The day that the Lyoko Warriors have been waiting for is here. No, not the last of school. That is months away. Also, no. No teacher is retiring. Well, let's listen and find out since the Lyoko Warriors are relaxing in the courtyard. "I haven't seen Jeremy in days," Dawn says. "I'm worried about him," Aelita says. "Even since Jeremy has found out how many replicas are there on Lyoko, he has locked himself in his room." "I understand. The pressure is on to bring back XANA and free William. Jeremy has a lot on his plate," Allison says. "I sure do. But I think I ate my way through most of it," Jeremy says. "You're alive!" Odd teases. "Funny!" "What do you mean you ate through most of it?" Ash asks. "Well, after reviewing Franz Hopper's notes, I went back and used some old programing from the Marabounta and created the MAS that will seek out XANA and destroy it for good." "Programs from the Marabounta? Remember last time," Ulrich says. "What was it?" Ash asks. "Imaging black pudgy that destroys XANA monsters. Then it thought Aelita was a monster from her virus, attacking it. Then it gets crazy and tries to kill us all!" "Well, Jeremy is older and wiser, so have some faith," Brock says. "Faith! It was last year!" Odd states. "Exactly, Jeremy gets older and wiser every year!" Brock teases. "Okay. Okay. I understand. But more importantly, thanks for the two times William was sent to the labs for the replicas; I have the program to bring William back to us, for good," Jeremy says with excitement. "You do!" Yumi exclaims. "Yes, if I executed the programs just as William is de-virtualized, he should be free from XANA's control." "I'm ready for that. I think we are all done with the clone," Ulrich says. "Great, we could do it now since we have a long lunch break," Jeremy says. As the group leaves, Yumi pulls Ulrich aside. "Hey, if William starts to hang around me after we get him back. How are you going to be?" Yumi asks. "I'm going to be cool. I know that you and William are friends like us," Ulrich says as he walks away.
Meanwhile, Mr. and Mrs. Dumbar arrive to see their son. What! Uh-oh! What are the chances of that? "Hello, welcome. Your son is on his way," Md. Delmas says. Clone William arrives and greets the couple. "Hello, nice to meet you," the clone said. "Hello, son. How are you?" Mr. Dumbar asks. "I'm fine. How else should I be?" Mrs. Dumbar is alarmed. "This is not our son! He is way too tame. I want answers now!" At the lab, Jeremy goes over the plan. The plan is for the leading group to go to the Replica, and then the beta group will join because since the Skid is there, it acts as a connecter between the two worlds. Once on the Ice Replica, Jeremy sends Odd and Aelita to Siberia as the other four Lyoko Warriors arrive. "Hmm," Jeremy says. "What is wrong?" Allison asks. "I'm noticing that XANA is starting to gather energy from all of the Replicas." "That means the Kolossus is coming," Ash says. "XANA knows that we are taking William back. We need to keep our up," Yumi says. The others agree; however, Jeremy starts to worry. Meanwhile, Mr. and Mrs. Dumbar march their way to Mr. Delmas's office with the clone. "Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Dumbar. I see that you are enjoying your visit," Mr. Delmas says. "No. This person is not my son!" Mrs. Dumbar shouts. "What do you mean? This is William Dumbar." "No. My son is not this slow or polite. I mean, he was sent here because he pulled a prank that made a teacher retire early at his last school!" Mr. Dumbar explains. "Excuse me? That is the first I heard of that!" Mr. Delmas says. Mr. Dumbar realizes his faux pas. "This young man is not our son! I need answers!" Mrs. Dumbar insists. "I understand that your son was off when he went overseas with you both," Mr. Delmas explains. "Overseas? We didn't go on a trip." "Of course. I mean, he got sick right after, so you kept him home." "What! Sir, I don't know what kind of institution you are running, but I think someone is playing a trick on you," Mr. Dumbar says. Back on the Replica, "Attack!" William shouts from his black Manta as his army of Mantas attacks the Skid. "Here they come," Dawn says. "Right. But we have to contain not defeat as of now," Brock says. Ulrich nods but still has his guard up. Allison makes a plasma spear and attacks a Manta; Dawn uses her Poi Sticks to block a laser attack on the Skid. Brock, Ash, Ulrich, and Yumi head towards William. Meanwhile, in Siberia, Aelita and Odd notice some new residents in the lab. "Uh, Jeremy. There are some robots here," Odd says. "What kind of robots?" Jeremy asks. "Soldier Robots, like the ones in Sci-Fi movies," Aelita says. As they move along the lab, they find a locked door. "We need a key," Odd asks. "That's my cue," Jeremy says as he gets to work. "I also see more robots, Jeremy," Aelita says. "I think XANA might use those robots to enslave mankind, which is why we need to free William," Jeremy says.
