I walked into the trashed Salvatore Boarding House with Nik next to me. The smell of alcohol lingered but it wasn't as strong as last night. I heard the sound of footsteps and the smell of Caroline's scent in the home. Nik and I walked to the living room and witnessed Caroline drinking from a random cup.

I raised an eyebrow, "Didn't get enough to drink last night, Care?" I asked.

Caroline stopped and looked at us, "What are you guys doing here?"

"Not judging you, for starters, although if you are determined to get drunk, then perhaps I might recommend something a little more sanitary?" I gave a look to Nik for that taunt.

Caroline gave a hard stare at Nik and finished the cup she grabbed before throwing it into the trash.

"Well then. You showed me." Nik joked.

"Shouldn't you be out chasing Tyler? Or are there still some hopes and dreams you wanna crush around here?" Caroline said and threw more trash into the bin.

"I've allowed Tyler to get far away from here and hide for Allye's sake. If I was chasing him, I certainly would not be here." Nik retorted.

"Well thanks to you, Tyler's gone for good. He changed the deed to his home in Matt's name. He's never coming back. Now do me a favor and let me get back to spiraling. Go away." Caroline harshly said to both of us.

"Actually, I asked them to be here. We need their help. I think Silas is in Mystic Falls." Stefan said as he walked into view.

"What makes you think that?" I asked.

"Several blood banks in hospitals have gone missing. All the blood, different types, gone. Silas is a two thousand year old immortal who needs human blood. He's been desiccated for that long. He needs to indulge in a lot of blood to get back his strength."

"If I recall, Elena has her humanity turned off. Vampires without their humanity tend to overindulge in human blood, or were you the exception?" Nik asked.

Stefan shook his head, "It's not Elena. Look, I've already told you what Bonnie said the night she came back. Silas needs that third massacre to drop the veil between our world and the Other Side. Two of them have already happened."

"The Young Church and the Hybrids." I answered and Stefan nodded.

"Silas just needs one more massacre to complete. So, if he's here, then that's what he's doing. We need to find him." Stefan urged.

"Well then. Where do we start looking?" Nik asked with a polite smile.

Stefan opened the door to Shane's office at Whitmore College. Caroline, Stefan, Nik, and I filed into the room and started to look through Shane's stuff.

"What are we even looking for?" Caroline asked.

"Well, if Shane was really working with Silas. Chances are he was helping him plan his next move." Stefan answered.

"Where? On his evil villain to-do list?" I chuckled at that.

"Steal blood, perform 3 massacres, pick up dry cleaning?" I joked and nudged Caroline with my elbow.

Caroline rolled her eyes at me but had a smile on her face, "Actually, not to nit-pick, but we evil villains usually use minions to pick up our dry cleaning, that sort of thing." Nik said sarcastically as he leaned back in Shane's office chair. I gave him a look and he returned it with an innocent look of his own.

"Why is he necessary again?" Caroline asked Stefan, clearly annoyed.

"Nik. Behave." I scolded and continued searching.

"I think I'm behaving quite well, love." Nik fired back with a playful smile on his face.

"Well, we don't know what Silas can do. So if we do have to go head to head with him, an Original Hybrid who can't die might come in handy." I crossed my arms and raised an eyebrow at Stefan.

"And an Original Werewolf that can't die." Stefan added and gestured to me.

"Thank you." I said and went back to searching.

"Besides, Allye, Stefan and I work well together. At least Stefan and I did in the twenties." Nik mentioned.

"Well, granted my emotions were off." Stefan argued.

"And that's why you were more fun, just as Damon is probably relishing in Elena's emotionless company in New York." Nik taunted.

"Nik." I called out. He raised his hands up from the look I was giving him.

"My brother knows what he's doing." Stefan defended Damon.

"I hope so. Vampire's with their emotions off are unpredictable. I learned that from you." I said and pointed at Stefan.

"I think I found something." I turned around to see Caroline carrying a large book.

We gathered at the desk as Caroline set the book down, "Symbolic Figures in the Dark Arts." Didn't Bonnie talk about Expression Triangles? Here." Caroline said as she flipped to the page.

"In some schools of magic such as Expression, human sacrifices can be used as a focus for power. It is rumored that the addition of two supernatural sacrifices compounds the mystical energy, creating an Expression Triangle." Stefan read from the book.

"Humans. That was the council fire." Caroline said and pointed to the next symbol.

"Demons. I think Werewolf/Vampire Hybrids would count." I read the next one.

"I'm right here, love. What's the third?" Nik asked, leaning on the desk.

"Oh no." Caroline said and brought her hands to her mouth.

"Witches." I read.

"We need to find Bonnie." Caroline said.

"You and Stefan go. Nik and I will work out where the next massacre might happen. I'm sure Shane has a map of the area here." I said as I looked around at all the clutter.

"Sounds like a plan. Let's go." Stefan said to Caroline. The two of them left the office. Leaving just Nik and I alone now.

"Now, are you just going to sit there or are you going to help me look for a map?" I asked Nik.

"If I must." I rolled my eyes and started to search for maps.

"How have you been feeling, love?" Nik asked as he searched.

"Fine. I told you. It's probably just because my senses are sharper then they use to be. I don't know what else to tell you, Nik." I said with a sharpness to my voice.

"Just making small talk." Nik defended, "Here we are." Nik said and pulled out a map from under a stack of papers.

Nik put the map on the desk. I walked over and looked over at the map.

"Okay, so the young farm is here." I said pointing at the map, "And the Lockwood Cellar is here." I said and moved my finger.

I started to rifle through the drawers of Shane's desk until I found a ruler and a Sharpie. I put 'X's on the locations of the farm and cellars.

