30. TLRS-Ep 29-Fight And Rush

~At School~

{Ion's POV}

*The scene shows in a school hallway two male students, of average physique, grabbing each other with their hands, pushing and pulling themselves around, with a girl and some other students close by watching. It's a fight*

Male Student 1: *Upset* She is mine, you hear?!

Male Student 2: *Upset* I don't remember her choosing someone like you!

Female Student: *Troubled* I didn't choose any of you, please stop this!

*When things were about to get bad, with both of them about to come to actual blows, Ion comes out of nowhere, grabs each of the two by their wrists, and twists them enough to make them kneel from pain, without causing them any actual damage, and forcing them to cease all actions. A black armband with red writing is around his right arm*

Ionas: *Cheeky And Serious* I don't know if any of you will win her over with that attitude, but you have sure won something. A free pass for the teachers' office!* *To Four Committee Members Behind Him* All yours.

*The four members take the two weeping guys away, and the students around start clapping their hands for Ion out of approval and admiration, with the girl from before and some others approaching him with smiles*

Female Student: *Smile* Thank you for stopping them. For a moment we were worried they will injure someone while fighting or even make a mess out of the place.

Ionas: *Smile* Not a problem.

Officially acting in accordance to the Disciplinary Committee's duties from here on!

*While Ion was talking with the other students, and possible fans of his, for whatever, Nana and Yui were watching his actions all this time from a distance. Nana wears a red armband with black writing*

Yui: *Smile* It seems that Ion is already doing his work as intended, and without breaking anyone's bones in the process. Isn't that great, Nana-San?

Nana: *Resentful* Yeah...

Yui: *Sweat Drop* Eh? Is something the matter?

Noticing them from afar, after finishing my small talk with those others, I approach them happy and proud with myself about my first official action as a Committee member.

Ionas: *Smile* How was that for my first try?

Yui: *Smile* Simply excellent, Ion! Now I'm sure that with both of you in this, the school is ought to be safer than ever!

Ionas: *Smile* Great! *To Nana* Isn't it nice to know that we do such a splendid job so far, Nana?

Nana says nothing and turns her back on me with her arms crossed, being clearly frustrated with me.

Yui: *Sweat Drop* N-Nana-San, why are you acting like this all of a sudden?

Nana: We have and other places to look after, don't we, Kotegawa? It will be bad to stay in just one place more.

By saying that, she walks fast away.

Yui: *Sweat Drop* N-Nana-San, wait!

She says that while running after her.

Ionas: *Sigh* ...

She is like that from this morning.

[Well, guess what, I'm not telling about it. Why even do you the favor? Do you have any idea how tiring- OF COURSE I WILL TELL YOU, YOU FOOLS! Seriously, what kind of monster you think I am?!]

~Earlier This Morning~

I woke up, sat up to the side of the bed, and-

Ionas: *Weary Yawn*

Was still annoyingly tired. After what happened the last day, SPECIFICALLY ABOUT THE PART WHERE THE F*CKING KREMANT REVEALED MY FEELINGS ABOUT NANA TO RITO, I couldn't really sleep that well. After learning about it, I made him promise to say NOTHING to Nana or anyone else, just so I can prevent any type of misunderstandings from occuring. If anyone is to tell Nana about my feelings, it's ME. It's MY responsibility to do so after all, is it not? Anyway, I get up, make a few streches, and start getting dressed for school to be ready. I wonder if Rito is alright, having fused with Nemesis and all. As we have learned after returing back home, only me, Rito, Momo, and Peke know about it, and was decided to remain a secret, including our little "trip" the last day, as to not worry everyone. Understandable, I suppose.

Ionas: ...

Better go check on Rito. See how he is.

*Having been dressed, Ion uses the room device to teleport in the hallway, while still being tired-looking*

Mikan: *From Afar* I can't believe you!

Ionas: Hm?

I look to the side, and see Mikan outside of Rito's room, with more soundings being heard supposedly inside the said room. I decide to go and approach the situation. Wonder what happened THIS time?

Ionas: *Weary-Like* Good morning, Mikan, what's the fuss about?

Mikan: *Seemingly Upset* Well you see-

Nana: *Upset* You have really done it this time, you beast!

I look inside, and see on one side of the bed Nana having grabbed Rito from behind, strangling him with her arms as he helplessly flails in place, and Momo close to them trying to stop her, with the latter's pajama dress being opened and revealing her bare chest and panties. The usual sh*t pretty much.

Ionas: *Weary-Like And Annoyed* *Loudly* NANA!

Nana: *Sweat Drop* Eh?

With that I gain everyones attention, with Nana loosening her hold on Rito a bit as a result.

Ionas: *Weary-Like And Annoyed* Stop trying to kill him FOR ONCE...! *Rubs His Eyes Out Of Tiredness And Sighs* Just someone tell me the situation.

Nana unhands Rito, before pushing him away immediately after out of frustration as he falls off the bed, and approaches me.

Nana: *Blushing And Upset* I came inside along with Mikan to wake that sleepy-head of a beast, and then we suddenly see him sq-sq-squizing Momo's breast while standing above her! The absolute pervert!

Ionas: *Stares At Nana Tired* ...

...

Nana: *Sweat Drop* Umm, are you-?

Ionas: *Weary-Like* Nana, it is literally too early in the morning to deal with the usual misunderstanding joke, we'll talk about it later.

I turn around and start walking on the way for the kitchen, while yawning.

Nana: Joke? *Annoyed* H-Hey, come back, *Runs After Him* what do you mean by-?!

~Later~On The Way For School~

We were all walking on our way for school, with me being in a more awakened state after eating... And while at it, Nana and I kept arguing to one another about the earlier case.

Nana: *Annoyed* "Stupid"?!

Ionas: *Serious* That's right, it's stupid to treat his usual tripping tendencies seriously like that.

Nana: *Annoyed* *Sarcastic* Oh, I'm sorry if it's kinda hard for me to see something like "squeezing someone's breast" as the "usual accidental tripping".

Ionas: *Irritated* Don't you sass me, you aggressive midget.

Nana: *Annoyed* YOU'RE too tall!

Lala: *Sweat Drop* Come on, Nana, Ion, don't be like tha~t.

Nana: *Upset* You were not even there to see it first hand in front of you, and yet you support HIM more than ME!

Ionas: *Annoyed* And even YOU know that HE is not that kind of character, to blame him and treat him unfairly like an actual pervert, ALL THE BLOODY TIME, like an immature child.

Nana: *Upset* Treating me like that under such circumstances shows that YOU are the one who doesn't know what being mature means!

Momo: *Sweat Drop* (This is really getting out of hand...)

Ionas: Look, we can keep on pointing fingers, or we can just forgive and forget, and not make a fuss out of it any further. But if I had to blame someone, it would be Momo herself for being there clinging on him in the first place, like, most of the times.

Momo: *Sweat Drop* (Don't shift the blame on me just like that! I actually behaved this time!)

Ionas: *To Nana* Come now, Nana, you're supposed to be better than tha-

Nana: *Annoyed* And YOU are supposed to support and trust your best friend more than THAT!

Ionas: *Irritated* Well, that's not very nice, nor friend-like of you toward our poor friend over there now, is it?

I say that while pointing at Rito behind us as we walk.

Ionas: You could always be in his place. *Serious* How would you feel if suddenly everyone started trash talking at you, and beating you because of an accident you caused?

Nana: *Real Upset* I'M NOT LIKE THAT BEAS-

Ionas: *Real Annoyed* THEN I SUGGEST YOU TO START ACTING YOUR AGE, AND THINK FOR ONCE BEFORE YOU ACT RECKLESSLY OR BADMOUTH SOMEONE, INSTEAD OF BEING SUCH A B*TCH ABOUT IT!

*Everyone in the gang but Ion and Nana gasp when they hear that, with Nana being shocked by it*

Nana: ... *Resentful* If that's what you think... Then I guess I shouldn't bother more with this talk of ours.

Ionas: ...

After that happened, I go behind and start walking beside Rito, leaving Nana alone and upset on the front. Everyone were feeling concerned, but couldn't bring themselves to say anything to any of us, most likely afraid to not make things worse, or maybe because they were not sure what to even say in this situation. One is sure, I take NOTHING back.

[And that's how it all started. NOW, back to where we left off!]

~Some Time Later~At School~On The Same Hallway~

So much for spending a pleasant time with Nana in the Committee. I remember when things were more laidback in older days, and was not really minding that much Nana and Rito fighting. But now... It's like I see things differently when it comes to that now. More... Realistically than I used to think.

Ionas: ...

I still find cute the way she shows her tsundere side at times, but not when it's more harsh than it's supposed to be. I felt bad for Rito, receiving all that hate for no reason, considering everything he goes through every single day. Spending time with him made me understand his struggles more than just watching his anime-life on my screen. Nana has changed in her own way too, but still keeps on trying to hurt Rito every time she sees him in an "unfortunate" situation. I thought she was more understanding of him after all this time... After all those talks of ours.

Ionas: *Somewhat Saddened* ...

I don't like seeing my friends being at such bad terms anymore. When did things started to change so much with us, Nana?

*Ion turns around, and walks through the hallways, alone and melancholic*

~On The Next Free Period~

After the bell rang, I decided to make a few rounds by myself for some time.

Ionas: *Weary* ...

I'm still psychologically down from before. You know what, I will go take a rest outside. Lay down at a secluded area, not think about anything as I try to relax by myself. Yeah.

Ionas: That settles it, going out.

I walk on the way to the exit, and after finally reaching it, I see Rito not far from here, being strangled by Nana's arms. AGAIN!

Ionas: *Extremely Annoyed* For f*ck's sake!

I approach in a dynamic way, grab Nana's arm, and force them off Rito's neck, while pushing them both back slightly at arm's distance, surpising them both with my appearance.

Ionas: *Annoyed* Alright, what is THIS about now? It better not be silly like the last time.

Nana rudely slaps annoyed my hand away, as I stand between her and Rito.

Nana: *Annoyed* Don't try to help him this time! I saw him doing something lewd to Haruna with his phone!

Ionas: *Raises An Eyebrow* With his phone? What exactly did you see?

Nana: *Sweat Drop* W-Well... *Annoyed* Ok, I didn't see the WHOLE thing, only him being crouched in front of her, doing something on his phone, and her being seated down, flustered and covering her privates!

Ionas: You didn't see what happened exactly, yet you accuse him of an illicit action. Is that right?

Nana: *Annoyed* We both know that SOMETHING happened there! He did perverted things to her!

Rito: *Flustered* I-I-

Ionas: *To Nana* *Irritated* Have you bothered to ask Haruna herself if she was in actual trouble?

Nana: No, but-

Ionas: *Annoyed* Then your accusation, dear Nana, is nothing more but another one of your excuses to bully the unfortunate soul behind me.

After saying that, she looks at the floor below, clearly trying to contain her frustration.

Nana: ... *Looking Down Upset* Why... Why do you support him so much...?

Ionas: *Serious* Because that's what true friends do for one another, when in trouble. Now listen here, you. We both know that Rito is a good person, and never tries to actually cause those kind of actions.

Nana: *Lifts Her Head* But-!

Ionas: *Serious* AND if he actually WAS doing that secretly on purpose, I can assure you I would have known without much issue.

Nana: *Sweat Drop* But you can't just-!

Ionas: *Serious* NOW, if I catch you doing anything against him again, for absolutely, no actual, logical reason... You can be sure that I will take heavy offense to that, and will act as I must.

Nana: ...

Ionas: *To Rito* Alright, dude, I say we go somewhere else. Want to talk with you about something I just remembered.

Rito: *Sweat Drop* O-Ok.

We both turn around and start walking toward the entrance.

Ionas: *Turns His Head Behind, Toward Nana* *Serious* You know well that I'm on the right here. And as my best friend, I expect you to be understanding, and an example of one as such.

Saying that last bit, we step inside the building, and head toward the rooftop, where I believe we can talk in private.

