Ami and Summer were going down Dangerous Cliff during their patrol. "Yo, Ranger! Cyber Sleuth!" They noticed someone was waving to them. "Do you remember me? The guy who loves rock climbing!"

"Oh yeah. The one who made friends with GrapLeomon." Ami said.

"Thank you for everything you did for me then. I've been doing some thinking since then. I want to do something for my little bro…I mean, little sister."

"What do you have in mind?" Summer asked.

"My little sister loves Drifloon. I really want to show her a lot of Drifloon. But it's not easy to find Drifloon. Here comes my favor request. Could you pinch…I mean, find…some Drifloon for my little sister with me?"

Ami stayed quiet as Summer Posed. "Quest On!"

"You are so kind, Ranger. What about you Cyber Sleuth?"

"Before that I need to do something real quick." Ami said. "Can you wait right there for a moment you two? I'll be right back."

"Uh, sure." Summer nodded.

"Talk to me when you're ready." The man said. "You better hurry up, okay?" Ami walked off with Rosemon. "What does she need to do anyway?"

"Beats me."

Solana was the last of the remaining Rangers to gather in the living room. "Hey Nema, what's up?"

"Hi there! I have a request!" Nema chirped. "Rythmi, Yuuko, Yuugo, Arata, Erika, Professor Hastings and I have made a wonderful machine that you Rangers and my papa would love, Solana."

"It's almost done." Arata said. "The programing took a while, but it'll be well worth it if we can get it running."

"What do you need us for if it's almost ready?" Keith asked. "Want us to give it a test run?"

"Once it's operational, that would be appreciated." Rythmi replied. "But we need some help getting it started."

"What, you need us to get you some parts you need?" Kellyn asked.

"Well…kind of." Yuugo replied. "This machine handles a massive sum of data all at once. And it needs a high amount of power in order to start."

Yuuko nodded. "We have finished working on a generator strong enough to keep it going, but it needs a good kick start. Then it can keep running just fine on its own."

"Oh, I see." Lunick said. "Minum, Plusle, and Pachirisu right? You want them to charge it?"

Profeesor Hastings shook his head. "We worked together and did some calculations. Erika and Hagurumon did a great deal of that. And I'm afraid we came to the difficult conclusion that even for your partners and Pichu, we won't be able to generate enough power to get it running."

"Fortunately, once we crunched the numbers, Professor Hastings knew right away what Pokemon can give it the juice it needs." Arata said. "That's where you guys come in. We want you to gather the Pokemon we need to get this thing running. Think you can do that for us?"

"Sure." Kate replied. "What Pokemon do you need?"

"According to the Professor…" Rythmi said. "We need Jolteon, Manectric, Ampharos, Electrode, and Electivire. All five should be in Oblivia."

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, you want both Jolteon and Electivire?" Kellyn asked, looking at Professor Hastings. "The former can summon 10000-volt lightning bolts, and the ladder can provide an entire city enough electricity to run for a whole year!"

"Trust me, we'll need them." The professor replied.

"I just hope you guys know what you're doing." Solana muttered. "Sounds like you need enough electricity to fry the entire region."

"Relax, we got it handled." Arata said.

"Besides, we promise all of you, getting this machine running will be worth it." Yuuko added.

"I don't suppose you could tell us what kind of machine you're making that needs all this power, could you?" Lunick asked.

Wormmon smiled. "We could. But that would ruin the surprise!"

Keith groaned. "Anybody else feel like they're about to get pranked?"

"Guys, please?" Nema pleaded. "We'd appreciate it if you could bring them all to us."

Kate sighed. "Alright, alright, it's hard to say no to you Nema. Just promise you guys won't blow up the house."

"Thank you, guys!"

"Remember." Erika said. "Electivire, Jolteon, Manectric, Ampharos, and Electrode."

"Five Pokemon, and five of us." Lunick said, looking at his fellow Rangers. "I say we split up."

"Probably won't need to do that much splitting." Arata replied. "I think there was a Jolteon on the top of the Wireless Tower. The other four should live on Layuda Island."

"Yes, please gather them for us." Professor Hastings aid before adding. "Hurry, hurry, hurry!"

"Fine, I'll go get the Jolteon." Keith said as he made his way to the door. "The rest of you gather the others and we'll meet back here."

Kellyn grabbed his shoulder on the way out. "Aren't you forgetting something?"

