One part of the Warhammer Universe I love is the fact no one is the 'good guy.' I tried to capture this to some degree with the Imperials. There is good, bad, and ugly of the Empire. In my original story, Erwin was Xenophobic, and he still is. However, I want his men to be even more Xenophobic; not all, but most.

One of the reasons I chose the German Empire as the base culture for Erwin's men was due to the names. I was originally going to have a mixed nationality for the crew but realized that'd cause some issue for what I want the Empire to be in this Universe. So, with German, I get original names and a somewhat unified Imperial culture.

Side notes on the names. I don't speak German, so some of the names might not be correct. However German sounds like a cool language, and it's easy for me to come up with names for the Imperials. When I came up with the names for the Clone army and Erwin's personal legion; I just slapped it in google translate. The names were different and seemed culturally different.

One more disclaimer about politics. When Erwin or an Imperial says 'Liberal,' it means something totally different to them. It's not left-wing politically, but rather the term used for people who don't believe in Monarchy. I could have used different terminology, but wanted a shock factor to hammer home the Imperials are from an entirely different society. You'll also start to see I've given totally different ideas on how to unify Humanity between the Empire and Alliance. The Alliance is unity, the Empire is comradery; you'll see more as the story progresses.

I also want to say thanks for all the support for the story, and myself. It's part of what keeps me doing this as a hobby.

Chapter 2

A Strange Land

Erwin snapped his eyes open and sucked in a larger haggard gasp of air. He slowly got up, ignoring the pain in his left leg.

Next to Erwin were the unconscious Jaegers. They were alive, their armor was sending a constant status report of his men. Even the men on the Intrepidus seemed to be fine, the ones that survived the crash at least.

"About time you woke up!" Ares happily greeted as his hologram formed above the control panel.

Erwin looked around and noticed all the Flood were gone. Only dust remained, indicating a successful firing.

So, why were Erwin and his men alive?

Erwin tried to make contact with Imperial High Command, but there was nothing. The only Imperial forces he could pick up with his communicator were his men. That should be impossible, distance did not affect Imperial communication.

"What happened, Ares?"

"That's a good question. I think you might have made a scientific discovery."

"Ares, what happened?"

"Oh, calm down! We're in no danger, but you might be a little surprised." Ares lightheartedly chided.

"Ares!" Erwin was getting a bit annoyed by his brother's antics.

"We're in a different Universe." Simply said, as if he wasn't dropping a NOVA bomb.

"What?"

Ares sent him a data pack through his neural lace.

Apparently, Erwin has been out for ten hours, so Ares had time to poke around. Erwin wasn't sure if he was happy to be alive because it seemed he got sucked into a different Universe.

Based on the stars, Ares found out they were on the other side of the Milky Way from Terra. Through a series of increasingly advanced experiments, Ares found the laws of physics were still the same.

The Stars were most interesting though. They were the stars of the Milky Way, but they were slightly different. Nothing too serious, but enough to be disturbing.

Most concerning were initial observations.

The speed of light was incomprehensible fast to Humans, but it was slow in practice due to the sheer size of the Cosmos. Light could be a window into the past. The Imperium was able to observe the Forerunner-Human war by calculating the location the light would be from the war.

However, it wasn't perfect; light refracts and morphs over distance.

The disturbing thing about the Milky Way was that there was nothing. Nothing to indicate an intelligent species inhabited the Milky Way. Sentient species are a rarity in the Universe, but not rare enough for an entire Galaxy to be void of complex life.

Even if Mankind didn't exist in this Universe, there should at least be something.

That was a horrifying thought; Erwin prayed there was some kind of humanoid race in the Galaxy. Having just his men, the only members of Mankind had major issues.

When the gender ratio of men-to-women got negative, societies destabilized. He did not want to see the results of zero women.

Based on how Forerunner reactors worked, finding a precise Universe in the Continuum was impossible. It'd be like finding a specific water molecule in the Ocean, but even then, that'd be technically possible. The Ocean had a finite number of water molecules, the Continuum had infinite Universes.

However, interuniversal travel was supposed to be impossible. The closest thing achieved was the transfer of energy from one to another, and only if the other Universe was infinitesimally small.

To add to the insanity, they seemed to be just outside the Milky Way; and if Erwin wasn't high out of mind, that planet was Terra.

One of the images gathered by the ring's optical sensors was a far-off planet with familiar-looking contents.