*Nana at the moment appears to be really frustrated and conflicted by the whole thing, and is not sure how she should react*

Mea: Hey, Nana-Chan.

Nana: Huh?

*Nana turns around and sees Mea, holding a lollipop*

Mea: What was all that about?

Nana: ...

~Not Long After~At The Rooftop~

I was sitting onto the floor with Rito across me, behind of the box that is the entrance, and had him explain to me about what happened exactly back there, with him even saying about the part where Nemesis started controlling his movements back in the house.

Ionas: Ah, I see.

*Nemesis materializes half herself fast from Rito's stomach*

Nemesis: Ju-

Ionas: *Startled* Ah-!

*Ion strikes Nemesis fast in the face with the back of his hand the moment he notices her*

Nemesis: *Holds Her Face In Pain* Ouch, this stings!

Rito: *Sweat Drop* I-Ion!

Ionas: *Annoyed* Well sorry, I didn't expect her to appear like that!

Also I didn't know she can even DO that!

Rito: *Sweat Drop* Are you ok, Nemesis?

Nemesis: *Let's Her Face* I'll live. At least it's not as bad as the damage I received the other day. Now as I was saying, just know that I had no involvement at what he did back there with his phone. *Amused* It was quite an interesting moment.

What did he even-?

Ionas: *Extends Hand* Show me the phone.

Rito: *Sweat Drop* E-Eh?

Ionas: Just do it, come on.

Rito: ... *Blush* Ok...

He gives me the phone hesitantly, I take a look at the many pictures, and see with surprise Haruna's-

Ionas: ... *Raises An Eyebrow* How did you even MANAGE that?

Rito: *Blush* *Sweat Drop* I have no idea...

Nemesis: *Smile* A natural, isn't he?

His case is getting crazier every time! It's more concerning than amusing nowadays!

Ionas: Anyway, I'll just delete them. Unless you want-

Rito: *Flustered* N-No! YOU can do it! I mean, you're more... Continent than I am, so-

Ionas: *Rolls Eyes* I get it, I get it, don't worry, I will not force you to look at your girl's privates.

Rito: *Flustered* She-!

Ionas: *Annoyed* "YET" IS THE KEY BLOODY WORD, AND YOU F*CKING KNOW IT! NOW SHUT IT WITH YOUR "FLUSTER-BLUBBER" FOR ONCE!

Rito: *Sweat Drop* So-Sorry!

Annoying, shy coward of a man!

Nemesis: Wow, not even YOU are safe by that mouth of his.

Ionas: *While Deleting Pictures* And unless you want some of it as well, I suggest you to follow the example of a mime, and keep quiet. I can only handle THAT MUCH annoyance for one day.

Nemesis: No promises.

Ionas: *Sigh*

At least she will not annoy me as much as Kremant used to.

Rito: By the way, that armband around your arm... Are you in the Disciplinary Committee now?

Ionas: *While Deleting Pictures* Yeah. And Nana is too as you saw by her own, so I suggest you to be extra careful from now on with whatever. *Irritated* Seriously, that girl is ready to pick a fight with you at the drop of a hat.

Rito: *Sweat Drop* Yeah...

Ionas: *Finished Deleting* There.

After finishing, I give the phone back to Rito.

Rito: *Sweat Drop* Th-Thanks, Ion.

Ionas: Always there for you, buddy.

Rito: So, not that I don't appreciate the fact that you stood up for me, but... Don't you think you were too harsh on Nana. She seemed really hurt.

Ionas: *Serious* I couldn't just let her keep on being awful to you for no reason. She was being too mean even by HER standards.

Rito: *Sweat Drop* Well, maybe, but... You now risk on losing her because of that decision. I mean... Don't you love her?

Ionas: Well ye- *Looks At Nemesis In Realization* *Angry* Hey, I told you to not say anything about it to anyone, damn you!

Rito: *Sweat Drop* I-I-!

Nemesis: He told me nothing, actually. *Smile* But that doesn't stop me from knowing what HE knows while fused like this.

Ionas: Oh... *Troubled* Sh*t.

Nemesis: I will say nothing to no one. I'm not that foolish to mess with you at my current condition. Also I try to keep my presence a secret, so... Anyway I saw the memories of the time you watched Kremant's fight with the Devilukian king. *Amazed* And OH MY, what a fight that was! I knew he was strong, but this-

Ionas: *Rolls Eyes* Yes, yes, we know, he is super powerful. Still lost in the end, and nobody cares if we will ever see him again. *To Rito* Anyway, yes, I love Nana, but if I decided to let that blind my judgment, then it would be a real trouble for both of us. *Annoyed* She was being beyond annoying anyway, so she deserves everything I serve her about it. I take nothing back and that's that!

Rito: *Sweat Drop* Ma-Maybe you just say that because you didn't wake up good this morning. I noticed how tired you look back at the house, and on the way here at school. Maybe that's the reason you are so... Cranky with her today.

Ionas: *Thinking* Probably...* But either way, it's not right to let her do as she pleases with you. You have enough problems as it is, my friend.

Rito: Ion...

Ionas: *Frustrated* And if she cannot understand how wrong she is, and ends up not wanting to be friends with me anymore, then so be it! It will just show that she was not worth the trouble to begin with! Want me to go further? There is always f*cking Mea!

Nemesis: *Excited* Oh~! *Telepathy* *To Rito* (This is getting interesting.)

Rito: *To Ion* *Sweat Drop* Y-You don't really mean that, do you?!

Ionas: ... *Sigh* No...

Nemesis: *Somewhat Disappointed* You two sure know how to ruin a girl's fun.

Ionas: *To Rito* *Somewhat Saddened* It's just that... You two are my friends. And seeing you not acting as such to each other, really bugs me. Can you blame me for acting like that? I wanted to make her understand how foolish it is to act at such an unreasonable manner, toward your own friends, who helped you, who have proven to you more than once that they are worthy of your trust. I want her to understand, so she can feel at peace every day knowing that, and not be in constant conflict. I only want the best for her.

Nemesis: *Telepathy* *To Rito* *Cheeky* (Aww, isn't he nice?)

Rito: *To Ion* *Smile* I understand how you feel.

Rito places his hand upon my shoulder.

Rito: And I'm sure she'll understand too, if you go talk to her about it calmly.

Ionas: ... I have all the goodwill to have a talk with her. But first, SHE needs to actually want to.

~Meanwhile~At Somewhere At The Courtyard~

{Nana's POV}

I was sitting together with Mea on a bench at the courtyard, telling her about how my day went, and about my fight with Ion.

Mea: I see... *Sweat Drop* That's some heated argument you had there.

Nana: *Upset* He called me a b*tch! And in front of everyone no less! He didn't even hesitate! Can you believe that guy?!

Mea: It IS unusual for him to say stuff like that to you of all people.

Nana: *Frustrated* And even though I caught that beast doing his thing again, he still trusts him more than his own friend!

Mea: Aren't you both his friends, though?

Nana: *Sweat Drop* Well, yeah, but-

Mea: Then he probably chose to assist Rito-Senpai because he though you were out of bounds or something. *Sweat Drop* *Smile* You ARE known to be quite aggressive with him when those accidents of his happen, and Ion-Senpai took pity on him. I mean, he did lecture you about how to be a friend, didn't he?

Nana: ... *Sigh*

I stay silent for a moment, thinking of how unfairly I was treated by that "friend concept" of his.

Nana: *Resentful* I know that friends mean a lot to him, but I thought he would support me more, considering I'm "supposedly" his best friend.

Mea: *Thinking* Hmm...* Maybe he just doesn't like seeing his friends fighting each other, and feels really bad whenever he sees that happening.

Nana: *Upset* He was seeing us fighting in the past too, and didn't bother that much back then!

Mea: *Sweat Drop* *Smile* You must admit that you yourself are too harsh on Rito-Senpai to say the truth.

Nana: *Sweat Drop* Not you too, Mea!

Mea: I mean, how would you feel if you kept on seeing two people you know fighting most of the time? Wouldn't you get tired or sad by that?

Nana: ... *Somewhat Saddened* Yeah...

Mea: And let's not forget that Ion-Senpai has seen quite the conflicts from the moment he appeared on this world, so it's understandable really that he would hate seeing something that reminds him of those moments.

Nana: ...

Maybe she is right. Thinking about it, that guy hardly had any chances to sit down and relax. Now I feel kinda bad for myself.

Nana: ... I'll go talk to him later. *Smile* Thanks, Mea.

Mea: *Smile* Ha-ha~, just as I thought! You might get angry at him, but you still love him!

Nana: *Flustered* N-Not so loud, Mea!

Mea: *Giggles* Well, you can do that on the next free period, you don't need to hurry. Anyway, let's change subject for now. *Smile* So, you're in the Disciplinary Committee now, eh?

Nana: *Smile* Yeah! *Shows Off Proudly Her Armband* Is the armband cool or what?

Mea: *Sweat Drop* *Smile* It sure is. *Awkward Giggle*

~On The Next Free Period~In The Teacher's Office~

{Ion's POV}

I and Nana were placed in an "attention stance" in front of Yui, after calling us in the teacher's office. She was not that happy with the behavior me and Nana were showing to each other the moment we came to school.

Yui: *Serious* You two are going together on this next patrol. I don't know what happened between you, but I want you to keep your differences aside, reconcile, and work as the team you are, so you can perform your duties properly. Are we clear, you two?

Both: Yes, ma'am!

Yui: Good. Now go out there, and act accordingly.

With that done, we both walk outside, and begin our patrol. That actually worked to my favor, since I want to have a talk with Nana anyway. But... How do I start?

Nana: *Sweat Drop* (What do I EVEN say in this situation? It's not like we are mad at each other every day. This might be-)

Ionas: Hey, Nana?

Nana: Hm?

Ionas: ... *Looks Away* I'm sorry for calling you a b*tch.

Nana: ... *Rubs Head Out Of Embarrassment* And I'm sorry for my behavior.

I bring a fist toward her.

Ionas: Friends?

Nana: ... *Smile*

She lightly punches my fist.

Nana: *Smile* Friends.

And with that, we retreat our arms and I feel already better knowing she feels as bad for what happened as I am.

Nana: So, why black?

Ionas: Eh?

Nana: *Points At Ion's Armband* The armband. How come and you chose it to be like this?

Ionas: Oh. Well, I thought that IT being black with red writings will inspire fear, considering what I'm capable of. *Evil Smile* I want them to look at it, and know that I'm danger incarnate!* You know, so they will not even think about breaking the rules while I'M around.

Nana: *Sweat Drop* *Smile* I-I see...

Ionas: Anyway, I still believe you shouldn't be that mad at Rito, for "you know what".

Nana: *Rolls Eyes* Ok, I admit I was a bit on the wrong, trying to beat him up and all, but I still think he deserves a punishment for that.

Ionas: *Annoyed And Sarcastic* OH, so you say that strangling the life out of him would help him.

We stop that moment and look angrily at each other.

Nana: *Annoyed* Why not! Maybe he will start being serious if I knock some sense into him about his falling issues, and give him motivation that way to actually TRY to stop those shameless actions of his!

Ionas: *Annoyed* Those "shameless actions" as you call them, or "unfortunate falls" as I call them, can happen to ANYONE! In case you have forgotten, it happened to you, it happened to me, AND even to the both of us at the same time! Need to remind you of the onsen accident?

Nana: *Blush* *Sweat Drop* D-Don't say it out loud, people will get the wrong idea! *Annoyed* I-In any case those shouldn't count, considering how rare they are in comparison to those of that beast.

Ionas: *Serious* And I insist. THAT. Can happen to anyone. At any moment.

Nana: *Annoyed* And I say-!

*That moment two students by accident hit and push Nana toward Ion as they run about, with her falling and grabbing onto his shirt, and with him being surprised by that and THAT close to fall back, before finding his footing to remain standing*

Nana: *Looks At Him And Blushes* ...

