chapter 6: you'll be mine

"Sasuke" Sakura whispered while fidgeting her fingers and gazing the ground. It was lunch time and hinata's confession yesterday made her restless on a different level. So In hope of finding Sasuke she started her search and got him. He was leaning on the tree trunk facing away from her.

"Hn" He answered Irritatedly.

"Sasuke you know that I... I love you and... Have been for a while now. I have waited so long for you and I am still waiting for you ... " Her voice was breaking and it took all her strength not to plop down on her knees.

"Tell me something I don't know"

"Sasuke I mean... Hinata yesterday said she loves you"

"Surprise me"

"Huh? She's also one of your fan girls right? The one who's always fawning over and keeps confessing , then it's all unrequited love and stuff"

"You're talking about yourself" Sakura's eye widened and tears threatening to fall on the cratered ground. She wanted to run and cry.

"Nooo she's a fan girl too like me"

"Her...No" He shaked his head and a Serene smile spread on his lips " Our feelings are mutual "

"You're lying. You are playing with her feelings. You're only after her bloodline. You're a mass murderer and a bloodlusted monster. You're a sadist who you enjoys spilling blood. You cannot love her... You cannot... " She trailed behind as her tears started to fall from her eyes. Her heart was breaking into pieces.

"I'm. I never denied that. She knows as well"

"Then you're threatening her. You're keeping her hostage no way someone like Hinata will fall in love with a sinister like you. She should have been kept away from a barbaric fiend like you! "

"Trust me when I say that was my initial plan. Falling in love was completely unexpected"

"Don't ! Don't try to manipulate me. Love and you? Why would you love someone you meet few days ago? For years she has loved Naruto yet it was unrequited. And you say in love huh? Bullshit" She spat angrily . All her tears running down her cheek in a rush.

"You don't need years if it is real. You'll just know when it is meant to be"

"Don't give me those damn dialogues. Hinata maybe weak and naive. I'm not. I'll not let you do whatever you're doing. I've been in love with you and I deserve you. You don't say some crap and get away with it. I'll tell everything to Hinata. How cruel and bloody you are! I'll tell her your motives of grabbing her bloodline and that's it. You don't love you don't. She'll leave you once she knows your horrid truth. Then I'll see how you don't love me back! She doesn't love you..." She clutched her knuckles.

Sasuke had it. In a spur of second he turned around clasped her neck and slammed her into a tree trunk. He slided her bruised back up in the air with only support that was to her neck from his firm deadly grip.

"Sa.. Su... Sa... Suke... " Sakura was choking on her breathe.

"Before you bloody piece of shit try to do anything that takes the people I love away from me I'll kill everyone. Every fucking one"

"I... I.. "

"Just you wait and watch. This filthy village ordered my elder brother to murder his own clan, his own people, his own family! The decision may have been abstract but you still carry the sin of making a child orphan! Making a child who loved his family naked of all the happiness he deserved! You... You people forced me to break into millions of pieces be a barbaric fiend like this. And now that I found someone you're at it again. HOW DARE YOU! " Sasuke's voice was roaring through the whole area. His eyes swirling the sharingan as if ready to rampage.

"Noo... Sas... Ca.. Can't... Breathe.. "

"DIE THEN"

"SASUKE! " hinata was horrified at the scene in front of her. Since it was lunch she took a break to go bring some take outs for her and Sasuke. While halfway she felt Sasuke's chakra pulsating with such rage that she rushed back. With a strike of her fingers she blocked his arm chakra points and Sakura hit the ground like a rag doll. Tattered breathless rag doll.

"Sakura chan. Are you okay? Can you breathe ? Gomen. Sasuke didn't mean it." Hinata was rubbing sakura's back and Sakura was panting heavily.

"Stay away from it Hinata! "

"Shut up! What the hell do you think you're doing? "

"I'll kill everyone. They're at it again. They want to take what I love again. They'll take you. I'll not let that happen"

"Have you lost your senses? " Hinata was yelling at him. She grabbed his collar and brought his lips to her own.

