Hey, been a long time since I wrote something for this fic. But a combination of Covid, Binging Pokemon to pass the time while I coughed my lungs out, and a slightly sleep deprived mind led to this idea.

Also, this one will be long. Way longer than anything I've written before. (Long enough that I feel that splitting it may be necessary unlike the Baki/Kengan/My Hero crossover).

Pokemon, they've always been a part of life. Allowing youth to travel on journeys to become masters. Friendships being forged and passions discovered as a result.

Yet two hundred years ago things changed.

Quirks appeared.

No one can point to the origin of Quirks. Could it have been humanities own way to compete with Pokemon in power? A Gift from the likes of Arceus? Or something else entirely?

All that can be said, was that only women developed Quirks.

There wasn't much attention given at first; the sudden gain of power didn't seem all that difficult considering how easily humans could already shrug off harm and danger (even without the aid of Pokemon). Yet there was a by-product of this new evolution in humanity. Male birthrates declined, they declined fast.

Now a days it's so rare to see a male that most people think they were a myth, much like Ho-oh or Celeby. That's not to say they have been lost.

Its said that there's a Manor in Japan; built near a lake with mountains to the north, a vast forest to the east, and serene grasslands to the west.

The Manor itself is home to one of Professor Nedzu's old students. An expert in Pokemon and Quirks alike.

Yet there's another group which resides there, known as the Six Pillars of Atlas. A group of skilled trainers who have just recently finished the yearly Pokemon League in Japan. The members placing as low as the top sixteen, and as high as the champion.

Now this battle group sets their sights on another challenge; getting into UA, the premier school for up and coming trainers and performers alike.

Ochako rubbed the side of her head, her recently evolved Gardevoir aided her in soothing the pain. She had been leaning her head on the bus window as it drove out of the city, and only stopped when they reached a large Manor out in the country.

Their teacher, Aizawa Shotii, had ordered them off the bus the moment they stopped. She, alongside the thirteen other members of class 1-A, were marveling at the beauty of the landscape. It was easy to see a vast array of pokemon scattered all around it. Not just types found in Japan either, there were pokemon that would only ever naturally appear in other countries lazing about alongside native mons.

They didn't get long to marvel at the collection as their teacher lead them towards the entrance of the Manor.

"Uh... Miss Aizawa, why are we here exactly?" Momo had asked, obviously confused as to why they were brought here. Aizawa just sighed before she pulled a paper out from one of her pockets. "As you all know, Japan's yearly Pokemon League has just recently finished." Aizawa began only to be interrupted. "It did, but it wasn't aired on T.V.?" Mineta spoke up with little care for consequence.

Aizawa just turned to her and glared with her Quirk active. the entire class jumped back (many having sworn that she could scare a Gyarados into submission with that glare) before she continued speaking. "The reason why it wasn't aired has to do with why we're here. Seven of the trainers who were competing in the League have set up their own tournament here, calling themselves the Six Pillars of Atlas." she was then interrupted again. "Why would they call themselves the Six Pillars if there's seven members?" Toru asked. "Because Atlas represents the seven, now can I continue or will I be interrupted after every sentence?" Aizawa asked while glaring once more.

No one made a sound, so she opened the paper up to show to the class. Three of those trainers were put into a circuit were only one would walk out the victor, that fight was unaired due to how much damaged was caused too not only the arena, but also the stands and the very stadium itself. Nedzu had seen their fight anyway, the winner of that match was the trainer who faced off against both the Elite Four and the Champion. He bulldozed his way through the Elite Four and narrowly won against All Might, but lost in the end as the past several fights had tired out his pokemon enough so that All Might won in the end." Aizawa took a quick break to see her students' reactions.

Ochako herself was struck, he, he was the key word. The trainer who won in the end and almost beat All Might was a guy. (She'd never seen a guy before). Many of her other classmates showed confusion to that very detail. Strange enough, Mina was just smiling, almost as though she was holding in laughter while Jirou sighed.

"Anyway, Nedzu sought that trainer out and offered him a spot in UA. Only for him to offer the professor a challenge. The best up and coming class against he and the Six Pillars in a tournament. If they win then all seven of them will be transferred into class 1-A, if we win then only the trainer Nedzu had sought after will enter UA. Any other questions?" she asked the class.

No one responded.

"Alright, before you all battle we'll be meeting with the owner of the Manor. An old student of Professor Nedzu and an old classmate of mine." Aizawa said as she began to walk in the direction of the Manor. The class catching up to her rather quickly.

The first person they met was waiting just outside the door. He stood tall, taller than even Aizawa and Shoji. He was dressed in a white lab coat with a dark green dress suit underneath and a white face mask covering the majority of his face. Next to him was a little girl with white hair, a single horn on her head, and the most adorable look of amazement the moment she saw them. The small Eevee next to her sharing in her amazement.

"Aizawa, been a while, glad to see you're still trying to put the fear of Arceus into everyone you meet." The man greeted their teacher. "Kai, nice to see you haven't gone senile from locking yourself in your lab." Aizawa retorted. Neither seemed to hold any actual malice in their words as the young girl approached them. Aizawa leaned down to pat her on the head. "Its nice to see you again Eri, have you finally given your Eevee a name?" Aizawa asked the now named Eri, who just shook her head no.

The class could only watch as their hardass of a teacher, capable of making ever the most rowdy pokemon cower in fear with her glare alone, was talking to the child in a gentle voice not thought possible from her.

"So you're the girls from UA." another voice spoke up. The class turned to see a pair of grown women, one with a kind smile and green hair, the other with a cocky grin and ashen blonde hair. "Uh... yes, and you two are?" Momo asked nervously. "My name is Mitsuki Bakugou, and this is Inko Midoriya. Our sons work at the ranch, Inko's is this man's assistant while mine mostly just keeps the wild pokemon in check." Mitsuki answered the question.

It took but a moment for it to click that these two were family to the members of The Six Pillars of Atlas.

It was then that Tenten turned to Kai. "Sir Kai, if I may ask?" she questioned. "Its doctor, I didn't spend eight grueling years learning under the rat to be called sir. But ask away." Kai responded. "Why do you allow this group, the Six Pillars of Atlas, the battle here?" she asked. Kai just breathed in.

"Its a long story, but to make it quick, all seven of them have done amazing things with their pokemon. Inko's son is not only my assistant but also the trainer who had fought All Might during the recent League. Mitsuki's son has been instrumental in corralling many of the more rowdy pokemon staying at the ranch. Many of the others act as field researchers and emergency defense for this facility. Its thanks to them that I've gotten through my work at three times the speed as I would have without them. The fact that they've asked to set up a tournament in their own area past the ranch was a small price to pay for their work here." Kai summarized, giving the class yet another shock.

