Ionas: *Panicking* You are kidding me, right? Right?!
Kremant: Nope! I already prepared, and gave the papers needed to that fatso of a Principal. *Takes out of his sleeve the enrollment paper* Totally official. *Moves it back inside the said sleeve*
Ok, how in the world is that possible?!
Kremant: I'm sure that you're thinking "how in the world is that possible"?!
Ionas: *Annoyed* Stop reading my mind!
Kremant: It all started this very morning.
{Flashback}
{Kremant's POV}
The fatty of a school Principal was in his office, watching and reading one of his usual erotic magazines. I decided to approach him, with my most favorite way. By popping out of nowhere in front of him.
Kremant: *Reveals Himself* Hello, meatball!
The Principal screamed in fear because of it, falling from his chair. Those surprised reactions never get old. He then sits up, looking at my grinning self from behind the "safety" of his desk while trembling and scared.
Principal: *Scared* Wh-Wh-Wh-Who are you?
Kremant: Doesn't matter. But i want something from you, fatty.
I take out the papers from my cloak, and place them onto his desk.
Kremant: I want you to let a kid i know enroll in this school. According to what i know, these papers should be enough. So, *Red Eyes Glow Brighter For A Moment* are we in an agreement on letting him become a student here?
Principal: *Scared* Su-Su-Su-Sure. I-I'll let him.
Like taking candy from a big fat baby.

{Ion's POV}
Kremant: *Grin* And that's how i did it.
Ionas: ... Ok, but what about-?
Kremant: The papers? Sorry, that's a secret. Not that it's important, anyway. By the way you better get ready to go. You don't want to miss your first day at school.
Kremant snaps his fingers, and a school bag appears on my back.
Kremant: Inside are the books you need to have for today's classes, a paper that contains the program for each class period of yours, so to know what, when, and sometimes where you need to be, and some other school stuff you will probably need eventually. The rest of the books you need, but not today, are already inside Rito's room, so you don't need to worry about missing any.
Ionas: *Troubled* But-
Kremant: AND, don't forget. When you reach school, go straight to the Principal's office. When he sees that you're present, he will notify the teacher of the first period, in order to start your official introduction in the class once you arrive there. *Grin* Well, that's all for now, *Waves his hand* have a nice first day at school!
Ionas: *Troubled* No, wai-
He vanishes before i can say more.
Ionas: I... *Troubled* I must go back to school? Oh, not again! *Frustrated* Why again, why?!
I end up falling onto my backside from frustration.
Mikan: *Sweat Drop* Are you alright, Ion?
Ionas: *Frustrated* No, i'm not!
That moment, Rito, Lala, Nana, Momo, and Celine come out of the house, ready for school. When they see me on my backside beside Mikan, they approach to see what is the matter.
Momo: Is everything ok?
Nana: And why are you wearing a school uniform like the ones from our school?
Mikan: *Sweat Drop* This might sound strange, but Kremant appears to have enrolled Ion into your school.
Rito, Nana And Momo: *Sweat Drop* Eh? Eeh~?!
Lala: *Smile* Really?
Ionas: *Sigh* Unfortunately, yes. *Frustrated* Argh, i can't believe this! I was that close to finish with my old school once and for all, back to my world... THAT close! And now i have to go back to school again?! And on top of that, i need to begin with the 2nd year once more?!* Ok, i know that i'm overreacting now, *Upset* but this is just so frigging unfair!
Momo: *Sweat Drop* Wow, it must be awful to need to reppeat the 2nd year of high school, especially considering you were so close to finish with school in general.
Ionas: Tell me about it. *Irritated* I must feel lucky for the fact that Kremant decided to put me in the 2nd year, and not just make me begin from the 1st.* *Sigh* At least, i will not have to suffer for that long...
Mikan: Speaking of which, you better hurry up, or else you will all be late.
Rito: Right. We better get going.
Lala: Ion, you will come at school with us?
Ionas: *Still Somewhat Frustrated* Well, i suppose i don't have much of a choice in the matter. I mean, the papers made it official, and as much as i hate school, i would not like to be marked by everyone as the guy who neglects his duties, just because. So, yeah, i'll come.
Lala: *Happy* Yay!
Ionas: But first, can someone help me to get up again? It looks like i'm still feeling a bit weak after using that new power earlier.
Nana: You've got a new power?
Ionas: *Irritated* Rito told you nothing at all? Fine then, i'll tell you on the way to school.
And with that, after they helped me to get up, me, Rito, Lala, Nana, Momo and Celine started walking on our way to school, and telling them on the way about everything that occurred earlier.
Ionas: And that's all that happened.
Momo: *Sweat Drop* Wow, you really had a hard time fighting Yami-San.
Nana: *Sweat Drop* Yeah, you're lucky you survived!
Ionas: I sure was! If it wasn't for Rito and Mikan, i would be dead meat. Or worse. *Smile* At least now she knows that i'm not an enemy.* *Frustrated Sigh*
Momo: Something bothering you?
Ionas: *Frustrated* I'm still trying to accept the fact that i'm going back to school again. I can't say it's one of my favorite activities to do.
Lala: Why you don't like school, Ion?
Ionas: *Irritated* First, because most of the times i have to study about stuff that are not really that important to me, or for my future. *Annoyed* And second, i always have to deal with people who constantly annoy me without an actual, frigging reason! I really don't want to go through that again.
Lala: *Smile* Oh, don't worry, Ion! The people here are nice! Believe me, you will love the school here!
Ionas: *Rolls Eyes* Yeah sure. *Realization* Whoa, wait a minute! I just realized something! We were speaking japanese all this time, weren't we?
Nana: Um... *Raises An Eyebrow* Yeah?
Rito: What about it?
Ionas: I never learned the language! *Confused* How in the world i can speak Japanese too?!
Kremant: *Appears Behind Of Ion* I can tell you.
Ionas: *Startled* AAH!
Kremant appeared once more out of nowhere and suddenly. He must seriously stop doing that!