"The book said it's an expression triangle which I'm assuming is supposed to be an equilateral triangle. Which means." I trailed off as I use the ruler to make a triangle.

"Here." I said and set down the sharpie.

I saw Nik smile, "You're forgetting what you learned in geometry class. There are actually two places where the third massacre could be." He drew another triangle that formed off the one I made.

"Well you didn't let me finish." I said playfully to Nik. Nik made eye contact with me and gave me a genuine smile with his dimples showing.

Our moment was interrupted by the office door suddenly opening. Stefan and Caroline walked back into the office.

"You guys find Bonnie?" I asked.

"No, but I talked to her dad. I think we found Silas." Stefan announced.

"Did you guys get anywhere about the location?" Caroline asked.

"There's two locations the massacre could possibly be happening at." I said and pointed to the map.

"Okay, then we split into two teams of two. Me and Caroline, Allye and Klaus." Stefan said and walked over to the map.

He hovered his phone over the map and took a picture of it. Nik followed suit with this phone.

"Then let's get going." I said and walked around the desk to the door.

Nik and I walked through the pitch black forest. The only light source being Nik's phone. My eyes were glowing red as I made my way through the darkness. Werewolf night vision comes in handy.

"How's your eyesight?" Nik brought up.

"Sharper. Are you really going to bring this up again? I'm really starting to get fed up with this same subject coming up again and again." Nik turned off his phone. Leaving us in the darkness.

"I'm bringing it up, Allye, because I'm concerned about you. You may think it's nothing but I do not. Alcohol has never repulsed you before or do you forget the day I first met you? You were drinking in the middle of these very woods drowning your sorrows." Nik reminded me.

I clenched my jaw, "I don't know, Nik. Okay? I can't explain it. Just drop it before I get mad." I said and went to walk in front of Nik.

I felt him grab my arm and I snapped my head to him. "We're here." Nik said and looked straight at my eyes with a stone-face expression. "Judging by the lack of witches, here is not the correct location." Nik summarized.

Nik then grabbed me with his other arm and pulled me to him, "Hold on tight, love." I closed my eyes and held my breath as I felt Nik use his vampire speed to get us to the other side that Stefan and Caroline took.

I felt Nik let go of me after we stopped. Caroline and Stefan ran over to us.

"They're linked. Bonnie's gonna kill them." Stefan said.

"Not if the witches kill her first." Nik took Stefan and forced him against a tree.

"Klaus, we need to save her." Caroline begged.

"How? The only way to stop the witches is to kill them, and then Silas gets what he wants." Nik stated.

Caroline looked at me and I shook my head, "I'm sorry Care, but he's right. We can't stop the witches without playing right into Silas' hand." Caroline looked back over the coven of witches surrounding Bonnie.

Caroline then use her vampire speed and used the dagger the witch had to stab her in the heart.

"No!" Nik yelled. My eyes widen in disbelief. Caroline just doomed us. The torches lost their fire as the other witches slowly began to fall to the ground.

"The hell did you just do, Care?" I muttered with a horrified look on my face.

"Bonnie. Bonnie!" Caroline called to her friend and kneeled down next to her.

"The triangle is complete." Bonnie eerily said before she passed out.

I walked into Bonnie's room with a wet rag. Stefan was sitting on the edge of her bed. Both of us are waiting for her to wake up. Stefan volunteered to take Bonnie home after what happened. Nik had me go with him. He and Caroline stayed behind to bury the witches bodies.

"Anything?" I asked and dabbed the wet rag on Bonnie's face.

Stefan shook his head, "Nothing." Silence fell between us until Stefan spoke again, "Why did Klaus have you come with me?"

I let out a huff, "He thinks somethings wrong with me to the point where he non-stops brings it up. Now it feels like he doesn't want me to lift a finger considering I couldn't help with the witches." I said and laid the wet rag across Bonnie's forehead.

Stefan frowned at that. "What could possibly be wrong with you? You're a Werewolf. You don't exactly get sick unless you eat wolfsbane." Stefan asked.

I chewed my lip before replying, "I tried to come to the party the other night with Cora and Megan. When I tried to drink alcohol, the smell alone made me gag. I haven't had the feeling of needing to throw up since I was 10 years old. I don't know why it's happening and that's what is concerning Nik." I said honestly.

Stefan furrowed his brows together, "That's...odd. You think it's a side effect of being a newly turned Original Werewolf?" Stefan guessed.

"That's what I'm thinking but Nik isn't sure." Another silence fell between us until I heard Bonnie start to move.

We turned to her and saw her open her eyes. "Hey, how are you feeling?" Stefan asked.

Bonnie sat up and looked between Stefan and I with confusion written all over her face.

"What are you guys doing here? When did Allye get back and how did I get here?" Stefan and I glanced at each other before turning our attention back to Bonnie.

"What do you mean? I brought you home." Stefan said.

"The witches almost killed you." I added.

"What witches?" I tilted my head. I was not hearing her heart beat spiking.

"Stef, she really doesn't remember. Her heart beat is steady." I advised.

"Whatever the witches did must have messed with her memory. Bonnie, what is the last thing you remember?" Stefan asked.

"I remember being in that cave, and Jeremy was trying to pry the cure out of Silas' hands. Please tell me he got it." Stefan and I looked at each other with solemn looks.

"We didn't get it, did we?" Bonnie asked sadly.

"Bonnie...there's something you need to know about Jeremy." Stefan said gently.

Klaus is getting more protective of Allye since the whole alcohol made her sick debacle. They're not sure what to make of it but Allye is already getting tired of Klaus constantly asking how's she's feeling. Her and Klaus help Stefan with tracking down the third massacre. They couldn't stop Caroline who helped complete the circle. Looks like Silas is coming closer to Mystic Falls.