Ionas: See? I told you it can happen to anyone at any time.

Also, what a convenient example!

Nana: *Blushing And Upset* Th-That doesn't count!

Nana removes herself instantly from me out of embarrassment as she backs away a bit.

Ionas: *Sigh* Look, I'm tired with this argument of ours, and I don't want us to end up being on bad terms you and I for that. You know Rito is not a bad person and means no actual harm. So, I want you to at least try to not use violence against him when the "unfortunate falls" happen. Not asking for much, am I?

Nana: ... *Groans* Fine~, I will try to behave. *Serious* No promises, though!

Ionas: Better than nothing, I suppose.

A-H-R-1: I have a way to capture our targets, Sergeant. But to do that, I will need something from you. One and only help, to ensure our victory.

B-R-200 (From Communicator): ... I will see what I can do. But first I need you to tell me your plan.

A-H-R-1: Trust me. It's gonna be simply... *Evil Smile* Revolutionary.

~The Next Day~

*Ion just woke up*

Ionas: *Yawn*

I get off the bed, and feel refreshed and calm. I was able to sleep well this time. To make things better? We have two whole free days starting today! No school, and two entire days of doing whatever I want with limited duties! My favorite! I get off the bed, wear some casual clothes, and happily use the device on my wall to teleport in the hallway. That moment, I see Nana teleporting out of hers to the side as well.

Ionas: *Smile* Good morning, Nana! Did you sleep well?

Nana: *Smile* Oh, good morning, Ion! Yeah, I had a nice goodnight sleep. And it seems you had too, this time.

Ionas: *Nods* Hmhm!

I notice from the stairs Mikan approaching as well.

Mikan: *Smile* Good morning, Nana, Ion.

Both: Good morning!

Ionas: Say, is Rito up yet?

Mikan: I was about to wake him up, actually. *Sweat Drop* But, I worry what I might see inside his room this time.

Nana: *Sweat Drop* I know what you mean. That beast...

Ionas: Oh, come on now, girls. *Approaches His Door* Can't always blame him like that. Besides, *Opens Door* it is most likely to see as always above him *Looks Inside* Mo~

The moment I look inside, I witness on the bed a seemingly sleeping Rito licking a naked moaning Lala in her pu-

Ionas: *Continuous Surprised Non-Stopping Gasp*

As I keep on gasping at what I saw, with Rito just waking up, I look at Nana and Mikan who were looking at Rito with a death glare, and decided while I'm at it to grab with both hands Nana by the arms, lift her off the ground, and start moving her downstairs along with me fast.

Nana: *Surprised And Annoyed* H-Hey, what's the big idea! *Flailing About* Put me down! I said put me-!

~Some Time Later~

I was, thankfully, able to calm down Nana, and stop her from attempting to do anything harmful to Rito. To think he would do THAT while sleeping... I mean, it's not the most bizarre thing he could do, but STILL A CLOSE SECOND! I mean, f*ck! Anyway, after that, I could see how Nana and even Mikan were looking at Rito, in a bad way.

*Ion sits on the couch*

If it was under normal circumstances, I too would feel uncomfortable staying with one guy who decided to "do" his girl without giving me a heads up so I can give them some space at least, or if he decided to do it early in the morning out of the blue, showing no care for his friends and family present. But this is Rito we are talking about, so none of that counts in such way.

Ionas: *Thinking* ...

Lala said that she was pretty much sleepwalking after a dream of cakes with dark matter covering. Maybe Nemesis's presence influenced that somehow. As for Rito's "habit" while asleep... He has told me that he mostly sees himself eating sweets while at it. Two theories on that. One: that he is not eating that well before he sleeps, and that's the first thing he craves the most of all else. And two: that he simply has a want for sweets. Possible solutions: either he needs to eat more before going to bed, or eat some sweets just before cleaning his teeth and going to bed. That might help to stop that strange sleeping habit of his, since he will be surely sated.

Ionas: *Smiles And Nods* Yeah...

I will go right now to him and tell him about this idea. He will be more than willing to try it out just to avoid further misunderstandings. I get up and walk upstairs, reaching his room. Just before I knock his door, it opens and see him along with Momo and Peke.

Rito: Huh, Ion?

Ionas: Hey, friend. What is going on here, had a meeting?

Rito: *Sweat Drop* *Smile* Well, in a sense...

I kinda feel left out. Nemesis that moment materializes half herself, and smaller than usual, onto Rito's shoulder.

Nemesis: *To Rito* We don't have time for chit-chat. We must get in position.

Ionas: *Raises An Eyebrow* Wait, what are you talking about?

Rito: *Sweat Drop* You see...

Rito tells me about Nemesis wanting to help fix things up with Nana and Mikan, and then about her starting idea with the latter.

Ionas: *Extreme Surprise* DO WHA-?!

~Not Long After~

After Mikan went to the bathroom, Rito went in almost as soon, through Nemesis instructions. The three of us protested at the start, but Rito for some reason trusted Nemesis on this one and went with it anyway. After the door closed behind them, the three of us went behind of the door, with Momo eavesdropping for us.

Ionas: *Upset And Concerned* Seriously, what the hell is she thinking?! Going inside while his sister is supposed to get ready for a bath?! She will see him like an actual pervert for this, considering how unusual it is!

Momo: Um, actually it is not that unusual for those two to share a bath.

Ionas: *Looks At Momo* ... What?

Momo: They are going in together most of the times, didn't you know?

NO, I DID NOT!

Ionas:Why?!

Momo: *Raises An Eyebrow* Why that reaction?* They used to do that when little a lot.

Ionas: *Annoyed* When little is understandable, in a way, but they are not considered little anymore! Next you will tell me that Mikan loves her brother THAT way!

Momo: Well... Yes.

Ionas: *Awfully Surprised* ... For real?

Momo: For real.

Ionas: ...

Mikan, what the hell, I thought you were the serious matured one, not the depraved one! Incest is bad for many reasons!

*Not long after, the scene goes as we know. Momo peeks inside a bit to take better look inside, Nemesis uses her power to secretly force Mikan to slip, with her ending up being the one to fall onto Rito and bringing them both into one of the "usual situations", making it look like HER fault this time, and with Ion and the other two understanding what Nemesis's aim was. The plan works, with Mikan apologizing and accepting to take that bath together with Rito, as she realizes she can't really complain about his falls anymore*

Ionas: Ah, I see what she did there.

I still don't approve the incest idea! Glad he is in good terms with his sister now, though.

~Some Minutes Later~

After a while, Rito comes out first, having finished with his bath. I come out of hiding, leaving Momo and Peke behind of the staircase wall alone, and approach Rito.

Ionas: Not that I don't approve of the idea, but don't you think it was a bit too dangerous that slipping bit, Nemesis?

*Nemesis remains inside Rito and says nothing*

Rito: *Sweat Drop* Umm...

Why is she not-?

Nana: Hey, you!

We look upstairs, and notice Nana coming down.

Nana: *Annoyed* Just know that I'm patient with you only because Ion asked me to. BUT, be sure that if I catch you, especially at school, doing something you shouldn't again, you can be assured that I will definitely-

Come on now with this, Na-!

Ionas: *Notices*

I notice one of Nemesis's dark matter spots going right under Nana's foot as she was walking downstairs, having as a result to make her slip and fall toward us, much to my shock. Seeing her coming, I push Rito away, making him hit himself upon the wall lightly, and catch Nana in my arms as she was falling, in a standing hugging manner, to everyones surprise and relief.

Ionas: You ok?

Nana: *Blush* *Sweat Drop* Y-Yea-

Ionas: I'm glad.

I place Nana down on her feet.

Ionas: *Annoyed* Have in mind though, that if I didn't catch you now, you would end up onto Rito, and it would be YOUR fault whatever the result was going to be this time. I told you that something like that can happen to anyone, but no~, *Sarcastic* Nana is NEVER wrong, Nana is ALWAYS right, Rito is ALWAYS a beast, and deserves to be treated by us as such NO MATTER how idiotic that is!*

Nana: *Troubled* I-I...

Ionas: *Sigh*

My frustration is so great...

Ionas: *Frustrated* You act so spoiled at times that you make me feel ashamed to call you my friend. I mean it.

Nana: *Shocked* ...

After staying like that for some seconds, Nana starts to tremble and is on the verge of crying. Tired with this already, I turn my back on her while crossing my arms. And like that, she runs upstairs while crying loudly, with the noise she was making stopping once she, most likely, reaches their room. Momo and Peke come out of their hiding and approach us.

Rito: *Sweat Drop* Ion...

Momo: *Sweat Drop* I know that you're mad at her for her recent behavior toward Rito, but that was too-

I turn my head fast toward Rito, startling them with my frustrated expression.

Ionas: *Frustrated But Calm-Like* Nemesis, do you mind me having a word with you?

Nemesis materializes half herself on Rito's stomach.

Nemesis: Yes, wha-?

I grab her that instant by the neck and bring my face right in front of hers, surprising once again all.

Ionas: *Real Menacing* Listen carefully, brownie. If you dare to try anything so dangerous like that on Nana again, I will rip you out of Rito myself, and eat you like the dark matter seasoning that you are. Understand?

*Everyone present is real shocked by what Ion said*

Nemesis: *Sweat Drop* ... (Ok, now THAT is actually scary!)

Ionas: ... *Sigh* If anyone needs me, I'll be in my room.

I unhand Nemesis and start walking upstairs toward my room.

Ionas: *Frustrated* And don't expect me down for dinner later. I have lost my appetite.

*When Ion is out of sight, everyone is looking at each other troubled*

Momo: *Sweat Drop* (I can understand that he was worried about Nana, but that was a bit... Well, at least he still shows he cares.)

Rito: *To Nemesis* *Sweat Drop* *Smile* D-Don't worry, h-he just wanted to scare you. He would never do such a thing! But... I think you should not try that again.

Nemesis: *Sweat Drop* Noted...

~Some Time Later~

I was in the bed, in my pajamas, trying to sleep earlier that usual. After what happened, I wanted to just lie under the blanket and attempt to sleep, so I will not have to face more frustrations for today. So far I'm unsuccessful.

Ionas: *Looking At The Ceiling* ...

I feel awful for the way I treated Nana. I don't like the feeling at all, considering everything we went through together. If she could only just...

Ionas: *Sigh* ...

Maybe a few rounds inside the training room can help me-

*The Room Device Activates*

The device's noise grabs my attention, and I move my head while still lying in the bed to look at the entrance. After a moment, I see Nana poking her head slightly from around the corner.

Nana: *Troubled* Ion? Can I come in? (Please be calm.)

What an unexpected visit.

Ionas: *Weary-Like* I'm in the bed, just a moment.

I get off the bed, and approach her. Just by looking at her I can tell just how troubled she is.

Nana: *Sweat Drop* D-Did I wake you up?

Ionas: Could not really make myself sleep all this time, so no.

Nana: *Sweat Drop* Oh, I-I see.

Ionas: So, why are you here?

Nana: Well, I...

She wants to apologize, doesn't she?

Nana: *Lowers Her Head Saddened* I'm sorry for acting like that.

Of course that's the case! Like I don't f*cking know her.

Ionas: *Sigh* You're lucky I adore you.

Nana: *Lifts Her Head* Huh?

Ionas: Oh, nothing. But, yeah, I too feel bad for what I said. I'm sure you understand I didn't really mean all that from earlier.

Nana: *Sweat Drop* *Smile* Ye-Yeah, of course! (I was actually hoping for that!)

Ionas: So, explain something to me.

Nana: Eh? What?

Ionas: Why exactly are you so aggressive toward Rito? Without mentioning the ridiculously perverted falls. Is there a more... Detailed reason for your dislike?

Nana: Well... Yes. He makes me feel bad for big sis.

Ionas: *Raises An Eyebrow* Can you elaborate?