Ionas: *Annoyed* Stop doing that!
Kremant: It's not my fault if you get scared easily. Now let me explain it to you with simple words. After i created your new brain, i made sure to put inside it the knowledge you needed to understand and write Japanese almost perfectly, and naturally. I mean, how else you would understand them?
Ionas: *Troubled* Wait, then that means-
Kremant: No, you can still understand and write Greek, worry not.
Ionas: Phew. What a relief.
Kremant: See you!
Kremant vanishes from view, like always.
Ionas: Well, that was a quick meeting. Anyway, better not waste more time. We are going to be late for school.
We continue our way for school, and after some minutes, we reach our destination.
Ionas: The Sainan High School. *Nervous* I'm still a little nervous about this.
Rito: Don't worry, Ion, the school here is not really as bad as you expect it to be. Now let's get in, the bell will ring soon.
Ionas: And i have to go to the Principal's office. Can someone lead me there? I'm new, after all.
Lala: *Happily* I'll do it!
Had to see that coming.
Ionas: Alright, Lala, lead the-
Before i say more, Lala grabs my arm and starts running at high speed, pulling me forcefully on the way for the Principal's office.
Ionas: *Screams Greatly Troubled*
She pulled me inside the school, up to the stairs, and through the hallways. This is not going to end well for me if she keeps running like that!
Ionas: *Greatly Troubled* Lala, stop running!
Lala: Huh? Ok!
Lala stops immediately, but it had as a result for me to get thrown straight at a door, forcefully opening it, and falling at the top of a desk, without breaking it somehow, due to Lala's high speed.
Lala: *Sweat Drop* Oops, sorry Ion! Are you ok?
I was a little dizzy after that hit on the door and the fall afterward, but other than that i was fine.
Ionas: *Dizzy* I'll live. I think.
I shake my head and snap out of my dizziness fast, before looking around. Behind of the desk was the very well known Principal, who was cowering scared at the moment. I guess because of my sudden appearance.
Ionas: The Principal i presume.
The Principal nodded in confirmation. Well, at least i found his office in no time.
Ionas: Ok, Lala, thanks for bringing me here, i guess. You can go back to the others.
Lala: *Smile* Ok! See you later, Ion!
Lala leaves the office, closing the door behind her. I get off the desk and stand in front of it, ready to introduce myself to the Principal.
Ionas: Sorry about that. Anyway, i'm here for my first day on school.
Pricnipal: *Still Cowering Behind The Desk* Y-You're Ionas Dardanidis?
Ionas: Yes i am.
Principal: Oh. *Gets Up* Well, then i guess i'm happy to welcome you here on Sainan High.
Principal gives me his hand, and i shake it. Remember to clean said hand later to be sure.
Ionas: Thanks. Hope Kremant didn't gave you too much of a hard time.
Principal: *Sweat Drop* You mean that scary cloaked person?
Ionas: Yeah, that's him. So, what do i do now?
Principal: Well, when the bell rings you will need to go to Class 2-A. I will inform Mr. Honekawa about your arrival, and he will accept you in his class as soon as you're there.
Ionas: Good. Thanks.
Before i know it, the bell rang, telling me it is time for me to go to class already. I walk through the hallway at a fast pace, and find the door where my class is supposed.
Ionas: "2-A". This must be it. *Inhales And Exhales* Alright, here we go.
I knock on the door, and after a few seconds, a bald and shaking old man opened it. This is definitely the Mr. Honekawa i know, alright.
Honekawa: May i help you?
Ionas: Excuse me for interrupting the class, sir. The Principal said that my new class is here.
Honekawa: You're Ionas Dardanidis?
Ionas: Yes, sir.
Honekawa: Well, in that case, i want you to wait here for a moment, Mr. Dardanidis. I'll call you inside soon to properly introduce yourself in front of the class.
Mr. Honekawa goes again inside, leaving me to wait for a little outside.
Honekawa: *From Within The Class* This is rather sudden, but we have a new transfer student.
Yep, he is talking about me. I must focus and prevent my nervousness.
Honekawa: *From Within The Class* *To Ion* Please come in.
It is time. Here goes nothing. I walk in while watching to not hit my head on the door's upper frame, THIS TIME. Seriously, why they have such short doors?! Anyway, i go to stand in front of the teacher's desk, ready to introduce myself to the other students.
Ionas: Hello, my name is Ionas Dardanidis. Pleased to-
Lala: Rito look, it's Ion! Hi, Ion!
Ionas: *Looks Surprised*
I look straight to where i heard her, and see Lala, who was waving her hand at me, and Rito inside the classroom. Also Yui.
Rito: *Sweat Drop* Ion?
Yui: *Sweat Drop* Ion?
Lala: *Smile* You will be in the same class with us? That's great!
Ionas: ...
Well, now that i think about it, i had to see that one coming as well.
Honekawa: Please take a seat.
Without thinking much about it, i decided to take a seat in the desk in front of Yui's.
Yui: *To Ion* *Sweat Drop* You enrolled in this school? How did you even-?
Ionas: Long story. I'll explain later.
And with that, the class proceeded. While i was in there, i was hearing some of the students whispering to one another about me, saying stuff like "That guy is a giant" or "How tall is he" or "Isn't that the guy from yesterday". Even back in my old school, on Greece, people always paid much attention to my height. I cannot say that it is bothering me much, but there are times it can get really annoying when people start to make comments behind my back. Most of the times bad.
~After The First Period~
The first period passed, and we had break time at last. I stayed in the class for now to explain to Yui what happened exactly, and how i ended up here.
Ionas:And that's why i'm here. Crazy, isn't it?
Yui: *Sweat Drop* I still can't believe your case, Ion. And you say all that happens because...
Ionas: *Irritated* Of some weirdo with supernatural powers, who is also a big jerk and a troll in general? Yeah, pretty much.
Yui: But what he wants from you?
Ionas: He just keeps saying that he brought me here for his "personal entertainment". If anyone can believe that.
