Sewer Dreams
Early in the morning, the students of Kadic Academy wake to the first day of school or, so they think. Dawn wakes up first and takes in the air. "The first day of school is full of learning, dreams, and- holy shit! What is that smell?" Allison wakes up from Dawn's shouting. "Dawn? What is wrong? What the fuck is that smell? Rotten eggs?" "Whatever it is? It needs to go away before school," Dawn says. Aelita opens the door to her room. "The whole floor smells horrible! What died?" "My sense of smell!" Sissi shouts. "I'll bet the boys did this!" Milly shouts. "Yeah, this has Odd written all over this!" Tamiya says. On the boys' floor, Ash opens the window. "Holy shit! It stinks outside!" "The hallway is no better!" Brock exclaims as he opens the door. In the hallway, Odd and Ulrich cover their noses and talk to Christopher and William. "What happened? Did someone took a shit and didn't flush?" Christopher asks. "Who knows? Maybe some new students pranked the school!" William says. "I wonder why you think that, William?" Ulrich asks. "Hey, that would be some prank," Odd says. "No, I heard the new kid, Brock, say that outside is a shit show too!" Christopher says. "Really, there is no way there's class!" Ulrich says. Ash J knocks on a door. "Hey, kid! Wake up before the stench of the century does!" Jeremy is on the other side of the door. He fell asleep with his laptop on his lap. "What a night! Whoa, what a smell!" Jeremy opens the door as the boys wonder who or what caused the smell. "Listen, it smells bad," Jim starts. "But, it is not that bad. Now, hit the showers!" Later, Dawn and Allison go downstairs to meet Brock and Ash. "It smells better down here," Allison says. "Let's see the great outdoors!" Dawn says as she opens the door. The courtyard is full of sewer water, and it smells like... "A shit show!" Ash shouts. "Yes, you are!" Odd shouts. "Great, these guys," Brock says. "Move out of the way-nevermind!" Odd shouts. "The whole yard is a sewer rainforest!" Ulrich exclaims. "So much for school," Jeremy says. Aelita checks a message on her phone. "No classes today." "Thank goodness!" Odd says. "So, how are we going to get food?" Ash asks. "I don't know rain gear!" Allison shouts as she storms off. "My mother did not pay for me to walk through real shit at school!"
In the courtyard, Odd, in his rain gear, holds a bucket of water mixed with brown watercolor. "Watch me prank the newbies." "Careful, Odd. We know that Dawn girl has a mouth. I don't want to hear her squeaky best friend and their bodyguards," Yumi warns. "Relax. Also, you look good in yellow." "Thanks. Yellow rain gear is all I have!" Delta Company walks by and sees Odd's hair. "Is Odd hiding? Why?" Dawn asks. "Don't know, don't care!" Ash says. As they walk by, Odd throws the bucket of water at them. "Welcome to Kadic!" Ash and Dawn growl. "What the fuck is this? Shit water!" Dawn asks. "No, but it looks like it!" Odd says. "Well, smell like it!" Ash says as he pushes Odd on the ground, and some sewer water lands on him. "Happy shitting!" Ash says as Allison and Brock take him and Dawn to dry. Milly and Tamiya approach Odd. "We heard that you are the cause of this. Is it true?" Milly asks. "No way! I mean, this is a great prank but no way!" "Odd, no more words for the Kadic News!" Yumi says. In the science lab, Ash and Dawn dry off. "Odd, what a joke!" Dawn says. "Thank goodness it was only water," Allison says. "Well, no, he smells like shit!" Ash says. Brock looks closely at the class's octopus. "It likes the song, "Octopus' Garden by the Beetles," Brock says. "Let me see," Ash says. He plays the song, and the octopus moves its arms to the beat. "Cool," Allison says. Then, when Ash goes to feed it, the octopus latches onto his face. "Hey!" "What the hell, Ash?" Allison says. She and Dawn try to pull the octopus off. "Let me try," Brock says. He does, and the octopus sprays ink on them and ends up near a window. "Grab it," Dawn shouts. Ash pulls it off, and it goes back into the tank. "Phew! That was close!" Brock says. Moments later, the Head Science Teacher, Ms. Hertz, arrives. "Hello!" "Hello. Don't mind us; we were looking at the octopus," Ash says in a quick voice. The others look at him. "No worries. It is a sight. It loves to grab on to me. Be careful. It likes to get too friendly." Ms. Hertz leaves. "That was close," Allison says. At the factory, Jeremy checks to see if XANA has activated a tower. "This place smells!" Ulrich says. "The whole place is a shit show!" Aelita says. "You know what else, XANA. It launched an attack." Jeremy says. "What making the whole world smell like rotten eggs is the attack," Ulrich says. "No! But with the factory flooded, it is only a matter a time until there is too much water damage," Jeremy says. "Meaning?" "Like when your cell phone gets wet. But we can't put the whole supercomputer in rice," Aelita says. "Right," Jeremy says. At that moment, XANA gathers all of the sewage and makes a monster. As Delta Company walks around, Ash sees the sewage monster. "It's alive!" Odd and Yumi look at the monster. "XANA!"
