My Composition

"Good Job, Aelita!" A few students shout in the hallway. "Thank you," Aelita says. She enters her room and closes the door. She flops herself on her bed. "Now that it's over. I can breathe," Aelita says. She changes into her pajamas, takes out a pink and red composition book, and writes. "Tonight, I finally opened for The Subdigitals. It was like a dream. It almost didn't happen. Why? Becasue of a certain pain in my ass-XANA!"

Aelita was in her dressing room getting ready for the show when all of her friends showed up, well, except for Jeremy. "You look gorgeous. You will steal the hearts of everybody during the performance," Yumi says. "How do you feel?" Ulrich asks. "The butterflies haven't left," she says. "Don't worry, focus on us, and you'll be fine," Ash says. "Yeah, no need to worry," Dawn says. Aelita laughs and looks around. "Is Jeremy nearby?" "Yeah, he is warming up the crowd for you," Odd says. Aelita frowns and turns away from the group. Allison hugs her. "Like Dawn said: No need to worry. Jeremy will be here soon. He might even be on his way." "Plus, he might have some roses for his rosebud," Brock says. Aelita blushes as her friends hug her before they leave. On their way to the concert floor, Yumi calls Jeremy, still working on his computer. "Hello, Yumi," Jeremy answers. "You fucking asshole! Where the fuck are you?" "What!" "Don't what me! Aelita is heartbroken that you are not here!" Jeremy looks at his watch. "I'll be there soon!" But before Jeremy can move, XANA activates a tower. Of course, XANA did. When anything good happens to me, XANA happens. But, this attack did lead to a do-over; let me explain.

"Okay, Jeremy, we're on it!" Ulrich says as he and the others arrive backstage. They see Sophie carrying an unconscious Aelita. "Hey!" Odd shouts. Then Milly and Tamiya jumped in front of them. "Oh great! They're possessed too!" Dawn says. "I'll deal with them!" Ulrich says. "Me too," Allison says. "Good luck!" Brock says. They left. Yumi calls Jeremy to inform him that Sophie is coming to the Factory and tries to stop her, but she quickly overpowers him. Then Sophie sends Aelita to Lyoko. Then she wakes up to defend herself from monsters. Ulrich and Allison use mirrors to deflect Milly and Tamiya's attacks. "We're sorry. We had no idea that you would react to us rejecting your interview!" Allison says. "Good one!" Ulrich says. Let me stop here. In November, before the American Thanksgiving, Jeremy told us that he used some of XANA's DNA to create the William clone. He imitated a stunt Odd, and I did and got in trouble. Fast forward to the Kadic News following us to the Factory. We were on a Replica mission but had to abort the mission because of William vs. William. After the attack, we gave a cute interview which was gone because of the RTTP. Yumi, Odd, Dawn, Ash, and Brock quickly arrived at the Factory and took down Sophie just as Jeremy woke up to go to the computer room. Aelita is in hiding from William, who is looking for her. Then Jeremy sends the others to Lyoko. Then Aelita tries to make her way to the tower as Yumi, Odd, Dawn, Ash, Brock, and William battle using the Overwing, Overboard, Air Glider, Air Drone, Air Bike, and Black Manta respectfully. Then Ulrich is hit with static by Milly, and Allison uses a rod to strike Tamiya and Milly. Sophie wakes up and de-virtualizes all the vehicles after attacking Jeremy. Dawn grabs William's sword, but she gets de-virtualized by a monster. Ash uses telekinesis to block William from Aelita, and Yumi sacrifices herself to defeat William, and she gets devitalized. Odd and Brock help Aelita defeat the monsters and deactivate the tower. Jeremy launches a return to the past so Aelita can perform and so he can be there this time around. See what I mean. XANA did us a favor. Jeremy was able to go to the concert after all. Plus, Brock encourages Jeremy to give me a dozen roses.