Sasuke wasted time no more. His hands snaked around her body and brought her closer as humanely possible. He deepened the kiss to make sure this was reality and not some nasty genjutsu . If it would have been he would absolutely levelled the whole village.

Hinata rubbed his back and drew lazy circles on it to ease him out. Lack of oxygen forcing her to break the kiss. She looked at Sasuke whose Sharingan was still actuated. He wrapped his left arm around her shoulders and crushed her body to his. Burying his head in her hair he gave a light peck on it.

21 DAYS OF KNOWING SASUKE UCHIHA:

"It's ok Sasuke. She won't do anything" Hinata pushed him off her and faced Sakura who had bruised handprints on her neck and was panting lightly.

"Sakura chan are you okay? I'm sorry on behalf of Sasuke. He didn't mean it"

"Why the hell are you apologizing? It was her fault" Sasuke roared and scoffed at the girl.

"I... I'm fine.. It's.. Just.. A lot.. Of things at... Once" Sakura weak kneed stood up. Her eyes we're hurt and showed despair.

"Ah alright. Please don't mess with him again. He still has his anger issues on... On whatsoever you we're talking" Hinata awkwardly laughed trying to deal with the tension filled atmosphere. Sasuke wrapped his hand around Hinata and pressed her back on his chest. He was still glaring at Sakura.

"Hinata... Why are you with him? Are you seriously believing him when he says he loves you? Do you even know how dark he is? He tried to kill his own teammate twice! " Sakura looked wary. If she had a bit of sense left she could have ran from there. But the inner turmoil between saving his friend and losing her first love, was too to deal with logic.

"Why you-" Sasuke had his sword ready in his free hand. Hinata noticing Sasuke's motivate and Sakura's alarmed expression squeezed sasuke's arms and shook her head. One of her hands went to his sword and pushed it back into his scabbard. Sasuke was stressed but calmed downed anyway.

"Sakura" Hinata took a breathe and looked at the girl with pity. "I have been telling you Sasuke won't hurt me. And I do know about his past. You don't have to be concerned about it. I'll be fine with him"

"And how can you say that? "

"Sakura chan I'll be frank with you. None of us have any experience in such relationships. And even though Sasuke will never agree to it he is young and dumb too. But after losing so many beloveds in bloodshed wars I understand his possessiveness. Let it be Sakura chan in due time he'll understand and so will we" Hinata smiled genuinely at the women and squeezed sasuke's hands.

"Hinata I'll respect your decisions. But don't you understand my position? Years and years of love ends into Nothingness. How could I have been ok with this? "

"Years and years of love ending into nothingness, eh? " Hinata chuckled lightly. "You sure I won't understand? " Sakura lowered her head. Her dating naruto not telling her was it pay back?

"You are doing it for revenge! " Sakura accused back.

"Revenge eh? Such a childish word to use. We're grown ups,eventually we get over shiny fascinations. "

"You never had a conversation... You didn't even knew him... You didn't care for him while he was a kid...you are so shy and timid...I broke my bones and sweat under Tsunade sama to get stronger... To bring him back... Then why? Why do you deserve him? " Tears were flowing and flowing. She couldn't hold it.

"Because he was never a trophy to compete for. He is a person like you like me. He has emotions too and he yearns love and comfort too. " Hinata admitted. Her voice the grew more stoic and icy "Do remember I maybe be shy I'm not timid. If you think only you have worked hard I'll prove you wrong anytime. Right now you need some time of your own. Anytime you want to rethink your thoughts let me know. I'll gladly be of help" Hinata smiled in a very Hyuga way. That was really rare to catch the kind Hyuga princess talk on the stoic hyuga facade. But when she did, let's just say you messed with her when you were supposed to worship her.

"Ja ne" Hinata trailed as she freed herself and walked away. It was an end of conversation and she was hungry.

Sasuke was turned on. It took every earned self control of him to not to take the women the tree trunk right in front of them. Right where he slammed Sakura. Right where he was seconds apart from killing her. Then hinata would probably gentle fist his ass to hell and back. Then again those wanton moans of her would make it worth it. He glanced at the now retreating figure and followed like a shadow.