"That and other things." Inko muttered, raising the curiosity of the class. "Don't worry, you're about to meet them anyway. You can ask your questions before the battles start." she said with a smile.

"Dude, we'll be late if you go any slower." Kaminari said to Sero as he tried to take the steering wheel. "Don't care, if we go any faster then we'll be pulled over by a Jenny." Sero retorted.

The two trainers were in a small car, driving to Doctor Kai's Manor. They had received a message yesterday about a possible battle with class 1-A today. They didn't think much of it, sure that it was one of Shinsou's pranks to get back at them for eating from his personal snack stash.

"I can't believe you talked me into a shopping spree this morning." Sero said to his friend. "Hey, we both thought it was Shinsou pulling our tails. How was I to know that UA was sending once of their best trainer classes today." Kaminari tried to defend himself. "Fine, but I feel like we'll arrive to find Midoriya and Kirishima holding back Bakugou so he doesn't wring our necks." Sero reasoned.

"Anyway... so do you think-" "Yes, she'll love it," Sero interrupted Kaminari before he could finish his question. "Well, atleast Mina will be happy to see us." Kaminari said. "Of course she'll be, just don't let her get her hands on Sparky or you'll never get him back." Sero warned his friend.

Kaminari just laughed. Sero smiled before taking his eyes back on the road as a Large Manor came into view.

The battle arena was... not as large as expected.

It was built where the forest and grasslands met the lake. With a cabin not too far away. The field itself was barely half the size of an American Football field. It was very open, very natural. The only reason they could tell that this was the arena was the white outlines painted on the field and the directions from Miss Midoriya.

They watched as the older woman took out a key ring and opened the cabin door. "Here you can wait while the boys get here," she said. The inside of the cabin had several large machines which they recognized as transfer devices, a trading machine, rapid speed pokemon treatment machines, and several PCs with large screens.

"Well, better get your pokemon while we wait for them, I have to make a call." Aizawa said before heading to one of the PCs. The girls looked to one another before many of them began to access the UA Pokemon storage system and retrieving their respective teams with the transfer devices.

The disparity between the class' teams was quite clear, few members had a full team, most just had three. But between the whole class there was forty nine pokemon.

"Students if I can have your attention?" Aizawa called them. Everyone turned to her. "The Porfessor would like to talk you you before this begins." she said. Many nodded, other gulped nervously.

A much larger screen flashed to life as they saw the Professor. His fine suit and the scar over his left eye prevalent to all. No one knows just what he is; he isn't a pokemon as no pokemon ever worked on him, he isn't human as he's male, and he isn't very large as they could see the smaller chair in a normal chair.

"Hello students, it's a pleasure to see you all made it here in one piece." he said in a polite manner. "Hello Professor." the class collectively responded. "Now students, I must say that this will be an interesting mission for you all." he said, causing some brows to raise. "As Aizawa had already informed you of the reason behind this tournament I will add some extra details." he led the students on.

"Not only will this battle decide if your class will be receiving one or seven new students, but if we are receiving seven then we will have to move one of you to 1-C to make space." the Professor dropped the bomb. One of them will be removed from the class. It was bad enough that Aizawa expelled six of their would be classmates on the first day when she was the conditions their pokemon were in and the way they trained them.

But that was different. She cut them off and gave them a warning that the Jennies would be watching them to prevent any further pokemon abuse.

Here, they'll have one of their own thrown out.

"Now students, I don't want you to panic," Nedzu paused to look over his students with an analyzing eye. "Its not like the start of the year, most of those horrid trainers only care for power and pride. I'm not taking one of you out of UA, you're just being moved to 1-C. Besides, that will only happen if you fail this tournament. If you all win this then you'll just receive a single new student. So no Pressure. And above all else. Go-" "Beyond Plus Ultra" the class finished his speech with the school's motto.

Yet in the back, even with their brave faces. Many were scared. Every one of the people their up against competed in the Yearly League, One even bulldozing their way through the Elite Four and only losing to the Champion herself All Might.

As the class went back to their little groups to discuss plans. Momo nervously called up her parents, Shouko sent her mother a certain request, and Tenten retrieved a pokeball that none of the other class had ever seen before.

"Can you believe it Kacchan, we'll get to fight class 1-A." Izuku Midoriya said to his best friend, his dark green lab coat swaying with every step. "Bulbasaur" A shiny Bulbasaur spoke up behind him. "Yeah Yeah Deku, you've been saying this for the past seven hours." Katsuki Bakugou responded, hands in his cargo pants while adjusting his black vest. The two of them were just walking through the forest, making their way towards the arena grounds where class 1-A was waiting for them.

"That's not all, who knows what kind of pokemon they have. The members of this class into the younger sibling of the Steel type Gym leader Ingenium, the daughter of the Elite Four Fire specialist Endeavor, and the current heir to the Yoarzoru fortune. That's not even getting into what the other class members may be using." Midoriya began to ramble on. "Fine, I just hope they make it past the others, I'm looking forward to fighting what they have." Bakugou said, punching into his palm.

"Calm down Kacchan, they have to get past Five others before you, there's no telling if they'll even reach Kirishima." Midoriya said. Bakugou just turned to his friend and stared him down. "If these gals are really the best of the best then have to have strong pokemon. I have the confedence that they'll make it to me, then their toast." Bakugou boasted in his own way. Midoriya just sighed at his friend as the two reached the edge of the forest.

The first one to reach class 1-A was without a doubt... interesting.

Dressed in Kaki shorts and vest with a sleeveless shirt underneath. His hair dyed red and his teeth unnaturally sharp (probably inherited from his parent). What got their attention though was the quartet of Gibble following him like a group of Ducklett following a Swanna. It was honestly adorable in a strange way.

Then he shouted. "Hey Mina, it's nice to finally meet your class." he shouted while walking over to the resident pink girl. Said girl just wore a shirt eating grin as the guy hugged her and the Gibble trailed after him. "Kiri." Mina said while hugging him back. The two left their embrace as the Gibble surrounded the girl and hugged her legs. The boy (Kiri it seemes) turned to them.

"Hey, the names Eijirou Kirishima, you can call me Kirishima. I'm the Fifth Pillar of the Six Pillars of Atlas. And these-" he leaned down to gesture to the Gibble quartet. "-Are my little Monsters." he said with a smile as Mina just patted them on the head.

The class could just stare, the first Pillar the meet was this man with a smile bright as the Sun and a quartet of Gibbles following him around like he's their mother. Add in the fact that Mina called him Kiri, and something flicked.

This was the 'Kiri' that Mina would gossip about on girl's night. They always thought she was talking about some kind of pokemon that belonged to one her parents. Considering she would go one about his incredible strength, his really sharp teeth, and the almost rock like hair of his.