Yui: *Sweat Drop* What kind of reason is that?!
Ionas: I know right? But it cannot be that simple. He must have some other reason to bring me here in the first place. But what?

Lala: Hey, Ion!
Our chat was interrupted by Lala, drawing our attention.

Lala: *Smile* Since you're new here, would you like me to show you around the school?

Lala grabs my arm, and starts pulling me out of the class.
Ionas: *Annoyed* Hey, wait, don't pu-!
While she was pulling me, she made me hit my head onto the door's upper frame, making me fall down with my back on the floor.
Ionas: *In Pain* Ouch!
Lala: *Sweat Drop* Oops, really sorry, Ion! Are you ok?
Ionas: *Real Irritated* I cannot express how much i hate these short doors right now.
After she helped me to get up, she started leading me through the hallways, showing me the places around for some minutes now.
Lala: And here is the boys toilets. You know, in case you want to-
Ionas: I get it! Don't think i need description for that.
Lala: Hey look, that's Haruna over there! A friend of ours.
I look to where she was pointing to, and see a girl with short blue hair, walking on our way. Haruna is the girl Rito has actual feelings for, but he never had the courage, or the actual chance to express those said feelings to her till now.
Lala: Hey, Haruna!
Haruna: *Smile* Oh, hello Lala. Good to see you.
Lala: *Smile* Me too! Haruna, this is Ion. Ion, this is Haruna.
Haruna: *To Ion* You're the new student from our class, right? Wow, you're tall. *Sweat Drop* Eh- I mean, nice to meet you!
Ionas: Me too.
Yep, my height will make me the top discussion topic here as well it seems.
Haruna: You're a foreigner, right? That's a first.
Ionas: *Awkward Laugh* Yeah... You could say that.

Lala: See, Ion here is actually coming from another universe. Isn't that awesome, Haruna?

I'd say it's a bad idea to reveal such sensitive information to others, but i guess there is no real need to worry knowing the series and how the government here never ever tried anything on the aliens, like Lala and her sisters, who by the way don't even try to hide the fact.
Haruna: Wait, that means you're an alien as well?
Ionas: An alien? *Thinking* Not quite sure about it. I come from a different version of this Earth, but do i really count as an alien just for that reason?* You know what, let's not think too much about it.
Lala: Since he is new here, i decided to show him the school around.

And like that, Haruna now accompany us on our little tour around the school, and i'm pretty sure she was staring at me up and down, for some time now. Be patient, Ion, it's only till she and everyone else around get used to you, your height, and your case in general. Everyone will eventually stop staring as much. Anyway, on our way we see Rito, Yui and... Oh, that light-green-haired girl must be Run! Wanna do a joke with that name, but i shouldn't be mean to someone i meet for the first time just like that. Maybe after a few days have passed. To be sure. Also something appears to be going on there.
Yui: *To Rito* Indecent things wouldn't happen around you if you didn't act this way!
Rito: *Sweat Drop* Even if you say something like that...
It seems that he is in the usual trouble again. *Sarcastic Thought* What a surprise.
Lala: *Smile* Aah, It looks like Rito and the rest are having fun, guys!

And here comes Oshizu from somewhere! The ghost girl with the artificial body, which Mikado made for her, the long black hair, and the psychic powers of course. This will not end well.
Oshizu: *Smile* If you don't have the courage to join them, i'll help!
Haruna: Eh?!
Oshizu raises her finger in the air.
Oshizu: Concentrating Willpower!
By saying that, her finger emits a small blue light from its tip, and then Haruna is raised from the floor in the air, before being thrown straight at Rito. Haruna falls onto him, making them both fall down. They ended up in a heavily embarassing stance. And of course because of the embarassment, she slaps Rito hard in the face, throwing him away, like every time it happens pretty much. Yui was obviously upset with Oshizu.
Yui: *Upset* Oshizu-Chan! Moving people with willpower isn't allowed on school grounds!
Oshizu: *Sweat Drop* I-I'm sorry!
Meanwhile, Rito seemed to be half unconscious after that slap. Just how strong is this Haruna anyway?!
Run: *Concerned* Hang in there Rito-Kun!
Of all the others, Run was the only one at the moment from the group that seemed to worry about Rito's wellbeing. I go close to Rito as well, to see if he is ok.
Ionas: Hey buddy, you ok down there? Let me help you.
I give a hand to Rito, and help him get up. He seemed a bit dizzy, but was overall fine.
Rito: *Somewhat Dizzy* Thanks, Ion.
Run: Ion?
Lala: *Smile* He is the new guy in our class, and a good friend of ours! Ion, this is Run.
Ionas: Nice to meet you, Run.
Run: Oh, *Smile* nice to meet you as well.
Lala: And this one is Oshizu!
Oshizu: *Sweat Drop* Um, H-Hi! *To Lala* Wow, Lala, this guy is really tall.
I can obviously hear what you whisper from this distance, you know. But in any case, people in this world must be shorter comparing to the people from mine, to make it a way bigger deal than even in mine! Unless this is normal for anime worlds. I don't know.

We all looked in the hallway, and we saw-! Oh no. That medium brownish blonde hair, and that short black hair with the somewhat short pigtails- It's Risa and Mio!
Lala: *Smile* Risa-Chan, Mio-Chan!
Can't say i like those two much. Mostly because i don't like perverts in general. Even if they are girls. They approach us, and look at me.

To tell the truth, i wasn't expecting such normal response. Well, guess it will not hurt me to show my good face.

The two girls laugh at me that moment. Oh, i get it! Teasing the new guy, aren't we? Of-frigging-course! I really hate it when others are making fun of me! Ok, ok, settle down, dude, this is just their character, no need to get mad over such thing.
Risa: *Wink* Relax, we are just messing with you, big guy, don't take it too seriously.
Ionas: *Somewhat Irritated* I'll try too.
Rito: Hey Ion, is everything ok?