"Huh? Oh, right." The five Rangers got together and posed. "Quest On!"

Ami returned to Summer and their client. "I'm back. Sorry for the wait."

"Are you ready?" the man asked.

"Yup."

"Let's go find some Drifloon!" He led them to the left.

As he took lead, Summer turned to Ami. "What was that you needed to do just now?"

"Oh, just making a call."

"A call? To who?"

The man stopped. "Hey, you! I mean, Ranger and Cyber Sleuth! Look over there! See the Drifloon?" Four Drifloon were together, loitering in the path up ahead. As soon as they noticed they were being watched, they fled. "There are four of them altogether. Can you two gather them all in one place?"

"You want all four of them?" Summer asked.

"My little sister will be happier the more Drifloon I bring her. I'll wait here. Can you gather all the Drifloon in one place?"

"Let's go Summer." Ami said.

"Alright, I'm coming."

Back at Rand place, Keith was already inside with a Jolteon by the time Kellyn, Kate, Solana and Lunick returned with an Electivire, an Manectric, an Ampharos, and an Electrode. "Sorry for the wait." Solana said. "Here are your Electric Types."

Erika checked the Pokemon that came in. "Perfect."

Professor Hastings smiled. "That was fast. I expected nothing less for our finest Rangers."

Nema jumped for joy. "Yes! I knew you'd do it!"

"Thanks guys." Rythmi replied. "I knew we could count on you."

"So, now that we brough you guys five dangerously powerful Electric Pokemon, can you tell us what this machine you're working on is?" Lunick asked.

Yuuko smiled. "You'll see once it's done. Trust me, you'll love it."

Nema turned to her group. "Tokomon and Calumon are already in the lab! Let's get started on the machine right away!"

"Oh, one more thing." Rythmi turned to the Rangers. "Guys, may we see your Stylers for a moment?"

"Uh, sure?" Kate, Kellyn, Keith, Solana and Lunick detached their Stylers and gave them to Rythmi, Erika, Arata, Nema, and Yuugo.

Wormmon turned to the five Pokemon. "Alright you guys, right this way!"

"Hurry, hurry, hurry!" Professor Hastings added.

The six teens and the Professor took the Pokemon into Nema's lab. "What are they doing?" Keith asked.

"Well, Yuuko said it'll be something good, so, I'm sure it'll be worth going out of our way to get those Pokemon." Solana replied.

"I just hope they're carful about this." Kellyn sighed. "Those are some of the most dangerous Electric Pokemon on the planet they got."

"Oh, come on bro." Kate rolled her eyes. "Nema's a scientist, Rythmi's a Operator, Professor Hastings is…Professor Hastings, and the others are experienced programmers, what could go wrong?"

Bzzzzzzzzzt ZAP

First, they heard buzzing, then a bolt. The Rangers were startled as Kellyn squinted at his sister. "You were saying?"

They then heard voices from the lab. "I said lightly zap the cord, not drop a bolt of lightning on it!" Arata yelled.

"Arata, weren't you the one who was supposed to make sure the power rods were properly calibrated?" Yuuko asked.

"Well, you were the one who forgot to make sure the battery pack was reinforced like you said you would!"

"Guys, calm down." Rythmi said. "At this rate we're going to scare Kellyn and the others."

They then heard Nema's voice. "Oooooh! Kellyn was the first to come to mind, huh?"

"Y-yeah, so what?!"

Kellyn raised an eyebrow. "What are they talking about?"

Keith groaned. "And here I thought Murph was dense."

"Let's stay focused." Proffesor Hastings said. "While that was a bit more dangerous than we anticipated, the important thing is we got the energy we needed."

They heard Erika's voice next. "He's right. But it's not exactly stable. Wormmon, maybe we should try adjusting the conductor."

"Huh? Oh, right. Wow, we have a lot of buttons here. Let's see, was it…this one?"

"Wait, no, not that one!" Yuugo yelled.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

Kellyn and the others looked at the room bug eyed after they heard a series of explosions. They got even more frightened when they saw smoke come out of the doorway. "Uh…guys?" Lunick asked. "You all okay in there?"

"We're fine!" Calumon replied. "Everything's fine! Uh, where's the fire extinguisher?"

There was coughing from the room before they heard more voices. "Yuuko, it's in the kitchen, can you go grab it?" Nema asked.

