Chapter 2 - Lady Penelope saw Piper for the first time

Lady Penelope was at a abandoned house with the GDF to do a search warrant for drug misuse and there was reports of a 5 years old girl being in the abandoned house

"Ready for this?" ask Colonel Casey as she look at Lady Penelope

"Yes I am ready for this but I have one request Colonel," replied Lady Penelope as she look up from her communication after she read the report of the 5 years old girl, the girl is call Piper and she is on the autism spectrum and she haven't nobody to help her, and look at Colonel Casey "I want to have that girl in my care"

"Of course Lady Penelope," added Colonel Casey as she look at her team "execute execute execute"

The GDF soldiers enter the abandoned house and arrest the drug dealers and find a lot of drugs and Lady Penelope saw Little Piper

"W...h...o...a...r...e...y...o...u?" ask Little Piper as she stutter and she is holding a worn-out blanket in her hands and Lady Penelope saw that Little Piper is so thin, cold and she need a bath

"My name is Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward and I am not dangerous," replied Lady Penelope as she sit down on her knees and took off her big coat and put it around Little Piper "can you show me where you sleep in this abandoned house?"

Little Piper took Lady Penelope's hand and took her to the kitchen before open a cupboard door and Lady Penelope saw that she was sleeping in a cupboard under a kitchen sink and she saw that there has a broken pipe and it was dripping onto the bed that Little Piper was sleeping on at nights

"Is this where you sleep?" ask Lady Penelope as she look at Little Piper and saw how cold Little Piper is

"Y...e...s," replied Little Piper as she stutter again and she start to cry so Lady Penelope pick up Little Piper and just hug her tight and kiss Little Piper's forehead and carry her out of the abandoned house and put her in to FAB1 and then Parker drive away from the abandoned house "w...h...e...r...e...a...r...e...w...e...g...o...i...n...g?"

"We are going to my manor where you are going to be safe and you can grow up be a wonderful and beautiful lady" said Lady Penelope as she look at Little Piper and smile

FAB1 stop in front of the manor and Parker open the door and Lady Penelope put her hand out to Little Piper and Little Piper look at Lady Penelope with curious eyes

"It is ok now daughter," said Lady Penelope as she smile and show her a little teddy bear "you are safe now and nobody will hurt you"

Little Piper smile a little bit and took the little teddy bear and hug it tight and then she took Lady Penelope's hand so Lady Penelope smile and took Little Piper into the manor and Little Piper look around

"Wow ," said Little Piper as she look around her and then she saw Sherbet and she look at Lady Penelope "can I pat the dog?"

"Yes you can pat Sherbet but make sure that you let him smell your hand first" replied Lady Penelope as she smile and Little Piper went to Sherbet and put her hand out to him and Sherbet smell Little Piper's hand and then he jump around Little Piper and she giggled and later, Little Piper and Sherbet are sitting near a fireplace

"Daughter," said Lady Penelope as she went to them "it is time for a bath"

"Ok but can Sherbet have a bath with me?" ask Little Piper as she pick up Sherbet and hug him

"Yes Sherbet can have a bath with you daughter" replied Lady Penelope as she smile and took Little Piper's hand and went to the bathroom

"Mummy why did you take me in?" ask Little Piper as she look at Lady Penelope

"Because I want you to grow up safe and have someone to look up and you can grow up be a wonderful and beautiful lady," replied Lady Penelope as she remove Little Piper's worn-out clothes and she saw some wounds on Little Piper's back "and I want to help you because I have readed the report"

"Ok mummy" added Little Piper as Lady Penelope put her and Sherbet into the bathtub and Lady Penelope start to bath them

After the bath, Lady Penelope put Little Piper into some beautiful pyjamas and brush Little Piper's hair to make it beautiful and Little Piper dry Sherbet off

"I see that you are best friend to Sherbet" said Lady Penelope as she put a beautiful 🎀 in Little Piper's hair

"I know mummy because Sherbet is only animal who understand me so well and he will be protect me," replied Little Piper as she look at Lady Penelope and kiss her cheek "and I see that you are going to be there for me"

"Yes that is right daughter," added Lady Penelope as she smile and kiss Little Piper's forehead "do you want a bedtime story?"

"Yes please because no one want to read me a bedtime story when I ask" replied Little Piper as she look at Lady Penelope with tears in her eyes so Lady Penelope pick Little Piper and Sherbet up and took them to a big, beautiful and soft bed and put them onto the bed and Sherbet snuggled up to Little Piper and Lady Penelope went to a bookshelf and took a book from the bookshelf and went to her reading chair, which is near the bed, and sit down on the chair and start to read the book

"Once upon a time, there is a beautiful princess call Piper and she is so beautiful and kind but she is so shy that she only has one friend from the nearest kingdom and he is call Sebastian and he is the prince of the kingdom but their parents was not friend with each other so they want to destroyed their kid's relationship with each other," said Lady Penelope as she look at Little Piper and Sherbet and saw that they was fast asleep on the bed so she lay Little Piper down on the bed, put her head on the pillow and put a blanket over her tiny and thin body and then she put Sherbet near Little Piper and kiss Little Piper's forehead "goodnight daughter and I hope that you have a beautiful dream"

Little Piper smile in her sleep and Lady Penelope leave the room and close the door and went to the living room and she saw Colonel Casey drink a cup of tea

"How is the girl doing?" ask Colonel Casey as she look at Lady Penelope

"She is resting," replied Lady Penelope as she sit down on the couch in front of Colonel Casey "she is best friend to my dog"

"Good," added Colonel Casey as she smile "I will not get social services involved"

"Thank you Colonel Casey," replied Lady Penelope as she smile and then Sherbet run to them and start to bark "What is it Sherbet?"

Lady Penelope look at Sherbet and he run to Little Piper's bedroom and Lady Penelope follow him and she saw Little Piper is awake and she is crying so Lady Penelope run to her and hug her

"Daughter it is ok now you are safe now" said Lady Penelope as Little Piper turn around and Lady Penelope saw how scary and afraid Little Piper is

"Mummy I has a scary nightmare" replied Little Piper as she look at Lady Penelope with tears in her eyes

"It is ok daughter," added Lady Penelope as she kiss Little Piper's forehead and she start to sing a song and Little Piper stop cry and fall asleep in Lady Penelope's arms and Lady Penelope smile and then she saw Colonel Casey "hi Colonel Casey"

"Hi Lady Penelope," replied Colonel Casey as she look at Little Piper "wow you really have really taking on the role of mother for the little girl"

"I know because I want her to have someone to look up and have someone to protect from danger" added Lady Penelope as she lay Little Piper back to bed, put her head on the pillow and put a blanket over her tiny and thin body and kiss Little Piper's forehead

"Ok Lady Penelope," replied Colonel Casey as she look at Little Piper "I am so glad that we found her before something bad happened to her"