Ionas: *Still A Bit Irritated* Yes, yes, i'm fine. *To Lala* Lala, thanks for the tour, but i think i'll see the rest of the school on my own. Hope you don't mind.
Lala: Oh ok, no problem.
Ionas: See you later, guys.
And like that, i left the group behind me and continue my tour around the school, alone. Those girls were so...! They were not that bad, but i don't like being teased and mocked about for no real reason. I've had enough in my old school, thank you very much!

Ionas: Hm?
I look behind me and see a boy with white and black hair approaching me somewhat fast. Oh, that must be that Ren guy! The one who has a crush on Lala, and who is also sharing the same body with Run. At least till they split for good later during the season. He seemed to wear quite the serious face for some reason. Did I do something?
Ionas: Is there any problem?
Ren: *Serious* Yes, you! Who are you, and how come you are so close with Lala?
Oh, i get it. He thinks i'm some kind of antagonist in love. He must have seen us while Lala was showing me around the school, and misunderstood it as such.
Ionas: You can call me Ion. And just so you know, i have no interest in Lala, so do not misunderstand. She was just showing me around since i'm new here. That's all.
Ren: Oh... *Rubs Head In Embarrassment* I guess i was mistaken. Sorry about that.* I'm Ren by the way.
Ionas: Nice to meet you, Ren, i suppose.
Ren: Are you from around here?
Every god-darn time with the same...!
Ionas: *Extremely Annoyed* Go ask Lala and the others, and leave me the HECK alone, with that stupid, FU-!
I stop myself in time, just before i say the rest of that sentence.
Ionas: *Sign* Nevermind.
Ren: *Sweat Drop* Whoa, why so angry?
Ionas: Sorry, it's just that everyone makes the same, or similar, question from the moment i came here. *Irritated* It starts to get really annoying!* *Somewhat Weary* You know what? I'm gonna go have some time for myself. Hope you don't mind.
Ren: *Sweat Drop* Oh, no, not at all. Well, see you later, i guess. And sorry again.
Ren walks the other way, leaving me in peace. I better go find a quiet place to sit for a little while. Just to calm myself down a bit.
Ionas: *Remembers* Oh, i know just the place!
~Two Minutes Later~~On The Rooftop~
It wasn't hard to find. It's the rooftop after all. For the moment, it's a good place to sit and relax. I sat down on the floor and start looking at the clean blue sky.
Ionas: ...
Why i always have to deal with such people? In any school i go, there are always some people, that will simply want to get on my nerves, one way or another, again and again. I mean, i know what the girls did was tame in comparison, but just the reminding memory is so upsetting!
Ionas: ... *Sigh*
I start looking at the city's cartoon-colored buildings, and can't even enjoy the great view cause i remember my own city. I miss my home. I don't say that i don't like this world, but i really miss my home. I had such good memories, and people who cared much about me. I wonder what they are all doing right now that i'm gone.
Ionas: *A Single Tear Falls*
?: Alone on the rooftop i see.
Surprised, i wipe fast the tear off my face and look behind me, seeing Mea standing a few feet away from me. What is she doing up here of all places and alone? I get up while facing her.
Ionas: Well, it's a nice place if you want to stay alone for a little while. So, what are you doing up here?
Mea: *Smile* Oh, nothing special.
Mea was coming closer, and stops right in front of me, looking at me with a sly look on her face. I have a bad feeling about this.
Mea: *Seductive* I just wanted to know you better.
Ionas: *Uncomfortable* Ummm...
That moment her ponytail turns into a big claw, and with quick movements, she pins me down onto the ground with that, holding me by the neck.
Ionas:What the-?!
I try to release myself, but the claw's grip is too strong!
Ionas: *Upset* Why did you-?!
Mea: *Smile* You don't have to worry. I'm not planning to kill you. Like i said, *Somewhat Menacing* i just want to know you better. Ion.
That moment part of her ponytail touches my forehead. I could feel something really strange happening! I... Cannot...
{Mea's POV} {Ion's Mind}
That was very easy. As always. Now, let's see what you're hiding in here.
Mea: *Looks Around* Hm? That's strange. I can't see a thing.
I could only see a thick layer of darkness around me. Where is everything?
Mea: *Smile* Oh, i get it! He must be hiding them deeper into his mind.
I started going deeper into his mind, to see what i can find. I must admit, this is the first time i see someone able to hide his own thoughts like that. But of course, there is nothing you can hide from me for long.
Mea: *Notices* Oh, i see something!
I was seeing a small light deep down. As i'm approaching it, suddenly without warning the light becomes furiously bright, followed by a continuous awfully loud screaming.
Mea: *Covers her ears and eyes* Ah- What is this?!
The light and the screaming were so powerful, that i had to put my arms in front of me to protect my eyes, and use my hair to plug my ears. I never saw something like that before. What kind of defense this mind has?! I can feel myself fading away.
Mea: *Troubled* This is too much, i can't-!
With a powerful flash, i was pushed out of Ion's mind, get thrown away from his physical body, and falling onto the floor some feet away.
{Ion's POV}{Back To Reality}
Ionas: *Placing a hand on his head* Argh, what happened?
I was feeling like my head was going to break from the pain. As i sit up a little, wondering what happened, i then see Mea lying at the floor, unconscious.
Ionas: *Confused* Wha-?!
I get up and go quickly beside her.
Ionas: *Somewhat Worried* Hey, you alright?
If she does not respond in a few seconds, i will start giving some slaps on her face, to try and wake her up. Also to blow off some steam for earlier.
Mea: *Waking Up* Aargh... What happened?
Darn. Maybe next time.
Ionas: YOU tell me!
The last thing i remember was her using her Psycho-Dive ability on me. But why did i found her in this condition? Mea snaps out of her dizziness and gets up, looking at me confused.
Mea: *Highly Confused* How did you do that?!
Ionas: Did what?
Mea: *Highly Confused* That thing with the light! And the screaming!