"Give it up for Aelita!" The female announcer shouts. "In five minutes, our main event will perform!" The crowd goes wild. "Do you wish that you brought that girl here, Odd?" Jeremy asks. "No. She would have been demanding." "Really?" Yumi asks sarcastically. "Yes, plus running around for an extra ticket was too much." "Extra ticket?" Dawn asks. "Yep." "You could have asked the twins; they had two extra tickets," Ash says. Odd is dumbfounded. "What are you talking about?!" "They got tickets, but Aelita gave them free ones just like she did for us. So they sold it to that girl and a boy she found after she yelled at you," Allison says. "And nobody told me!" "You never told us. We would have told you. They would have given it to for free., Brock says while laughing. Aelita enters the crowd, and everyone is cheering for her. Then she hugs Jeremy. "I'm glad it's over," she says. "You were great!" Allison says. "Not a drop of stage fright," Dawn says. The twins hugged Aelita. "That amazing!" Leya says. Hiroshima is acting shy. She holds a book and a pen. Aelita smiles and grabs her pen, and signs it. "Thank you," Hiroshima said. "See! Aelita doesn't bite." Leistera says. Then Johnny and Hiroki came and swiped Hiroshima away. "She has a lot of autographs from Dwayne Johnson to United States President Obama. "She met them?" Brock asks. "Yep," Leya says. Then Leona and Destiny came by and pushed Ash to the ground. "Hey!" Ash shouts. He almost pushes them back, but Allison stops him. "Don't give in. You'll get kicked out." "What do you want?" Aelita asks. "One: You did okay. You're no DJ Khalid." Destiny says. "Goodbye!" Ulrich says. "And Two: We told you that Hiroshima is bad news," Leona says. "You don't know her," Leya says. "You don't either! She was the one that did something to the women at the Infinity Academy!" Destiny shouts. "What are you talking about?" Odd shouts. Leona holds Destiny back. "She means that when we went to visit my parents, who work at the school, we saw the Fairy Guards saving you guys." "Sure. If that's what you call it." Ulrich says. "And we saw Hiroshima did something with magic or something." "I think you're lying, and if she did save us, great. Those Fairy Guards did not. " Dawn says. Destiny and Leona are outraged. "They might come after you two next," Ash says. Leona looks at Leistera. "Stay away from her." "I think I can make my own choice," Lesteria says. Who says the drama is only for backstage? Let me add some context. Hiroshima is a girl whose father runs a notorious private school in Paris. Weird things have happened at the school, and Leona-Brock's ex-girlfriend and foster sister think she is bad news. We think that Hiroshima might be in danger, so it is best to keep her close. As for their opinion, they can fuck it with their opinion. Aelita closes her book and is about to go to bed when Jeremy knocks. "One more thing to help you sleep," Jeremy says. "What?" Aelita asks. Jeremy kisses her good night. "Good night, Aelita." "Go-good night, Jeremy," Aelita says with a red face.

A few days later, Aelita sits in the courtyard with her friend. "Thanks to Ulrich and Allison, we manage to destroy one more replica," Jeremy says. "Thanks. However, thanks to Ulrich, I have the song, Yellow Submarine, stuck in my head," Allison says. "Excuse me. You told me that the submarine looked like something from the magic school bus," Ulrich says. The group laughs. "Well, Yumi and Ash were great on the Forest Replica. They gave William a run for his money," Dawn says. Yumi and Ash blushed. "Thanks. It was Yumi who should take the most credit," Ash says. "No, you should. You came up with the plan," Yumi says. "Aelita should get the credit. She raced down the path to the tower in record time," Odd says. "Agreed," Brock says. Aelita is lost in her thoughts. "Penny, for your thoughts," Dawn says. "Nothing. Just thinking about how I feel like we are so close yet so far," Aelita says. "I see your point," Jeremy says. "But go on."I'll jot down a few thoughts in my composition notebook." Jeremy agrees and continues. Aelita takes out her notebook and writes. I know that I said that I am thinking about our journey with XANA; however, I am thinking about my life with my father. Why? Because Jeremy and I found an old photo of myself and my father. That leads to a messy story.