A parallel Universe should be impossible because each Universe starts at the 'Big Bang,' the number of possibilities were in themselves infinite.

Erwin hoped against all hope that perhaps Mankind existed in this Universe. He could try to wrap his head around the situation later.

Terra didn't have any indications of housing a sentient species, but Humanity could just be primitive. The light was about sixty thousand years ago.

Worst case scenario, he'd have to find a eukaryotic-based organism to genetically engineer into Humanoids.

No, the worst case was he'd have to populate this Universe with Prcusor designed DNA.

Either way was not ideal.

"Sir, what happened?" One of the Jaegers groggily groaned.

Erwin looked over to the Jaeger climbing off the floor.

"We just jumped into a different Universe, Ludwig." Erwin calmly and carefully answered.

Erwin had his men to think about. They were his responsibility, and he'd be damned if they were going to do something drastic.

Ludwig's eyes widened.

"W-What?" Ludwig stammered.

Erwin sent him the information through his neural lace. Ludwig looked like he was having a small existential crisis.

Erwin was going to have to hope a tribe of Mankind existed and evolved into a somewhat civilized society. His men needed human contact, but Erwin could switch off their need for female companionship with minor genetic manipulation.

Not that he'd turn them gay, but rather simply turn off their sexual desires completely.

"Ares, search for any Forerunner installations," Erwin commanded.

Ares had a large level of autonomy, but sending out a digital handshake was something Erwin had to order.

"Nothing. Either the Forerunner tech here is incompatible, or they simply didn't exist." Ares reported.

A few more Jaegers gained consciousness. Erwin's slight psionic prodding was helping the process along.

"Sir, we should try and make it back to the Intrepidus," Ludwig suggested.

"It's going to take a while to get the Intrepidus space-worthy again. We could always grab one of the prowlers or fighters and check Terra out." Ares energetically added.

"First we need to make sure the Intrepidus is secure. I assume the ring is fully under our control and clear of Flood?" Erwin looked at Ares towards the end.

"Yeah, that was the first thing I checked. Didn't like the idea of everyone unconscious while Flood spores floated around." Ares light-heartedly brushed off his brother's concern.

"What about the Covenant? Did any of them survive?" Erwin was still calm, but the cutting malice underneath was noticeable.

"I only saw a few survivors walking around the ring. The sentinels dealt with them the Xenos ground forces, but I didn't see any Covenant starships." Ares reported in his usually cheerful voice.

"Good. Now, let's see what the damage is to the Intrepidus."

Erwin grabbed Ares from the control panel and led the Jaegers out of the control room. One of them had to be carried, he was hit pretty hard by one of the ranged combat forms.

Luckily the adaptive immune system in all Imperials, and the enhanced biological defenses of the armor, keep him from converting. Each kinetic projectile shot by the range forms was coated in spores.

It wasn't a cure, but more of a biological battle of attrition. If there were enough spores, well...

The group walked out of the long tunnel leading to the control room only to find a snowstorm. It was dark due to the ring being in deep space, and the blizzard limited visibility. However, the environmental systems still keep the ring habitable for Humans.

The five hundred and twenty-meter Ghost-class prowler that they rode in on decloaked and hovered protectively over the group.

A light blue light came down from the center of the prowler indicating the gravity lift activated.

The group walked under the blue light and were gently lifted into the deployment hangar of the sleek starship.

Erwin told the Jaegers to head to the infirmary, then made his way to the prowler's bridge.

"Sir, glad we're alive." Captain Peter Kolb greeted him once he walked onto the small bridge.

It was more of a bridge/cockpit hybrid. It was placed like a cockpit towards the front of the prowler with a window looking forward, but had the functionality and layout of a bridge.

It was designed for only two people, the Captain, and the pilot. There was a small viewing area on either side of the pilot that allowed people to see outside of the window.

"It's better than dead," Erwin responded.

He walked towards the viewing section of the bridge and saw the crashed Intrepidus. It wasn't hard, the starship was over a hundred kilometers long.

The size truly couldn't be understood without seeing it. The ring had mountains, rivers, and planes; all the same geographical features of a habitable world. However, the enormous starship seemed to make the large mountains look like pebbles.

The Intrepidus was beaten badly, Erwin could see the punctured and scraped sections of the armor. A few of the heavy kinetic turrets were destroyed, along with the left ultra-heavy fibril cutter.