What is she even talking about? Did something happen when she invaded my mind?
Nana: Here you're, Mea!
Both me and Mea look at where the rooftop's door is, and see Nana approaching us.
Mea: *Sweat Drop* Nana-Chan!
Ionas: Hey, Nana, how's it going?
Nana: Oh? You're here too Ion? Wait, why are you two up here together?
Mea: *Sweat Drop* W-Well, i-
Ionas: *To Nana* *Smile* Oh, nothing special! She just heard about my enrollment in this school and wanted to get to know me better since i'm a friend of her friends.
Mea: *Sweat Drop* Eh?
Ionas: After she learned that i was on the rooftop, she came up here to have a little chat with me. *To Mea* *Wink* Isn't that right, Mea?
Mea: *Realizes* Ah, right! *Smile* That's what i'm here for.
Nana: *Smile* Really? That's very nice of you, Mea!* But wait, why are you up here anyway, Ion? Weren't you with the others?
Ionas: *Irritated* I was, but then some annoying girls showed up. They made fun of me all of a sudden, and got upset. I didn't want to show my bad face, so i went to find a quiet place to relax and have some peace for myself. It's so tiring getting teased around like that. It is really awful, to have someone always tease you all the time just because you're different, even for the smallest things as a reason.
Old school trauma of mine.
Nana: I think i understand what you mean, in a way. My sister, Momo... *Blush* *Sweat Drop* W-Well, you could say-
Ionas: Making fun of you because of your small bust, am i right?
Nana: *Blush* Wha-?!
Ionas: I heard it from some girls on my way here, better not get upset on me now.
What a liar i am! But i don't want to tell them how i really know about those things.
Ionas: It must be really annoying to have to deal with people that makes you feel inferior, or like a fool, am i right?
Nana: ... *Feels Bad* Yeah...
Ionas: Then i suppose you understand me in your own way. *Thinking* Hmm...
Now that i think about it, i suppose i overreacted a bit too much for a small tease. I mean, it's just my first day in this school, and i act so childishly? As the time passes by, things will be better as i adapt in the new environment.
Ionas: You know what? I already feel better after talking about it. *Smile* Thank you for listening.
Nana: *Blush* *Sweat Drop* I-It was nothing.* A-Anyway, wanna come find the rest?
Ionas: Maybe later, if there is time. First, i need to talk with Mea about something in private.
Nana: In private? What about?
Ionas: Some boring details regarding school. Nothing too important really, but anyway.
Nana: *Sweat Drop* Ok...* I'll leave you guys to it then. *Smile* Later!
And like that, Nana left the rooftop, leaving me and Mea alone.
Mea: *Confused* I don't understand. Why you-
Ionas: Didn't tell her about how you're not just a normal everyday girl, and that you pretty much attacked me? Because you're an important friend to Nana, and i couldn't just let her find out about you or what you did earlier just like that. It wouldn't be right for her to learn it that way.
Mea: I... I see... *Smile* Then thanks a lot for covering me!
Ionas: Now, *Serious* i think you owe me some explanations.
Mea: Hm? What explanations?
Ionas: *Serious* About why you invaded my mind, and more importantly, what happened while you were in there. You mentioned something about a light and a scream, right?
Mea: You mean that it wasn't you?
Ionas: I seriously have no idea about any of the stuff you mentioned. Now please, tell me what you saw.
Mea: Well... While i was inside, i saw nothing but total darkness, making me think you were hiding your memories deeper. As i was diving even deeper into your mind, I saw a small spot of light deep within, and thinking it was the way to your memories, i decided to go closer. But as i was approaching, suddenly the light became so strong, that i was unable to see a thing! Not to mention that awful screaming in my ears!
That sounds like a nasty combination.
Mea: And before i know it, it threw me out of your mind.
So that's why i found her lying on the floor. But all which she said... This must have some connection with this energy Kremant gave me?
Mea: Whatever it was, it seems that it makes you immune to my Psycho-dive. *Sweat Drop* That's too bad for me.
After saying that, she looks at me for a moment, before a sly smile is seen once more in her face.
Mea: *Seductive* So, Ion? How about if i-
Ionas: *Serious* No!
Whatever she was going to say, i'm sure it was not going to be moral.
Mea: Oh come on, don't play it hard. *Seductive* It's a nice offer.
Ionas: *Serious* No means no!* Also, if you wanted to know me better, then why didn't you just- I don't know, simply ask me in the first place?
Mea: Just ask you?
Ionas: I mean seriously, all you had to do from the beginning was just ask me, and i would tell you what you want to know!
Mea: Hmm... Don't know, you could still be hiding some things from me even if i-
Ionas: Don't forget that if i wanted to hide anything, i could just tell Nana everything you did back there if i needed to, just so i can get you off my back instantly, and help myself by that way into keeping every bit of information about me a secret, making you unable to approach me or anyone else again without triggering a hypothetical alarm. Just this fact should be enough to show you, that i have nothing to hide.
Well, other than the To Love-Ru fact i mean.
Mea: ... *Sweat Drop* Well, you do have a point there. And a big one at that.
Ionas: So, tell me... What is it you want to know?
Mea: *Thinking* Let's see...* *Remembers* Oh, yeah. You said you're a human from another universe, right?
Ionas: Yeah, so?
Mea: Are all the humans there as strong as you are?
Ionas: *Bored* Again with that question- No, they are as normal as every human you know.* I used too, to be a normal human like them. But then Kremant changed that, when he brought me here.
Mea: Kremant?
I explained everything i knew about Kremant, about how he brought me here, and about the special energy he gave me.
Ionas: And that's all i know about the whole case. I don't know what his game is exactly, but it is definitely not for good.
Mea: I see. That Kremant sounds like a very troublesome person.
Ionas: *Irritated* He sure is.* So, what else you wanna learn?
Mea: *Thinking* Well...* Ah, i know! What kind of person you're?
Ionas: Eh? What kind of person i am? *Raises An Eyebrow* I don't understand, what do you mean exactly by that?