Now that he thinks about it , it's really funny Sakura even tried to come at his home yesterday night just to say those words. Now you ask how did he knew? Ah well living with the damned snake left him always alert towards everything. Yesterday night he heard the sounds of hesitant sandals. It was suspicious since not many people bothered to be uninvited guests to his house. Hinata was at the Hyuga compound; besides her walking would have been more graceful, Naruto would have simply barged it and Kakashi would have poofed himself somewhere in his house with that perverted orange book and others would have already melted before stepping in the UCHIHA district. The blur of pink hair was enough to destroy his mood. He was so full of himself since he heard Hinata's confession and it was all ruined in a distaste. Ew.

Coming back to point how he knew about her motives. Very very easy. Haruno Sakura was rehearsing each and every line in his porch before confronting him. What was she thinking? Honestly if she was thinking like a old cliche movie of a heartbroken girl who comes to a boy's house out of the blue the boy even says he's got the same feelings. They stare in each other's eye ( personally I would have put her in a genjutsu) and make love. If that's what she thought he could have been more than glad to make a plot twist and instead of the boy returning her feelings, he would have killed her. Yeah... If not a shinobi ,movie director it is. Though he'd say this Sakura's luck is a real deal for making her return home yesterday and sending Hinata today.

Hinata yeah how so she was a miracle happening to him. He chuckled at the memories.

Day 2. He spotted Hinata and Lee doing their laps together. bodyguard or not keeping an eye on her was really addicting. From the shadows being around her was a blessing in a disguise. And it was funny how the girl has forgotten his mission. Or she's pretending so. He doubted it was the latter. She was so simple and innocent. Before starting to train with him her routine was very similar. Waking up, hyuga training and meditation, meet up team 8 and train, lunch more training or hyuga meetings, then dinner and sleep. And how could he miss the nerve wracking stutter and heavy blush near that idiot.

In his mind for doing such things with the idiot when he, sasuke uchiha was there in the same area only provoked him to punish her. Torture her, make her scream and beg to him. By now he would have been the author of '501 ways to hurt Hinata hyuga'. She was always on his mind. His unhealthy obsession. Oh how he sweet dreams to tie her and lock her up in his house, with him away from everyone. He knew that was not a good idea. Because she had a regular routine she had a night curfew too. Neji was it... Yeah he would search all of Konoha if she was even 10 mins late. As for him he didn't wanted to reincarnate his brother's reputation of 'clan killer' and this time the other noble clan left. She would be sad and ignore him even more.

That day when she came running heart broken crying like that. He was so intrigued how people get to become so close to her and then hurt her over simple actions. He was frustrated and he hurt her. Everyday at the sparring he would hurt her. In that way he'd be the only person to do that. He was satisfied with it. Something he was yearning for so long. He was so sure he'd threaten her to keep her with him. That was fine with him. Everything worked out when violence and he were in the same statement.

But that girl had to make this complicated. Those emotions he saw in those endless lavender eyes of hers. He yet was to name them. Who was he kidding? He preferred it unnamed and unspoken.

She made him feel weird, it was all her fault. For some reasons even after trying to kill her she still came back to him. She had a different side for him and was unusually comfortable with him. Why damn it? But she was never clingy and swooned like every other girl. She made him care for her. Maybe a little crooked but Sasuke uchiha was too partial for her. Oh well... It Can't be helped.

Her laps was done and she would come asking for a spar. He was pleased how efficiently she controlled the 20% nature chakra but he knew the real task would be when it was in a great deal. The raw and primitive chakra would be a overwhelming power for her. And that is why very specifically he was noting every little steps she took. He.. Just didn't want her to die. When did he start getting bothered about someone's else life? In his defense, it was her fault. She was to blame.

Landing on his feet he counted till ten untill she comes. The ninth count and she stood in front of him panting a bit.

"Spar? " She asked. Without a warning Sasuke was attacking her. He was careful not to hurt her too much since she would be in pain due to the seal. Yes he was there in the room too. Tsunade must be rusty to not to notice him. That thought always made him smirk. The violent women was always responsible for any sort of holes in walls and if not her the other one. Good riddance, he would have any time choose to avoid those two.