The Terran Imperial Navy paint scheme could still be seen on undamaged sections of the armor. Its pitch black body and crimson line patterns were specifically designed to look intimidating and reflect the general ideas of the Imperial Military.

The Imperial dreadnought still had an aura of power, supremacy, and pride. The warship was harmless on paper, but the sheer size and aesthetic of the Intrepidus seemed all but helpless.

The sleeping giant would once again awaken, he could feel it. The psionic presence of the Intrepidus was already growing.

"She took out an entire Covenant fleet before they got her." The pilot, Denis Frey, quietly said with pride.

"She'll sail again, Denis."

Erwin walked onto the bridge of the Intrepidus and noticed the crew were frantically communicating with Captain Engel through neural lace.

"Supreme Commander on deck!" An ensign snapped.

The bridge crew all stood up and snapped a salute.

"As you were," Erwin replied as he reciprocated by raising his right hand.

Everyone on the bridge quickly went back to work

"Update, Richard," Erwin commanded through the neural lace.

The Commodore had already sent him the updated damage report of the Intrepidus. The warship was still alive, and her forward secondary reactor was repaired. It didn't take much damage and was pumping out the energy needed for Intrepidus to regenerate. The downside was the weapons were completely offline, but only the ones that required energy.

The caveat was every Imperial weapon system besides missiles required a large external power supply. Especially the tachyon lance, fibril cutters, and kinetic cannons; they were the weapon systems that gave the Intrepidus her teeth.

"We got a secondary reactor running, so as long as we don't get attacked, the Intrepidus should make a full recovery." Captain Engel brushed over.

"Very good, Captain Engel. What're our casualties?" Erwin asked.

"Three hundred and eighty-one. We lost six fighters, but not before they torpedoed a few Covenant capital ships. The Intrepidus took out almost half the Covenant fleet before retreating. Notably ten supercarriers, ninety-eight of the assault carriers, one-hundred-and-forty battleships, four-hundred battlecruisers, twenty-four other capital ships of various classes, and thousands of smaller warships." Captain Engel informed through the neural lace.

The engagement was a decisive victory, and the kill-to-death ratio for the engagement was what every commander dreams of. Especially considering those supercarriers were much larger than the Intrepidus at a hundred and sixty kilometers. They weren't just damaged either, but utterly destroyed. The Covenant were devastated particularly by the fibril cutters that bisected warships, the tachyon lance that pierced the targets with ease, and the Godly kinetic energy from the main kinetic cannons.

However, those three hundred and eighty-one men of his were lost forever.

It was only thanks to the Intrepidus's internal cross bracings and honeycombs, that more weren't lost.

"I remember when these engagements went the other way around. The Empire will be fine, and High Charity should have been destroyed." Erwin thought.

Erwin wasn't entirely sure about that, but it probably wasn't a problem for the Empire.

"What do you think our chances are of getting back to our Universe?" Captain Engel asked, knowing the answer.

"Probably slim to none, but we'll try our damnedest."

"Commodore Engel, I need you to overlook the Intrepidus' repairs. I want everyone defending the Intrepidus, don't worry about securing the Halo; Ares has full control over the automated systems. I'm going to take a prowler to Terra and find out if we're alone. We'll discuss our options when I return." Erwin commanded.

"Yes, sir." Engel snapped an Imperial salute, and Erwin responded before leaving the bridge.

Once he left the bridge, he used the Intrepidus' internal teleportation network to get to his quarters.

He appeared in front of his quarter's door and placed his hand on the hard light terminal. It was a security risk to have the teleportation network connected to sensitive areas of the warship. Plus there was a cultural aspect to teleportation, it was considered disrespectful not to physically enter or leave a room.

Erwin stopped in his quarters to drop off his armor, and weapons. The armor would be repaired in a few hours. It'd be enough time for Erwin to visit the infirmary and get some sleep.

His quarters were the largest on the starship, with Commodore Engel's own being slightly smaller. However, due to the relatively small crew size and large size of the Intrepidus; every crew member had personal quarters equivalent to a house.

After a painful procedure used to mend his broken fibula, Erwin crashed in his bed and hoped for a restful sleep.

As usual, it wouldn't be.

The Intrepidus was a dreadnought, not a carrier. It reflected that by the thickness of its armor and lack of large hangars. However, it did have a few hangars for a small fighter and prowler complement. The primary right hangar was only eight hundred meters long; it'd only be a tertiary hangar on a carrier.

