The next night Monday night RAW was at the Sprinter Center in Kansas City, Missouri, and everyone is still feeling the aftermath of Extreme Rules. However, before RAW was to begin Caroline Orton was working when Nikki Bella walks up.

"Carol, there is something that you need to know," Nikki said.

Carol looks at her and says, "What do need I know Nicole."

"That, your husband is stepping out on you and with your sister in law Stephanie McMahon," Nikki said trying to plant a seed of doubt in Carol mind about her husband Randy Orton.

"Frist that Stephanie Cena to you Nicole and I know that you are lying because John and Stephanie are in love with each other. So whatever you're trying to do stop now, before you suffer at the hands of management," Carol said trying to warn her do not mess with Cena's marriage.

"I am not lying to you. I saw them last night holding each other and kissing during John match," Nikki said lying.

"Yes, you are lying Nicole, and I know it. You are jealous that my brother John is married to Stephanie McMahon, and they have a family. Now go away because I am busy seeing that my sister in law is not here tonight, she is with her husband, my brother," Carol said.

"Fine don't believe me, but when he tells you that your marriage is over I will tell you that I told you so," Nikki said walking off leaving Carol to finish her work before the show started.

Three hours later, Vince was at the gorilla position with several officials getting ready to run the show because Stephanie and John were not at the arena. RAW began with an Ambulance is seen driving into the arena and the crowd actually pops for the entrance…it is Ryback! He has all new gear! Still shots of his last man standing match with John Cena. He stands on the ambulance.

Ryback says, "While it was a no contest and Cena walked away with the WWE Title, but he was carried off." We see "exclusive footage" where Cena was refuse to go to medical facilities until Stephanie told him he is going.

He says, "In their next match, Cena's wife won't need to tell him he is going because it will be an ambulance match for the WWE Championship at WWE Payback!"

He says, "It's not just John Cena he'll take to the hospital, but all of the WWE Universe." He calls the fans fat, pathetic, and weak!

He continues and says, "The fans are lost souls of society who worship Cena because he works hard, something they would never understand or do. At Payback, when he takes Cena to the hospital, then the morgue, Ryback will be taking all of Cena's fans, his wife, and their kids, with him." The fans boo him.

He says, "None of them matter to Ryback."

John and Stephanie were watching and they were not happy with Ryback, his promo and what's he says.

"He steps over that line that you don't cross," John said while looking at the TV.

"Yes, he has," Stephanie, said.

They listen to the announcers, and Michael says, "Ryback cross the line that you don't cross bring wife and kids into your feud with Cena."

Ling says, "Absolutely Michael Ryback is going to meet a very angry Cena because Ryback mentions his wife Stephanie McMahon and their kids and that is something that you just don't do."

JBL says, "I agree with you both. Ryback won't like the beaten he receives from John Cena when they met inside the ring again, at Payback."

Back at the Sprinter Center, Randy Orton was in his locker room when the door open and in walk his wife Carol and does not look happy.

"Hey, honey, what's wrong?" He asked her from the couch. She walks over to and sat down beside him and says, "Nikki Bella that the problem."

"What did she do now?" Randy asked her.

"She told me so outrage story that you and Stephanie were holding each other and kissing during John match," Carol replied.

He looks at her and says, "Unbelievable she is…. she will do anything to get with one of the top stars in the WWE."

"Yes, she will and John and Stephanie just went through quarrel when Kane wants him to embrace the hate months ago. They don't need her trying to break up their marriage next."

"Yes, especially seeing that Steph is pregnant with their fifth child," he said.

Carol looks at him and says, "What Steph is pregnant."

He realizes what he says knowing that many do not know that Stephanie is pregnant yet.

"Yes, she is pregnant with their fifth child, and she needs to avoid stress," He said.

"Wow, when she is due?" She asked.

"John says December," he replied.

"Do my parents know about the baby?" She asked

"I don't know who they have told, but John let it slip last night while we were in the locker room together," he replied.