Nana: I don't like the fact that big sis loves that kind of guy. *Irritated* He is just so... Unreliable as a partner for her! As if those ridiculous falls of his are not enough of an issue already, he is indecisive on setting things straight with his life, and wastes big sis's at the same time!

Yeah, that is quite true.

Nana: *Annoyed* There are girls around him like Haruna, Run and even my sister Momo, with her ridiculously stupid harem plan, who like him, but HE can't be honest with them, knowing real well that he doesn't like this complicated situation of his. I don't mind Haruna being in the relationship between Rito and big sis, that much, but I expected him till now to be acting more responsibly than this!

Well, she is not wrong.

Nana: *Frustrated* Of all the guys she could have chosen, she chose THAT one! I know that he is not a bad person and that he is really kind at heart and reliable at times, but-

Ionas: I understand how you feel, but your sister chose HIM, and we gotta respect that decision of hers. I mean as you said, he IS a good guy to know in spite of his personality and complex balance.

Nana: Just... Look, I know I was on the wrong, but I want to know... Why are you so fixated to support Rito? Can't be just because he is a friend, right?

Well, in a way yes, but mostly-

Ionas: It's just that both of you are two important friends of mine, and unlike older times, where I was not really minding, I don't like seeing you fight anymore. *Somewhat Saddened* It makes me feel real bad on the inside.

Nana: *Shocked* (Mea WAS right to the point all along! He really DID feel bad because we were fighting!)

Ionas: *Somewhat Saddened* At the beginning I didn't have much problem with it, but that previous day's exchange broke me. *Frustrated* We already have enough with the insectbots scheming about, I don't want to see ourselves being THAT hostile against each other.

Nana: *Saddened* ... (It seems... That Mea knows Ion a lot better than I thought "I" did, all this time. I feel ashamed of myself.)

Ionas: Don't get me wrong, it's not that I expect you two to be all hugs and kisses, but at the very least I want you to trust each other, and show that no matter how different your personalities are, you're still friends who will help one another when it is most needed.

I place a hand softly on her cheek, which catches her off guard as she looks at me with surprise.

Ionas: *Smile* So we can get to see you happy and at peace, knowing you have many people who care, and who are always there for you. THAT, is what I wanted to make you understand.

Nana: *Blush* ... I... I didn't realize that was the reason you...

She closes her eyes and places a hand on the hand I placed on her cheek.

Nana: *Closed Eyes* I thought you started disliking me, when you were only just trying to make me understand what is best for me. And I just kept refusing on listening. *Opens Eyes* I'm such an idiot, aren't I?

Ionas: I'm an idiot myself for not making it more clear from the beginning. *Smile* So you could say we are both two big idiots.

Nana: *Amused Giggle*

We move our hands back, and just look at each other.

Nana: *Turns Her Head Away, Seemingly Annoyed* Don't expect me to be nicer toward him, though.

She turns her head toward me again with a smile.

Nana: *Smile* But I promise to be more mindful from now on. So you don't have to worry for me.

Ionas: That is all I ask. *Smile* Miss techy.

Nana: *Pouty Face* I've told you that I'm not techy.

Ionas: *Smiling And Sarcastic* Yeah right.

After that, we both start laughing at ourselves. I'm happy that I was able to make up with her. I hope it stays like this and not fight again any time soon.

Nana: *Just finished laughing* Ha~...

Nana seems to be thinking about something suddenly.

Ionas: What's on your mind?

Nana: *Flustered* N-Nothing! It's just...

I wonder what is this about now.

Nana: *Blush* ... (I should tell him. Now that I have the chance and all alone!) *Determined*

*Nana moves a few steps closer to Ion*

Nana: *Blush* Ion, I-

*On the last step, she steps strongly with the back of her foot onto his own foot*

Ionas: *In Pain* Ouch!

I crouch down to touch my foot in pain as she takes hers off it.

Nana: *Sweat Drop* Ah, I'm sor- WHOA!

As she was lifting her foot, she loses her balance and falls onto me, throwing me down along with her, and with her now lying on top of me, with her face close to mine.

Nana: *Flustered* I-I-

Ionas: You seem to really like falling onto me a lot lately.

Nana: *Flustered* N-No, that's not-!

Ionas: *Mischievous Smile* Then it's only fair for me to punish you for that, no?

I place both my hands at her sides.

Nana: *Sweat Drop* *Blush* Wait, what are you-?

Before she can say anything else or react... I start tickling her!

Nana: *Forced Laughing* No! *Forced Laughing* STOP! *Forced Laughing*

Ionas: *Mischievous Smile* Nope!

I continue to tickle her as she flails about.

Nana: *Forced Laughing* You will make me pee myself! *Forced Laughing* Now I'll show you!

She goes for my sides, and tries to tickle me as well, as I stop in surprise.

Ionas: ...

I'm not feeling it.

Nana: *Sweat Drop* Huh?! Why?!

Ionas: *Somewhat Surprised* I'm actually just as surprised. Back on my Earth I was known to be really easy to tickle, so much that I couldn't resist flailing my arms about violently from the sensation.

Most likely this body can't be tickled.

Ionas: *Mischievous Smile* That means you're completely at my mercy.

I grab her once again by the sides.

Nana: *Sweat Dropping Like Crazy And Smiling Awkwardly* U-Um, m-mercy?

Ionas: No mercy.

And I once again proceed to tickle her for some more moments. It was really enjoyable.

~At Some Forest Alien Planet~

*The scene shows Kremant sitting at the edge of a cliff, with an alien-like forest being behind him, watching the scene between Ion and Nana through a TV-like black cloud in front of him, while enjoying some popcorn*

Kremant: In spite of what I see at the moment, it looks like our friend has become more mature than he used to be. Well, not that he was not in older times, but in comparison-

Azenda: Phantom!

*Through the shadows of the forest, Azenda's hidden figure can be seen*

Azenda: Is it time to strike yet?

Kremant: No, it's not your time yet. Give it a couple more days. I want to check things out a bit more, *Grin* and you still have some more training to do.

Azenda: I can't wait to see the look on their faces once they witness me THIS time.

*Azenda's shadowy figure's eyes glow bright red immediately after, showing that something is different with her this time*

~The Next Day~Outside Of Rito's House~Morning~

*The scene shows Ion, Nana, Momo, and Lala, wearing somewhat formal clothing, waiting just outside of the house while looking at the door*

Lala: I wonder what is taking them so long.

Nana: Maybe they are not sure what to wear?

Momo: *Sweat Drop* Well, we can't really blame them. The idea to go out came out of the blue, after all.

Ionas: *Serious* Hey, I told them about it yesterday during dinner. They had plenty of time to prepare and decide what to wear.

Yesterday I suggested going at a good restaurant today, as a way for us friends to celebrate for going past the frustrations of the last days, have a good time all together, and eat of course. Me and the rest are waiting for Rito, Mikan and Celine to get prepared for the occasion. Hope it will not take them too long, I REALLY look forward to taste the many foods it can offer, and compare them to Mikan's cooking for kicks and giggles. Finally, the door opens and the three come out properly dressed.

Ionas: *Somewhat Annoyed* About time, you slowpokes.

Rito: *Rubs Head In Embarrassment* Sorry.

Ionas: *Enthusiastic* Anyway, is everybody ready to go enjoy a grand meal at the restaurant, and pretty much pig out?

Lala: *Enthusiastic* Yeah!

Nana: *Sweat Drop* *To Ion* Aren't you being a little-?

Ionas: Yes, and you know me too well, when it comes to food, to even ask me that.

Nana: *Sweat Drop* That's true.

Ionas: Alright, let's get going, everyone!

I turn around and make a step, with the rest about to follow.

Ionas: *Realizes* STOP!

Nana: Eh? What-?

Ionas: *Somewhat Embarrassed* Just realized I forgot the money. Be right back in a moment.

I turn around again and walk toward the door.

*At the same time, the scene shows flying high in the sky the black ant A-H-R-1, carrying in his two lower hands a big device, and being pretty much right above the gang. The device is a black, oval-shaped object with two lines at its sides, and is less than one meter in size*

A-H-R-1: It is finally time to use Master Engineer's gift.

*The robot presses a button at the device's top, and its lines start glowing with a blue colored energy, before he decides to let it fall*

Nana: *Sweat Drop* Oh, Ion...

Momo: *Cheeky* I like how he was calling the others "slowpokes" not long ago.

Ionas: *Turns His Head* *Annoyed* Oh shut-! *Notices At The Sky* Huh?

When I look above, I notice a big object falling toward our location fast.

Ionas: *Alarmed* Watch-!

Just before I say more, the barrier around the house activates, with the turrets emerging from the ground as well, aiming at the object, with the rest of the gang noticing what is going on as well.

Rito: *Sweat Drop* Wh-What is going on?!

Wait, for the defenses to activate means it is of insectbo-

*Before the turrets can even start shooting, the device falls and stuck itself onto the barrier, and starts to emit waves of energy around it, disrupting and disabling the barrier and the turrets around the house, with it falling then onto the ground due to the barrier's deactivation, surprising us all*

Lala: *Sweat Drop* Ahh, the defense system!

That moment, multiple grenade-like objects fall from above, and release thick smoke all around us, blocking our view completely.

*Everyone is coughing because of the smoke*

Not wanting to waste time, realizing the danger, I raise my hands to the side, and I'm about to use Force Palm to disperse the-

*A-H-R-1 appears suddenly in front Ion, seemingly dashing through the smoke to do so, catching the latter off guard*

Before I can do anything, the robot strikes me with a strong kick to the stomach, sending me flying in through the open door of the house, before I collide forcefully onto a wall inside with my back, almost breaking the said wall, with a stun-shot then hitting me to the chest just before I fall down onto the floor.

*The scene shows A-H-R-1 just outside of the door aiming his Spear-Rifle, being obvious HE who pulled the trigger to shoot at Ion, before moving away of Ion's view*

Ionas: *Struggles To Get Up*

I'm halfway to get up, understanding that the stun-shots are not that effective on me like last time, but it is still hard to-

*Shots are being heard outside, with Mikan screaming about*

Ionas: *Real Concerned*

I force myself to get up completely, with the stun effect leaving as I rush outside.

*When Ion reaches the outside, engine soundings are being heard, with the smoke dispersing as a continuous gust of heated wind hits Ion, who proceeds to protect slightly his eyes from the incoming dust, and the ground below*

I look up, and notice a big brown and red colored sci-fi looking aircraft being in place on air some meters above, with two propelling blades at an open circle in the middle of both its two wings, and with three big square-shaped thrusters on its rear. It looks slightly bigger than our own house!

Mikan: *Alarmed* Ion!

I notice Mikan, who was holding Celine in her arms, pointing at the black ant robot on the air who was holding in each of his four arms Lala, Momo, Nana, AND Rito, who were unconscious, flying toward the aircraft, with a platform opening below it to allow entrance.

Ionas: *Upset* You f*cking piece of-!

I make a strong jump, launching myself on his way to stop him before he takes them in. But just as I'm about to reach them, a turret comes out at the front of the ship, not far from the platform, shoots me with an energy bolt-type shot to the chest, which forces me to fall with my back strongly onto the ground.

*A-H-R-1 gets inside the aircraft with the others, with the platform closing behind them just as soon, and with the aircraft then turning around, preparing its engines to fly away*

Ionas: *Raises His Upper Half Alarmed* No!

I get up fast, but the aircraft begins to fly away fast just as soon.

Ionas: *Alarmed And In A Hurry* Mikan, inside with Celine!

After saying that, I start running fast through the town after them while I can still see the aircraft, hoping to reach them. Save them from their fate!

*The scene moves inside the aircraft, where insectbot beetle-type soldiers place Nana and the others, who are still unconscious, each inside four big transparent capsules, imprisoning them in them, with A-H-R-1 along with a slightly bigger than the others red and brown colored beetle-type robot watching them*

Aircraft Commander:We were finally able to capture them all!

*The commander puts his upper hand onto A-H-R-1's shoulder*

Aircraft Commander: Glad to have you back. Captain.