Hinata always ended up having huge cuts from his sword, numerous kunais and shurikens. Since she suggested she can heal basic wounds there were no restrictions in those. Technically for Sasuke there were nothing like restrictions anywhere but somehow he did care about her. He sighed on the complicated emotions. Anyway they kept sparring with various techniques. Hinata was very efficiently managing the chakra but at the same time Sasuke's sharingan told him, the toll was heavy physically. Her jutsus were more Potent. her muscles told him other wise.

He stopped when he realised how close she was to pass out. She may not know that since she has this continuous flow of reactive chakra , for sharingan user it was quite evident. When Sasuke stopped attacking she wobbled and fell on the ground.

"Done already? " Hinata asked between broken breathes

"You are tired"

"Couldn't get proper sleep yesterday"

"Explain"

"The Nature chakra somehow made my body impossible to get tired. I was rather getting rambunctious every passing minute"

"What did you do then? "

"Counted sheeps? "

"How many? "

"4032"

"Konoha is suffering through a short of wool. Apparently the Hyuga princess has them"

"Sometimes I wonder if you deserted another village just to train for punchlines" Hinata murmured under her breath. The muscle fatigue wearing her down.

"Didn't had to. Had it in my blood" Sasuke smirked.

"Uchiha pride" Hinata rolled her eyes and layed on the ground trying to ease her body for the upcoming third degree torture.

"Hyuga princess is coming"

"I am already here" Hinata replied with closed eyes.

"The other one"

"Eh? Hanabi? "

"No she's the little shrimp. "

"Who the hell are you talking about? "

"My definition of princess would be egotistical wealthy all knowing brats. With long hair and a stoic face"

"Grow a few inches more of your hair you'll fit in the category. "This time Sasuke rolled his eyes. And waited.

" Hinata sama" Neji called out to a now limped Hinata. Hinata opened one eye nodded took a deep breath and gathering chakra in her feet stood up. She has already healed her cuts so that shouldn't be a problem.

"Neji n-" And that when he saw him and bursted laughing. Egoistic, wealthy, all knowing, long hair with a stoic face? This one is the princess for Sasuke?

Neji was confused from her behavior and assumed it another one of side effects. Extreme show of random emotions.

"Your type Sasuke? " Hinata questioned still laughing and panting. Sasuke stepped forward from somewhere with a smug look.

"No. "

"Good for you and your chakra points " Hinata sobered and waved at him. " Ja ne" She prompted Neji to follow her who was still a little disturbed from the conversation. While Sasuke followed again in shadows.

The rest of the day was pretty much occupied by the same thing. She got her seal, this time it pained her lesser. It was still tiring though. This time Tsunade asked her to rest in her house itself so she could make sure she was alright. Too tired to protest she nodded got into her clothes and wobbled out of room. She was lead to a room and she collapsed.

A few hours prior she woke up and tried stretching her muscles a bit. Walking around she spotted Tsunade drinking. They had a little talk, few more pointers about her state and bid good bye. Neji already left so she gathered her chakra and leaped through roofs to the training grounds. She was full of energy and power right now. She needed to blow off some if it. And as expected Sasuke was there too as if waiting for her. Without warning the spar started.

Dozens of eight trigram techniques getting launched at such high caliber. Even her opponent was nothing to joke at. He had every counter attack and offence ready for every attack. Hinata's blood was spilling across the grounds while Sasuke had his left arm numb after hours of sparring. Both of them were panting and Hianta was already sprawled across the ground pinching her eyes shut. Sasuke simply stared awed by the even little little things she does. It really is weird how he finds her small routines so captivating.

