The last cage door slammed shut, echoing down the prison corridor. Yakko paced as his siblings put away the toons who had failed to escape. The elder Warner was spinning the Pun Gun on his finger, growling and clenching his one free fist.

"You think you're all so smart, huh?" He snarled at them, "Making a commotion so my perfectly good specimens could escape? You think this is funny? Ha! You ought to all be punished for this!"

Dot floated over after corralling Rita and Runt into a cage, "Want me to shock them?"

Yakko glared hard at his prisoners, "Do it, sister sibling."

Dot giggled nefariously and darted into the cages, viciously shocking the toon prisoners. Meanwhile, Yakko sat down at the door and rubbed his temples. Wakko bounced over and laid down next to him.

"Those humans... Showing up and ruining everything!" Yakko roared, punching the door he was leaning against, "I want nothing more than to dismember them finger by finger, limb by limb, organ by organ! Gaaah!"

Wakko yawned, "I think you're overacting, Yakko. We still have these guys! And the half-toons!"

Yakko grabbed his brother by the shoulders, shaking him lightly, "Wakko, dear little brother Wakko, you do not understand. They know everything now. Everything! Why did I give that villainous monologue?!"

"I dunno. Cause it was fun?"

"Wakko, they'll expose everything we've done. Our work will be for nothing! They shouldn't have been allowed to escape!" Yakko snarled, turning to Dot who had paused from electrocuting the toon prisoners, "Dot! Turn up the voltage!"

"Okay!" Dot squealed happily and unleashed a high voltage barrage of shocks on to the imprisoned toons. They all let out choked screams and promptly passed out from the pain. The hall stunk of burnt fur, flesh, and ink. Yakko spat on the ground and snickered sadistically.

"If only it were those humans..." He said.

Dot shut off her electricity and floated back over to her brothers, shaking out her static filled hair, "Alright genius. We tortured the toons. Now what?"

Yakko tapped his chin and was silent for a moment. He then took a deep breath and looked his sister in the eye, "Sister sibling, with how terrible our luck has been... I believe we may have to move into the final stage of our plan."

Wakko gasped, "You mean...?"

"I do mean." Yakko replied.

"Have you even started on that yet?" Dot asked.

Yakko shook his head, "No. But I'm willing to work in overdrive. I won't let a couple of filthy humans and toons expose MY genius plans!" He pointed at his siblings, "But I'm going to need your help. Both of you."

Wakko and Dot nodded, smiling happily.

"We wanna help!"

Yakko nodded with approval and led them out of the prison and back into the lab. He approached a pile of old appliances and scrap metal and started pulling out radios and microwaves.

"Wakko, Dot, I want you to tear open the microwaves for parts and dig out all the radios. If you find any sort of loose motors, I want them as well."

The Warners dug through all the old appliances. Yakko started lining up the radios, all from different decades, and wiring them together, creating a huge box of them nearly as tall as Yakko himself. Wakko and Dot brought motors and microwave pieces to him. Yakko opened up the inner mechanisms of his radio amalgamation and started fusing the pieces together. At one point he fetched a welding torch and started welding. The process took a few hours until Yakko finally stepped back and admired his work.

"Perfect!" He said, "Now, only one more thing remains."

Yakko ran and fetched a few jars of Warnerium. He unscrewed the jars, went back into the frightening Frankenstein machine and placed them inside, hooking them up to various wires, circuit boards, and antennas. The Warnerium seemed to glow stronger inside the machine. Yakko finally welded it shut and took a look at it. The machine was just slightly taller than him, not counting all the extended antennas from the radios. It was made up of mostly parts from very old radios and gramophones with a few microwaves thrown in. Wires and tubes ran in and out, connecting to the back wall and hooking up to the computer console as well. A massive satellite dish sat on the very top, pointed towards the ceiling.

Dot raised an eyebrow at it, "Is this supposed to be something? Or is it just some kind of dumb art piece?"

"No sister sib, it is something," Yakko told her while grinning, "I present the Warnerium Frequency Radio!"

Wakko scratched his head, "It just looks like a bunch of old radios to me."

"Ah, but you are mistaken!" Yakko said, "Bring me a half-toon and a toon specimen and I'll demonstrate just what it does."

Wakko and Dot exchanged glances, but ran off to select the unlucky subjects. A few minutes later, Dot returned, corralling the half-toon Ralph by shocking him into the room. He awkwardly hobbled in, mouth dripping with liquid Warnerium. When he saw Yakko, he growled deep in his throat. Yakko only snickered at him.

"Let go of me!"

From the opposite hall, Wakko dragged in Minerva. She was fighting with him, digging her heels into the floor as much as she could. Her fur was singed in several places from Dot's vicious electrocution.

"Let...! Go of me you creep!"

Minerva managed to wrench herself from Wakko's grip. She took off blindly, but sadly didn't get far before she tripped over an operating table and flipped over backwards, landing square on her rump. Yakko rolled his eyes and groaned.

"You worthless toons can't make anything easy, can you?" He said as he stomped over to her and roughly grabbed her by the arm, forcing her over to where Ralph was standing. He nearly threw her on the ground next to the half-toon. She only stood standing thanks to Ralph catching her and standing her up straight again.

"Thank you..." She whispered under her breath.

"Now, Minerva, Ralph," Yakko started, getting their attention, "We're going to test a very special machine on you. Your cooperation would be appreciated, but I know you both like to be stubborn..." From his coat, he produced the electric rod and flicked it on, turning up the voltage high enough that the sparks could be heard, "So if you don't do as I ask, I'll make sure you both get the shock of your life!"