Looking back at it now, she may have been misleading them into thinking that Kiri was a Pokemon on purpose just so that she could pull the wool over their eyes.

"Wait, you're the fifth Pillar?" "No how come those Gibble are following you?" "How do you and Mina know each other?" The questions began to pour in from the other class members. Kirishima put his hand up to quiet them. He took in a deep breath; "Yes I'm the fifth Pillar, that means that you'll have to battle four others before me. These Little Troopers are following me because one of my Pokemon is their father. Mina and I met as students at our local preschool." Kirishima answered the first three questions while pulling out a picture from his wallet.

The class got in close to see it. The picture was that of a small Kirishima (with black hair this time, but still sharp teeth) next to a small Mina with a Gibble and a Goomy just in front of them. It was adorable to see, some of the class even letting out an awe at the picture. Mina just blushed in embarrassment; "Kiri, you still have that?" she asked.

This was the kind of thing the class needed. Meeting one of them and getting a joyous moment out of it, rather than being face to face with some intense training with little sense of mercy.

"Well it was nice meeting you, I just hope the others are more like you." Momo said. "Yeah, wait... you haven't met the others?" Kirishima asked. "No, you're the first one we met." Tenten responded. "But those two got here before me." Kirishima said, pointing just behind the crowd.

Everyone turned to where he was pointing. Shocked gasps were let out as they turned face to face with two of the other members of the Six Pillars. The first was a purple haired boy who almost seemed to be carbon copy of their teacher Aizawa (Shoukos going to have a field day with that). While the other was a dark haired boy with piercings and a general vibe that just scream edgelord. The only similarity between the two of them was the black Mark's under their eyes.

"When did they get here?" The class collectively shouted. The purple haired boy just sighed while the back haired kid just covered the ears of a young girl (when did she get here?) who bore a striking resemblance to him. "Five minutes ago, we were waiting for you all to notice but he beat us to it." The Purple haired one answered. "Anyway, Names Shinsou Hitoshi, that's Tokoyami Fumikage. We're the Third and Fourth Pillars respectively." Shinsou said before the class began to ask any questions.

Not far from the group Bakugou was covering his face with his hands and groaning while Midoriya just stared with a joyful grin. "Me and my big mouth," Bakugou muttered as Midoriya just approached the group with his shiny Bulbasaur close behind. "Let's just hope these girls can actually battle." he muttered before following after his friend and his pokemon.

Midoriya reached the group first; "Hey, sorry we're a bit late." he shouted, pulling the attention away from Shinsou and Tokoyami and over to their duo. "My name is Izuku Midoriya and it's nice to meet you class 1-A." Midoriya greeted them. Class 1-A's attention was ultimately split between three sources; Midoriya himself, the shiny Bulbasaur following him, and being struck with startling revelations.

"Oi, don't forget about me. Names Katsuki Bakugou, you better give it your all for this." Bakugou shouted as he ran after Midoriya. Shinou and Tokoyami took their spots next to Kirishima's right while Bakugou and Midoriya stopped to his left. Class 1-A was staring at five members of the Six Pillars of Atlas.

There was an awkward silence for a moment.

"So... are we going to battle you guys?" Mineta asked nervously. "Not yet, we're still waiting on our two last members. Then we'll explain the rules of the tournament." Midoriya answered.

Just as he said that they could here two people running from the direction of the Manor. One had yellow hair with a black lightning bolt in it and dressed in a rocker outfit similar to Jirou's. The other had black hair, a white scarf around his neck, and a ninja like attire including a sleeveless Gi and braces on his limbs.

Few noticed but both the other Pillars (sans Midoriya) and Jirou sighed at this. The two guys took their spots to the right of Shinsou and caught their breath. "Sorry, we live out in the city so it's a bit of a drive." the yellow haired one said. When they caught their breath they stood up and spoke at the same time "The name's Denki Kaminari/Sero Hanta, it's a pleasure to meet you all" they spoke in unison.

Midoriya smiled at this before he opened his dark green lab coat; revealing a thin open jacket of the same color, a shirt with the words 'shirt' on it, and kaki trousers. He clapped his hands together to get the attention of all present.

"Alright please listen closely as the rules may be a bit confusing. First off is that any pokemon that faints can not be used afterwards, that goes for both challenger and home base pokemon. The challenging group can use any of the pokemon they own between them, but their trainer must be present for the battle the pokemon is participating in. The challenging group is allowed to swap out pokemon from their selected roster during battle at anytime. The challenging team shall win this tournament when the Home Base team has all been defeated in their respective battles, the Home Base team shall win upon all pokemon in the Challenging Team's collection having fainted in battle" Midoriya then took a breath to let the information sink in.

"This tournament is comprised of six levels. The first is a two on two double battle with three pokemon allowed per trainer on the home side. The challenger side must choose any six pokemon among their class' collection, but they must use them in a double battle. Your opponents for this battle shall be Sero and Kaminari, should you defeat them I will explain the next stage." Midoriya finished his explanation.

Aizawa turned to her class. "You have five minutes to choose your six pokemon for this battle," she said. Class 1-A was sent into a panic as they gathered into a circle to plan their first attempt.

Momo was nervous, but Jirou was helping them.

"I'm telling you Kaminari will use two electric types and one water type." Jirou said to Tenten. "But why would he have a water type?" Mineta asked. "Because it's his spirit pokemon" Jirou retorted with a straight face.

Everyone decided to drop it after that.

"Anyway, what about Sero's pokemon?" Shouko asked. Jirou nodded; "he uses bug types, but he also has a pair of flying types that can eat volts like they're nothing." Jirou answered. "So their style is designed to act in sync and cover one another's weakness' with little risk to themselves." Shouko summarized. "Close enough." Jirou responded.

"Ok, so do we have an idea for a team?" Momo asked, ignoring the muttering about a lack of ground types. Tenten nodded; "I volunteer my Absol and Skarmory for battle against Sero's bug types." she answered. "I'm bringing my Ninetails for this." Shouko said. "I'm letting my Hariyama join as well." Satou answered. Koda whispered into Ojirou's ear before she spoke up. "I'm bringing my Vigoroth and Koda is bringing her Bayleef." Ojirou said.

Momo nodded just as Aizawa blew a whistle and called them back to battle.

Sero and Kaminari stood side by side. Each held a pokeball in their right hand with confident smiles on their faces. Across them stood the small group of five students. The rest of the class were near the cabin while the other Pillars stood near the lake. Aizawa stood to the side, acting as a referee for the battle.

"The double battle of Sero Hanta and Kaminari Denki against Class 1-A shall begins now. Throw out your first pokemon." She said. Sero and Kaminari nodded and threw out their pokeballs while Ojirou and Shouko stepped forward and threw out their own pokeballs.