The sewage monster shoots water on the ground, and students are covered in water. "Gross!" Herve says. "Even I smell better than this," Nicholas says. "What the fuck? It is alive!" Allison says. Odd and Yumi are in shock. "Jeremy!" Yumi calls. "Yumi, XANA activated a tower!" Jeremy says. "No shit! It made a shit monster!" "A what!" "A shit monster!" "Okay! So that is a no then for coming to the factory!" "Jeremy, if you ever wondered if the toilet will get revenge and spit back out everything, this is it!" Odd says. Yumi hangs up. "A shit monster!" Aelita exclaims. "Yep!" Jeremy says. "And we thought XANA was rough!" Ulrich says. "Okay, I am sending you and Aelita to the Ice Sector. I will try to bring you as close as possible to the tower." Jeremy sends them to the Ice Sector. They get on the Overbike and meet Hornets that shout brown sludge. "More shit!" Ulrich says. Back at school, the students hide in the cafeteria. "What do we do? We could drown," Yumi says. "Or die of the smell!" Odd says. "If there was a vacuum, we could suck it up," Brock says. "In the shed. I swore I say some that help decloak the bathrooms," Allison says. "We should try," Ash says. "We need to stay," Ash J says. He is next to his pen pal, Rocky. "Look. We stay put. The gym teacher and principal can work this out. In reality, Jim got stuck in a tree and is covered in his shit. "Let's go," Ash says. They sneak out, and Yumi and Odd follow. "Right here, six machines," Allison says. "We take two," Yumi says. "No way! After what your friend did!" Dawn says. "Look. You have no idea what that is." "And you do?" "I do!" "We need lots of people power so that they can help," Brock says. They wear the machines as backpacks and wear masks. Once they step outside, the monster sprays them with water. Dawn screams, and Ash sighs. "This is what is it like to be a ghostbuster!" Odd chuckles as Ash smiles. "LET'S GO!" Odd shouts. They dodge, hide, and suck water ad the sewage monster attacks. On Lyoko, XANA has trapped Ulrich and Aelita in a Hornet trap. "It is like they are waiting for something," Aelita says. "Well, I am not!" Ulrich says. Ulrich Triangletes and attacks the Hornets as Aelita runs towards the tower. She hits two hornets along the way. At school, the sewage monster has trapped Odd and Dawn in waste. "This is shit!" Dawn says. "I know. I least I know that you guys have a sense of humor," Odd says, "Not funny!" Dawn says, but she smiles at Odd. At the factory, the whole room is filling up with water. "Aelita, hurry!" Jeremy shouts as the supercomputer starts to spark. Aelita reaches the tower and puts in the code. The water stops flowing, and the monster turns into raw sewage, which falls on Allison, Ash, Brock, and Yumi. "I need a shower!" Allison says. "I need a miracle and a return to the past," Yumi says. "A what?" Brock asks. "Return to the Past now!" Jeremy says.
In the morning, the air is fresh and clean, but school is still canceled. Why? Because it is a Professional Development Day. Odd is going to prank Dawn and Ash again. Dawn sees Odd's hair. But this time, Allison sees the bucket. How? Before Allison and Brock were losing it from all the shit, now, Allison is on the hunt. "Look at Odd and the bucket," Allison says. "Odd, what is that?" Aelita says. "Water from the sewers. XANA's attack gave me an idea. I mean, they were mean to us and especially you, princess," Odd says. "Odd, no way!" Yumi says. "Come on, Ash and Brock cut in front of me in the showers." "Plus, you were kissing your fake muscles, so..." Ulrich says. "Good luck, Good Buddy!" Jeremy says. When Odd throws the water, Ash and Dawn had trash lids, and the water bounces to Odd- and Yumi. "Odd!" Yumi screams. "Look who is the shit show now," Ash says. "Smell you later," Dawn says. "Thanks for the warning." "What are you talking about? How could you have known I did this before?" Odd says. "What are you talking about?" Brock asks. "I saw the bucket," Allison says. "Oh, well, mind your own business!" Odd shouts. "Sure-when you and your friend take a shower! You both need it!" Delta Company laughs and walks away. Sissi is nearby and sees this. "I see, a little rivalry!"
So with the first full day at Kadic full of adventure, there has to be more. Plus, what is up with Sissi? Also, do Yumi and Odd take a shower? They did, but it took three tries to smell clean. Meanwhile, Allison looks through her photo album and sees her cousin, the looks like Aelita. "I think I will ask Sam and Gary about her. They might remember her better." Here hoping XANA does not take advantage of it. What kind of question is that? Of course, it will, but when?"