"Er…I kinda can't right now."

They heard Arata next. "Yuuko, how did you get tangled in the cables like that?"

"I was startled and fell over okay?"

"Hang on, I'll get you out of there." Guilmon said.

"Are you okay, sir?" Yuugo asked.

To everyone's surprise, Professor Hastings laughed. "Oh, don't worry about me. Lab mishaps like this remind me of my youth. Still, we best do something about that fire. Misery, could you get that fire extinguisher?"

Rythmi ran out of the room and into the kitchen not bothering to correct the Professor about her name this time. "Want some help?" Solana asked.

"No, it's okay, just hit a little snag." Rythmi ran back into the lab with a fire extinguisher.

Keith buried his face in his palm. "I think our next Quest is going to be catching five fully evolved Water Type Pokemon…"

"Okay, the fire's out." Rythmi said.

Then they heard Hagurumon from the lab. "Assessing damage…No serious damage detected. Facility still operational."

"Oh, thank goodness." Tokomon sighed.

Then they heard Wormmon speak again. "Hang on, I'll turn on the fans. Uh…this button, right?"

Then they heard Erika, Arata, Yuugo, Yuuko, Rythmi, Nema, Professor Hastings, Guimon, Calumon, and Tokomon shout at the same time. "WORMMON, NO!"

And then the power went out through the entire house. "…Opps…"

"Oh, great." Lunick mumbled. "Well, good thing they got that Ampharos."

Summer and Ami had led all four of the Drifloon to a dead end. "That was easy enough." Summer said.

The man hurried over. "Excellent! Four Drifloon coming up! Good job, you heroes you. I mean New Heroes of Oblivia!"

"Glad to be of service." Summer smiled.

"Thank you. You can go now. I'll take care of them from now on."

"You sure?" Summer asked. "Well, okay." She turned to the Drifloon and gestured to the man. The Pokemon floated over to them.

"Hold on a moment." Ami said.

"Huh?" the man scowled. "I told you we're done. Don't follow me."

"What's with the attitude?" Summer asked.

"Surprise!" A Pokemon Pincher strode over to them.

"Who's that strange guy?" The man asked. "…Well, I guess there's no need for acting." The man threw off his disguise. "Ta-da!"

Summer gasped. "A-another Pincher!"

"You look dumbfounded, you heroes!"

"Hahaha. I can't stop laughing! Ranger, Cyber Sleuth! You just got tricked by us!"

His partner turned to him. "How did you like my acting? Pretty good, huh?"

"What are you talking about? You spoke too roughly and made stupid mistakes. I thought you were going to blow our cover!"

Just then four Sableye jumped in front of Ami and Summer. "It's okay, anyway. Now that we've got the Drifloon, why don't we just get going?"

The Pinchers turned to Summer and Ami. "You did a real good job, heroes! Sableye, listen! Keep them entertained so we won't be followed! Bye, Ranger! Cyber Sleuth!"

"Sable!" the four hostile Pokemon surrounded them as the Pinchers dragged the Drifloon away.

Summer aimed her Styler as the Sableye approached. "Dang it, those poor Drifloon are in trouble because of us! We need to hurry and get past these guys and follow them!"

Ami grinned. "Don't worry. They won't get far."

Up ahead, the two Pinchers were pushing the Drifloon. "Drifloon! Move along!"

"Floowa!" One of them shouted at them.

"Ouch! Drifloon, stop scratching me!"

"Need a hand there?"

The Pincher looked past the Drifloon. Takumi and Ben were right in front of them. "No, it's okay Ranger, we got this." He looked back at the Drifloon. "As for you- He then paused and looked back at Ben who gave him a small wave. "W-what?! Another Ranger and Cyber Sleuth!"

The other gasped. "Impossible! How did-

"My sister called and said something seemed off about this case." Takumi replied. "We figured this was a Pincher trick and that if we pretended to play along, your buddy would show up."

"You partner wasn't wrong." Ami said. "You're blunders made it easy to see through that bad acting."

The Pinchers whirled around. Ami and Summer were right behind them. "Look! The other Ranger and Cyber Sleuth caught up with us!"

"Well, I guess we have no choice… Armaldo, show yourself!" A Armaldo appeared in front of one of them.

"Swampert, show yourself!" A Swampert appeared in front of the other.

"Those two seem familiar…" Rosemon said.

"Hahaha…You better not think they are the same as last time!"