Light exited the balls as each mon was let out. On the home side a Dustox and a Pichaku stood ready. Opposite them stood a Ninetails and a Vigoroth.

"Vigoroth let's end this quickly with brickbreak." "Ninetails use Flamethrower." Shouted their respective trainers. "Dustox use Confusion to redirect it." "Sparky use Quick Attack to dodge." Sero and Kaminari reacted. The first attack was swift as Pikachu dodged out of the way from Vigoroth's strike while Dustox sent Ninetail's Flamethrower up into the air.

"Ninetails use Flamewheel to scorch the arena." "Vigoroth use Dig to avoid it." The challenging team changed tactics. "Fly up high then use Gust to extinguish it Dustox." "Jump on Dustox back Sparky". All four pokemon followed their commands; with Sparky hitching a ride on Dustox'back as it flew up high while Vigoroth dug deep into the earth to avoid the scorching of the arena.

"Dustox use Protect and get in close." "Sparky use Thunder then follow it up with Iron Tail" Both pokemon followed their command dutifully before the opposing trainers could command them. Dustox' Protect kept it safe as Sparky lit up the arena with Thunder before he jumped down and swung Iron Tail. Shouko's Ninetails was Paralyzed from the volts and helpless as the Iron Tail slammed its head into the ground and swirls were in its eyes.

The crowd was left speechless as Shouko's Ninetails was two shot by two attacks that had no type efficiency against it. Shouko could only return her pokemon as Tenten stepped forward and threw out a pokeball.

An Absol stood proud as Sparky and Dustox faced against it. None of them made a move... until Sparky's ears twitched and it jumped off of its spot. "Shadow Ball Absol" Tenten shouted as Ojirou's Vigoroth burst from the spot Sparky had just been standing in. "Use Venoshock/Electro Ball" Sero and Denki shouted in unison. Vigoroth was helpless as it was struck with Venoshock while Shadow Ball was intercepted by Electro Ball.

"Now follow it up with Agility Sparky," "Finish them with Toxic Dustox" Shouted their respective trainers. "Counter it with Fury Swipes/Air Cutter" Shouted Ojirou and Tenten. Sparky weaved through Fury Swipes and struck Vigoroth in the head while Air Cutter broke through Toxic but missed Dustox.

Vigoroth fell down with Swirls in its eyes much to the chagrin of the spectators. Ojirou just sighed before recalling her pokemon while Satou hesitantly stepped forward. "Go Hariyama." She shouted as the massive pokemon was let out.

Hariyama wasted little time as it surged forward; "Use Arm Thrust now" Satou commanded. "Absol use Dark Pulse." Teten shouted. "Dustox Protect." Sero shouted as his Pokemon stood in front of Sparky and tanked both attacks without falling back. "Pika" Sparky let out a small shout of concern before Dustox just brushed it off.

Tenten grit her teeth seeing that most of their attempts have been met with failure before she turned to Satou and whispered into her ear. Satou nodded before turning back to her pokemon.

"Hariyama use Hyperbeam" "Absol rush them with Aerial Ace." Commanded their respective trainers. Hariyama used its attack to guide both pokemon right into Absol's attack, knowing that Dustox couldn't use Protect until it used another move. "Use Gust-" "Then follow it up with Thundershock" Sero and Denki corridinated their Pokemon. The first attack slowing down Absol's attack before it was struck with a powerful Thundershock.

"Now use Confusion on Hariyama." Sero shouted. ""Iron Tail"" shouted both Tenten and Kaminari. Hariyama was helpless as it was lifted into the air while attack struck attack as Sparky held his own against Absol.

"Hariyama" Satou shouted in concern, before it turned to her and stood back up. "Use Mega Punch on Pikachu" Satou commanded. "Psybeam Dustox" Sero shouted. "Use Bite Absol." Tenten shouted. "Civer yourself with Thunder Sparky." Kaminari said as Absol closed in.

Sparky was faster as electricity covered his form and Absol was shocked upon contact. Dustox' Psybeam struck Hariyama before he could connect with Mega Punch. Dust flew up and around the arena, forcing the trainers to cover their eyes.

When it settled both Hariyama and Absol were on the ground with swirls in their eyes while Sparky and Dustox stood only somewhat scuffed. The two trainers returned their pokemon before Tenten threw out her last one. Koda hesitantly throwing out her own.

A Skarmory and Bayleef stood in the field, one stoic but cautious while the other was visibly shaking. Sparky and Dustox stood strong, ready for their trainers next commands. "Skarmory, use Steel Wing on Dustox, don't let that Pikachu get you." Tenten shouted. Koda just mumbled her command, but her Bayleef just nodded as her Quirk let it understand her.

Vines shot out and attempted to grab Sparky as Skarmory raced past. "Sparky, finished this with Thunder." Kaminari shouted. "Dustox use Protect" Sero shouted. Skarmory tried in vain to fly away while Bayleef retracted her vines, but it was to late. Skarmory was struck near point blank while electricity traveled along Bayleef's vines and shocked it. Dustox still stood strong as its body was coated in electricity while Sparky just seemed to tire.

Skarmory fell like a sack of potatoes while Bayleef struggled to stand. Both trainers returned their pokemon anyway, the former due to their pokemon fainting whole the latter did it out of concern.

Aizawa just sighed. "The first attempt made by the challenging team had failed. You have five minutes to assemble another team of six." She shouted as her students went into a rather panicked huddle.

Most were quiet, the image of their whole opening team being swept by just a Pikachu and a Dustox fresh in their minds. It was only after Mineta opened her mouth did things move forward. "So... that was something." She said. Everyone turned to her and glared and she just put her hands up in defense.

"To think they were that powerful. It's no wonder they all entered the League." Momo muttered. "So?" Shouko asked. "We lost because we underestimated them, so how about we strike against them with all guns blazing." She said while holding an ultra ball in her hand. The rest of the class then nodded as Shouko pulled out a bracelet.

"I see what you mean" Tenten said as she looked back at the field. Sparky and Dustox were still out; The former nuzzling his trainer's legs while the latter just hovered over its trainer's head. Kaminari was petting Sparky with a smile on his face while Sero smirked at them.

"So we hit hard. with my Blaziken" Shouko said. "And my Aggron." Tenten chimed in. "We'll need defense and support, so I volunteer my Wobbafett and Wigglytuff. Momo said. The three looked to the rest of the class. "My Dedenne may be of some help." Aoyoma said while pulling out a deluxe ball. "So will my Ditto." Shoji said. The class nodded as their new team walked forward.