Mea: Your personality. Take Rito for example. He is a kind and sweet person. A little careless at times, but a person you can depend on.
Ionas: *Understands* Ooh, that's what you meant! Well, in that case you could say that i am a kind and nice person too. I always try to be careful on what i do, but i can be very reckless at times. Like when i get angry for example. Also, i'm willing to help anyone if that's the right thing to do. Like when i kept your secret safe from Nana, pretty much. I'm not a bad person. But if someone makes me too angry, then they better start running before i show how bad i can be with them. I think that's all about personality.
Mea: I see.
Ionas: Anyway, got anything else to ask?
Mea: *Thinking* Hmm...* Nope! I think that's all for now. *Smile* Thank you for letting me know you better.
Ionas: Everything for a friend.
Mea: *Leans Closer* *Seductive* Everything?
Again with the sly seductive look. Seriously, what's her deal?
*Bell Sound*
The school bell rang. It seems that free time is over for now.
Mea: Too bad. And here i started to actually enjoy our little chat. *Smile* See you later, Ion-Senpai.
And with that, she turns around and leaves the rooftop. Oh, i hope that doesn't means that i'll have to deal with her from now on and her known antics!
Ionas: *Troubled* Oh God, i hope not.
Don't even want to think about such awkward...! Nah, i think i'm overreacting. I mean, she is interested in Rito, she will not just decide to cause me such troubles out of nowhere. Right?
Ionas: Wait a minute. *Remembers* I have to go back to class!
Realizing that, i run as fast as i can, reaching my class in time. The teacher arrived not long after, and the class begins.
~After The Second Period~
The class ended, and here i am still sitting in my desk, wondering what to do now. While thinking about it, i see Risa and Mio approaching me. What these two want now?
Risa: Hey, Ion.
Ionas: What?
Risa: *Rubs head out of embarrassment* We just wanted to say that we are sorry for earlier.
Ionas: *Raises An Eyebrow* Come again?
Mio: *Sweat Drop* We didn't mean to really hurt your feelings or anything. Truly.
I think i know why the sudden apologies.
Ionas: Let me guess, someone, most likely Rito, told you about the problem i had in my previous schools, no?
Risa: Yes. We didn't know you had that much of a problem with it.
Mio: Yeah, we were just messing around. Didn't mean to open wounds or anything like that.
Ionas: ... *Sigh* I know. Don't worry, i know what you did was not really that bad or ill intended. It is just that i have much in my head lately, and i didn't want to end up getting angry at you for no reason. I just needed some time to clean my head. I'll accept the apology. I mean, it's not like i hold any actual bad feelings for earlier. With a few words, everything is fine.
Risa: Oh. Well, *Smile* it's nice to see that you're alright now.
Mio: *Smile* Wanna hang out with us?
Ionas: Maybe another time.
I get up from my desk and walk past them.
Ionas: I need a little more time to process things, if you don't mind. Later.
Risa: Oh, ok. See ya later, Ion!
Mio: Later!
And with that, i left the class and walk through the hallways, to go see the rest of the school by myself, for real this time. And in case i find any of my new friends around, i'm not gonna say no to some company. While i was walking, i could see other random students around staring and whispering about me. It is about my height again, i'm sure of it. Now that i take a better look at the students, i can tell that in front of them i'm a giant! Seriously, most of them as i have seen, must be at least 1.60 in height or so.
Ionas: *Confused* Why people here are so short?
While i was thinking about that, i turn around a corner, and accidentally collide with a blonde girl, making her fall down with her backside onto the floor.
?: Ouch!
Ionas: *Troubled* Oh, sorry, are you al-!
Oh no. That blonde curled hair! Of all people, not her!
Rin: *Concerned* Saki-Sama!
Aya: *Concerned* Are you alright?
And as usual, Rin and Aya are always there with her. Loyal to one of the most annoying people in the series. Tenjouin Saki!
Saki: *Upset* How dare you bump onto me like that!
Rin and Aya help Saki to get up.
Saki: *Upset* Don't think you're going to get away with this after such an act against the most important and beautiful girl of this school!
Ionas: *Annoyed* Hey, HEY! I already said that i'm so-!
Rin takes out her bamboo sword that instant, and brings its point in front of my face.
Rin: *Serious* You dare raise your voice at Saki-Sama?
This is not going to end well. Why they have to be so darn unreasonable?!
Saki: We don't have time for this. Rin, you know what to do.
Rin: Right.
Rin raises her bamboo sword and then attempts to strike me fast on the head, with me grabbing the said sword from its dull edge with one hand, stopping it before it hits me.
Ionas: *Serious* Don't think i'm just going to let you-
That moment, I see something coming out from where i was holding the bamboo sword, going through it and straight at Rin at such speed that i was unable to see what it was. The moment it touches her, Rin collapses onto the floor.
Saki: *Sweat Drop* Eh?!
Aya: *Concerned* Rin!
Ionas: *Confused* What the...!
Rin was not moving. She was unconscious. Did i do that?!
Aya: *Upset* What did you do to her?!
Ionas: *Troubled* Wait, i didn't mean to-
Before i could explain, something came again out of both my hands and went quickly through Saki and Aya, making them both collapse onto the floor as well.
Ionas: *Extremely Confused* What in the world?!
All three of them were unconscious onto the floor, and i was really confused and freaked out at the moment. Seriously, what the heck was all that?!
Ionas: *Troubled* Oh, this is bad! I don't know what's up, but i better take them to the infirmary and fast!
I place all three of them under my arms and start carrying them at the infirmary, at a fast pace. Thanks to my extra strength, i was able to carry the three all the way to the infirmary without much trouble.
~Some Minutes Later~
After bringing them in the infirmary, miss Mikado started checking them for some minutes, to see what was the cause of their unconsciousness. I hope it's not serious.
Mikado: *Finishes Checking* You don't need to worry, Ion. They are in no danger.