A-H-R-1: Glad to be back.

Aircraft Commander: By the way, why the extra?

*Talking about Rito*

A-H-R-1: Had one hand free, and thought it will be good to have one extra soldier while at it.

Aircraft Commander: Ah I see, good point. Anyway, I still can't believe that after all this time, we finally won.

A-H-R-1: *Serious* Don't relax just yet, commander.

*The captain walks to the other side of the room, with the commander following him wondering, and stop in front of a big screen there, where multiple cameras monitor the area all around the aircraft, like the front, the two sides, below, above, and the rear area, with the first pressing a button to enlarge the rear camera, showing Ion running after them with great speed through the now open green field, showing they are already out of the town now.

A-H-R-1: We still have HIM to deal with. Tell our men to withdraw the power from the turrets, and focus them on our engines. If he loses us, we win the war automatically.

Aircraft Commander: *Salutes* Right away, captain!

*The scene now moves at Ion, who keeps on running after the aircraft above, not slowing down and determined*

As I run, I notice that the aircraft's engines now use more power, with it now moving way faster than the speed I use.

Ionas: *Real Troubled* Oh no!

It is already way too far ahead of me! If I don't do something, I will lose them! And I can't just use the Adrenal power! Even if I reach them, I can already see the energy consumption getting the better of me in the end, leaving me too powerless to save them.

Ionas: *Gloomy And Still Running* ...

*The transformation appears to slow down all of a sudden*

*The transformation starts making trembling movements upon his skin, with his face having a serious and really determined look upon it while at it*

And there is absolutely NOTHING, that will stop my advance. I will run as fast as I have to after them... Reach them... Save them-

Ionas: *Super Furious* And then turn that robot's filthy face into scrap metal paste!

*The transformation moves rapidly all around Ion's body as he continues to run. Changing him. Reshaping him*

*The scene moves back inside the insectbots' aircraft, as the said aircraft is flying now above a rocky area, with the two high-ranking robots seeing nothing on the rear camera anymore through the screen*

Aircraft Commander: It appears we have lost him already. We did it, sir!

A-H-R-1: *Stares at the screen in a serious manner* ...

Aircraft Commander: Sir?

[The music "Manuel-Gas Gas Gas" From "Initial D: Fifth Stage" starts playing at the distance]

Aircraft Commander: *Wondering* Eh? What is that noise?

A-H-R-1: *Points At Screen* Not over yet it seems.

*On the camera a large figure appears at the horizon running after them at high speed. The creature shows much of muscle mass in all areas around its body. It has golden skin and fur, with its upper body half looking humanoid, with a set of two big strong arms, and with the lower half being that of a deer, with four strong legs with hooves, making the creature look like some sort of deer-like centaur, with two big white antlers on top of its head and without a tail on its rear. Its head and face are resembling that of a normal human, but with only a set of two red eyes being shown upon it, and without signs of anything else on it at all, and also having quite the thick neck. Approximately, the monster's height is somewhere around at four meters, with its width from the lower half part being around two meters. He is obviously Ion transformed, determined-looking, and getting closer and closer to reaching the aircraft by the second*

Aircraft Commander: *Real Surprised* What the scrap?!

A-H-R-1: He transformed. *Serious* Tell our men to power up the turbines. We need to go fast.

Aircraft Commander: Right!

*He pressed a button on his head*

Aircraft Commander (Through The Communicator): Men! Prepare the turbo! Go-Go-Go!

*The scene moves to where the still running monstrosity that is Ion is*

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Focused On The Aircraft While Running*

Mea: *Smile* Need a hand, Ion-Senpai?

*The monstrosity looks with half an eye to the side and sees flying next to him Mea and Yami*

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Two-Voiced* Oh, you two!

*And he is actually in f*cking control, what the hell?!*

Yami: Are you in control this time?

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Two-Voiced* So far yes.

Mea: *Excited* Senpai can now control his raging transformation? Wonderful!

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Two Voiced* To find me you have followed my energy trail, right?

Mea: Yes, but we first felt a strange energy disturbance toward Rito-Senpai's house before that.

Yami: And when we went to check, Mikan told us what happened. *Frustrated* If only we were there at the time-

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Two-Voiced* Forget that! Fly there fast and break inside the aircraft!

Mea: *Sweat Drop* Even if you say that...

Yami: We actually fly at our fastest right now.

Mea: That's all the speed we have. Sorry.

Damn it!

Mea: By the way, have you noticed the Reshaped band following from behind?

I look behind me, while still running forward, and see a small band of Reshaped ghosts with the appropriate instruments not that far from us, flying at the same speed as ours, with a fat brown ghost being the singer. I look forward again.

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Somewhat Surprised* *Two-Voiced* I didn't, but now I suggest focusing at the matter- *Notices*

I notice the aircraft's engines emitting a strong energy release, pushing itself forward suddenly, and flying in a way faster rate than before. It has turbo mode?!

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Two-Voiced* *Furious* OH NO YOU WILL NOT!

*While running, Ion's red eyes brighten with intensity, as he makes a strong and high leap forward, with his body-form changing while on air, moving his upper half downward in such a way that it now matches with his lower half, with his arms being now at the same line like his legs, and with his head turning upward, being positioned in a way that now the neck is connected with the back of his skull, as to not trouble him from looking forward, giving him a more animal-like posture as a result, and even gaining a mouth full of pointy teeth in the process, with his skin and fur darkening. After those fast changes occured on his body while in midair, he falls once again onto the ground and starts to run with all his six limbs in a galloping-way at an unimaginable speed, leaving both Yami and Mea way behind him in almost an instant as he chases after the aircraft, with the Reshaped band going fast past them as they follow with the same speed Ion*

Yami: *Sweat Drop* Well that's something.

Mea: *Cheering* Go get them, Senpai!

*The scene moves once again inside the aircraft, where the two high-ranking robots spot on the rear camera the monstrosity that is Ion once more*

A-H-R-1: *Thinking* So he is capable of reaching THAT level of speed too I see...

Aircraft Commander: *Troubled* We lost the other two, but that thing still is... This is not good, he is gonna reach us at any mo-!

A-H-R-1: The base should not be that far from here.

*A-H-R-1 presses a button at the side of the console in front of him*

A-H-R-1 (Through The Communicator): *Serious* To all defense forces! This is captain A-H-R-1! Focus your fire mostly on the incoming monstrosity! He is the main danger! Eliminate or slow him down as much as possible! Don't let HIM or the other two behind him reach the base!*

*The scene moves out of the aircraft, where it is seen passing above an area, which from below its rocky surface multiple big rounded and brown like the ground towers emerge, with each having a big barrel, like those in firearms, at their middle. All of them aiming at the incoming monstrous Ion*

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Determined And Focused*

*The towers begin firing energy-based projectiles one after another, with monstrous Ion jumping around to dodge while moving forward, and breaking apart some of the towers he finds in his way with a single charge of his antlers and body at each. Some of the towers are able to hit Ion, but don't seem to be able to wound him, and barely slow him down as he advances forward. The captain inside the aircraft keeps on watching the whole thing on the screen with crossed arms, keeping his serious attitude. Meanwhile, at the other side of the room, the three princesses inside the big transparent capsules, with Rito being the only exception, appear to finally begin to wake up slowly*

Nana: *Waking up* Hmm... *Gasps in realization*

*The girls are now fully awake, and realize their situation as they look around*

Momo: *Sweat Drop* Oh no, those robots have captured us!

Nana: *Tries to break free from the capsule, pointlessly* *Upset* Let us go, you bunch of scrap metals!

Lala: *Annoyed* Hey, get me out here, this is no fun!

*Momo notices in the other capsule Rito who is still unconscious*

Momo: *Concerned* Rito-San, are you ok? Rito-San!

*He is still not responding, showing that the stun-shot is more effective on humans. While the girls were trying to break free and protesting about, with the robots nearby ignoring them while focusing on their duties, the captain opens on the screen the front camera, which shows they are getting close to a huge inactive volcano*

Aircraft Commander: We are almost there, sir.

A-H-R-1: Our base of operation.

*The captain presses a button on his head, ready to communicate*

A-H-R-1: *Serious* Sergeant B-R-200! We have the princesses at hand, but we are being hunted down by a monstrosity-level Ion! Get ready to seal the main entrance as soon as we are in, and inform the Master Engineer of our arrival to the deepest level!

B-R-200 (From The Communicator): Right away, sir!

*The scene moves now outside of the huge volcano, where the aircraft flies upward and just above its surface, with monstrous Ion following from behind, being really close to reaching it, with some more towers emerging at the volcano's surface to shoot at him, somewhat slowing him down just enough to keep him at a significant distance from them. After the aircraft finally reaches the final point, it flies straight down inside the seemingly empty and deep volcano, with monstrous Ion jumping after them as he roars about, only to fall clumsily onto the suddenly activated energy barrier, which covers the volcano's entrance completely, blocking his passage. He is looking below through the barrier at the aircraft, as it goes through a cave-like opening to its side, disappearing from his view*

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Two-Voiced* *Real Furious* YOU~!

*Ion gets up onto the barrier and starts punching it with great power and speed nonstop, hoping to break through. The Reshaped band is nowhere to be found while all that happens now, but the music persists. The scene then moves deep below the underground, where we see some openings spewing lava below as if it's a waterfall, falling onto an endless stream of the said lava way below. Regardless of that, the area still has walking paths and even rocky bridges with little metal-plating support placed by the Insectbots on them, with metalic-looking structures being placed inside the walls and surfaces, giving it a combination of both natural and mechanical environment. That is the facility of the lowest level inside the underground base of theirs. Going farther ahead, through a cave which leads in a really long and futuristic corridor, at its end there is a big room that looks both like an arsenal and technology research room, where weapons and other devices seem to be made, with a great number of screens on its inside where possibly every part of the underground base can be seen, along with the outside. There, a large crooked black termite-like robot, 1,80 in meters, can be seen watching at the screen where monstrous Ion tries to break through the barrier*

T-R-5: *Thinking* The barrier is able to keep it out so far, but we should be ready in case of a surprising scenario occuring, for understandable reasons. I must think of an effective way to get rid of it somehow. What were you thinking, A-H-R-1, recklessly triggering that thing and leading it all the way to our base?

*From the corridor, A-H-R-1 along with four beetle-type robots, which carry the capsules that holds the princesses and Rito who just now woke up, step inside the Master Engineer's room*

Rito: *Sweat Drop* Eh- Wh-What is this?!

A-H-R-1: *Salutes* *To T-R-5* Sir, we have succesfully captured and brought the princesses, and the extra, as intented.

*The four robots walk in, and place the capsules on the wall behind of the Master Engineer, before going beside the captain again, with the termite-like robot looking carefully at each of them*

T-R-5: Good, good, we have already infromed our emperor about our success, and we are preparing to make our long awaited call to the Planet Deviluke for the negotiations. It will take exactly twenty-six minutes and thirty-seven seconds to hack into their communications' system, and then the planet along with their people, and their advanced technology of course, will be ours to use.

Nana: *Upset* You bastards! If you think dad will just let you-!

*The Master Engineer presses a button on his arm, and that hand turns into a megaphone which he brings fast to his mouth and close to Nana*

T-R-5 (Through Megaphone): *Real Upset* DID I GAVE YOU PERMISSION TO VOICE OPINION?! NO I DIDN'T! SO SHUT UP, DON'T STRESS ME OUT WITH YOUR NEGATIVE IDEAS MORE, AND I WILL NOT USE THE KNOCK-OUT GAS ON YOU! UNDERSTAND?!

*Nana and the others in the capsules were covering their ears for the duration, with her staring at the termite-like robot with great dislike. Momo at the moment reaches her pocket for the D-Dial, but realizes it's not there*

Momo: Eh?

*She looks at the other pocket fast, only to see it is not there either*

Momo: *Sweat Drop* My D-Dial is gone!