Kaminari turned to Aizawa and spoke. "Ms Aizawa, could we return Sparky and Dustox. My buddy here is tired and Dustox is pretty beat up. They wouldn't do much for the next battle?" he asked. Aizawa just looked at him, then down to Sparky (who promptly rubbed his eyes to show his tiredness), then too Dustox. "Fine, but you can't use them for the rest of the match." She said. Kaminari just nodded as Sero returned Dustox into its pokeball. While Sparky just ran up Kaminari's leg and perch himself across his shoulders.

The team was flabbergasted as they just threw a wrench into their plans, but also made it easier for them to win. Then the two pulled out some other pokeballs and let them out. A Heracross and an Ampharos were let out onto the field. Tenten and Shouko just nodded before they threw out their own pokeballs, letting out Blaziken and Aggron.

It was then that a certain detail was noticed. All four pokemon held a Mega stone. Heracross had one worn just behind its horn. Ampharos wore one in a necklace around its neck. Blaziken had theirs in a gauntlet on their right hand. Aggron had one in a large plate just over its chest.

Aizawa held her arms up. "The second attempt made by class 1-A shall begin now. Same rules as before." she said as the battle began.

Shouko and Tenten wasted no time and activated their Mega Stones. Bright light enveloping their pokemon before it ceased. In their places now stood Mega Blaziken and Mega Aggron. Sero and Kaminari smiled before following suit with their own Mega Stones.

"If they loose this one, it may just be a waste of time to attend UA, especially if this is their so called star class." Bakugou said to the group as they watched Mega Heracross and Mega Ampharos stand against Mega Blaziken and Mega Aggron.

"Kacchan, don't be mean. Only two of them have ever gone through a League tournament, besides Power isn't the way into UA." Midoriya chided his friend. "So what? They got swept by Sparky and Dustox, and couldn't even think up a proper strategy against the simple defense/offense strategy they used." Bakugou reasoned.

"Come on Bakubro, they just need to adapt. Most of them probably only have four or five gym badges." Kirishima cut in on the conversation as his Gibble quartet watched the battle cheerfully. "Doesn't matter, I came here looking for a fight. And these so-called 'star students' are already so desperate that they've pulled out two Ace Pokemon from their teams. If this keeps up, I'm going to be disappointed." he stated to the two.

Mega Kick struck against Brick Break as Mega Punch clashed with Fire Punch. The last battle was a game of struggles, one pokemon handling defense while the other maintained offense, this was not that battle. This was simply power striking against power with little regard. A slugfest with little concern as attack was only countered with attack.

"Flamethrower now Blaziken." "Use Earthquake Aggron." Shouted the two trainers. "get in the air then use Megahorn Heracross" Shouted Sero. "Zap Cannon Ampharos" Kaminari commanded. The attacks struck with such intensity that the arena shook. Mega Ampharos was the least damaged of the group; Its constant wailing against Mega Aggron alongside the exchanges between Mega Heracross and Mega Blaziken working in its favor.

"Flame Wheel Blaziken." Shouko shouted, breaking through the chaos almost immediately. "Block it with Arm Thrust Heracross." Sero commanded. Tenten was about to command her Mega Aggron before it charged forward and aimed a Take Down at Mega Ampharos. Mega Ampharos easily dodged the attack and struck it with Dragon Pulse.

Dust was thrown up around the arena once more.

Then something massive flew past Sero and into the trees. Dust cleared as Three pokemon stood tall in various states of damage. Mega Ampharos, Mega Blaziken, and Mega Aggron. Heracross was slumped against a tree, swirls in his eyes.

The crowd grew esthetic, they beat one of their pokemon (probably his Ace at that). Sero smiled solemnly, and returned Heracross to his pokeball. "You did good today buddy." he muttered before pulling out his last pokeball.

Shouko looked at the battlefield, before she felt Tenten put a hand on her shoulder. She turned to see the larger girl nodding. Shouko pulled out her pokeball and returned her Blaziken, preferring to let it rest for a later fight rather than have it continue on with this one. Aoyoma stepped forward and threw out her Dedenne while Sero threw out his last pokemon.

The layout had changed as a Gliscor entered the battle. Sero and Kaminari were quick to change tactics. "Gliscor use Brick Break" "Ampharos use Fire Punch." The two shouted in unison before the other team could move. Then Gliscor shocked everyone by curling itself around Mega Ampharos' non flaming fist and used it increase the power of its strike.

It was that last two hit combo that brought down Tenten's Mega Aggron. Sending it spiraling right on top of Aoyoma's Dedenne. They had hoped to use the small pokemon's lightning rod to soak up any volts it would try to send out, only for these hopes to be dashed by a swift and brutal double knockout.

Aoyoma sniffled as she returned Dedenne while Tenten just stared in shock as her (supposed) Ace was taken out. Momo and Shoji stepped forward; throwing out their Wigglytuff and Ditto.

"Wigglytuff use Moon Beam" Momo commanded, wanting to put an end to the powerhouse. Gliscor quickly let go of Mega Ampharos as Ditto used Transform. Mega Ampharos tanked the hit with all its might as Ditto finished its transformation. Mega Ampharos brought its fist to the ground as it now stood face to face with another Ampharos.

"Quickly Ditto use Zap Cannon." Shoji commanded as the pokemon followed its orders. Mega Ampharos threw it's Dragon Pulse forward as Wigglytuff was distracted by Gliscor's Brick Break. The attacks struck and stopped, the combination of inexperience and exhaustion causing neither attack to hit.

"Now, Fire Fist." Shoji shouted. "use your own Fire Fist now." Kaminari countered. "Double Slap Wigglytuff" Momo commanded. "Fury Cutter" Sero spoke. the attacks met once more.

It started even, attacks pushing against attack. Then Mega Ampharos was pushed back, same as Wigglytuff. Gliscor followed with another Fury Cutter as Ditto Ampharos finished mega Ampharos with a Take Down. Both the Dragon sheep and the pink puffball left down and out of the fight.

Kaminari just smiled as he returned Ampharos, Momo sighed tiredly as she returned Wigglytuff. Shouko was about to step forward but Momo held her hand out and released her other pokemon while Kaminari threw out his last one.

A Wobafett stood next to Ditto Ampharos as a Slowpoke stood next to Gliscor. 1-A could stare in confusion at Kaminari's last pokemon. Finding it difficult to see this as his so-called 'Spirit Pokemon'.

"Let's end this quickly, use Thunder" Shoji shouted.

"And here comes the entertainment." Shinsou quipped as he watched Thunder strike Kaminari's Slowpoke. "They have no idea what horror they've unleashed." Tokoyami said.