"Their defeat last time has made them stronger by making them angrier! And that isn't all we got! Hey, you! Get over here!"

A green Digimon with a long canon on his face wheeled over. "Yeah, I hear you…"

Takumi's eyes widened. "I can't be…It can't be…"

Summer scanned it. "A Digimon? Tankmon…where did I hear that name before? Well, it's a Champion Level Data Type. It holds the alias of "Mercenary Digimon" and has heavyweight-power and heavy artillery installed through it's whole body."

"Tankmon, take them down!" one of the Pinchers ordered. Tankmon just stood there looking at Takumi and Ami. "TANKMON!"

"Huh? What did you say?"

"I said, take those guys down!"

"Right…"

"Go, Armaldo!"

"Get 'em, Swampert!"

The two Pokemon charged towards Ben and Summer. As they started their capture MegaGargomon and Rosemon uneasily looked at the Tankmon that took aim at them. MegaGargomon looked at Takumi. "What do we do?"

Ami just stood there petrified. Takumi clenched his fists.

Ben and Pichu jumped around Armaldo's claws. Pichu played music as Ben started looping it with his Styler. Staraptor blew a whirlwind at Swampert, and while it was stunned, Summer captured it. "That's one!"

Ben finished capturing Armaldo. "That's two. And the Digimon is only Champion Level, Takumi and Ami can easily- He turned to the detectives. MegaGargomon and Rosemon were just standing there blocking shot after shot. "What the heck are they doing?"

"Hyper Cannon!" Tankmon shot another blast at MegaGargomon who blocked it. The opposing Digimon was paused giving MegaGargomon and Rosemon a chance to retaliate, but instead they just stood there. "Hyper Cannon!"

Summer watched Rosemon block the attack this time. "Rosemon! MegaGargomon! Why are you just standing there?! Fight back!"

"No!" Takumi yelled. "Don't attack Tankmon!"

"What?! Takumi, have you lost it?!" Ben yelled. "Even if Tankmon's destroyed, it'll just reconvert, remember?!"

Ami shook her head. "I can't just let that happen again!"

"Again? What do you mean-" Something then snapped in Ben as he pieced it together. "Wait…Is…is that Tankmon the same one Nokia told us about?"

Summer gasped. "It can't be…You mean the one that you-

Tankmon roared as he fired again. "Why won't you fight back?! Are you mocking me?!"

"Please, we…we don't want to fight you." Ami said. "Let's just stop this."

"You don't have to do what those Pinchers tell you too!" Takumi added.

"I'm not being controlled by them. I made this choice. I am a weapon. What purpose do I have in life besides hurting others?"

"That's not true!"

"There has to be more you can do with your life!" Ami yelled. "There should still be another path for you to follow!"

Tankmon kept his head low as he growled. Without warning he charged. MegaGargomon and Rosemon braced themselves, but to their surprise he went right past them and rammed into Takumi and Ami. Using his arms, he had each of them pinned against the wall. "You think I haven't tried that?! I desperately searched for a means of using my powers for something other then violence! But every time all I've ever done was hurt people!" The Digimon yelled with a cracking voice. "What good am I for if all I can do is hurt people, huh?!" Suddenly he felt something wet fall on his arm. "Wha-" He looked closer at Takumi and Ami. "What are you…"

Ben saw their faces. "Takumi…Ami…"

Both the Cyber Sleuths had tears rolling down their cheeks. "Are you…crying?" Tankmon slowly backed away. "Why…? I…I don't…understand…"

Ben glared at the Pinchers as he and Summer released their Pokemon. "You didn't give them many orders, you just sat back and watched them fight. Big mistake."

As their Pokemon fled the Pinchers gulped. "You've got us…How could we always slack off towards the end…?"

"That's what Blue Eyes, our leader, used to say all the time…"

The other Pincher nodded. "She used to say "That's why I can't let you have Z.Z. Flyers." Remember that?"

"Speaking of our leader, I wounder where she is now. I heard that the submarine sank to the bottom of the ocean and the team was disbanded…"

"Stop gripping. It only makes us sad. I've had enough about that." He then turned to Ben and the others. "Ranger, I have one last favor to ask you! We want to leave Oblivia and go home!"

"Say that again?" Ben asked.

"We are the lowest grunts, so we weren't even given Z.Z. Flyers. The only way for us to go home was to rely on Pokemon!"