Ionas: Phew! Thank god. So, what is going on with them?
Mikado: After a careful checkup, i found out that the reason they are unconscious, is because they were hit by electricity.
Ionas: *Raises An Eyebrow* Electricity you say?
Wait, so that thing which came out of my hands, was electricity?
Mikado: Thankfully, it passed through them without doing any damage to their insides. They will be back on their feet after a good rest. Do you happen to know how they ended up like this, Ion?
Ionas: *Rubs His Head Out Of Embarrassment* Well... Here is how it star-
Mikado: *Notices Something Behind Ion* Hm?
Ionas: Is something the matter?
Mikado: Is that a friend of yours?
Ionas: Eh?
I turn around, and see Kremant standing behind me, grinning like a maniac.
Kremant: Boo!
Ionas: *Startled* Ah!
I jump back from surprise, and fall down onto the floor right next to miss Mikado.
Mikado: Oh my.
I sit up, real annoyed.
Ionas: *Upset* Kremant!
Kremant: Yes, that's my name. You like stating the obvious i see. *Chuckling*
What a pain! I get myself up.
Kremant: *To Mikado* And you must be the famous Ryoko Mikado if i'm not mistaken. *Grin* Nice to meet you doc, the name is Kremant.
Kremant extends his hand toward her, and Mikado grasps it for a handshake.
Mikado: *Smile* Nice to meet you too, Kremant.
Ionas: *Upset* Don't shake his hand! He is not a friend!
Kremant crosses his arms and lets out a sigh.
Kremant: *Seemingly Disappointed* Kids these days. You give them a new body, powers, and a new world to live on, and they keep complaining like you did something wrong.
Ionas: *Upset* You took me away from my family!
Kremant: Details.
Mikado: So that means that YOU are the reason about why Ion ended up on this planet and universe.
Kremant: Totally! I am the one responsible for his transportation here.
Mikado: May i ask why?
Kremant: But, to see how much things will change of course, dear doc!
Ionas: *Confused* Eh? That's new. What do you mean by that?
Kremant: Isn't it obvious? Just think about it. What happens when a new character appears out of nowhere in the middle of a story, when he was not even supposed to be there to begin with? *Grin* That's right! The story takes another route! A route in which everything can happen from then on! A route filled with surprises! A route that will be formed mostly by your very own decisions!
Mikado: And what are you planning to achieve by doing that?
Kremant: Glorious entertainment!
Ionas: *Upset* Oh come on, you're still on that?!
Kremant: It is not my fault if you don't believe me.
Why am i even asking?
Kremant: Oh, by the way i noticed that you have a new power in your possession. The Electric Palm.
Ionas: The Electric Palm?
Kremant pulls down from the celling, and out of nowhere, a presentation board, showing us in it about my new power and its effect on others, while turning pages.
Kremant: The Electric Palm! The power that gives you the ability to generate electricity from your own hands and use it as a way to immobilize your opponents, leaving them completely helpless onto the ground! The Electric Palm! It works by contact and distance.
He said that like he was advertising a product or something. So, it really WAS electricity.
Ionas: Wait just a minute! This doesn't make sense!
Kremant places the presentation board back on the ceiling, where it disappears.
Kremant: What do you mean?
Ionas: You said that what happened to these girls was because of me, using electricity to knock them out by accident. Right?
Kremant: Yeah, so?
Ionas: One of them used a wooden-
Kremant: Bamboo.
Ioans: *Annoyed* Whatever!* A bamboo sword on me. And after catching it, the "electricity" went through that, and straight to her!
Kremant: And what you're trying to say is...?
Ionas: Wood is bad conductor of electricity! The electricity shouldn't be able pass through that kind of sword! It's just impossible!
Kremant: First, Bamboo has nothing to do with wood. Second, it is actually considered a good electrical conduit. And third, even if it was not, do you really think that for someone like me such thing would really be... *Thinking* What that word you said means again?* Wait, give me a sec.
From inside his cloak, Kremant takes something that appears to be a small red book. On the book's cover it says "Dictionary". Seriously now?! He turns some pages, looks carefully at one for a moment, and then closes the book.
Kremant: Nope! The word impossible is not in my dictionary.
After that, the book disappeared into thin air.
Ionas: *Facepalm*
This guy is just impossible! I should just stop asking him such things. But now that i think about it, something seems off.
Ionas: So, how come and i unlocked a new power so soon? I thought you said this energy i have needs to be used in order to grow stronger.
Kremant: That is right. Although it was quite interesting on how you did it.
Ionas: *Confused* Hu- What did i-?
Kremant: Remember when Mea tried earlier to invade your mind via her Psycho-Dive ability?
Mikado: Hm?
Ionas: *To Kremant* How do you know that?
Kremant: I'm watching your every movement and thought, so it's not that hard. Anyway, when Mea did that, she experienced your Energy System.
Ionas: Energy System?
Kremant: In case someone is crazy enough to try and search your mind, with the exception of me of course, the Energy System will kick them out of it. But because it is a little slow, i made sure to place also something i call Dark Concealment, hiding by that way what is in your head with a dark surrounding.
Ionas: Ok that actually sounds pretty cool, but what does that have to do with my last unlock?
Kremant: The Energy System is what the Energy Upgrade needs to move around your body. It is tied with your Circulatory System, following by that way the route of the blood. And pretty much that's how your energy remains active. So, since Mea tried to invade in your mind, the Energy System was working harder than usual in order to get rid of her, making by that way the energy inside to move faster around your body. And because of all that work up, the energy was used in a way that was like the use of an actual power. Not that this is not considered one, but you know what i mean. And because of that, you unlocked your new power sooner, since your energy grew faster that way.
I was open mouthed. He really made all that in this body?!
Kremant: What? You thought that i'm just annoying? *Grin* That's just one of my ways to tease people, and give myself a laugh.
And he is very good at it.
Kremant: Now if you'll excuse me, i have to go to some other places that need my appearance.