On the Replica, Ulrich battles William. They have an intense weapon battle. Yumi uses her fans to defeat some Mantas. Brock uses his bow and arrow to shoot at some monsters, but he can hear something rumbling. "Something is coming." Ulrich is taken back when William jumps into the ice lake. "What the fuck? Did he quit?" Ulrich asks. "No. I think the rumbling will explain it all," Dawn says. At the same time, XANA activates the robots, and Odd and Aelita each get hit. "Ouch," they say. "We need to run!" Odd says. "Jeremy, are you any closer to unlocking the door?" Aelita asks. "Almost. Hang in there," Jeremy says as he starts to cramp from typing so fast. "Energy Field!" "Laser Arrow!" After a while, the pair is corned but pop! The door is open, and they escape and close the door behind them. The whole ground shakes back on the Replica, and the Kolossus arrives with William on its shoulders. "Hey, Ash, back me up," Ulrich says. "Okay," Ash says as they manage to climb on top of the Kolossus. "William senses that it's do or die," Allison says. "Also, the Kolossus wants the skid," Dawn says. "So, how are we defeating the walking volcano with de-virtualizing William?" Brock asks. "Yes, our priority is to free William," Yumi says. "But, we can't do that if the Kolossas is moving, Ulrich and Ash will fall off," Allison says. "I can use my MAS to slow down the Kolossus," Jeremy says. "I thought you didn't finish it yet," Yumi says. "It is not, but it should immobilize the monster long enough for me to implement the program for William." "Okay, do it, Jeremy," Ash says. Jeremy activates the Multi-Agent Program, and it freezes the Kolossus in place. Back in the Sibrian Lab, Aelita and Odd find the supercomputer that leads to William's control, but it is locked. "Also, there are more robots," Odd says.
As Aelita and Odd dodge the robots again, Jeremy unlocks the door, and Aelita heads for the supercomputers. "I will deal with the robots, princess," Odd says. "Thanks, Odd," Aelita says. "Come and get me, bitches," Odd says. Aelita sits in one of the chairs. "I'm in,' Aelita says. "Okay, I will send you the program," Jeremy says. As Aelita gets to work, Odd is being overpowered by the robots. "Just a little bit longer," Odd says as a robot shoots him in the chest. He is sent back to the Skid. Meanwhile, Ulrich, Ash, and William and battling on the Kolossus's arm. At the same time, Yumi, Allison, Dawn, and Brock are circling the monster on the Overwing, Motorbike, Wing Glider, and Air Bike respectfully. "We have to wait for Jeremy's signal," Yumi says. "I know, but at this right, William is pushing it. I'll doubt that the boys are going to wait," Dawn says. Brock hears something. "I think the program is wearing off," Brock says as the Kolossus moves its arms and wipes out the four air-bound warriors. Ash, Ulrich, and William fall off the monster, and Ash gets stepped on, but Ulrich subdues William. "Ulrich! Hold it!" Jeremy commands. "Jeremy! It's him or me!" Ulrich shouts. Back in the lab, the robots attack Aelita. "Jeremy, the robots are coming. I'll have to defeat myself as I work on the program," Aelita says. "We are cutting it fucking close,' Allison says from the lab. "Hang in there. We almost got him," Jeremy says as the scene gets intense. More and more robots close in on Aelita as she finishes the program. Back to Ulrich and William, the latter used Super Smoke to escape, and the Kolossus crushed Ulrich. At the same time, Ash J calls his sister. "Hey, Allison." "Hey, Ash. Is