at what he saw. His sister was traversing the beach on her hands and her legs were tied up with the spare tyre she had borrowed earlier. 'How could she even maintain her balance for so long? Isn't she tired? What kind of training had she endured in the past to find this normal?', Izuku wondered grimly. "Your sister is a very… special person Midoriya-shounen. She might be quirkless but she's much better than most who have quirks. I'm sure you must've figured out after yesterday's incident", All Might gave him a strained smile as he looked at Fumiko.
After completing his beach training for the day, he decided to wait for his sister who was nearly done. "I must go to school now, Fumi. Will you be okay on your own? I don't think okaa-san will be home right now. She's usually at work by this hour", he carefully questioned his sister. Their mother was still a sore topic for them. He couldn't blame his sister though. Okaa-san hadn't even deigned to see her only daughter! How could she feel any love for their mother? He sighed at his thoughts. "I'll be fine, 'Zuku. Don't worry about me. I've got things to do as well, you know", she reassured him. He nodded and got ready to go to school.
Author's notes: Okaaayyyyy… that got pretty dark for a fic that was supposed to focus mainly on fluff. Welp! I guess that Fumiko is a bit… uhhhhh… different. You'll see why. I mean, the HPSC is sorta right, but their methods aren't perfect. And if you're an Anime-only fan… don't worry about it, just ignore the HPSC stuff. Please do share your opinions and I hope to see y'all soon.