Minerva held on to Ralph and shook with fear. Ralph gave a low growl. Yakko proceeded over to the machine and flipped a few switches, tuned the dials on radios, and started up microwaves. He grinned maliciously at the two subjects.

"Both of you... Stand perfectly still!"

Yakko put his hand on a large master switch. Ralph gripped Minerva protectively and snarled. With a maniacal laugh, the eldest Warner threw the switch, activating the machine. The radios crackled to life, playing static-filled old broadcasts. The microwaves started humming, casting a blue light on to the floor. The machine was active and intimidating with its loud static and eerie blue glow. The power it took made the lights in the lab flickered and dim.

Ralph and Minerva suddenly stood at attention, separating and turning to stare straight at Yakko. The Warnerium in their bodies pulsed with blue light, responding to the blue light in the machine. Yakko grinned evilly as he snapped his fingers at the two.

"Raise your right hand." He commanded.

Minerva raised her right hand. Ralph raised his left, but quickly put it down and put up his right hand. Over on the other side of the room, Wakko put up his hand and knocked over a tray of medical tools.

Yakko's grin grew even bigger, "Do a jig."

The two both did an awkward little jig, dancing and hopping around in place. Wakko jumped up on the table and danced frantically.

Yakko was thrilled and was nearly jumping with excitement, "Say: Dr. Yakko is the greatest and most handsomest toon in history!"

"Dr. Yakko is the greatest and most handsomest toon in history." Ralph and Minerva repeated in unison.

"Dr. Yakko is..." Wakko tried to say, "Um... I forgot what it was I was supposed to say."

Yakko threw his head back and cackled maniacally, "Yesss! YESSSSSSS! IT WORKS! MY PERFECT LITTLE CREATION WORKS!"

"Can I make them tell me how cute I am?!" Dot squealed.

"You can make them do anything, dear sister!" Yakko proudly bragged, "The Warnerium Frequency Radio is designed to vibrate at a frequency that fully seizes any being with Warnerium floating in their system. That means we can fully control them!"

Dot looked over at Wakko, who was also standing at attention, "Can I bully Wakko with this newfound power?"

Yakko chuckled, "Ahaha... I need to tune Wakko out of the frequency so he won't get caught up in its control." He went back over to the machine and tuned a few of the radios. Eventually, Wakko snapped out of his stupor and turned to look at them with a goofy smile on his face.

"Hi guys," he said, "What did I miss?"

Yakko snickered, "Oh, only the success of my new machine! You see, I'm going to plug it straight into Warner Brothers own networks and send the frequency all over the world. Then... We're going to release every last one of our prisoners on to the world!"

Wakko and Dot gasped.

"That sounds..." Dot started, "Absolutely amazing!"

"This will also put a stop to that sexy nurse and the pee-sychiatrist!" Yakko proclaimed, "Once the signal goes out, it'll take control of anyone who has Warnerium running in their system, including the rat and squirrel the humans got away with... With one exception... But we'll deal with him later." Yakko pointed to Wakko, "Wakko, release the half-toons and the toon specimens. We'll see if the machine has a capacity on how many it can control."

Wakko saluted and ran off to let the prisoners go free. Yakko returned to his machine and started hooking wires up to the computer console and wiring them into walls. He started typing on the console, pulling up various complicated screens and typing in passwords and codes. Eventually, he grinned and pressed a button. The machine gave a strong buzzing sound as the blue glow strengthened. The inaudible broadcasts from the radio grew more distorted and full of static. The cameras displayed that the lights in Warner Brothers studios were being affected, causing them to flicker and power down.

"They're coming!" Wakko shouted from the hallway. He ran in quickly, hiding behind Yakko and Dot.

Following soon after, a small army of half-toons and the Warnerium infected toons came marching in under the same trance that Ralph and Minerva were under. There must have been at least one hundred, possibly more that couldn't fit into the laboratory. Yakko giggled with glee and clapped.

"Ooh this is so exciting!" He squealed.

Dot pointed to the army and said, "Tell me how cute I am!"

"You are very cute, Dot Warner." The half-toons replied in unison.

Dot giggled, "Eee! I love this!"

"Alright, no more fooling with the frequency." Yakko said. He snapped his fingers, causing the small army to stand at attention, "Listen up you little freaks. Your job now is to go out and cause chaos in the name of the Warner siblings. No mercy. Rip every last Warner Brother employee to shreds!"

The half-toons growled in agreement, starting to get riled up and antsy.

Yakko snapped his fingers again, calming them down, "Hush! If you see a blonde female medical professional or a bald German psychiatrist... Make sure you make them suffer."

The half-toons seemed excited about this idea. They nodded and spoke amongst themselves, mostly praising the Warners.

Yakko chuckled evilly and spoke out as loudly as his voice would allow, "Now then, my pretty little creations, go! Go and wreak havoc! Show Warner Brothers who's really in charge here!"

The half-toons erupted into chaotic roars and ravings. They rushed out of the lab in a wave of Warnerium crystals and human and toon limbs. The Warners watched them go, smiling deviously.

"Now siblings..." Yakko said, rubbing his hands together, "With our army out for blood, they'll serve as the proper distraction."

Wakko stared at his brother, "For what?"

Yakko grinned widely, "Why, the studio will be in pure chaos. It's the perfect time to pay our old friend Mr. Investor a visit!"
