Turf War
Another day has gone by for our heroes. As Jeremy and Aelita work on recreating Lyoko, their friends are enjoying some free time. Speaking of free time, there is a flock of Fearow taking shelter at the park. The Fearow plan to settle in the park. They gather fruit from the trees and eat minor bugs. Their leader, a shiny Fearow, is fierce and rules with a strong presence. A group of Fearow is sitting on some branches when Gust hits them. They are sent flying, and when they return, a group of Talonflame is in their place. The Fearow uses Peck at attack, but the Talonflame uses Peck back. After a while, both groups are hit by an Ember attack. A shiny Talonflame, the leader of the Talonflame, appears. She tells her flock not to waste their energy on these "lesser Pokemon." Ouch! The Fearow became upset that they started to use Gust, but the Talonflame uses it back. The shiny Fearow uses Steel Wing to attack the shiny Talonflame. However, the shiny Talonflame uses Quick Attack to dodge, which angers the shiny Fearow. Both flocks gear up for an attack, so they decide to prepare for war at the park on a school campus.
Now checking in with the Lyoko Warriors, minus Lyoko, who are catching up on reality TV. "I think Portia and Steve will break up," Yumi says. "Not before Dasiy and Clark. I mean getting his ex pregnant before the show, then wanting to leave Daisy for her. Plus, the ex doesn't want him back, then trying to turn it around on Daisy. I think Clark needs to go today,' Dawn says. "What are they talking about?" Ulrich asks. "Blind Marriage, trash!" Odd says. Allison laughs. "I'll stick to Marriage Counseling Extreme!" "No. I can't listen to celebrities airing their shit on TV," Ash says. "Well, Youtube remixed the staircase fight scene," Brock says. "We have too much time on our hands," Odd says. "Agreed," Ulrich says. Then both boys take out their Nintendo Switches and play "Galaxy Bros. Smash party." "Wow, such a nice way to spend your time," Dawn says sarcastically. Moments later, Aelita and Jeremy arrive. "Hey, how's it going?" Jeremy asks. "Need to crush Ulrich in Lava Stage," Odd says. "Fine. Talking about reality TV," Allison says. "Guilty pleasures," Jeremy says. "Yep. Do you have any?" "Survival of the Fittest. I wouldn't be on the show." "Would you last?" Odd asks. "Longer than you!" Jeremy response. "I'll watch The Bachelor/Balconette. Everyone knows what they are getting into and that the star says the same thing to everyone!" Aelita says. "I agree! Crying in every show!" Allison says. "Let's move on to real-life people," Brock says. "To Jammin' Jamaica Juice," Yumi says. "I can't wait to try the Mango Pine Swirl." "I am waiting for the Cherry Tango," Ulrich says. "Blueberry for me," Ash says. "That's it?" Aelita asks. "Yeah. It is an acronym for something." "Starts with Blue Raspberry and ends with Yellow Guava," Allison says. "I'm hungry!" Odd says. The group decides to cut through the park on their way to the smoothie shop. As they walk, they hear screeching. "Maybe some Pokemon are nearby," Jeremy says. "Well, if I see on, I'll ask it what drink I should get," Odd says. At that moment, a Fearow flies down using Aerial Ace. "What the fuck was that?" Odd asks. "I don't know, but we should hurry," Yumi says. As the group moves faster, another Fearow comes at them and uses Drill Peck. They all carry out the way. "What is going on? Was that a Fearow?" Brock asks. "I think so but, watch out!" Ulrich shouts as a Fire Spin flies past them. "What was that?" Dawn asks. "Maybe a Talonflame?" Allison questions. "That is so random like, eek!" Aelita shouts as Ember is used. "As they hide behind trees, Yumi and Dawn take out their phones. Fearow, the Beak Pokémon. The evolved form of Spearow. Its large, powerful wings allow it to fly for an entire day. The crushing power of its beak is tremendous. Talonflame, the Scorching Pokémon, and the evolved form of Fletchinder. During an intense battle, Talonflame expels embers from gaps between its feathers. It reaches speeds of more than 300 mph chasing prey. "What is going on? What are they at a school park?" Jeremy exclaims. "I don't know. I want to leave. Smoothies are not worth it," Allison says. The group retreats to the campus; however, Odd takes pictures along the way.