"Guys... it's not that bad." Midoriya sweatdropped. "Have you not seen what that thing can do Midobro?" Kirishima asked him. "I really think you guys are taking this a bit to seriously, what about you Kacchan?" Midoriya asked. Bakugou seemed to be holding in laughter, a quick mutter of; "Dummies" leaving his breath.

"Why do I even try?" Midoriya asked himself.

"They didn't listen." Jirou stated calmly. "It isn't that bad, no way a water type like Slowpoke could tank even that much electricity." Mineta responded. Jirou just stared at her; "They've just opened the gates of pain." she said. Mineta just turned away as everyone suddenly felt a deep Psychic Pressure.

Slowpoke's eyes gained a deep blue glow as the Thunder attack struck it. It took barely a moment as its Psychic powers were brought right to the forefront. Momo could barely command a "Mirror Screen" before Slowpoke tore through the arena with a powerful Psychic.

Aizawa jumped back as the attack struck against Momo's Wobafett. The four trainers on the field covered their eyes as dust was spat up for the third time. Wobafett stood strong, despite the now hulking crater dug into the arena that went from the point of collision to Wobafett's current location, while Slowpoke's eyes lost their blue glow. "Never. Ever. Do that again." Momo nervously said. Shoji just nodded in response, not wanting a repeat of what just happened. Sero's Gliscor came out from its hiding spot and picked up Kaminari's Slowpoke, putting it on it's back.

"Slow... Slowpoke..." Slowpoke let out a shout as it hooked its paws onto Gliscor's shoulders. "Ditto use Take Down" Shoji commanded. "Gliscor use Poison Jab" "Water Pulse Slowpoke" the two trainers shouted. "Wobafett use Counter." Momo said. Wobafett quickly put itself in the path of Gliscor and Slowpoke's attacks, successfully countering Poison Jab, but incapable of countering Water Pulse.

While Ditto Ampharos shrugged off the attack well enough it was left confused, Its head spinning to show the lack of coordination. "Wait Ditto-" Shoji tried to call out to her pokemon only for it to shoot off an attack without her command, a Zap Cannon blasted forth.

"Wobafett use Mirror Edge, Don't let that attack hit Slowpoke." Momo commanded her pokemon. Wobafett loyally saluted before intercepting the attack. "Gliscor use Night Slash on Wobafett after that Mirror Edge wears off." "Slowpoke, use Headbutt" Sero and Kaminari instructed their pokemon.

Wobafett tanked the Zap Cannon before withstanding both Night Slash and Headbutt. "Waba... Feeetttt" The pokemon shouted as it took the hits. "Ditto, snap out of it, we can't leave Wobafett to fight them at the same time." Shoji shouted to her pokemon. "Come on, Ampharos isn't any use, change into Slowpoke." Shoji's words broke into Ditto's confused state, snapping it out of it.

The loyal pokemon quickly turned into Slowpoke, letting out a loud warcry to get the attention of the other battlers. "Now use Water Pulse." Shoji commanded. "Counter with your own Water Pulse Slowpoke" Kaminari shouted. "Gliscor use Fury Cutter" Sero instructed. "Counter Wobafett" Momo shouted.

Fury Cutter was thrown back by Counter, right into Slowpoke. This interrupted his Water Pulse, allowing Ditto Slowpoke's own Water Pulse to hit Gliscor. The two subversion pokemon were thrown to the edge of the arena, swirls in their eyes. Momo and Shoji slumped down, letting out breaths that they didn't know they were holding.

"Sero and Kaminari have run out of usable pokemon, the Challengers have made it through the first two Pillars." Aizawa announced. "Can the Challenging Team return to their group and prepare themselves as Midoriya announces the next battle?" Aizawa said as Midoriya stepped forward once again.

"Thank you Ms. Aizawa. The next battle will be a one on one against the Third Pillar Shinsou Hitoshi with a maximum of three pokemon for each side. Victory will be obtained When either side has run out of usable pokemon" Midoriya explained. Aizawa nodded before turning to her class. "You have ten minutes to prepare for your next battle." she stated.

The mood in Class 1-A was a mixture of excitement and fear. Excitment at the fact that they had defeated progressed to their next challenge. Fear in just how difficult this next battle may be.

"We made it, we lost Nine of our total pokemon for it. But we made it." Momo said dejectedly. "I know, we were caught off guard by their power." Shouko responded. "Come on, we still beat them, there's no way the others are that much stronger than the first two." Mineta said.

"Not really, I know for a fact that Kiri could beat all of them except for Midoriya and Bakugou." Mina spoke up. "Don't forget the fact that Midoriya almost beat All Might after bulldozing his way through the Elite Four." Ojirou pointed out.

"Yeah, Midoriya is kind of terrifying, but he's not who you should be concentrating on right now." A voice spoke up. The class jumped back in shock, Kaminari standing next to them with Sparky cuddled into the puffy collar of his jacket. "Hey." he greeted. "Don't just sneak up on us like that" The class shouted back.

Kaminari just held his hands up apologetically. "Sorry, sorry, just came to answer three questions you guys may have." Kaminari said. "Three Questions?" Momo asked. "Yeah, as part of challenge you get to ask three questions about your upcoming battle, with some limitations." Kaminari specified. "Limitations?" Toru asked. "Yep, I'm not allowed to tell you guys what his pokemon are, what moves they know, or anything about his personal life." Kaminari answered.

"Ok, let us talk about it." Momo said. Kaminari nodded as they huddled together.

"So, what do we ask him?" Mina asked them. "I say we ask him what types he uses." Ochako suggested. The others nodded. "I don't think we can really ask him anything else." Tenten pointed out. "If you guys can't think of any other questions I'll tell you some other things." Denki pointed out. "We're still thinking," Satou responded. "Oh, I know, we ask about his style of battling." Mina chimed in. The others nodded. "Can anyone think of a third question." Tenten asked. Everyone looked between one another before staying silent.

Momo turned to Kaminari. "We have two questions." She responded. "Alright, ask away." Denki answered. "What type of pokemon does he use?" Momo asked. "He used two psychic types and one poison/ground type" Denki answered. The class nodded. "How does he battle?" Ochako asked. "Ah, I can actually do a double for that. You see, Shinsou is a human Psychic. Using his powers to direct his pokemon without the need for verbal commands." Kaminari answered.

The girls took a moment to consider this. Human Psychics had existed long before Quirks, though they had grown rarer and rarer with each generation as Quirk based Psychic abilities over took them. Powerful specialized abilities taking the place of generalized and varied abilities. Aizawa herself was technically a natural psychic (Though she only possessed minor telekinesis and slight foresight). There's no telling how strong a Quirkless Psychic may be.