"Wait, that's why you wanted these Drifloon?" Summer asked.

"Yeah, that's why we planned to pinch Drifloon for our escape, which turned out to be another failure…"

One of them bowed his head. "I ask your pardon for disguising myself as a rock climber to fool you. So please take us home already!"

"Why can't you be a little more respectful? You should remember your position!" the other Pincher looked at Summer. "Ranger! We ask for mercy. Could you please take us home?"

Ben paused before turning to the others. "What do you think?"

Rosemon shrugged. "Mmm. Technically he didn't fool me or Ami, Summer on the other hand, I don't know how she didn't see through that bad acting."

"Oh, hush!" Summer glared.

Ben groaned. "I mean what should we do regarding them? And if we are going to get them home instead of turning them in, then how? I mean I suppose we could have the Union take them home, but that could mean it will be away from Oblivia for a while."

"Drifloo!" The four Drifloon floated over to them. Two of them each picked up a Pincher.

"Drif-Drifloon? Are you saying you will?"

The other Pincher looked at the teens who just stood there. "And…you aren't going to stop us?"

Ben turned his back to them. "Sorry, we're just worried about Takumi, Ami and Tankmon here. We can't see what those Drofloon are doing over there, right Summer?"

Summer turned away as well. "Yeah. It would be unfortunate if you two got away while our backs were turned, right Ben?"

Ben grinned. "That would be a shame, but I guess if that does happen there's not much we can do about it, is there?"

"Sniff… Sniff… You're making me cry!"

"You Rangers and Cyber Sleuths! Sorry, Rangers! Cyber Sleuths! I'll remember your kindness forever!"

"We'll start afresh when we get back to our hometown! Thank you Drifloon! Thank you, Rangers! Thank you, Cyber Sleuths!" The Drifloon carried the ex-Pinchers away.

Once they were gone, Ben turned to the teen detectives. "Takumi? Ami? Are you alright?"

Neither of them answered. They just approached Tankmon. "Why don't you two just finish me off?" the Digimon murmured.

"I told you." Ami said softly. "We don't want to fight you."

Tankmon didn't look up. "All I can do is hurt people. Even you. If this is all my life means…I wish I'd never been-

"DON'T SAY THAT!" Everyone around the twins was startled by the outburst.

"How can you have such little regard for your own life!?" Ami yelled. "What good do you think it will do anyone to just throw it away?!"

"There is still so much you can do if your alive!" Takumi shouted. "So much you can see and feel! If you end your life, then you'll miss out on so much!"

"But…I…I don't know what else I can do…" Tankmon whimpered. "I don't want to hurt anyone…but that's all I can seem to do…"

Then they heard a rumble. A bunch of rocks came down the cliffside towards them. "Look out! It's a rockslide!" Ben yelled.

"Takumi! Ami! Move!" Summer shouted. One of the boulders started falling towards Takumi and Ami. Takumi grabbed his sister and attempted to shield her.

"Hyper Cannon!" Without thinking Tankmon shot a blast that blew it to pieces right before Takumi or Ami could get hurt. "Hey are you alright?"

"Y-yes." Ami shakily replied as Takumi let her go. "Thank you Tankmon. You saved us."

"I…I did?"

"She's right. We would have been flattened if it weren't for you." Takumi replied.

"I…helped someone…? Without hurting anyone?"

"Yeah! You just saved the day Tankmon!" Summer smiled. "Good job!"

"Ha…ha, ha, ha!" the Digimon was on the verge of tears. "I never thought I'd hear someone say that to me…"

"Do you see now?" Ben asked. "If Takumi and Ami did destroy you, you wouldn't have been around to save them. You can do something other than hurt people with your life."

Tankmon stood there. "Maybe…maybe you're right…Hey, these rockslides happen here often, right? I saw a lot of boulders blocking these roads…maybe I can clear them off so people can pass through here."

"That's a good idea." Ben smiled. "I'm sure the rock climber and GrapLeomon would appreciate that."

"Thank you…thanks to all of you I found a new purpose to my life."

Takumi smiled and rubbed the Digimon's head. "Tankmon…I'm glad we could help you this time."

Ben and Summer posed. "Quest Clear!"

"Take care Tankmon." Ami whispered as they left.

"Thank you! I'll never forget your kindness!" Tankmon waved. "Wait…did he say "this time"?"

