{PROLOGUE}

{April, 2015, Greece, Athens}

{Introduction Of Story's Main Character}

Name: Ionas Dardanidis.

Age: 17.

Height: 2.00 meters tall.

Weight: 100 kg.

Eye Color: Dark Brown.

Type and Color of Hair: Short and Dark Brown.

{In one of the many roads of Athens}

After i finished my meeting with my friends, i was walking on the way back to my home. That basketball match in the park was exhausting, and somehow, it was fun. I may not be a basketball player, but i can't say it wasn't fun. Now some people would say "You are two meters giant! The basketball is your game!"

Even if they say things like that, i really don't believe that basketball is something i like that much, or really need to have as a "main theme" in my life, just because i'm tall. My family once tried to put me in a place to train myself to become a basketball player some years ago, but it didn't go well. It had much more pressure than i thought, and to tell the truth, i wasn't feeling like i was doing something that important anyway.

What i want, is to become something of great importance, but at the same time to do something i would like to do. Who knows? Something may happen and everything will change, somehow. But until then, i continue my life normally.

It was night, 21:30 i think. I hope i will find a bus soon, in order to return in my house as fast as possible. I don't like being late, for anything. While i was walking, something went through my mind when i looked at the moon. I was seeing that the moon was... Having an eclipse? It was quite a surprise because it is the first Lunar Eclipse i ever seen.

Ionas: *Somewhat Surprised* Huh. You don't see something like that everyday. Or every night.

As i was watching this rare event, and also giggling at my bad joke, suddenly, all the lights in the roads, and in the houses, closed simultaneously. It was like a big blackout. And because the moon was covered, i couldn't even see my nose. What a bad luck is that?! How i'm supposed to return to my house if i cannot even see where the road is?! I was standing still, i couldn't just walk in such darkness. What will happen if i accidentally find myself in the road and a car hits me? No. I must remain where i am and wait for the lights to return. This thick darkness is really starting to freak me out. It reminds me of those sudden jump scares, at the times where the victim cannot see anything for some time, and then BOOM! They scare the heart out of the person.

?: Something like this?

Ionas: *Startled* OH SHI-!

I jump from fear after i heard the voice behind me. I turned around to see, but because of the darkness it was just impossible. But somehow, i was feeling that someone was there.

Ionas: *Frustrated* Who's there?!

I received no answer. I was angry because i don't like it when people scare me like that. Especially when it's pitch black outside! I was walking to where i was feeling the presence. Somehow i was feeling that i'm getting closer to whatever that was.

?: Just a little more.

Wait! If this unknown person wants me to come closer, then why to do that. Something is wrong here and i don't think i want to get into any trouble at the moment. I started walking backward to avoid any trouble, when i felt something blocking the way behind me. I turned around and i suddenly saw two red glowing eyes, and a smile filled with sharp teeth.

?: *Cheshire Grin* Hi.

Ionas: *Scared* Aah!

I took the scare of my life as I jump in place in response. As i was walking backward slowly the other way in fear, there was no more ground behind me, and i was losing my balance.

?: This is going to be a long fall.

Ionas: *Troubled* Wh-

I felt a hand pushing me, forcing me to fall down

Ionas: *Highly Troubled* NOO~!

I was falling down who knows where. I hope not in some sewer! The odd thing is that i was feeling that i was falling for way too long. Where did i fell?! Then suddenly, bright light was right from below, and i was falling right into it.

Ionas: Eh? What is that light now?

As i was falling, the light was becoming brighter and brighter. It was too bright to keep my eyes open. After a minute, i could feel the light was fading a little. I started opening my eyes, and saw a city below me. Other than that, I WAS FALLING FROM THE SKY!

Ionas: *Incredibly Troubled* YOU'VE GOTTA BE KIDDING MEE~!

This is not good. This is definitely not good! I'm going to become one with the ground at this rate! While i was still falling, from bellow me i could see a park.

Ionas: *Troubled* So my death is going to be in a park. Who could've imagine it?

And like that, i fall onto the ground so hard that a big part of it breaks and shatters, with thick dust raising, surrounding the place around me after the impact. I though i was a goner. But, then i realize that i was actually ok. After a moment, the dust cleared from the place, as I sat up on my backside, and i was wondering how in the world i survived from a fall like that. I looked around me, noticing something odd.

Ionas: *Troubled* Ok, i must have hit myself too hard.

The colors around seemed different than those i know. It was like i was in some sort of cartoon or something. Ok, that sounds ridiculous even to me.

Ionas: *Thinking* This park seems somehow familiar.

?: Are you ok mister?

Ionas: Hm?

I look to the side and see a few kids staring at me. They had cartoon colors like everything else, and anime-like features.

Ionas: *Confused* ... For some reason yes.

The kids were looking at me with questionable faces.

?: Hey! Is everyone ok?!

I heard a female voice behind me, and when i take a look, i couldn't believe in my eyes. That long straight black-hair, that face, and that school uniform- Is that Yui Kotegawa?! She was approaching us fast. I'll bet because she wanted to see what exactly was that big and loud impact that occurred here.

Yui: *Sweat Drop* What happened here?!

Ionas: *Highly Confused* Um-

Kid 1: This man fell from the sky.

Kid 2: And hit himself at the ground

Kid 3: And broke it.

Yui: *Sweat Drop* What?! A-Are you ok?! Here, let me help you!

She offers me a hand to help me get up, while i look at her surprised. After some seconds i snap out of my surprise and grab her hand to help myself get up. Then at that instant, i started to feel an awful headache hitting me.

Ionas: *In Pain* OH, my head!

That collision with the ground must have caused me a strong headache. I still wonder how i haven't break any of my bones.

Yui: Feel pain in any other places?

Ionas: Well, i feel pretty much alright. If we can forget about the headache.

Yui: ... *Serious* Come with me.

Ionas: Hu- Where?

Yui: There is a school nearby with an infirmary. We need to get you there.

Ionas: I'm fine! I mean, i only have a-

Yui: *Serious* Don't try to play it bold! With a fall like that, it could be dangerous to just leave you like this.

Yep. This is definitely her character. Bossy but with a soft spot. I guess i can't just say no. Also thinking about my situation, i might as well see if this world really is what appears to be.

Ionas: Very well. Lead the way.

And with that, we started walking on the way to her school. I'm so confused. That light i fell to, led me here? I survive a fall in a somewhat cartoonistic-anime kind of way. The colors and people are anime-like. I even found Yui from To Love-Ru series. Could it really be that i-

Yui: You are not from around here, are you?

Ionas: Eh? *Smile* Ah, no i'm not. You could say that i'm quite new around here.

Yui: I see. (All things considered, i believe that one of Lala's ridiculous inventions might be involved with this one. If that's the case, she has some serious explaning to do. Again. This guy is lucky to be in one piece after such a fall!) Oh, I don't think I have introduced myself yet. *Smile* I'm Yui Kotegawa. What's your name?

Ionas: ...My name is Ionas. Ionas Dardanidis. *Smile* Nice to meet you.