Back on campus, the group calms down in the science building lounge. "What was that, and why did they pick the school park of all places for a turf war?" Yumi asks. "Still shook up about the crows?" Ulrich asks. "Not really. I mean, what about you and the wolves?" "Or the wasps?" "One, wasps are not friends, and what!" Dawn says. "Yeah, XANA has done a lot with us," Odd says. "Maybe we should have asked," Ash says. "Maybe? But I took pictures of the Pokemon." "Let's see!" Brock says. They look at the photos and notices that both Pokemon have claimed a section of the park where there is food and wants what the others have. "It is a turf war. How do we deal with it?" Ash asks. "Who are we? I think we should tell somebody," Jeremy says. "Who? Everyone went to the pool. Plus, I think if we try something, we can help them," Ash says. "The solution is to get them out of the fucking park and back to the woods where there is enough space to live," Allison says. "I agree. A few Pokemon live in the park but not flocks of Fearow and Talonflame," Yumi says. "Hey, these two look different," Aelita points out the shiny Fearow and Talonflame. "I think they are the leaders," Ulrich says. "We can try to talk to them." "Hold on. We have no Pokemon on us. We need to think about this," Brock says. "We should call Nurse Joy. She might know something," Dawn says. "With what?" Odd asks. Allison plugs in her tablet to the lounge phone and video calls Nurse Joy. "Hello, Suzanne. You owe me 200 euros!" Nurse Joy shouts. "I'm sorry, Nurse Joy," Allison says. "Sorry. What do you need?" Brock pushes Allison out of the way. "I need to know that you will always be there for me!" Nurse Joy looks confused. Then a wild Pachirsru comes in and uses Thunder Punch on Brock, then leaves. Jeremy, Ulrich, Yumi, Odd, and Aelita looked confused while Dawn and Allison dragged Brock away. " At least it wasn't Poison jab," Ash teases. "Ouch!" Brock says. "Sorry about Nurse Joy. We need some advice about Fearow and Talonflame," Ash says. "Have you seen them?" Nurse Joy asks. "At our campus's park.' "I see. There was a storm a few days ago, and those Pokemon have been displaced. A school is not the place for them." "What can we do?" "Nothing. You all are not trainers anymore." "We have to do something." Nurse Joy sighs. "Maybe if the leaders wanted to leave, the Pokemon would as well. Then I can lure them back to the forest. However, you don't have Pokemon, so be careful." "Thank you," Ash says. "Great. How are we going to convince the Fearow and Talonflame to leave?" Yumi asks. "I am not sure. But I think I know someone who can help," Allison asks.
Allison knocks on Ash J's door. "No!" Ash J shouts. "Please!" Allison asks. "No. I don't care what you and your friends need!" Rocky looks at him. "Why are you being so cruel?" "Cruel. There is something that usually happens, and I am not trying to get in trouble," Ash J says. "You like the adventure," Allison says. "Nope," Ash J says. "Come on, she might have to ask her boyfriend instead," Moxie says. "She should. That's his job," Ash J says. "Plus, I am too busy laughing at Paak's dramatic fake death in 'Smokin at the Window.'" "Okay, we have to do this!" Allison says. She, Ash, Dawn, and Brock all sing a verse from "Sakiou Every Day," which annoys Ash J and, again, leaves the others confused. "Fine!" Ash J says as he comes out of the room. "Thank you for seeing things my way," Allison says. "What just happened?" Aelita asks. "I am not sure," Jeremy asks. Along with Ash J, Moxie, and Rocky, back at the park, the group set up a trap for the Fearow and Talonflame. "Will this work?" Ulrich asks as he is skeptical about the plan. "Yes," Ash J says. "The Poison Powder from Allison's Vileplume will help create an aroma that will cause the Fearow and Talonflame to leave. If that doesn't work, I have a backup plan." "And what makes you qualify to help us?" Yumi asks. "Well, since you five were never trainers, (ouch!), I studied flying-type turf wars. I have some qualifications!" "Okay, we sent up the Poison Powder. We need to make sure that the