As Ben, Summer Takumi, and Ami were returning to Rand's house they saw an Jolteon, a Electivire, a Manectric, a Ampharos, and a Electrode run out of the house. "Whoa! What was that about?" Ami asked.

Ben watched them leave. "Those are all powerful Electric Type Pokemon. Who brought them into the house?"

"I don't like the looks of this." Takumi said as they head inside. Everyone else was already gathered in the living room save for the ones working in the lab.

"Oh, you're back." Date said.

The lights were back on but there was a funny smell. "*sniff* *sniff* Rand, were you cooking in here again?" Terriermon asked.

"No, it was another one of Nema's crazy experiments." Fei replied. "By the time some of us got back the lights were out. Yuuko and the others think they got it under control now."

Just then, Nema, Proffesor Hastings, Yuuko, Yuugo, Arata, Rythmi, and Erika came out of the lab. "Thank you for waiting!" the young scientist smiled.

Yuuko noticed the new arrivals. "Ah! Takumi, Ami, Ben, Summer! Perfect timing. Can we see your Stylers for a moment?"

"What for?" Ben asked.

"They're uploading data into some new machine they've been working on." Kyoko replied.

"Wait…is this about what we asked you?" Takumi asked.

Yuugo nodded. "Yes, thanks to our Rangers, just about ready."

"That's great!" Ami chirped. "Good job you guys!"

As Ben, and Summer handed over their Stylers, Kyoko glanced at her assistants. "Oh? You know what this is about?"

As Yuugo and Yuuko went back into the lab, Nema faced everyone. "I'm proud to announce that thanks to Kellyn, Keith, Kate, Solana, and Lunick, we have… "The Many Times, Anytime Capture Machine"!" It's working now!"

Everyone stared at Nema awkwardly. "…We'll workshop that later." Arata muttered. "Anyway, thanks for the help you guys. Oh, better give you your Stylers back." He, Nema, and Rythmi returned to the lab and came back with Yuuko and Yuugo, placing everybody's Stylers on the table.

As everyone was reclaiming their belongings, Nema smiled at them. "I know you need it for your Ranger pose, right?"

Lunick, Solana, Kellyn, Kate, and Keith posed. "Quest Clear!"

Professor Hastings laughed. "We appreciate this all of you. It was a lot of work, but it was well worth it."

"So, what is this machine anyway?" Rand asked.

"You're about to find out." Nema smiled. "Because we're all going to try it together! To Nema's lab we go!"

"Wait, right now?" Ben asked.

Nema ran over and started pushing him and Summer towards her lab. "Yes now! Now, stop dragging your feet and let's go!"

Inside the lab, everyone gathered around a large, strange machine. "Allow me to explain what this machine does."

"Please do." Matayoshi replied.

"In short, it lets you capture Pokemon you rarely see! Yuugo and Yuuko gave me their info on how EDEN was created and how Mental Data is transferred into it and using technology I got from the Professor that's used in the Capture Arena, I was able to make something that's sort of a combination of the two!"

"What? Really?" Kellyn asked.

"Here's how it works…" Nema said. "It first reads the Pokemon data out of your Styler, then it reconstructs them as 3-D models to allow you to capture them in a virtual space…Well…I think I should just let you all try it! First things first! Entering is simple for our otherworldly friends! All it takes is a connect jump into the machine!"

"Wait, why would we go in?" Keisuke asked. "We don't capture Pokemon."

"You'll see." Erika replied. "There's a reason for all of you to try this. Nema, we'll go on ahead." Everyone faced the machine and held a hand forward. "Connect Jump!"

Once all the Digimon tamers and their Digimon turned blue and went inside Nema turned to the machine. "There!" The device started making a weird noise.

"Ben, are you okay?"

That was the first thing Ben heard when he regained consciousness. The next thing he heard were familiar waves. He opened his eyes. He was on a beach. "Huh? What just…?" He slowly got up and looked around. Everyone was there taking in the sight, He then looked around himself. He knew this place. "Wait…this is…! But how?!"

Wormmon giggled. "Surprised? We pulled this from Yuuko and Yuugo's Mental Data and used the machine to replicate it. As for you guys, right now your Mental Data, basically your consciousness, has been transferred into this replica of Dolce Island!"

"Pichu!" Ben watched his partner happily run around.

Yu smiled. "So, this is what Dolce Island looked like."