Nana: *Sweat Drop* Wha-?

*Nana and Lala look in their pockets to see theirs are gone too*

Nana: *Sweat Drop* Mine is gone as well!

Lala: *Sweat Drop* Mine too!

Rito: *Sweat Drop* No way...

Momo: *Sweat Drop* They must have fallen when we were attacked back there, or...

*Everyone is looking troubled at A-H-R-1, thinking HE took them from them*

T-R-5: *To A-H-R-1* "D-Dial" is what they call their advanced phone-like devices that give them access to whatever is stored in those cyberspaces of theirs if I'm not mistaken. Did you take them from them during their capture?

A-H-R-1: Negative. We searched them after their capture, but no such devices were found on them.

T-R-5: *Thinking* I see, that's a shame, it would have been a great step for us if we were to analyze and replicate that kind of technology for our cause.

Momo: *Sweat Drop* (At least they are not in their hands. Still, how are we supposed to escape now? These capsules don't break no matter how hard we try to hit them. What are we gonna do?!)

Rito: (Nemesis, can you hear me?)

Nemesis (In Rito's Mind): *Weak-Like* (I know what you want, but that energy disruption and their so called "stun-shot" from earlier did a number on me through you. I will need time to recover even a little of my strength after that.)

Rito: *Sweat Drop* (We don't have time! Isn't there any other-?)

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity) (Through The Screen Of The Camera): *Monstrous Roar*

*Hearing the powerful and strange roaring, everyone looks at the one screen that depicts more clearly monstrous Ion, filled with rage and who is still trying to punch and stomp his way through the barrier, without actual success so far*

A-H-R-1: It seems that Ion has not given up yet.

Nana: *Sweat Drop* Wait, Ion you said?!

*As they look, our captured friends realize his case*

Momo: He must have transformed when he saw us being taken away. *Feels Bad* He most likely felt really distressed for that to trigger.

Nana: *Saddened* Ion...

*After one more strong strike, monstrous Ion stops his attacking, and stays still for a moment, gasping as if tired*

A-H-R-1: *To T-R-5 As He Looks At The Camera* You think he can break through?

T-R-5: Don't speak nonsense, captain, you know well how strong our entrance barrier is. There is absolutely no possibility for that thing to pass through just like-

*The camera shows monstrous Ion suddenly jumping backward in the air with a strong backflip, with him then diving with his head toward the outer wall of the volcano below, as he spins around himself at incredible speed and literally drilling his way through the ground beneath*

T-R-5: *Shocked* ...

*Next moment, a crushing sound is being heard somewhere on another screen, which shows falling rocks inside one of the facilities, just before the camera breaks to show only statics. Not long later, a loud alarm is being heard in the entire underground base, making clear the monster's invasion inside*

A-H-R-1: So much for the impenetrable barrier.

T-R-5: *Real Troubled* I never thought it will try to-

*The Master Engineer presses a button on the console in front of him to communicate*

T-R-5: *To The Entire Base* *Alarmed* Attention all soldiers! A monster-level threat has invaded our base! Terminate it at all cost! Don't let it proceed farther!

*As soon as the Master Engineer gives the order, A-H-R-1 looks at his men*

A-H-R-1: *To The Four Soldiers Behind Him* You heard him! Get the appropriate equipment and make that invader regret his decision!

All Of Them: *Salute* Yes, sir!

*The captain and the soldiers run out of the room, and go defend the base*

T-R-5: *Real Troubled* What a disaste~r! Ok, ok, let's calm down, we can still proceed with the plan at hand without issue.* After all, the army stationed here should be more than enough to deal with that monstrosity. It's not like it can beat an actual army on its own, AND within the base itself, filled with all kinds of defense mechanisms! Yes. Everything will go according-

*The next scene shows fast moments of the monstrous Ion, charging, pummeling, and pretty much destroying everything and every soldier of any type in his path from facility to facility, along with any defense mechanism and turrets present there, with the said soldiers screaming in horror and agony, and with each of the cameras being broken in the meantime, showing the same static screen by screen at the Master Engineer's room*

T-R-5: *Shocked Beyond Belief With Distressed Gasping To Match*

*In a matter of less than three minutes, all the screens show nothing but static, with the voices of the soldiers ceasing, and with even the music itself stopping being heard. Even Nana and the others seemed to be worried, knowing very well how dangerous to them Ion is after transforming*

T-R-5: *Real Stressed* This can't be happening. This shouldn't be happening! THIS IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE HAPPENING!

*A sound at the end of the corridor draws the attention of the termite-like robot and the others, which then shows to be a beetle-type robot, with its lower half being ripped apart and with its two lower arms also missing, as it crawls on the floor using only its two arms, seemingly in great shock. It then stops at the sight of Master Engineer at the room ahead, and raises its arm seemingly to reach for him*

Insectbot: *Horrified* Help me~...

*The next moment, a big and long clawed hand appears suddenly to grab the robot by the head, with it then crusing it onto the floor completely, making the robot cease function for good*

T-R-5: *Keeps on looking at the end of the corridor terrified, unmoving, and trembling* ...

*At the end of the corridor, the side of the figure of monstrous Ion appears, with him then about to fall onto the floor just before he puts his hands at it to stop himself the last moment. He is gasping heavily, seemingly in exhaustion, while looking at the floor. He is still in the same monstrous form he was on the cameras not long ago, only now his face is pitch-black and all around his head there are pointy teeth, making the whole thing look like a gaping mouth with red eyes inside*

Nana: *Concerned* Ion!

*Monstrous Ion snaps his head to the side, and looks straight at Nana, the others, and the termite-like robot at the end of the long corridor*

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Intense Menacing Staring* ...

T-R-5: *Incredibly Shocked* ...

[The same music starts again]

*As soon as the music starts again, monstrous Ion begins rushing through the corridor, his eyes fixated at the robot. In his panic, the termite-like robot hits quickly a big button to the console behind him, and thick metalic walls start falling from above the corridor one by one fast. When one appears, monstrous Ion breaks through it with his giant antlers and body, with the robot's anxiety becoming worse with each wall being broken down and seeing the monster getting closer. After some more walls, he was really close to reaching the robot, till the last wall appears from above at the very end of the corridor, thicker and stronger than the first bunch, with a loud impact being heard on the other side, while the place around trembles for a moment by the force of that, as if it was a short-lived earthquake*

[The music stops abruptly]

T-R-5: ...

*No soundings can be heard after that, giving a strange silence in the area, with everyone being confused as to what happened to Ion*

T-R-5: ... Ah- *Relieved* Wow, I can't believe that actually stopped it. I really thought it was going to-

*Before he finishes that sentence, the music starts suddenly again as monstrous Ion breaks through the last remaining metalic wall, startling everyone, with him at the same time raising his body in such a way that now his arms and two front hooved legs are lifted, and used to punch/stomp fast and nonstop the insectbot, which is suddenly being seen protected by a bubble-like barrier around him, with Ion punching repeatedly THAT instead*

T-R-5: *Somewhat Troubled But Cocky* Ha-HA! You might have went through, but this barrier uses energy from the base's power core itself! You, punching at it like the savage you're is not going to-!

*While punching and stomping, monstrous Ion's attacking limbs begin to emit a glowing electric energy all around them, with his strikes now starting to have a disruptive effect on the barrier. The termite-like robot looks at his console, and sees what appears to be an icon with the core overloading*

T-R-5: *Real Upset* Wha- No! Just NO! *To Monstrous Ion* That's unfair, you hear me?! Oiling unfai-!

*The barrier dismisses, and then the robot is pummeled fast to the ground by the monstrous Ion's repeated strikes. Eventually he stops, and everyone sees the robot now being nothing more but a battered mass of compressed metal*

[The music officialy stops playing in the area]

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Looks At The Others Inside Their Capsules*

*Everyone is obviously stressed, concerned about their situation*

Lala: *Sweat Drop* Uh-Oh.

Nana: *Sweat Drop* *Awkward Smile* I-I-Ion, l-let's calm down now.

Momo: *Sweat Drop* *Awkward Smile* Y-Yeah! The robots are all gone, after all-

Nana: *Sweat Drop* *Awkward Smile* And we are safe! No more need for-

*In an instant, monstrous Ion approaches and places one hand to the side of Nana's capsule, startling all even more, and then raises his other hand close to his head while pointing his sharp finger at her*

Nana: *Shocked* ...

Lala: *Real Concerned* Nana!

Momo: *Real Troubled* (Don't tell me he intents to-!)

Rito: *Real Troubled* (Nemesis, do something! He is gonna-!)

Nemesis (In Rito's Mind): (No need to worry.)

Rito: Eh?

*Monstrous Ion brings his pointed finger just above Nana's capsule, and with a circling movement slices the transparent cover, with the part falling down, making an opening for her. Nana looks at him surprised*

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Two Voiced* I'm in control. *Thumbs Up* No worries.

Nana: *Smiles Relieved* Ion!

Nana jumps out of her capsule and falls onto me, hugging me tightly by the neck, with me placing a hand on her back to comfort her. Everyone else look at me understandably surprised that I'm still in control. Even "I" am.

Nemesis (In Rito's Mind): (I was sensing no hostility toward us from the beginning, so it was fine.)

Rito: *To Nemesis* *Sweat Drop* (You could at least give me a heads-up!)

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *To Nana* *Saddened* *Two Voiced* I'm sorry for not being more careful. Should have been more prepared for such an attack, so you would not need to go through all that.

Nana: It's not your fault! Even YOU couldn't expect something like that. *Smile* What matters is that we are all safe now. Thanks to you.

Momo: *Sweat Drop* I can't believe it...

Lala: *Overjoyed* Yay! Ion is still himself!

Rito: *Relieved Sigh* Thank god.

*Ion places Nana down*

Nana: *Sweat Drop* Still, it's quite surprising the fact you are in control of yourself after transforming. How did you even-?

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Two Voiced* I want to believe it was the fact that I REALLY wanted to stay in control, so I can save you all. That's what I was thinking at least when I was on the verge of transforming.

I say all that while freeing the others from their capsule prisons as well.

Nemesis (In Rito's Mind): (So he did it through sheer willpower only, huh? That's actually quite impressive considering-)

The strong alarm draws our attention. Sounds like it is emitted to the entire base. We then look at the console's screen, which is flashing with warning signs.

Computer System: WARNING! CORE REPAIR SEQUENCE FAILURE! MELTDOWN IMMINENT! EVACUATE THE BASE IMMEDIATELY!

[The music "Final Battle" from "Shadow Of The Colossus" starts playing in the area]

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Real Alarmed* *Two Voiced* Everyone, out of here!

Me and the rest rush out of the corridor in a hurry, and head toward the bridge-like path that leads to the other side, as EVERYTHING AROUND US SHAKE WITH DEBRIS AND BOULDERS FALLING DOWN, AND THE PLACE IN GENERAL SEEMINGLY ABOUT TO EXPLODE AND/OR ERUPT.

*The gang starts to run on top of the said bridge*

Nana: *Sweat Drop* Where is the exit?!

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Alarmed* *Two Voiced* It's this way! Don't st-! *Notices Above* Look out!

As everyone looks at the large boulder about to fall onto us, I position myself close to the others and reform fast my antles to fill some of the gaps, and catch the boulder with them, along with some more incoming debris that was still falling in place.

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Two Voiced* Quickly while I cover!

Nana: *Sweat Drop* Right!

Everyone goes carefully past me while I hold the debris, till they reach the other side of the bridge safely.

Nana: *Alarmed* Ion, come on, hurry up!

With a movement of the head, I throw the debris off my antlers and down the chasm below.

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Alarmed* *Two Voiced* Coming!

As I run toward the other side to reach them, suddenly from above appears and lands at the end of the bridge in front of me A-H-R-1, still battered-looking and without one of his big eyes like before, carrying his big spear-rifle at hand and looking at me with a serious determined look on his face.

Rito: *Sweat Drop* That's-!