The hangar had the same prowler Erwin used on the ring ready to go. The sleek starship wasn't as narrow as the fighters, but still retained a similar aggressiveness due to its aerodynamic, but blockish profile. The Imperial paint scheme only added to its predator aura.

The prowlers were used to stealthily deploy special forces, reconnaissance, or surprise attacks; it had a series of pulse lasers and hell lance emplacements for small engagements. A frontal fibril cutter gave the prowler the front fire arc the most lethality.

However the most deadly of its payload was the advanced stealth torpedoes carried by the corvette. The torpedoes were twice as large as the conventional ones used by the fighters. They used the same Abyss-637 as the Archer missiles, but a much larger quantity.

This particular prowler was the INS Augenzwinkern. It was one of the four prowlers on board the Intrepidus.

He walked up to Captain Peter who was giving Erwin the required respect in the form of an Imperial salute.

The Captain was waiting for him next to the Augenzwinkern. Erwin knew from the status of the prowler constantly being reported to him by the neural lace, that the prowler's crew were on board and ready for take-off.

"Is your crew ready to go out again?" Erwin asked as he dismissed the Captain's salute.

"Yes, sir; we got some rest, and are ready to launch. A fresh Jaeger squad is also on board." Peter responded professionally.

Erwin led the Captain up the prowler's central ramp as they talked.

"Very good, Peter. I don't expect any trouble, but everything is unknown at this point."

The Augenzwinkern was just a corvette, there was no reason to have an internal teleportation network. Only destroyers and above got those. It wasn't that large of a starship, so it didn't take long to get to the bridge.

Peter sat in the Captain's chair and commanded the crew to prepare for launch. A chair formed from pieces on the floor and hard light next to Peter.

Erwin sat in the chair as he enjoyed the launch. Windows were rarely on a warship, but they did bring romanticism to space travel. Specifically during take-off.

The Augenzwinkern slowly rose from the hangar's floor and backed up through the hangar door. It turned around once it left the hangar, and flew upwards in a shallow arc. Once the prowler was a few hundred meters away from the Intrepidus, its main Dark Reaction drives kicked in at full force. The only thing keeping the crew from turning into red jello was the inertia dampeners.

The prowler shot through the atmosphere, and quickly into orbit in a manner of seconds. Various lights on the Halo Array were the only source of light in the dark void.

"Captain Kolb, set course for Sol," Erwin ordered.

"Aye aye, sir."

"The hell is this!" Denis exclaimed.

Captain Kolb seemed to be too preoccupied with his surprise.

Terra.

It was the homeworld of Mankind and the most important planet for the past hundred and fifty millennia.

Other planets become more valuable in terms of industry, culture, finances, or some other measurement. However, Terra was always the most important politically.

It held the Capitals of the United States of America, the German Empire, the Chinese Hegemony, the Latin Bloc, the British Empire, and the Tsardom of Russia. Those six powers held the majority of planets within the Terran Confederacy and were some of the founding members of the United Terran Empire.

The United States and German Empire in particular always seemed to be leading members of opposing alliances. The Grand Republic and Anglian kept the German Empire from absorbing smaller nations, and the Kaiserrich always kept the forces of liberalism at bay.

Terra was home to Empires with radically different beliefs and cultures, but Terra has never seen a major war since the end of the Second Weltkrieg.

Terra was kept in a delicate balance of paradise and ecumenopolis. The surface of Terra had nature reserves, and laws on how developed an area could be; though it varies from country to country. Below the crust, most of the planet was hallowed out; it made borders interesting during the process. What used to be rock and molten metals was replaced with underground cities and massive reactors.

The natural magnetic field was replaced by artificial means, and the planet had multiple planetary shields. However, the idea of Terra ever having to use those shields was borderline blasphemy to the most powerful nations of Mankind.

Not only was the Sol system protected by the home fleets of the original empire, but also by the Grand Fleet of Sol. More than four hundred thousand warships of different banners all with one purpose, protect Terra.

The surface of Terra didn't change much over the years, except for the grays and silvers of cities. Northern Africa, the steps of Russia, the Middle East, and the poles were specifically noticeable due to being covered in megacities.

The night sky of Terra lost its gray moon long ago, only to be replaced with the total ecumenopolis of Luna. The giant industrial moon of Luna was a constant reminder of the progress Mankind had made through the millennium.

