What Goes Around
The day of the DJ Winter Mixer has arrived. The students are busy getting all of their schoolwork finished before the party. Sissi walks by with her stack of assignments. "I am not going to have a bad night like last year," she says. "Right, you failed your exam and had to go to summer school," Herve says. "Plus, you were upset that Odd passed his exam," Nicholas says. "Right. Not this year!" The trio walked to the building where history was taught when they bumped into William. "Hey," William shouts. "Excuse me," Sissi shouts. Her assignments went flying. William picks them up for her. "Watch it, Dumbass! You better not fail this time. You wouldn't want to miss the big bash," William teases as he runs off. "That was weird," Nicholas says. "He was a jerk!" Sissi shouts. "Well yeah, but that's a clever comeback. Lately, he falls flat." "True, plus he is William Dumbass! He can't even understand a simple knock-knock joke," Herve says. "True. Maybe exam time fixed him," Sissi says with a concerned tone.
Elsewhere, Allison finishes her English homework. "So, in closing, Greg Samsa's Metamophasis relates to his feelings of being misunderstood by society and to show off his family's true colors. The Latter allows Greg to find peace and die so that his soul and rest from being the family's breadwinner. The former allows Greg the same reason but as a form of suicide since he chooses to stop eating. Greg Samsa's life closes as a way to bring out the true colors of himself and his family." Allison saves her work as Moxie walks up. "Hey, Allison. ready for tonight?" "Yeah. I just finished my English homework." "Me too. Anyway, I have been thinking about past relationships." "Really? Like friendships?" "No. Romantic relationships." "Like Odd?" "Yeah, We went on one date." "Is that why my brother has a slight issue with him? Odd doesn't even know." "Yeah. Odd is the one that started calling me Foxy Moxy is so Bossy!" "Ouch. I have never heard that." "That is because I managed to do damage control. Plus, since Ash started dating me, that nickname went away." "Good. Now, what about past relationships?" "Well, since we are in Kalos (France inspires Kalos Region), I was wondering if your boyfriend has run into his ex?" "Ash doesn't have an ex. I'm his only girlfriend." "I thought Serena was a something." Allison takes a deep breath. "No. They were friends, and Ash didn't have feelings for her." Moxie shakes her head. "Okay. But your brother told me that Serena tried to burn you by telling everyone something that she heard about, and your friends Lilly and Ian had to shut that bitch down." "Yeah," Allison says as she sighs. "He didn't tell me what she said because the whole thing is still raw to you, but she did that to make you look like a horrible trainer." "Yeah, and to make me look bad in front of Ash. Which didn't work! He didn't believe a word of she shit." "Right." "I am over that and jealously makes you do crazy things." "I'll bet she is mad that you two are dating." "I don't know. He is friends with her, and I'm fine with that. I met Ash first because we met when he was four, and I was three. I understand that she met him at Professor Oak's Summer Camp and developed a crush on him when he helped her. Also, he was flattered when she kissed him at the airport when she was leaving for Hoenn." Moxie raises an eyebrow. "Oh, so she kissed him first?" Allison gave a sly smile. "Oh, I didn't say that!" Moxie gasp. "You two had a secret childhood kiss?" "Mums the word. But I do know that a Latas kissed him." Moxie blinks. "Let's go to the computer lab and gets our papers to turn in." Allison chuckles. Over by the rec room, Ash and Brock play Chinese Checkers while talking to the others, minus Jeremy and Aelita. "That dance is going to be lit," Brock says. "I know. I am glad that I finished my assignments," Ulrich says. "This time, I know that I will pass," Odd says. "What do you mean?" Dawn asks. "Well, last spring was the DJ mixer, and we had a huge school comprehensive exam. Odd did not do so good the first time," Yumi says. "Summer school?" "No. XANA! Aelita was one of the DJs, but XANA possessed Jim and took her to Lyoko. So, we had to do an RTTP, and Odd was able to take advantage of that." "Sissi, however, failed twice!" Odd says. "Ouch!" Ash says. "Well, she didn't learn her lesson, and I tried to encourage her." "Speaking of people who didn't learn their lesson, how is Serena?" Brock asks. Dawn growls, and everyone is confused. "Who is Serena, and why does Dawn look mad as fuck?" Ulrich asks. "Serena is one of Ash's former traveling friends. She had a huge crush on him and was jealous of Ash and Allison's friendship," Dawn says. "I see. What did she do to you?" Yumi asks. "Not to me. She overheard a conversation about Allison and dumped to the wrong concluding and spreading rumors. However, two of Allison's friends took care of that." "Brock, why are you asking?" Odd asks. "I thought about where we are and if Ash checks in with her. He checked in with his