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *To A-H-R-1* *Menacingly Hateful* You...!

Seeing him in front of me fill me with rage, considering he reminds me the fact of how I let him live, only for him to return the favor like that...

*Monstrous Ion charges at the black ant robot, preparing to punch him with all his might. But before he can even reach him, the robot shoots with his spear-rifle at the part of the bridge Ion was about to step on, with it breaking and falling down, and with the first losing his footing and falling down along with it into the chasm below as he roars about, with the roaring fading as he falls deeper*

Nana: *Shocked* Ion!

*Nana was about to rush at the edge, but the robot shoots another energy-like shot just in front of her feet, stopping her*

A-H-R-1: *While Aiming* That was a warning shot. The next I guarantee will not miss.

*Staying in place, everyone, especially Nana, look at him in frustration and worry*

A-H-R-1: *While Aiming* Good. Now-

*Before he finishes, a big hand grabs him by the leg, and as he looks below, seemingly in surprise, he sees monstrous Ion being the one getting a hold on him*

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *To The Others* *Two Voiced* Don't waste time and run, you fools!

*After saying that, he drags down the robot by the leg, and both of them fall into the chasm below. Witnessing that, Nana attempts to approach the edge again, only to be stopped by Momo and Rito who grab her by the arms, as they slowly and with difficulty drag her away*

Nana: *Real Concerned* No! Let me go! Let me go I say! We can't just leave him like this!

*Nana stops resisting as soon as she hears that, and looks at them*

Rito: *Sweat Drop* I don't like leaving him behind as well, but we have to do as he told us to.

Momo: Nothing before has ever held him down for long. *Smile* Have some trust in him.

Nana: ... *Nods* Ok, I understand.

*The ground they stand on is shaken even more than before*

Lala: *Sweat Drop* Guys, the place is really coming down now!

Momo: *Alarmed* Come on, everyone, let's go!

*As they all run upward at the next level, some small explosions begin to occur on the way. Nothing too imposing, yet strange*

Rito: *Sweat Drop* What could this sound b-

*That instant, an explosion occurs at a wall to the side close to them, having as a result its force to launch them away, and straight onto another wall, where they hit themselves hard at, before falling down onto the ground unconscious. Things look really bad for them, as the debris and the place around in general continues to fall apart*

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Angry Roaring*

*The scene cuts to the fighting duo, who are fighting while still falling deep down in the chasm below. In his current damaged state, the robot can't do much against Ion who has transformed, and is on the defensive. He shoots at Ion as he tries to avoid his punches, till the latter snatches the weapon off the first's hands, and throwing it away. Seeing how dangerous the situation has become, A-H-R-1 attempts to fly away fast, only for monstrous Ion to pierce with a fast movement of the head the robot's bug-wings with his huge antlers, tearing them to pieces, and making him unable to escape by flying now. Monstrous Ion loses no time, and starts punching him while still on air, with the robot being unable now to fight back with his current speed. Eventually, they both reach the end of the chasm, and land hard onto the ground below, raising thick dust with their fall. With it dissipating, monstrous Ion stands now right above him, with the robot lying down onto his back, more battered than before. A hoove is placed upon the robot's chest, as to prevent him from escaping, with Ion looking at him with intense hatred*

A-H-R-1: You have beaten me once more.

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Menacing* *Two Voiced* And this time it will be the last. *Raises Fist*

A-H-R-1: And your friends?

*Ion remains still, with wide open eyes*

A-H-R-1: You're forgetting the place is collapsing, and they are too deep to make it out in time. Not to mention the volcano is now in an unstable condition. Lava will soon start filling the place, till the whole thing eventually erupts.

As he says that, some of the walls around us crack, and small amounts of lava start to go through, making it obvious it will not take long till the place we stand fills with it.

A-H-R-1: You can either continue with me, or get THEM out. What's gonna be? Ion?

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Angry Growling*

If you survive, I will get you next time, scrap metal.

*Monstrous Ion turns around, and jumps high into the air, going out of the chasm*

A-H-R-1: *Satisfied But Seemingly Weak-Like* He-He~... The rest is up to you now... Brother.

*The scene shows huge rocks falling close to the robot, with lava just now starting to fill the place below in an intense rate. The scene then moves back on monstrous Ion, who is seen climbing and reaching fast the place he was before, at the other side of the broken bridge, and stops for a moment as he is gasping seemingly from extreme exhaustion. Clenching his fists, he rushes fast to where the others were going, and stops as soon as he sees them all onto the ground in front of him unconscious*

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Real Concerned* *Two Voiced* Nana! Everyone!

As I extend a hand in an attempt to check for serious wounds, I can see the place around us really falling apart, with rocks blocking every visible entrance, and with the lava behind us already reaching at a dangerous level.

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Two Voiced* *In A Hurry* Can check later.

Without thinking about it, I activate my Adrenal power, to gain some more time that way, and reform fast my antlers once more, while bringing them on top of Nana and the others, enclosing them all inside the two now bone-cocoons on the sides of my head, to keep them safe from the surroundings, with some bones on the inside being placed upon them as safety belts for reassurance. Finishing with my preparations, I gather all my strength, and jump throught the rocky ceilling, breaking it with my fists at incredible speed nonstop, and continuing the same process as I use my other four legs to climb farther above, and jumping high when I was finding an appropriate opening above me, and breaking the incoming falling boulders with my punches.

Ionas (Deer-Like Monstrosity): *Grunts In Pain*

Being transformed for so long, and using the Adrenal power on top of it, is really straining me. I can feel the pain at every part of my body. I feel like I will run out of energy at any moment. Please... Don't give up on me just yet! Allow me some more time! I continue the same process without stopping, when I eventually see a light above coming from an opening. That must be the volcano's crater exit! We are close to getting out! I use all my remaining strength to give it my all, and make a final powerful jump for the top!

*The music stops and the scene moves outside of the volcano's crater, and then see montrous Ion being able to reach with his jump just outside of it, with him as he falls down again grabbing with his hands the edge in front of him. He pulls himself up just enough for his upper half body to be shown, using his elbows as support to stay above. He then moves his coccoon-like horns forward, and to Ion's surprise they start melting on the ground, and vanishing without trace, releasing all our four friends upon it. After that, he painfully reforms involuntarily back to his normal form, as he gasps from both pain and exhaustion*

Ionas: *Gasping* *Weak-Like* I guess... That's my limit...

Hope I will not have to do it again anytime soon. Also look at me...

*Ion sees how dirty he is after all that*

I'm gonna need a good bath once we get back home. As I look, I see Nana and the rest waking up from their unconsciousness, with them getting up while looking around in confusion.

Nana: *Sweat Drop* Wait, how did we-?

Ionas: *Weak-Like But Cheeky And Smiling* Wakey-Wakey, sleepyheads.

Nana and the others notice me, and realize it was me who got them out.

Nana: *Smiles Relieved* Ion!

Nana approaches me and couches down in front of me, with the rest looking at us with a smile. At the same time, I feel that the volcano is not shaking anymore, so I guess it will not erupt as we first thought.

Ionas: *Weak-Like* I will need some help to get myself up. I feel really tired...

Nana: *Smile* Here, let me help you.

Nana extends her hand toward me, and as I'm about to take a hold on it, suddenly out of nowhere an iron-looking net, with a bluish energy surrounding it, covers and encloses her inside it.

Nana: *Sweat Drop* Eh- What is-?!

Nana loses her balance and falls to the side, and as the others are caught by surprise from that, three more such nets come from above and push them down as they enclose them within them as well.

*As they question surprised about their situation, multiple insectbots come from the sky and land all around them, with the blue sergeant B-R-200 being present, as he lands in front of the trapped Nana and the still hanging at the crater's edge Ion*

Ionas: *Real Surprised* ...

B-R-200: *Serious* That's for everyone in the base, monster.

The robot gives me a strong kick to the face, making me fall down inside the crater of the volcano.

Nana: *Shocked* IO~N!

*Ion falls deep within the volcano, with the light above him becoming more distant the more he falls down*

... I failed... I don't have the power to even move myself...

*As he falls, lava below can be seen, with him soon to reach it*

I tried so hard to save them... All those trials together... All that for nothing in the end?

*Ion falls into the lava, and slowly sinks within, while being burned by it at a slow rate*

I won't accept this end...! Not after trying so hard for them...! I know there is still some energy within... SO F*CKING USE IT AND MOVE, YOU WORTHLESS BODY!

*Ion's eyes flash red, just before he is completely submerged within the lava. The scene then moves outside of the volcano crater, where we see Nana and the other three being carried away by four insectbots, who are being watched by lots more of them and their sergeant, heading downward the volcano's side where some sort of machine is placed halfway there, which looks like a big open half-circle, making it obvious to be a teleporter*

B-R-200: We may have lost one of our bases on Earth, but that doesn't matter anymore. Once we activate that machine, we will be able to teleport you all in our mothership, and end this time consuming war officially.

Nana: *Real Concerned* (Ion...)

B-R-200: I'm sure you have already come to realize it, but you can't break these nets. They are especially made for strong people like you, devilukians. So don't waste your energy for no reason.

*Our captured four are both frustrated and saddened because of their inability to do anything for their situation. The robot carriers are about to reach the gate-like machine*

B-R-200: *Serious* Activate it! The sooner the be-!

*Before he finishes that sentence, a laser beam from above strikes the machine, damaging it and making it explode, destroying some of the few robots that were too close to it in the process, and raising smoke around the area*

B-R-200: *Shocked* No...

Mea: Now we can't let you do that, can we?

*Everyone looks above and sees Mea and Yami flying not far above the field*

Rito: *Sweat Drop* Yami, Mea!

B-R-200: *Disbelief* But how? The towers...!

Yami: We have dealt with more difficult tasks in the past.

Mea: *Smile* Something like that is nothing, really.

*Yami points one hand-blade at them, with Mea aiming at them with her laser gun*

Yami: Now I believe it's time to set those ones free and leave this place quietly.

Mea: Or we can just simply blow you to bits. I don't mind either.

B-R-200: *Frustrated* If you think we will just give up after... *Serious* Soldiers! Commence att-!

*That moment, the volcano starts to shake violently, drawing everyone's attention*

B-R-200: *Surprised* The volcano is actually...

Nemesis (In Rito's Mind): (I feel a really unpleasant aura coming from it.)

Rito: *Sweat Drop* Wha-?

Yami: Mea.

Mea: *Serious-Looking* Yeah, I feel it too.

*They both nod at each other, and with quick movements they fly toward the off-guard carrier robots, snatch their trapped in the nets friends off their hands, and fly as far as possible away from the volcano*

B-R-200: *Upset* Hey, wha-?! After th-!

[The music "Ragnahim" from "Vindictus" starts playing in the area]

*That instant, the volcano erupts violently, spewing a rain of lava and rocks everywhere non-stop, with a strange movement happening on the spewing lava within the crater. The lava takes form, and looks like a gigantic blob monster made out of the lava itself, with a really big mouth*

Nana: *Sweat Drop* Don't tell me that's-?!

Mea:Yeah, it's Ion-Senpai. And he is not in control this time.

*The blob monster emits a gurgling scream as it looks at the robots down there, with a constant rain of lava being thrown everywhere from the volcano. Yami, Mea, and the others are already at a safe distance while all that is happening*

B-R-200: *Shocked* This can't be...

*With one more gurgling scream, the giant lava blob rushes down the volcano, sliding with great speed toward the location of the blue beetle sergeant*

Insectbot Soldier: *Real Concerned* Sir, what-?

B-R-200: *Super Alarmed* ALL SOLDIERS! FULL RETREAT! DESTINATION THE MOST DISTANT BASE! GO-GO~!