"What a relaxing place." Chitose stretched.

"It looks and feels so real!" Nokia breathed.

"I never thought I'd see this place again…" Summer said.

Then they all heard a noise. They looked up and saw Latios and Latias fly by. "Was that Latios and Latias?" Rand asked.

"We didn't summon them." Ben replied.

Lunick pointed ahead. "Hey look! Suicune's here too!" Everyone looked where he was pointing. Suicune was standing near the water with Typhlosion and Feraligatr nearby and Lapras floating in the water.

Yuugo smiled. "This place made virtual copies of them using your Browser data. They aren't real Pokemon, they're 3-D models. But they fight just like their originals."

Calumon nodded. "Now you guys can practice capturing some of your toughest adversaries whenever you like! Nema, Rythmi and Professor Hastings thought it would be a good way to train!"

"This is so cool!" Kate chimed. "Hey, look Kellyn! I can see Cresselia!"

Solana looked up. "Hey Lunick, aren't those Salamance and Flygon?"

Rand grinned. "I always did want to try my hand against some of the Legendary Pokemon Ben Captured."

"What are you waiting for?" Professor Hastings asked. "Go have fun! Hurry, hurry, hurry!"

All the Rangers in the group and their Partner Pokemon ran off. "Talk to us when you want to go back." Nema called. She then turned around to those remaining who were at this point, the Professor, Rythmi, Leanne and all the Digimon and their partners. "As for the rest of you, I want to show you all something. Follow me."

As the team continued to look around, they saw a Mamoswine as they exited the beach and went into the forest. Going deeper, they passed Torterra and Meganium stood in front of a stump. "Here it is." Nema slowly climbed over the stump and stood in it. She stood there for a couple seconds and then she glowed blue and disappeared.

"Whoa! What happened?!" Nokia asked.

"She was sent to another area in this cyberspace." Yuugo replied. "One Yuuko and I made with the help of Erika. Come on." One by one they all stood in the hollow stump and were teleported somewhere else.

Nokia gasped as she looked around where they spawned. "This forest…!"

"This is the Digital World!" Agumon said.

"So, this is where Digimon come from huh?" Matayoshi asked. "Not quite what I imagined with the name, "Digital World" but it does seem like a nice place…"

"I concur." Professor Hastings smiled.

"Not quite." Yuuko said. "This like Dolce Island is a replica pulled from memories. But if you'll all look around…"

Keisuke looked to his left. There was a tall being clad in blue armor with a lance and a shield with a skull. "WAAAGH!" He was so startled he fell over. "W-what's he doing here?!"

"Is that Craniamon?" Takumi asked.

Alphamon looked around. "That's not all. I sense Leopardmon, Crusadermon, and other Digimon you fought before in this area."

Everyone looked up at the sound of a roar and saw Examon fly overhead. "Wow! These are all so cool!" Nema smiled. "I left Erika and the others in charge for this part, so I'm seeing this for the first time too!"

Erika smiled at Takumi and Ami. "As you two requested. We made replicas of your strongest foes from your adventure to battle."

"Thank you, Erika. Thank you all." Ami replied.

Kyoko turned to her assistants. "Ah. Good to see you both are still striving to improve."

"Well, that's part why we asked." Takumi said. "Did you guys get…you know?"

Erika nodded. "It's where you last encountered it. Care to lead the way?"

As they continued through the forest, everyone looked at the models of other enemies the Cyber Sleuths fought. A clone of Jimmy Ken and his Digimon, Yuugo of Zaxon and Machinedramon, a giant Wisemon, and many more. Including forms of Eaters. "Ugh…just seeing those things bring back bad memories…" Chitose groaned.

"Don't worry, they can't absorb Mental Data or anything." Wormmon replied. "They're just there for venting out some stress on!"

"Well in that case, I call dibs!"

Erika then looked at a particular form of Eater and held back a gasp. "Um…Wormmon? Why is that there?"

Wormmon looked at it. "Oh, yeah…well…Takumi and Ami said to make sure we got every unique enemy they faced when we scanned their data and make sure they got in, so…"

Yuuko looked at it and went pale. "Uh…!"

Rythmi blinked. "Um…something you want to tell us Yuuko?"

Date glanced at her. "Yeah, I'm pretty sure this counts as-Well, I'd say it, but Nema's back there."