everything okay?" "Sure. Are you friends with William, right?" "Friends with William? Why?" The group looks as Allison speaks to her brother. "Well, I think his parents are here, and they do not have his 'stupid' act at all." "What is wrong?" Dawn asks. "William's parents? Here. I mean, what do you want me to do?" "I don't know. Maybe Yumi can talk to him." "You know. I think within the hour, William will be able to reassure his parents." "Okay. Where are you? It seems like you are in this echo place again." "Busy. I will talk to you soon!" Brock gulps. "Cue the song, Surface Pressure." "What about William?" Ash says. Aelita is defeated by the robots and is sent back to the Skid, unconscious. William is going after the Skid when Odd appears and takes him down. "All right!" The group shouts, but the Kolossus takes out Odd and smashes the Skid with Aelita inside. "Jeremy, get Aelita out to there!" Ulrich shouts. "The commands are frozen. The Kolossus smashed the ship the connections are damaged," Jeremy says. "We have to hope the Aelita gets de-virtualized," Yumi says. Meanwhile, Yumi and Ulrich greet a confused William in the Scanner Room. "So, how was the mission in Sector Five? Did we defend the Core?" William asks. Yumi and Ulrich are confused but glad that their friend is back. "Also, when did you all change clothes?" The Skid falls in the Digital Sea, and Jeremy starts to panic. "Aelita?" "Is she?" Dawn asks. "Okay!" Odd shouts. "She is!" Allison says. "Yeah. I lost my life points before the Skid went down," Aelita says. Jeremy runs up to Aelita and kisses her. William is still confused. "We'll fill you in later. Right now, we need you to speak to your parents," Ash says. At the dorms, Mr. Delmas is talking to Sissi. Yikes! "Yeah. William is all messed up since he started to hang out with Yumi Ishyama and her crew of trouble," Sissi says. "Well, I'm okay!" William says. Yumi, Odd, Ulrich, Dawn, and Brock pulled a switch between the two Williams. "I'm sorry, mom and dad. I haven't been myself. But it's time to wake up!" Mrs. Dumbar hugs her son. At the same time, Jeremy deactivates the clone tower, which causes it to disappear. Aelita, Allison, and Ash breathe a sigh of relief.
The Lyoko Warriors talk in the courtyard as William talks to his parents. "We have William back," Ulrich says. "But lost the Skid," Yumi points out. "Now, we have to rely on my MAS. Now that I can see what it can do so far. I'm confident that I can finish it," Jeremy says. "I agree. Since we can't destroy the replicas, attacking the source is the way to go," Ash says. Dawn looks at William. "Is he going to be okay?" "Yeah, he remembers some things. It will come back slowly," Aelita says. "The fight against XANA will get harder because XANA lost its greatest weapon," Brock says. "But, we're the Lyoko Warriors. We'll be ready!" Allison says. "Right, we have Einstein, Princess, the team, and my looks!" Odd says. The group laughs as William looks on. He feels rejected by the group. William looks around and sees so much change as he looks at the group heading for the rec room. William shakes his head.
Whoa! William is free! Well, William's freedom cost the Lyoko Warriors the Skid. Now that XANA has lost its greatest weapon, the fight should be straightforward. Jeremy will work around the clock to get his MAS up and run. Meanwhile, on Lyoko, a white orb appears and senses danger. The ord is trying to send a message to Aelita. "It must be this way, my child," the sphere says.