leaders do not get hit, so the other flock doesn't retaliate," Moxie says. "Agree. We don't want to start a war!" Ash j says. A few minutes later, a Fearow attacks a Talonflame with Furry Attack while the latter uses Flame Charge. Poison Powder is blown into the air at the time of the attacks and scares the Pokemon away. Some other Pokemon refused to battle. Others went on and were attacked by the Poison Powder. But, both leaders did Steel Wing to knock the Poison Powder away. "I didn't see that coming," Ash J says. "Wait, look at the Pokemon," Moxie says. "Both leaders got hut in the process," Rocky says. Both flocks start to blame each other, and a mixture of Ember, Drill Peck, and Aerial Ace takes over the park. "We have to do something," Jeremy says. He looks over and notices that Aelita by the Pokemon. "Hey, your leaders are hurt. Stop fighting and help them!" The flocks are overcome with rage that they attack Aelita, but Brock pushes her out the way. "Thanks," Aelita says. "No need to worry," Brock says. The group comes over to assist their friends. The flocks stop, and one Talonflame flies over to them. It notices that the human children are helping out their two friends. Then it looks back at its leader and Fearow's leader. It flies back and explains what it saw. One of the Fearow decides to attack, but another stops it. It also understands the assignment. The flocks fly off to look for herbs and fruit to cure the poison. "Look, they are working together," Allison points out. "Yeah, it is like they saw us and wanted to follow our example," Odd says. "We could help," Rocky says. "No, let them do it," Jeremy says. After the leaders are healed, both flocks start to smell something sweet. "That must be Nurse Joy's doing," Ash says. The Pokemon followed the trail and ended up back in the forest. "Thank you," the group says. "Thank you for helping out the Fearow and Talonflame. Why don't I buy you all smoothies?" Nurse Joy says. "Yeah!" The group exclaims.
"This is the life," Ash says as he drinks his smoothie. "And we earned it; it was worth it," Ulrich says. " I have a question about Brock and Nurse Joy?" Odd asks. "let me break it down," Allison says. "See, Brock can't help but fall in love with an older woman, especially Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny. He even made a song about them." "How did you know about the song?" Brock asks. "Really?" Odd asks. Aelita and Jeremy work on their program some more. "Wait, we got something," Jeremy says. "Was the information my father sent enough?" Aelita asks. "For the demo, yes. We have to rerun it in the factory first, but we are so close." Aelita smiles and kisses Jeremy on the cheek, which is sweet and cold. "Also, I heard the in the past, Two of Brock's friends, Misty and Max, would pull Brock away," Allison says. "And the Pokemon?" Odd asks. "I still want to know how you know about the song?" Brock asks again. Dawn and Yumi play a game with Nurse Joy's Oddish. "You are so cute," Dawn says. Oddish laughs and does a little dance. "I need to take a picture for my mom," Yumi says. "Also, he has a Croagunk that would use Poison Jab to snap him out of it," Allison says. "So, that was normal in the science building/" Odd asks. "Yeah, Ash and Dawn have dealt with it forever." "Again, the song? Ash, did you tell her?" Brock asks. "No. To relax to care," Ash says. "Are you sure Ash wasn't given the hemp smoothie?" Ash J says. "No. Fuck you. Why do you make shit up like that?" Ash asks. "Chill, your future brother-in-law is joking," Rocky says. "Future what? It won't get that far!" Ash J shouts. "Says who?" Allison asks. "Right since this will backfire with our wedding," Moxie states. Ash J blushes and falls off the couch. "What!" Everyone laughs.
What a day. Our heroes were able to help a flock of Fearow and a flock of Talonflame work out their issues and bring them back home. Plus, they got free smoothies. However, Aelita and Jeremy seemed to be close to recreating Lyoko. Great, what is this, XANA charging up William? XANA is ready for the comeback. Why? Only time will tell.
