Milim and Rimuru spend the nexts few months together getting closer then ever. But then one early morning she heard a knock on the door. She moved quietly as to not wake Rimuru up. when she makes it to the door she sees one of Freys servants.

"Is it that time already?" Milim asked with a sad tone.

The servant replied with a nod. Milim sighs and walks over to Rimuru and leans down and kisses him on his forehead before grabbing the pink gloves he made for her and left with the servant.

Some time passes before Rimuru wakes up to see Milim missing.

"Hmm. She must be in the kitchen with Shion and Shuna."

He stretches and lets out a yawn before making it out of the room. He makes it to the kitchen and asks Shion where Milim is.

"Huh? I thought she was still in bed with you."

Rimuru goes to say something until Souei shows up.

"Souei have you seen Milim?"

"Yes I was trying to follow her but she was to fast. She left awhile ago."

"What!" Rimuru yelled.

"Sir she didn't seem herself."

"What do you mean?"

"Her face was blank with a more serious look."

The room fell silent for a few minutes before Rimuru sighed.

"Im sure she has a good reason for what she did. But Souei keep an eye out for her let me know immediately if you find something out."

"Sir." Said Souei befor leaveing.

"Hmm. What should I do. She knows I would help her if she asked. What could be going on?"

A few days go by since Milim left. Rimuru has been down think on reason why she would leave him.

He sits outside of tempest spacing out until Ranga interrupts him.

"Lord Rimuru I'm sure she will be back." Ranga states.

"Indeed." Benimaru says walking up to them. "But you can't sit still. You must keep your head up."

Rimuru smiles after hearing them "thanks guys your right. But what's next?"

"How about the promise to save the children." Ranga recalls.

Rimuru looks u at Ranga feeling a little bad "I almost forgot about that your right."

"Then I shall get everything set up for your mission." Benimaru says as he heads back.

"Wait but what about Tempest?" Rimuru asks

"Don't worry we can handle it while your gone Lord Rimuru." Benimaru says waveing.

A few days pass and it's time for Rimuru to head out but he's sitting in his room holding a necklace Milim got him before she left.

The door swings open and Rimuru looks ip to see Shuna.

"Hey everything is set you ready?" She asks.

Rimuru puts the necklace on and nodds.

At the entrance of tempest as he was leaveing he looks back. He imagines Milim waveing at him. He smiles slightly as he turns back.

"Next time i see you I want let you go again."

His journey there and his time there goes just like canon except when he meets the merchant. When he is informed that Milim has been seen with Clayman which angers Rimuru greatly.

Its a few days before Rimuru heads back to Tempest. He decides to go see the Merchant to ask about news of Milim. He doesnt get much. Hes upset about not getting any more information on Milim but he knows he has to stay positive. He thanks the Merchant and leaves.

He spends the last few days with the kids happy that he kept his promise. Then the day to leave came. The kids were all upset but he promised he would be back and gave them parting gifts.

As he was leaveing "will you introduce us to your girlfriend next time." Asks Chloe.

He turns to them with a shocked look.

"We kinda followed you to the merchant one day." said gale.

Rimuru sighs "Yea ill introduce her next time." he says with a smile.

He then takes his leave with the kids waveing him off.

As he and ranga walked down the road he starts thinking to himself.

"I wish you were here Milim."