"Ano... Sasuke? "

"Hn"

"Do you... Do you pity me? "

" Because I said I'll kill you? "

"No. Because you said you'll train me. Do you pity me so much that you couldn't stand me being weak? Are you doing this because you were so bored and frustrated with me? "

"Just so you know I have a condition as well. I'll be frank, I was bored and you are interesting to be around"

"Bored? Why are you even in the village? I thought you'd go on some kind of atonement"

"So did I. " Sasuke sighed. "Apparently the council and kages think it is very dangerous for everyone if I roam around without surveillance. Untill I prove these people I can be trusted I'm going no where"

"How can you blame them? When you're arm transplant was going on I heard how you mentally abused the health workers there. Why? I still don't get it"

"I don't. Besides I don't like people who try to mess with my mind. And the constant nagging and unnecessary sympathy was pissing me off. I was so bored in those rooms as well. I was unstable back then and still am. Consider yourself luck you are alive and talking"

"You should be grateful for people showing you sympathy"

"I don't want it. I'm not some helpless wanderer. What makes me gag is the mindset of people. After all these, I mean AFTER ALL THIS these people are still hoping for me to miraculously be kind and empathetic. I was with Orochimaru for fucksake. I myself killed people like pest and spilling blood for me is nothing but supper. I'm a evil and sadistic can be ruthless as well. " The tone he held could have made people pee in their pants. But for some freaking reasons Hinata was very confident against him. Must be the tiredness.

"You are only a bastard with some serious personality issue and I'm not messing with it. Look I'll not give you the crap of being epitome of kindness and forgiving what not. People are annoying and I'll give you that. But don't keep bottling up emotions or you'll end up with that damned snake again. People are here for you and they won't mind hearing you. "

"Are you telling me to be sociable and hang out like some drunk teenager? "

"Oh god no! Though I'd pay anything to see that happen. I would prefer you being the sasuke you are now. It shows how much you've been through and how much you have grown as a person. that is something to be kept within your proud brain rather than unleashing on innocent people that you do. I'll tell that you are sick and sadistic but, but it's a part of you. That is what makes you strong."

"So you spend time with me because I'm strong? "

"No. I spend time with you... You know You bring a side of me that I never knew I had and brought it out because you are who you are. I like spending time with you because you may be a ruthless criminal but you are not a liar. I maybe weak to compete with you but You trust me I can fight And go all out. And when I say this note how many times you have tried to kill me! "

"Hn" Hinata quirked an eye brow at the now approaching figure of Sasuke uchiha. She straightened herself, sat cross legged in front of him. He leaned closer, his deep dark orbs piercing the endless white ones.

He lifted his two fingers and and tapped on the middle of her forehead. He kept his fingers there for a few moments , smiled and retreated back.

Hinata blinked in confusion. What the fuck is wrong with these man!

"You know you are weak. " He gave a hand to her to stand up. She intrigued by his words and a little hurt took his hands and stood turning to go home. He jerked her hand and brought her closer to his chest wrapping his arms around her.

"And I've always wanted a weakness" He leaned forwards and kissed her. She stood there frozen and little hesitant. It was her first kiss! First complete kiss! What the fuck is she supposed to do? Do she kiss him back for the sake of not provoking his rage? Or do she gentle fist him in the guts? But the kiss! His lips, they are warm and nice and so expertise.

Unknowing to her she was responding to the kiss as well. Her hands slowly trailing his righteous and strong arms. When she felt her lungs heavy she gasped and pulled back squirming in his arms. Sasuke was grinning as maniac as he could be!

"Now now women no need to shy. You'll get used to it" Hinata was blushing, blushing like the warm blood itself poured out from her cheeks and spilled all over her body.

"G-get u-u-used t-to it? " She squeaked.

"You're cute when you blush and stutter for me" He placed his forehead on hers.

"I-i... W-what? "

"I'm hungry. Let's go eat my treat " He detangle him , grabbed her hands and dragged her towards the hot rice ball with tomatoes and tomato soup with some more tomatoes of course,waiting for them in the restaurant.

Sasuke found himself smiling at those memories. He saw the now retreating figure of the women . He sighed came out of shadows and grabbed her hands and jerked her towards him , in his arms.
"What the hell Sasuke? " She hissed in confusion.
"Let's go eat my treat" He placed a kiss on her lips. Her cheeks tinted pink and she nodded slowly.
Sasuke smirked at the women in his arms and dragged her again towards the hot rice ball with tomatoes and tomato soup with some more tomatoes of course,waiting for them in the restaurant.