"That's... problematic." Momo said. "Are you sure he isn't the son of Aizawa." Shouko said. Kaminari just burst into laughter at that. "By Arceus, are you SobaTheories?" he asked between laughter. "Yes" Shouko replied. "Oh... Hah, I can't wait to tell Sero about this." Kaminari smiled. "Good luck." he said before turning to walk away.

"Wait." Ochako called out to him. "Yeah." he turned back to them. "How do you and Jirou know each other?" she asked. Jirou tried to tackle the boy before he could answer, only for Sparky to jump from his shoulders and land on her. She fell to the ground before one of her pokeballs opened up, another Pikachu jumping out.

The class just watched as Jirou's Punk dressed Pikachu grabbed Sparky by his ear and pulled him off her trainer. Before then pulling him into a hug. "Our first meeting went a lot like this. Sparky jumped on Jirou, then Jacka pulled him off while I was exploring Miss Kyoko's music shop." Kaminari explained. He then helped Jirou up, who was now madly blushing.

"So you guys are dating?" Toru asked in excitement. Kaminari nodded while Jirou sighed. "Yep, this is my goofball of a boyfriend." Jirou said, putting a hand on Kaminari's shoulder while Sparky and Jacka jumped on their respective trainers.

"Oi, dunce get back here. You can fiddle with your goth girlfriend later!" came a shout from the other side of the field. "Sorry" he shouted back. Letting Jirou separate from him while Jacka just waved goodbye to Sparky. "Say, Jirou?" Toru inched closer to the girl. "What?" she asked. "Why does Kaminari consider Slowpoke to be his Spirit pokemon?" Toru asked.

As if answering the question for her Jacka sent a friendly spark towards Sparky. The other pokemon responded by letting out his own spark, shocking his trainer in the process. Kaminari twitched for a little bit before standing still. He turned around to the group, his face now doing the best impression of a Slowpoke's face. He twitched again before Kirishima walked over to him.

"Sorry about that, I'll just get him back so you guys can get back to planning." Kirishina said as his Gibble troop followed after him and helped guide Kaminari back to their side of the arena. The girls just watching as the small group of pokemon and the trainer got him to safety before Midoriya had his Shiny Bulbasaur get some water from the lake to splash his face.

The girls then turned back to their huddle group. "Ok, so we can only have three pokemon for this battle, who are we choosing?" Momo asked. "My Bisharp will be of good assistance." Tenten chimed in. "So will my Cleffairy." Mina followed up. "Mon ami my Kirilia will surely aid you both." Aoyoma spoke up. The class nodded as the three walked to the arena.

Shinsou just gave them a dry stare. One of the pokeballs from his belt flying into his hand with nothing but psychic might. "Ma'am, if we could start now?" he requested, trying to sound polite in the presence of his favorite pokemon trainer. Aizawa looked to the three students on the other side of the arena, to which they nodded.

"The battle between the Third Pillar and the challenging team begins now, throw out your Pokemon." She announced. Tenten stepped forward first and threw out her pokemon while Shinsou simply opened his pokeball.

Tenten's Bisharp arrived, prepared for what battle it may be met with. On the other side Shinsou's Espeon just stared down the blade pokemon with little concern. "Bisharp use Metal Claw." Tenten shouted her command. Bisharp rushed forward as Shinsou remained stoic, then his Espeon's eyes glowed the same color as his own. Bisharp was then roughly thrown into the air and jabbed into the ground. Espeon didn't give it a chance to recover as it peppered Bisharp with Shadow Ball.

Bisharp pulled itself back up, shaking from the multiple Shadow Balls striking it. "Use Sword Dance." Tenten shouted. Espeon just stared for a moment before it dug into the ground. Tenten began to panic as her Bisharp raised its blades defensively.

This was dashed as the ground beneath it gave way and trapped the blade pokemon down to its neck in dirt. "Pull yourself up, then use Aerial Slash" Tenten shouted as Espeon came up from the earth. These plans were quickly shattered as Espeon then grabbed a hold of Bisharp with their psychic powers and began to bend the poor thing like a spoon.

Espeon then broke the hold and rushed forward with its tail glowing. Bisharp used this as a chance to escape its earthly prison. "Quick Bisharp, use Fury Cutter" Tenten yelled out in desperation before Espeon struck it in the head with Iron Tail. The blade pokemon crashed to the ground with swirls in its eyes.

Tenten lowered her head in sadness before returning her pokemon, while Mina stepped forward. "Go Cleffairy" She shouted as she threw the pokeball out. Shinsou remained unconcerned as his Espeon turned to him.

"Use Metronome" Mina instructed her pokemon. Cleffairy let out a war cry before putting its fingers up and waving them back and forth. Espeon prepared a Shadow Ball to counter what ever may be used.

Then a barrage of Pin Missile was shot out. Espeon fired off the Shadow Ball before rushing forward, ducking and weaving it's way through the attack. "Use Metronome again." Mina commanded. Cleffairy nodded before putting her fingers up. Espeon then used Dig, putting itself far below whatever attack may be sent it's way.

Only for it to erupt as Confusion. The psychic attack doing little other than give Shinsou and Aizawa a slight headache. Espeon then pulled itself out of the earth and struck with a Bite attack. Cleffairy jumped back as Espeon bite down on its hand. "Mega Punch now." Mina shouted. Cleffairy struck Espeon clean in the head, sending the pokemon flying.

Espeon then landed, staring down the Fairy type across from it.

"Shouldn't Cleffairy's Cute Charm be taking effect?" Ochako asked Momo. "It should, but it seems that Espeon has an ice cold heart." Momo replied. "Maybe it's his psychic power, helping his pokemon concentrated on the battle." Toru piped up.

Some of the class turned to her. "There's no way he'd be powerful enough to counter another pokemon's abilities with just telepathic instructions" Ojirou said. "How can we be sure, he's the first Quirkless Psychic we've encountered. He's probably got powers that none of us have ever seen." Shouko raised a point.

"How come Cute Charm isn't working?" Mina asked herself. Shinsou just fashed her a smug grin before he opened his mouth for the first time. "Wondering why, huh?" he asked. Mina bit back her shock before she nodded. "Real simple, I've trained all my pokemon to overcome effects like Charm and Confusion. No matter how strong yours may be, they won't get any of mine with those cheap strategies." Shinsou spoke with a mixture of prideful boasting and calm explanation.

"So choose your next attack, just know that I don't fall for cheap gimmicks." Shinsou replied. Mina just grit her teeth, shouted a command; "Use Metronome again." her pokemon following the command dutifully.

This time the attack manifested as a powerful Ice Beam, which Espeon tried to dodge, only to get its foot trapped in the ice. "Now finish it with another Mega Punch." Mina commanded as Cleffairy charged towards the now trapped pokemon. In response Espeon began charging another Shadow Ball to intercept the attack.