After Odd begs Jeremy to let him use his computer to send a girl a "flattering" picture of himself, he realizes that he made a huge mistake. "Oh, no, I send it to the wrong person. I sent the wrong picture as well. To Sissi Delmas! What the fuck did I do?" Odd, we are still trying to figure that out. Sissi checks her email and is amazed. "I think I know this man. Let me check in with my father." Sissi gives the photo to her father. "This picture is Franz Hopper. He was the head science teacher here. However, he disappeared, and we hired Ms. Hertz. Where did you get this?" Mr. Delmas asks. "Odd Della Robbia sent it to me," Sissi says. "Hmm. I didn't know that Aelita knew Franz Hopper. I didn't know Odd knew him as well. I need to speak with them." "Well, you might as well speak with the whole crew. I told you that they all have secrets." "Of course. However, you have class, young lady," Mr. Delmas says. Sissi hurries to class. While the Lyoko Warriors walk through the courtyard, Jeremy reveals to the others that the program from the photograph would allow him to reboot the Supercomputer, something he does not appear to be very useful to him but might come in handy on some occasions. Odd gulps. "what are the chances that the phot gets into the wrong hands?" Odd asks. "Well, we don't want people asking questions. Allison's family is keeping things a secret while funding Aelita's expenses, but we can't take any chances," Jeremy says. "That might be a problem," Odd says. "WHY?" Brock asks. "I fucked up! I sent the wrong picture with Aelita and Franz to Sissi. Everyone looks at Odd. I was more like Odd, you fucking idiot! At the same time, Jim stops the Lyoko Warriors minus Ash and Allison. "Stones! Della Robbia! To the principal!" "Why?" Aelita asks. "Becasue he needs to see you. Belpois! Stern! Iyshyama! Adams! Peterson! All of you go as well!" "What!" Dawn asks."Where are Jones and Ketchum?" Jim asks. "They are taking Ash's cousins to a friend's house. They are on their way back," Ulrich says nervously. "Go!" Jim commands. "Who is this?" Mr. Delmas asks. "A girl that looks like Aelita?" Odd asks. "Do you know this man?" "No," Aelita says. "Is your name Aelita Stones?" "Yes." "Are you an orphan?" "Yes. my parents, Anthea and Franz Stones, are no longer here, sir." Jeremy speaks up. "If you said that is man was here over ten years ago, then that girl is now an adult. Aelita is fourteen. So they can't be the same." Mr. Delmas thinks. "Sir, with all due respect, we have to investigate," Jim says. "Of course. These students are grounded to the library until further investigation." The friends are outraged. "When you see Jones and Ketchum, send them to me!" Mr. Delmas says. Dawn calls Allison. I am glad that I am a good liar. I mean, if the girls from Ptreyy Little Lairs can do it and if the students in Decapitator Dairies can, I can too. However, I am praying for a miracle.

After leaving Hiroshima's house, Allison gets a message from Dawn. "Get back to school now! I think we're all doom!" "Dawn is being dramatic!" Allison said. When they go back to school, Jim grabs them and brings them to Mr. Delmas's office. "Hey, we didn't commit fraud," Ash says. "Or so you think," Jim says. "Do you recognize this picture?" "A man who wears shades inside and a girl," Ash says. "This is not funny, young man!" Jim says. "We are serious, sir. This picture looks old," Allison says. "So it does not look like Odd's cousin, Aelita!" Jim shouts. "Well, there is a saying that everyone has a look-alike!" Ash says. "I kinda look like Allison's twin brother." Mr. Delmas starts to buy it. "Don't buy into this! Belpois might have to coach them into saying this." "Fine! Throw them into detention with the others!" "Excuse me! What did we do!" Allison says. "Move it!" Jim shouts. They were forced into the library with the others. "I want to know what is happening?" Ash asks. Jeremy gives Allison a note. She read it and said: "Nice Odd! It's a good thing me, and Ash lied about the picture!" "I don't want to hear it from you two. I heard it all already!" Odd says as he goes back to sulking. Mr. Delmas calls the Canadian health records. "There is no record of birth for Aelita Stones. Thank you.' "What are you hiding?" Then on cue, XANA activates a tower in the forest sector. XANA possesses over Mr. Delmas, and he gets Aelita. "I need to ask more questions," Mr. Delmas says. Jeremy receives notice of an activated tower and sees the Eye of XANA in Mr. Delmas. When he tries to stop him, Jim buts in. "Go back to your seat!" "But you don't understand." "Now!" "Delmas is possessed by XANA and is going to hurt Aelita!" Jeremy says. "It is Mr. Delmas, and get back to your seat!"