other friends, Bonnie and Clemont," Brock says. "Well, I am still friends with her. Allison is okay with that. She moved on from that," Ash says. "From what?" Allison asks. "Serena," Dawn says. "I see. Moxie was asking me about her." "So, you two are Facebook friends?" Moxie asks. "Yes. Plus, she is posting about how her school doesn't have hot water." "Funny. The ceilings are falling in this shot school," Ulrich says. Everyone laughs. "I told her that, and she replied that we were sent from traveling all around the world to being stuck in schools who a crumbling all around us." "Right! I think the school is giving William a split personality," Moxie says. The group grows quiet. "Why?" Odd asks. "Because we were able to have a normal conversation. I mean, he made a fuck-ass comment about Jeremy because he didn't want to help Rocky, but he did help him." "Yeah, Jeremy stayed up all night to help Rocky," Ash says. "But, Willam sounds- normal," Yumi says. "Right. Personality switch," Moxie says. The group looks concerned.
At the lab, Aelita and Jeremy are improving the Skid's programing and a test weapon to bring back William. "Jeremy, are you sure about the dance?" Aelita asks. "Yeah. I am going. After the last few mission, we all deserve a break, and so does XANA," Jeremy says. "Okay, let's see about this program for William," Aelita says. She runs it, but there is a problem. "It says that it can't detect William." "He might be in the network with XANA. The program would detect him if he were on Lyoko or a replica. Try some codes from Sector Five." Aelita tries and gets the same error message. "The program should at least detect him. I wonder why it is not working?" Jeremy asks. "I don't know. We do need to bring William back soon because the clone is barely hanging on," Aelita says. On that note, Brock calls Aelita to speak to her about William. "Hey, Brock, how is it going?" "Great. We wanted to know if Jeremy has done something about William's clone?" "No. I can ask Jeremy." "Ask Jeremy what?" Jeremy asks. "Did you upgrade the William clone program?" "No. I told everyone that his stupidity was something that I couldn't control. Why?" "Why Brock?" Aelita asks. "Becasue Moxoe told us that she had a normal conversation with him and that he insulted Jeremy for not helping Rocky," Brock explains. Aelita tells the tale to Jeremy. "One, I helped Rocky. Two, the clone shouldn't be able to insult someone like that and normal? This is strange." "Didn't you give it the ability to learn from positive behavior?" "Yeah, but to swear, no and insult me, it's creator, no!" Jeremy explains. "Hello?" Brock calls out. "Sorry, Brock. Jeremy and I have no idea," Aelita says. "But we can find out!" Jeremy declares. "We can?" Aelita asks. "We can table the Skid program for now. We need to have a conversation with the clone to see what is up. I don't see any indication, but XANA might be behind this." "Like the inner-XANA is emerging from the clone," Brock says. "No. But I still want to talk to him." Aelita hangs up. "Jeremy, do you think what Brock says could be true?" "Not true!" Jeremy says. However, in the elevator, Jeremy says. "I am worried." Aelita squeezes his hand. Ash J and Rocky are testing out the DJ mixers at the gym. "Aelita was great at the Subdidgital concert. I know that she will kill it tonight," Rocky says. "Rocky, are you giving Aelita a compliment?" Ash J asks. "I'll give credit when credit is due." "Well, thank you," Aelita says. "Don't get a swell head," Rocky teases. Aelita laughs. "Rocky, did you tell William that I didn't help you with your assignment?" Jeremy asks. "You know, Moxie asked me the same thing. No. I haven't spoken to William in weeks," Rocky says. "Weird. Moxie told me the story," Ash J says. At that moment, William arrives. "Hello. Jim says I have to help out or get grounded," William says. Both Jeremy and Rocky approach William. "Why did you tell Moxie that I didn't help Rocky?" Jeremy asks. "Well, you are too into your computer, and you hate Rocky," William says. "Not really. All of the teasings are for fun, and we know we are not hurting each other," Rocky says. "Well, does his little pink side bitch have something to say?" Aelita was checking out the DJ mixer when she heard William. "Excuse me. What the fuck did you call me?" "You heard me! And don't get me started about the rest of the shit of friends of yours." Ash J and Rocky were surprised. "Whoa. I know that Yumi rejected him but what!" Ash J says. Sissi, Nicholas, and Herve arrive. "Hello, I am here to make sure everything looks great. The cheerleaders did a great setup," Sissi says. William rolls his eyes. "Did we miss something?" Nicholas asks. "Yeah, these people are making me sick," William says as he heads to the lower level for the ice buckets. "Did William flip a script?" Herve asks. Aelita approaches William and speaks to him. "Is there something wrong?" "No. My program is perfect, you little bitch!" Aelita is shocked as William leaves. Ash J overheard and looked concerned.