Dust was thrown up before they heard the sound of ice breaking. Mina was nervous, Shinsou maintained his face of indifference. The dust cleared and Mina fell to her knees as she saw her Cleffairy down on the ground next to a fainted Espeon. She returned her pokemon as Shinsou did the same with his.

Aoyoma threw out her Kirilia as Shinsou did the same with his own. A Hypno stared down Aoyoma's Kirilia with a gleeful look in its eyes. Aoyoma didn't get chance to issue any command before the Hypno opened up with a Shadow Ball, then surging forward with its hypnotic disc glowing like an Iron Tail.

Kirlia barely stood a chance before the two attacks brought it to the ground with swirls in its eyes. Aoyoma just fell to her knees in dramatic fashion as her pokemon was once again taken out less than a turn after entering. "The Challenging Team has run out of usable pokemon, please return to the group and gather a new team. You have five minutes." Aizawa announced.

"My poor pokemon." Aoyoma said sadly as she drew circles in the dirt with her finger. "At least we took out one of his." Tenten said. "Yeah, but that Hypno is probably his Ace, not to mention that Poison/Ground Type he has afterwards." Mineta pointed out. "Its probably a Nidoking or a Nidoqueen." Shoji said.

"Yes, but we should make a team that should be capable of both battling that Hypno, and taking on whatever pokemon he'll throw out afterwards." Tenten surmised. "Then I volunteer my Sylveon" Momo said. "I'll throw in my Gardevoir" Ochako added. "And my Haunter" Toru said.

The class nodded before the three girls walked up, ready with a new plan.

Hypno stayed on the field.

A cycle of Psychic feedback between trainer and pokemon was abuzz. 'Yes, I know Fairy Type dream taste horrible, but you will have to eat them' Shinsou spoke telepathically to his Hypno. In response Hypno just slumped his shoulders and look at his trainer with betrayal written all over its face.

'Stop that, the next match is about to start.' Shinsou lectured his pokemon as the new team approached him. He saw the Class President of 1-A, one of the girls that he could sense a small psychic pressure from, and... a walking set of clothes? "Quirks are getting weirder and weirder." Shinsou muttered as Aizawa announced the start of the match.

"Go Haunter" The set of clothes said. The Ghost pokemon quickly making itself know with a round of laughter. Hypno looked back at him. 'Save that for after the battle, I don't want you making jokes while were in the middle of a battle. Besides, if we can hold here you can spend as much time with that Haunter as you want, just as long as you keep your jokes away from me.' Shinsou rapidly spoke to Hypno, making the pokemon smile.

Haunter opened with a Shadow Ball. 'Psybeam' Shinsou commanded. The attacks quickly collided before Haunter rushed forward for a Lick attack. 'Hypnosis, you can't miss with how close he's getting.' Shinsou ordered. Hypno obeyed as the wave of sleep inducing psychic energy was let off by his disc.

Haunter was stopped in its tracks, and fell asleep. 'Dream Eater, none stop until its fainted.' Shinsou said. Hypno devoured the dreams of Haunter, taking a moment to apologize for stealing such wonderful ideas from the ghost pokemon. It didn't take long before Haunter fainted.

The set of clothes returned her pokemon before the class president stepped forward and threw our her pokeball. Shinsou grit his teeth at the oncoming headache at the presence of yet another Fairy type. His Hypno sharing in that feeling with a shiver.

Momo cut it close by opening with Fairy Wind. Shinsou grit his teeth even harder a pain wracked through his head. The issue when being a psychic in the presence of Fairy Types, is that it. Really. Really. HURTS to think. Hypno withstood the attack and rushed forward with an Iron Tail, fully prepared to endure the pain that Fairy Types can bring.

Sylveon jumped to dodge the attack, only to be struck by a Headbutt. Hypno kept at it with Iron Tails and Headbutts, not wanting to give the Fairy type a chance to retaliate. "Quick Attack, then Moon Beam." Momo shouted. The little Fairy Type started weaving through Hypno's assault before striking it with another devastating attack.

Hypno fell to its knees before trying to pull itself up. "Now Iron Tail" Momo gave him no chance before striking the psychic pokemon in the head with a devastating attack. Hypno fell to the ground, clutching its head it pain with swirls in its eyes. Shinsou just glared at the Fairy type before recalling his pokemon and throwing out his last one.

A Nidoking rushed forward, its strategy much like Hypno's. Starting with a shocking Surf attack to sweep up the Fairy pokemon, then following it up with Mega Punch. "Quick Sylveon, Shadow Ball." Momo shouted while pulling her pokeball from her belt. Shinsou gave her little mercy as his Nidoking barreled through the Shadow Ball with Megahorn and struck the pokemon. Sylveon hit the ground with enough force to crater it, bow defeated.

Momo recalled her pokemon as Ochako threw out her own. Gardevoir now stood against Nidoking. Nidoking opened with a Hyperbeam while Gardevoir, following the emotions of her trainer, used Mirror Edge to block the devastating attack. As Nidoking recharged Gardevoir struck with Psychic, throwing the larger pokemon around like a ragdoll. Nidoking tanked the damage before retaliating with Megahorn. Gardevoir used Protect to tank the hit, even as she was pushed back from the sheer force of it.

Moonbeam clashed against another Hyperbeam as both pokemon let loose their power. Nidoking then rushed forward with another Megahorn to skewer the opposing pokemon. Gardevoir took advantage of its tiredness by preparing a devastating Psychic. Nidoking stiffened before it was thrown into the arena floor.

The poison pokemon then got back up, and fired off another Surf, riding on the wave to increase the power of its Megahorn attack. Gardevoir teleported out of the way before striking at Nidoking with a Shadow Ball. Nidoking fell to the ground and pulled itself back up, it had taken heavy damage, but Gardevoir was growing tired.

Nidoking tramped its feet on the ground before charging at Gardevoir once again with another Megahorn. Gardevoir braced herself and prepared on last attack, another Psychic.

Nidoking was then thrown out of the arena and into the lake. Shinsou stared at at the lake. Ochako stared out at the lake. Everyone stared at at the lake. Before Nidoking floated to the surface, swirls in its eyes. Ochako, Momo, and Toru cheered as Shinsou walked over to Nidoking and returned it to its pokeball.

"Shinsou has run out of usable pokemon, the challenging team has defeated the Third Pillar. We will have a brief lunch break before resuming with the rest of the battles." Aizawa announced.

Hey, this is end chapter me.

All I can say is, holy hell, this one was WAY longer than I expected it to be.

I never thought I would be capable of writing a 10k chapter, but here I am. So I'll be working on the second half of this work before getting to work on either the Guild or Stands to Another World, but don't worry. I haven't abandoned any of those fics.

See you all next time.