Mr. Delmas leads Aelita to the park, but she is very uncomfortable with that. "I think we should go back you your office," Aelita states. But when she tries to leave, she is shocked by Mr. Delmas, taking her to the Factory. "XANA!" Meanwhile, the others try to go, but Jim is stubborn. "What do we do now?" Dawn asks. "Well, we hate to do this to you!" Ulrich says. They all tackle Jim and tie him up. When they reach the Factory, Mr. Delmas sends Aelita to Lyoko and messes with the elevator. Odd and Brock offer to deal with the principal while the others use the ladder. Jeremy sends Ulrich, Yumi, Ash, Allison, and Dawn to Lyoko to see a Scyphozoa chasing Aelita and a few Krabs attacking them. Mr. Delmas is chasing Brock and Odd. "This is the best I saw Delmas all year!" Brock says. "I know, right!" Odd says. Then Aelita is taken over by the Scyphozoa and tries to throw herself into the Digital Sea. Then two more Krabs attack Allison and Ash while two Tarantulas attack Yumi and Dawn. Aelita then steals one of Ulrich's katana, engaging in a sword fight. Odd and Brock are losing to Mr. Delmas, so Aelita can not lose her life points. Okay. I don't remember much, but all I know is that it was a sticky situation, and Odd told me it was do or die. Plus, Ulrich regrets teaching me some of his skills. "What to do? What to do?" Jeremy says. "I wish we could just start all over!" Then Jeremy has a light-bulb moment. "The program, of course!" He remembers that the picture of Franz Hopper has a reboot program. So he uses it, and it reboots the Supercomputer. Aelita is no longer under the control of XANA, but she feels a little weak. "What happens?" "Just good to have you back, princess," Ulrich says. They go to the tower on the Overbike. However, Yumi, Ash, and Dawn get de-virtualized, so Allison chases down a Tarantulas, and Ulrich defeats it. Then Aelita deactivates the tower, saving Brock and Odd big time. Then Jeremy does an RTTP to erase the day's events. Then outside the courtyard, Aelita tells everyone her real last name, Schaeffer. Also, her father's real name is Waldo, which they all already know. Then Aelita stares at the picture of her father and smiles. "So, your full name is Aelita Marié Schaeffer?" Ash asks. "Yep. But you know me as only Aelita Marié Stones," Aelita says. The group laughs.

Aelita closes her book as Jeremy finishes her report. "After that, I need to eat," Odd says. "Eat? We ate twenty minutes ago," Jeremy says. The group laughs. "We can go into town and get Star-Coins. They have a new treat that I want to try," Yumi says. "What is it?" Dawn asks. "Rainbow Vodka Pop (hold the vodka)." "That sounds good," Brock says. Ash licks his lips. "That sounds yummy." "A pair of walking stomachs," Allison teases. "You said it," Ulrich chimes in. Jeremy taps Aelita on the shoulder. "Are you coming?" "Sure. I want to see Ash and Odd clean out the store," Aelita says. "We won't. I want my double chocolate americano with two shots of caramel," Odd says. "Now, you are speaking my language," Dawn teases. Aelita laughs and looks at pictures of her friends and family. "I have room for all of them in my heart."

Wow! A look into Aelita's thoughts has the reader understanding her more. With the fight of XANA progressing, one has to wonder, what can go wrong? Ms. Hertz receives an electromagnetic laser shooter. "For the next few days, my students will study the properties of an AI and how a person can use this bad boy to neutralize the threat," Ms. Hertz says. Uh-oh, does someone smell trouble?"
