—Here and Now—

Chapter 1.

Nerf War.

Another rainy day had been in the forecast for Burbank, California. And now, in the WB studio lot's water tower, sat three puppy looking toon children. And there was something odd, or unique about these three toon stars. These three would usually run around the WB studio lot, causing what others would call, "chaos and mayhem", and maybe, just maybe to a certain degree, these three did. But then again, they had, most of the time, found themselves locked up in the WB studio lot's water tower, of which, these three "pesky" toons called home. Usually, they would find themselves entangled in whatever mess they could create, even if it meant making the WB studio's newest CEO, Nora Rita Norita upset, or even upright angry with these three. Even to the point of where her security guard, Ralph T. Guard had to lock these three up in their confinement of a home. Then again, every single day, they found themselves doing the same old thing. But on days like today, with rain in the forecast, they would always find themselves entangled in boredom, as they had nothing to do but just sit around. And about these three, they were all siblings.

First came Yakko William Warner. Being the oldest at fourteen years old, he would always find himself taking care of his younger siblings. In both the good and not so good times. Sometimes, he loved it when his siblings got along with each other, and there were times when he would have to break up a fight between the two of them. Yakko only wore a brown colored pair of pants and as for a shirt, he never wore one unless he was on set for shows, or he was at special occasions.

Then came Wakko Ryan Warner. Only eleven years old, being the middle sibling had both its advantages and disadvantages. Sometimes, he loved his older brother and younger sister, but sometimes, they could be a pain in the neck for him, either they were arguing amongst each other or they were constantly bugging him, he still loved them, but as said, they could be a real pain in the neck. The middle sib didn't wear a pair of pants at all, that was unless certain occasions called for it. Instead, Wakko wore a cyan blue turtleneck. But what his signature was his red colored baseball cap that he always wore backwards. Also not to mention, Wakko was the goof of the family. And the most energetic, physically, that was.

Then last came Princess Angelina Contessa Louisa Francesca Banana-Fanna Bo Besca Warner the Third, who was also known as Dot. Call her Dottie, and she'd clock you silly! She only wore a pink colored skirt. And a yellow four leafed hair clip that kept her ears up together. She was basically the cute one of the family. Whenever the situation called for it, either on set or not, those who fell "victim" to her cuteness always gave way to her, and her older brothers.

Currently, Yakko, Wakko, and Dot all found themselves in the middle of a Nerf war going on in the middle of the living room of the WB water tower. As if right now, Yakko found himself looking for his sister, who he thought was taking shelter in the closet in her bedroom. He knew that was where she was. Oh but little by little did he know that she wasn't.

"Oh Dot! It's only a matter of time before I find you! Not if!" Yakko singsonged playfully as he searched for her, nerf gun in his hand.

Dot, who was well hidden underneath a lamp stand in the living room tried her best not to snicker out loud. She prepared herself for when Yakko would find her. He was right about one thing; that it was a matter of time before he found her, not if. But then, he was wrong about another thing; if he did end up finding her, she would pull the trigger on her nerf gun, the rubber bullet hitting his foot.

"Okay, that's it! I know that you and Wakko are working together again! Remember sister sibling, that's against the rules!" Yakko hollered playfully as he reached the living room.

Dot, who tried to keep quiet, suddenly let out an accidental snicker that sounded more like a squeak. Yakko immediately whipped his head towards the lamp stand.

Yakko suddenly smiled. "Did I just hear Pinky squeak his head off?"

Dot prepared herself to pull the trigger on her nerf gun when Yakko suddenly bent low and saw that his baby sister was underneath the lamp stand, just as he suspected.

"Ha! Whatcha gonna do now!?" Yakko asked playfully.

Dot immediately pulled the trigger on her nerf gun, but the rubber dart missed it's intended target… her brother, Yakko.

Yakko suddenly smirked. "Most I do what I have to do?"

Dot immediately crawled out from her hiding spot, but not before she was hit in the shoulder with a rubber dart.

"Oh darn! And I thought that I would've got you this time." Dot snickered.

Yakko only smiled. "You know how good I am at this. And now that I got you, I gotta find Wakko before he gets me… just like last time."

Dot only grinned. "Who knows? Maybe this time, you'll get him."

Yakko suddenly smirked. "Oh Wakky! If ya wanna watch a Don Knotts movie or something, ya better show ya self!"

Dot only shook her head. Yakko had tried this tactic on Wakko millions of times, but every time he did so, he would always be Wakko's "victim" whenever they had their little nerf war sessions. The middle sibling never gave in, Wakko was in it to win. He had always gave his older brother and baby sister a run for it. Just as Yakko headed for the kitchen, Dot saw Wakko peak his head out from behind the couch and prepared to inform Yakko, but before she even could inform her older brother, Wakko had immediately let go of the string on his nerf bow, the rubber dart hitting Yakko square on the back of his head.

"Owww." Yakko suddenly hissed. Then he turned himself around and found out that Wakko was the one who had delivered the blow.

Yakko suddenly glared at his baby brother playfully. "Geez, you got me… again!"

Wakko then smiled.

"Like always," Wakko said, his Scouser accent thick.

Yakko then smirked suddenly. "What do you all want to do now?"