So it was almost inconceivable seeing Terra in such a primitive state.

The planet itself was beautiful, but it just seemed to be missing something. Noticeably the lack of surface megacities, specifically the large megacity of Antarctica.

"Sir, how is this possible?" Captain Kolb asked Erwin in a state of shock.

"I don't know, Captain." Erwin honestly admitted.

"Damn, not even a Voltsengel knows what's going on." Denis chuckled.

"A different Universe I can understand. There is an infant number of Universes out there. The Forerunners and Tyrene used a form of interuniversal power that literally sucked the energy out of budding Universes. However, the fact that the Milky Way and Terra exist in this Universe should be impossible. Universes don't just split, creating copies of themselves." Erwin explained.

"I get that, sir; but I'd sooner believe we're in a simulation than this." Denis gestured with his arms at the planet in front of him theatricality.

"That's not a possibility, is it?" Peter asked from the Captain's chair, his eyes refusing to leave the window.

"No, I'd know immediately if we were in a simulation," Erwin answered reassuringly.

Peter pulled his eyes away from the window and gave Erwin a questioning look.

"It's an Anglian thing." Erwin simply explained.

"Ah."

"Gotcha."

Peter and Denis gave similar nods of understanding.

"Still, I don't blame you for asking such a question. I feel like meditating just to make sure." Erwin told them while using his right hand to rub his temple.

Erwin was hoping for a Humanoid species of some kind, and a vaguely Terran-like planet.

However, nothing could prepare him for the planet staring him in the face.

He was expecting to find a planet with vaguely similar contents. The people, if they were even Human, should have been radically different from his own.

It was the first time Erwin was completely at a loss.

In front of him was Terra herself, and with the exact same contents. That alone would be terrifying, but it was the people that were the kicker.

They were the original people of the Empire. Americans, Russians, Germans, Latins, British, and Chinese; the peoples of the Originating Empires, except radically different.

Instead of the predominant and unifying force of Europe, the Vaterland was turned into a soft liberal paradise.

Britain just lied down and died as a great power.

Russia adopted a form of Syndicalism rather than National Populism.

The Latins never unified and reclaimed the title as masters of the Mediterranean from the Romans.

Most surprisingly was China. They were a long-time ally of the German Empire due to their similar political system. It also helped that they were natural competitors of the Americans in the Pacific.

Instead of the Chinese Hegemony; a natural monarchy, and proud holders of the oldest Terran civilization. They became a Syndicalist hotbed and committed political, cultural, and economic suicide.

The Americans were radically different, but the most similar of the bunch. They were the scariest due to how similar they were to the Grand Republic. The difference might not have been as much, but the ones there were deeper than a Black Hole.

These Terrans had an eerily similar history. A divergent point would be astounding, but there was also a convergent point. A radically different history that converged to a similar historical event, and then diverged from that point.

The First Weltkrieg.

Except this time, the Allies won when America entered the war. From that point on, history was radically different. An hourglass figure on a timeline came to mind.

"That's Terra. Same planet, same people." Erwin softly spoke in awe.

A brief silence overtook the bridge and the crew connected via neural lace.

"No, that's not the Vaterland!" Denis spat.

Erwin couldn't blame Denis or the agreeing Peter. Erwin was half Anglian and only half German. He was in touch with his mother's side, but unlike the Voltsengel, his Anglian blood came from his father.

The history of every major nation in Erwin's Universe took a radically different path; Germany just happened to be their nationality, some other nationalities would have an even worse reaction. It wouldn't surprise Erwin if the Zulu or Ottomans tried to glass this new Earth. As their civilizations seemed to not exist at all.

The Vaterland consisted of millions of worlds in Erwin's time, and here it was just a little blip in Central Europe. After the First Weltkrieg, Germany turned to a form of Nationalist Syndicalism and tried to take on the entire world. It resulted in a less bloody Second Weltkrieg, and the removal of Germany from the world stage as a great power.

It seemed like every European nation besides Russia was removed from the board after the Second Weltkrieg. It was disturbing seeing Europe void of any great powers.

However, the theme of history was remarkably similar. Two ideologies compete with each other in the marketplace of thought. Though this Universe's two ideologies were much more hostile towards one another. It boiled down to Democracy versus Communism, a more totalitarian form of Syndicalism; rather than Liberalism versus Monarchism.