And like that, Kremant disappeared.
Ionas: At least now i know what exactly happened earlier.
I take a look at my hands.
Ionas: *Somewhat Troubled* I better be more careful with this new power.
Mikado: Ion, do you might know what this Kremant is?
Ionas: What he is? I actually never considered that. But if you want i can tell you what i know about him so far.
Mikado: That would be nice.
~A Few Minutes Later~
Ionas: And as i heard from him, there are more like him out there. They even have Cell Phones! And that's all i know so far.
Mikado: Pretty interesting. This is actually the first time i ever heard of a race like that.
Ionas: I'm sure about it. Anyway, i better go now. I wouldn't like to be here when these three wake up. But when they do, can you please tell them that i'm sorry for the trouble i caused them?
Mikado: *Smile* Don't worry, i'll tell them.
Ionas: Thank you, miss Mikado.
I walk out of the Infirmary, closing the door behind me, and then i continue my walk around the school once more. I was walking through the hallways, receiving once again many stares from the other students, for the known reasons. This is starting to become tiresome. Well, it seems that i'm not going to get my relaxation any time soon, so i guess i should go do something more than just walking around doing nothing. That moment, i see Yui walking on my way, carrying a huge pile of papers.
Ionas: Wow, that's a huge pile, alright.
How can she even carry all those papers?! From the look of it, she seems to have a hard time carrying all those on her own. I suppose i can give her a hand, just in case. I approach Yui, wanting to give her a hand with all that paperwork.
Ionas: Hey, Yui!
Yui stops and looks from the side of the pile, seeing me approaching.
Yui: Oh, hi Ion. How are you?
Ionas: Good, but i wouldn't say the same to you. This is just too much paperwork for you, don't you think?
Yui: *Sweat Drop* I know, but i have responsibility to take these papers to the class.
Ionas: I see. In that case you should let me help you.
Yui: *Sweat Drop* Help me? You really don't need to-
Ionas: I insist.
I take the huge paper pile off Yui's hands, and carry them for her. For a pile so big it's not that heavy. Oh yeah, the extra strength, i almost forgot.
Ionas: You don't mind, do you now, Yui?
Yui: *Sweat Drop* Well, since you're so willing to help, why not?
Ionas: Good. Want to accompany me on the way to the class? Just in case i need some help with the pile.
Yui: *Smile* Sure.
And like that, we started walking on our way to the classroom. I was a little worried about the pile since it was so big. I have strength, but i must be careful with my balance mostly, to not drop all these papers down and make a disappointment out of myself in front of the person i try to help.
Yui: So, Ion, how is your first day in our school so far?
Ionas: Good, but mostly bad.
Yui: Huh? Why?
Ionas: Because... Nah, i don't want to bother you with my problems. They are not really such a big deal. By the way, i would like to ask you something.
Yui: What is it?
Ionas: Why Rito always, and i mean ALWAYS trips and falls, even when there is nothing to cause his next fall at all?
Yui: *Sigh* I'm not sure either. Sometimes i wonder if he does it on purpose just to do his shameless acts.
Ionas: Nah, he is not that kind of guy. Maybe it's just his balance.
Rito: Hey, guys!
We see Rito a few steps away in front of us, coming on our way.
Ionas: *Smile* Hey Rito! How's it going, pal?
Rito: Fine, what- *Sweat Drop* Whoa!
While he was coming, Rito trips, somehow, launching himself forward, having as a result to pass beside me and throw down the paper pile i was carrying with one of his arms while coming through, and ending up falling on top of Yui.
Ionas: *Upset* Oh come on now! Rito, you-! *Notices*
That moment, i see Rito and Yui in a really embarrassing pose. Ok, i guess that was to be expected.
Yui: *Blushing And Upset* SHAMELESS!
And then she struck him in the face. Dude must seriously learn how to walk.
~In An Unknown, Underground Facility~
Incectbot: Sir, we have a transmission from the Great One.
B-R-29: Open it then.
The large screen opens, and a black, insect like figure appeared in it.
?: Warrant Officer?
B-R-29: Boss?
?: *Annoyed* Use that way to call me again and i'll turn you into a trash can!
B-R-29 gulped from fear.
B-R-29: S-Sorry, sir.
?: Anyway, what are the results of your mission?
B-R-29: Well... Not so good.
?: ... What do you mean by "not so good"?
B-R-29: Well-
?: *Furious* CUT THE "WELL" AND JUST TELL ME!
B-R-29 was starting to panic.
B-R-29: *Troubled* The plan was going perfectly and the princesses were in my hands, O Great One! But i encountered difficulties.
?: The one known as Golden Darkness?
B-R-29: Surprisingly, no.
?: Then who in the hell had the power to fight a high rank Insectbot like yourself, Warrant Officer?
B-R-29: It was a human, sir.
?: A human?
B-R-29: According to our last information, his name is Ionas Dardanidis. A Greek. He appeared out of nowhere and challenged me. He released the princesses, he broke one of my arms, AND my neck! Thankfully, we had what we needed for repairs.
?: You say that you were beaten by a human?
B-R-29: *Ashamed* It hurts me to say this, but yes.
?: ... Then it seems that we have a new threat we have to exterminate. I don't care who he is. He will fall like the others.
B-R-29: I must say that for a mere human he was a lot stronger for the human standards. He was a real surprise.
?: Learn everything you can about that human, Warrant Officer. Do what you can in order to help us reach our end goal. And remember. Failure is NOT an option.
And with that, the transmission ended.
Insectbot: What are your orders, sir?
B-R-29: *Irritated* He caught me by surprise the last time. It will not happen again. I'm going to need some... Improvements.
Ionas: *Sigh* The school might be different from the others i was, but it's still boring! Now that i think about it, i never actually got the chance to see the city. I should ask from someone to show me around, so i can see and learn the different places and roads.
Lala: You want to see the city? I can-!
Ionas: No! Next time on To Love-Ru: A Walk In The City.
Lala: Please?