Now, it is time to party! The students all dance and have fun as Aelita, and two other DJs play their mixes. One girl named Kiara mixes her music with some Indian music, and a boy named Amadou uses music from Kenya in his mixes. "I love the music," Odd says. He looks and sees Dawn dancing and smiling. "May I have this dance?" Odd asks. "Sure," Dawn says. Jeremy is by the drink table as he thinks about William. Allison and Ash walk by to talk to him. "Are you okay?" Allison asks. "No. I searched for hours, but there are no obvious signs in the program," Jeremy says. "Was it the idea that Brock said?" Ash asks. "No. I ruled that out first." "True, but it seems that William has been talking shit about us all day. As in the Lyoko Warriors." "True, but he called Sissi a dumbass," Jeremy says. "Well, he wouldn't call her that," Allison says. Jeremy splashes water on himself. "Right now, we're at a party. We can table this for later," Jeremy says. Allison and Ash agree. Yumi is sitting with Brock, and she thinks about William. "Did the clone say that? I was a dramatic bitch?" Yumi asks. "I heard him. Right after he said that, I should have followed my morals," Brock says. "What! What kind of program is this?" "I don't know. Maybe we should talk about tomorrow," Brock says. On cue, Ulrich asks Yumi to dance. "Sure," Yumi answers. At the same time, a girl named Cressila, who has red and brown braids, walks up to Brock. "Hi," she says. "Hi," Brock says as he blushes. "My cousin goes to this school, but I am here for the weekend. Do you want to dance?" "Yes," Brock says. As the night progresses, the song Watch n' Learn by Rihanna comes on. When the chorus comes on, the DJs sing it. "It's your turn now (x4); Watch n' Learn now, Watch n' Learn how, Watch n' Learn now," Aelita, Kaira, and Amadou sing. The students cheer, and the DJs invite their significant others to join them. After the song, the DJs have a break. Aelita and Jeremy sit outside to take in the air. "You are amazing!" Jeremy says. "Thank you," Aelita says with a blush. "Do you want to check your laptop one more time?" "Yeah," Jeremy says. As he checks, the group comes outside. "Kissing the DJ?" Dawn teases. "No. I have a weird XANA feeling," Jeremy says. "So much fir tabling the conversation," Ash says. Jeremy checks his laptop as the song, What Goes Around... Comes Around by Justin Timberlake plays.

Odd says they should all go to the factory, but Jeremy declines. Dawn says that Jim will notice, and Aelits has to finish her set. Yumi looks up and sees a full moon and wonders if they are missing something. Ulrich and Ash laugh, saying XANA finds a way, but they will still conquer. Brock nods as Allison prays. Aelita asks why Allison is rating, and she explains that she feels like saying a prayer. Jeremy decides to check the super scan one more time.

What happened? Earlier, William: XANA-William turned up the pressure in the gym's basement. Later XANA activated a tower during the explosion. It Possessed a man tampering with the basement to make it look like a malfunction. XANA-William knocked the man out and dragged him back to campus beforehand.