"Huh?" the young girl asked. "What are you guys looking at?"

Leanne gasped at what she saw and covered her daughter's eyes. "Don't worry Nema." She said as she turned her daughter away. "It's nothing important."

Yu stared awkwardly. "So, Yuuko, I take it this is from when you were-

The raven-haired girl covered her face in shame. "Yes…To be honest though I never saw what it looked like after I was assimilated. It's even worse than I imagined…"

Takumi stuttered. "Um…w-well…uh…I'm so sorry Yuuko! We completely forgot about that when we told them to-

"No, no…It's alright." Yuuko replied. "To be honest…I wouldn't mind facing this thing myself someday and proving that I'm better then who I once was."

Ryuji stopped in his tracks. "What's wrong?" Monodramon asked.

Ryuji stared at a Knightmon. "Arata…is this one…?"

"Yeah, the one that cost us Hudie. Ami, Takumi and I defeated it before our battle in the Digital World. I was originally thinking of asking you and Chitose to come along, but I was in no position to put you through that."

"That isn't the issue, Arata." Chitose smiled as he walked over to them. "We have every reason to settle things with that guy, just like you."

"I know. That's why I'm glad we arranged this. This time…we can fight him together."

Ryuji smiled. "Nothing would make me happier."

"Well before you guys do that…" Ami said, pointing at a mountain in the distance. "What we want to show you is over there."

Takumi and Ami led everyone up a mountain where a hole was. As they made their way downward, they saw a white colossus with a single eye. "That thing's gigantic!" Rythmi said.

"It somewhat looks like Eternalmon." Leanne added.

"That's the Mother Eater." Takumi said.

"The source of the Eaters you guys fought to save the Digital World?" Patamon asked.

"Yup." Ami nodded as they reached the bottom of the hole. They all stood in front of it.

"So, this is what you all went up against." Fei said. "Incredible."

"So, you wanted to go another round with it to improve yourselves?" Keisuke asked. "Well, good luck."

Terriermon laughed. "Oh, we're not fighting the Mother Eater this time."

"Huh?"

Takumi slapped Keisuke on the back. "You're up Mr. Hero. Have at it."

"What?"

Ami giggled. "This is the major reason why we asked Erika and the others to arrange this. So, we could prove to you once and for all that you were and always will be as big a hero and as great a tamer as we were. Not just some side character."

"Takumi…Ami…"

Takumi smiled at him. "Go Keisuke. Show us the power of your bond with Digimon. Your determination to face the future."

A smile slowly made it's way to Keisuke's face. "Thank you. Tentomon…let's start the hack."

"Right." In a bright flash Keisuke's Digimon became TyranKabuterimon. Together with Keisuke they approached the Mother Eater.

Suddenly Yu ran over to him with MarineAngemon. They walked with him. "Hey, don't forget me."

"Yu…"

Ryuji, Hudiemon, Chitose, Justimon and Vikemon caught up with them as well. "Even Takumi and Ami had their friends with them when they fought this thing." Chitose added.

"Exactly." Hudiemon added. "We may not be the glorious legendary thirteenth Royal Knight, but our bonds together are just as strong."

"We're a team after all." Ryuji grinned at Keisuke. "Let's do this leader."

Date, Matayoshi and Fei joined in with Kerpymon, Hououmon and TigerVespamon. "Hey, we want in on this!" Date smirked.

"This time I'll show you kids what the old generation can really do." Matayoshi added.

"I was wounderin' what Yuuko and Yuugo's adventure's felt like." Fei grinned. "Time to find out for myself."

They all stopped in front of the Mother Eater. Hudiemon didn't even turn around as she spoke. "Nema…start the program."

Nema projected a blue screen and pressed the button. "You got it! Good Luck Hudie!"

Wings of light formed on the Mother Eater. It's Eye glowed as it looked down at it's opponents. Takumi, Ami, Nokia, Arata, Yuuko, Yuugo, Kyoko and their Digimon smiled and stood back. "Those guys…they all fought for what they believed in." Takumi said. "Never giving up. Trusting themselves and each other."

Ami nodded. "They're up for this. And any other challenge life throws their way."

Nokia blinked. "You two seem even more optimistic then usual. Are you in a good mood today? Did something good happen?"

"Heh, heh. I'll tell you later. For now, let's watch them."

"Alright." Keisuke put his visor on. "Let's go everyone!"