*At the sound of that, all the robot soldiers and the sergeant start to fly away, with the volcano erupting even more violently than before, making the lava rain to become thicker as it falls in all directions around the area. All the flying insectbots soon have their bug-wings melted greatly by the lava drops, causing them all to fall onto the ground eventually, while the rain of lava melts their parts slowly, as they helpesly try to avoid their fate in vain. Their sergeant tries his best to avoid the lava drops while flying, but it is not enough, and ends up falling harshly onto the ground as well. He gets up and looks behind him, seeing the giant lava blob about to reach him*

B-R-200: *Shocked Beyond Belief* No...!

*In his panic he turns around and run as fast as he can, with the lava blob chasing after him. When he reaches the robot, the lava blob tries to attack him with its body, only for the sergeant to quickly jump away to avoid it in time. That process happens two or three more times, before the running robor trips onto a rock and falls down. He quickly looks behind as he crawls backward and sees the giant lava blob already ready to fall onto him*

B-R-200: (I could not avenge you in the end... I'm sorry... My friend.)

*The lava blob falls onto him and covers the blue robot sergeant completely, melting him completely within its molten mass. All the insectbots that were present now lie onto the ground either melted or melting, with none of them being able to escape their fate in the end.Standing now in place within all this destruction he caused, the giant lava blob lets out one more non-stopping gurgling scream toward the sky, as Nana and the others, who are now free from the nets, watch the whole thing from afar at the top of a cliff*

Nana: *Concerned* Ion...

Yami: He should reverse back to his original form sooner or later. We have to wait and keep our distance till then.

Rito: *Concerned* You think he is gonna be ok?

[The music stops playing in the area]

*While screaming about, the giant lava blob that is Ion starts to seemingly, and literally, melt down, turning eventually into a gigantic lava pool, covering a huge part of the area, with its entirety starting to cool down and harden already*

Mea: *Sweat Drop* ... I take that as a "maybe".

Nana: *Real Concerned* Ion!

~Some Time Later~

*The scene some time later shows the blackness of a tightly enclosed place. Soundings are being heard above, like metal striking a hard place, just before signs of light are finally being shown, with the broken parts of the hardened lava being moved aside, revealing, but not that clearly, Mea above*

Mea: *Smile* Ah- Guys, I found him! Come on, we need to get him out!

*Those are the last words that are being heard, before blackness takes place again*

~Some Hours Later~

Ionas: *Screams About*

*Ion is seen in the bed, lifting his upper half fast, and gasping from shock, after the short screaming*

Huh? I look around me and see that I'm in my room.

Ionas: ... *Somewhat Troubled* I was not dreaming all that now, was I?

The next moment, the room device activates, and then see Nana, who was holding a tray with three glasses and a big bottle of lemon refreshment, and Mea along with her walking inside my room. Both of them stop once they see me awake, and look at me with a somewhat surprise look on their faces.

Nana: *Smiles Relieved* Ion!

Mea: *Smile* Ion-Senpa~i!

Mea says that while running and leaping toward me, landing on top of me and hugging me tightly, and somewhat hurting me.

Ionas: *Somewhat Annoyed* H-Hey!

Nana: *To Mea* *Flustered* M-Mea! *Snaps Out Of It* No, forget that,* *Serious* he might still be hurting after all that, Mea, give him a break!

Mea: *Realization* Oh right, sorry.

Mea moves off me, and instead sits beside me on the bed, still looking at me with her usual smile. So it was not a dream the whole scenario! Nana approaches to the other side of the bed and places the tray on top of the cabinet there.

Nana: How are you feeling?

Ionas: I still feel a bit weak after all that, but nothing extreme.

Nana: *Smile* That's good to know.

Ionas: *Thinking* ...

I remember the part where I was falling inside the volcano after being kicked, but nothing more.

Ionas: I can't seem to remember. What happened after I was kicked into the volcano?

Nana: Well-

*Nana and Mea give a quick explanation about what happened*

Mea: You were quite a mess when we found you, *Smile* but you were already healing yourself, so it was not that serious in the end for you.

Nana: Just to be sure, we took you to Mikado-Sensei's clinic to check you up, before bringing you back home.

Mea: And also told her what you did on that robot base. *Smile* She was quite impressed. *Sweat Drop* But then got somewhat disappointed after hearing the base got utterly destroyed by the lava.

Most likely because she wanted to go check it out herself to learn more about them through their technology, and to take a hold on their equipment and such. She is not your regular space doctor, after all.

Ionas: I see. *Surprised* It's a surprise I was even able to transform again, so much survive from that.* Mea, you and Yami came the right moment. *Thankful* I thank you once more for your great help.

Mea: *Smile* Aw, it was nothing, Senpai. *Leans Toward Him And Smiles Mischievously* So, do I get a reward for this like the last time?

SHI-!

Nana: *Confused* Reward? *Looks At Him With A Serious Look On Her Face* What is she talking about, Ion?

Ionas: *Thinking* Well...* Remember that time I had to make sculptures for someone?

Nana: Yeah?

Ionas: After I finished from there, some people nearby decided to enrage me for some reason, and Mea was there to help me, preventing the inevitable transformation. *Rubs Head In Embarrassment* So, I gave her a hug as a "thank you" reward.

Nana: *Sweat Drop* Oh, I see... *To Mea* *Smile* Good work, Mea.

Mea: *Smile* Thanks.

I look at Mea upset.

Ionas: *Upset* (What really happened is supposed to be a secret for Yui's sake, Mea!)

Mea: *Amused* (You're so funny when troubled! I knew you will find an excuse as always, Senpai.)

Nana: Anyway, since you're awake-

She takes the refreshment and pours some to two of the three glasses, and offers me one.

Nana: *Smile* We can have some together. This time is and as cool as it needs to be.

I take it in my hand.

Ionas: *Smile* Great! Cheers!

We collide lightly our glasses, and I drink some happily.

Nana: Mea, go down to inform the others. *Wink*

Mea: *Smile* Ok! Be right back!

Mea gets up and goes toward the room device, teleporting outside.

Ionas: Inform them about what?

Nana: Well, that you're alright, obviously.

I place my glass on the cabinet.

Ionas: No need to, I can tell them myself n-

As I make the attempt to get up, Nana pushes me down immediately, and holds me with both her hands on my chest as she gets on top of me.

Nana: *Serious* Don't even think about it, hasty guy! Till you're surely at full health, you will not get off this bed.

Ionas: But, it's not like I will get worse if-

Nana: *Brings Her Face Closer* *Serious* No means no! Understand?

Ionas: ... *Sigh* Fi~ne. But can you get off me now? *Somewhat Troubled* Seriously, the place you're sitting on starts to make me feel quite uncomfortable, if you know what I mean.

Nana: *Flustered* Wha-?!

Realizing what I meant, she quickly gets off me and off the bed, while looking at me flustered.

Nana: *Blushing And Seemingly Upset* Pervert!

Say wha-?

Ionas: *Seemingly Annoyed* I will get up and tickle the sh*t out of you.

Nana: *Sweat Drop* I-I didn't mean it, I didn't mean it!

Ionas: *Amused Chuckle*

That scare was well deserved.

Ionas: Say, how long was I asleep?

Nana: It is night now outside, so only for a few hours.

Ionas: I see. *Sigh* Still unbelievable, though.

Nana: What?

Ionas: *Somewhat Frustrated* I wanted us today to go out and enjoy, but instead we had to go through all that trial. Just one day away from our problems I wanted and still-

Nana: Don't think about it.

Ionas: *Looks At Nana* Hm?

Nana: *Smile* We can always arrange for that another time. We have the chance to, thanks to you, after all.

Ionas: ... *Smile* You're right.

I should focus on the big picture. Not only I was able to save everyone, but we finally got rid of that insectbot base of theirs as well. They probably have more somewhere else, but for now I'm satisfied with just that. One day, I will get rid of them all, one way or another. Once and for all.

~Some Time Later~

After some time has passed, Nana and Mea wanted us to go downstairs to the living room together for some reason, pretty much pulling me by the hands for that.

Ionas: *Raises An Eyebrow* I thought you wanted me to stay in the bed.

Nana: You rested enough, there shouldn't be a problem walking a few steps.

Ionas: Well, ok, but what-?

Mea: *Smile* Just wait and you'll see. You will love it!

Coming from you it could mean a lot of things, but-

*When they reach the living room, Ion is filled with surprise*

Ionas: *Surprised* Eh?

What I see is two or three tables, filled with lots of different foods and drinks, and Rito, Mikan, Lala, Momo, Celine, AND Yami sitting on the chairs around the said tables as they look at us.

Rito: *Smile* Oh, Ion, you're finally up.

Ionas: *Surprised* What's up with all that food? Mikan, did you actually made all those by yourself?!

Mikan: *Smile* Ah, no, no. We actually paid to deliver them in our house.

Really? I see them all getting up, with their glasses at hand.

Mikan: *Smile* We know how much you wanted us to go at that restaurant, before those robots ruin our plans, so we decided to bring the restaurant here instead, in a way at least.

Lala: *Smile* We wanted to do something good for you, for all the times you helped us when needed. You're the greatest friend we could ask for!

Momo: *Smile* It's thanks to you mostly that our hopes and dreams are still alive, and it's the least we could do for you. Thank you for always being there for us.

Rito: *Smile* Nothing would be the same without you.

Yami: Cheers for you, Ion.

Celine: *Smile* Mau!

All five of them lift their glasses for me. That actually makes me feel so emotional, seeing them THAT thankful for me.

Mea: Ion-Senpai?

Ionas: *Looks At Mea Beside Him* Hm?

Mea: *Smile* Thank you for saving Nana and the others.

Ionas: If it wasn't for you and Yami, this would be nothing more but an utter disaster. Don't give me all the praise.

Mea: Maybe, but it was YOU who rushed in the robots' base to save them.

Ionas: Everyone did their part. *Smile* Let's just call it a team effort.

Mea: *Smile* Yeah!

Nana: *To Ion* Come on, Ion. *Smile* Let's go enjoy our small celebration together. We all earned it.

Ionas: *Smile* Not losing the opportunity. *Enthusiastic* Like I said before, let's pig out!

And with that, we all sit down to eat, drink, and enjoy the friendly company. Despite all the troubles I received so far... I'm glad to be in this world to enjoy these peaceful moments. I only hope this whole mess with the insectbots will end soon. Then everything will truly be perfect.

~Somewhere In Space~At The Insectbots' Mothership~

*The scene moves inside the insectbots' mothership, and inside what looks like a huge mechanical throne room. The place is filled with insectbots of many kinds, and at the throne is seen sitting the covered by the shadows figure of their leader and creator. The automatic doors open, and a beetle-type insectbot rushes inside and stops some meters in front of the leader, saluting him*

?: Give the report about the volcanic base close to Sainan.

Insectbot Scout: Yes, sir.

*The scout brings out what appears to be a tablet containing information*

Insectbot Scout: After further investigation, we have determined the following losses. Due to the factor Ion, Golden Darkness, and Red Haired Mea, all of the two thousand and three insectbots stationed there have been destroyed beyond repair, along with every piece of equipment that was still inside the base, with the lava levels increasing beyond control, making the the base itself unusable. The most important losses are, the sergeant B-R-200, the master engineer T-R-5, and-

?: I already know about the captain... His functions have stopped activity completely. A-H-R-1 is no more.

*The great leader of the insectbot stays silent for a moment*

?: ... *Serious* Inform all our fleets stationed close to Earth, and all the bases around as well. Tell them to make preparations. The waiting game is over. In a few days... We attack the planet.

Ionas: You know, it's pretty annoying every time I transform, or whatever else that affects me in an uncontrollable way, that I also forget everything from that point and till its end. Always makes me feel like I lost precious time for no reason. You get me?

Nana: Y-Yeah, of course. *Awkward Laugh*

Ionas: Why are you acting... Wait, did I do something weird again?

Nana: No-Nothing! Nothing weird at all! Next time on To Love-Ru: Affliction!

Ionas: Your reaction makes me worry. Seriously, what did I-?

Nana: When I say nothing at all, I mean nothing at all, shut up, don't talk about it anymore!