The biggest change was the idea of a Global culture. It was a very odd form of American culture mixed with other cultures over a couple of hundred years; the process of mixing cultures only picked up once the last Communist great power fell.

A Mankind unified by one culture rather than a singular idea seemed odd to Erwin. Quite bland too, there were very few differences between Americans, Germans, and Chinese in this Universe. Though places in the Imperium that allowed open borders were similar depending on the parent culture. Noticeably Reach, Mars, and Luna.

"Nore is this Terra. It's simply Earth, with similar nationalities." Erwin agreed with Denis after thinking about it for a moment.

These weren't their people.

"At least there are other people, even if they're different." Peter pointed out the bright side.

That little bit of realization seemed to lift everyone's mood. Human civilization meant one thing on everyone's mind; girls.

It might seem juvenile, but it was a lifesaver for a group of men who thought they'd never see another girl again. Erwin didn't even mind they were primitives.

The Humans of this Universe seemed to be similar to the devolved Mankind after the Forerunner-Tyrene war.

Also, by the looks of things, this Universe didn't have Anglians. Though they did have one aspect that allowed this Mankind to rapidly advance.

Ezo.

It wasn't a natural element, Erwin was willing to bet his left nut on that.

"I wonder where this Ezo came from?" Erwin thought out loud.

"I'm still trying to process the idea of the Vaterland being America and Russia's bitch." Denis deadpanned.

"You seem to be very comfortable speaking freely in front of the Supreme Commander, ensign." Captain Kolb warned.

"Hey, I'm loyal to our Voltsengel!" Denis indignantly responded.

Erwin enjoyed the banter but idly wondered if Peter had a pint. Erwin and John had a very lax requirement for formalities. As long as the men were respectful, they weren't a stickler for regulation. However, they still demanded strict discipline in the Art of War.

Alex was a bit of a hard ass though, and his Blood Angles and Crimson Wings reflected that.

The problem with handpicking the best was they tended to have quarks or were cocky. Or perhaps that just said something about Erwin's choice in subordinates.

"Sir, do you think it could be natural somehow?" Peter pondered.

Erwin thought about it for a moment, but couldn't think of anything plausible.

"I suppose if someone was advanced enough, a form of dimensional weaponry could interact with natural dark matter to form this 'Ezo.' However, I highly brought that. I'm not sure if that is possible, but I'd say the same about our situation a week ago. Plus this is a different Universe, God knows what happened over thirteen billion years." Erwin threw out an educated guess.

"It couldn't have been these 'Protheans,' could it?" Peter dug.

"I doubt it. They were more advanced than the Council races, but not advanced enough to change the composition of a Galaxy. Though, these Mass Relays are an interesting form of gate travel." Erwin humored his subordinates' curiosity.

"Pff… those Xenos we're homicidal, sir. Those things literally throw you across the Galaxy, I wouldn't dream of putting the Augenzwinkern through that monstrosity." Denis detracted from the Xenos' technological achievements.

"So here's the real question; do we show these primitives the superiority of the Imperial war machine? It'd be easy, sir. I mean look at these primitives playing with big boy toys. I'm thinking we subjugate these primitives." He continued.

Firing solutions appeared on the bridge's window for the Alliance fleet.

The stealth torpedoes would decimate the Alliance fleets near the Relay and Earth. Then the Augenzwinkern's hell lance batteries and single fibril cutter would tear apart the survivors if there were any.

Denis had a point, the primitives were pitifully weak. They were only as advanced as the Covenant during the beginning of the war, and that was only due to the Ezo. The small corvette could wipe out the entire Alliance fleet.

"We'd be Kings, and you a God, sir. The Asari and Quarians might be a good fuck, but we'll need Human girls to get our numbers up. I'm thinking, ten girls a man." Denis playful begging at the end along with the original malicious tone.

Peter and the rest of the crew didn't seem so against the idea. They were stuck in a Universe without any way of returning to the Empire. They might as well make the most of it, and Imperial law would support the action.

"You'd want to harm the little primitive girls?" Erwin asked in a voice that meant 'no.'

"Fine, no killing the Xeno lovers." Denis pouted.

That was another thing radically different, Mankind became a race of Xenos lovers.

Erwin sent a data packet to the Intrepidus and Ares on what he found. He and his men had a lot to talk about, and something about the Protheans and Ezo was giving him an uneasy feeling.

"Bring us back to the Intrepidus, Peter," Erwin ordered.

"Aye aye, sir."
