On Sunday evening, John travels with his father and brother in laws to Calgary Alberta Canada, for Monday night RAW. The next morning, they were up and getting ready for the day. They had some breakfast before checking out of the hotel. After breakfast, John, and Vince went over the script for RAW before they head to the arena. Hours later, they check them out of the hotel and then they walk out of the hotel and got in the backseat of the limo and the door close. The Chauffeur aims the limo into traffic and then drove off toward the airport. An hour later, the limo up to the Scotiabank Saddledome, in downtown Calgary and then turn into the garage area drove inside then came to stop and the Chauffeur steps out of the limo walk around it and then to the door open it, for them to exit. John exits the limo first, followed by Vince and then Randy out of the limo next.
They thank him and he nods his head and the walk over to the trunk and opens it. John grabs his bag, Randy grabs his, and then they walk away. They walk through the arena to the locker room that they would be using for the night. When they reach the locker room, John opened the door and went inside first followed by Vince and Randy and the door close behind them. Hours later, Vince was in the gorilla position getting runs to the show, with Caroline Orton. RAW begins with a Special Tribute for Memorial Day, after that live shot inside the Scotiabank Saddledome, as Michael Cole welcomes the fans who are watching on the USA Network. JBL and WWE Hall of Famer Jerry "The King" Lawler join him
The music of WWE Champion John Cena's hits and out goes he and then heads to the ring and then enters it. He is handed a mic and he takes in the crowd for a few moments. He notices the unrest, the anger, and anxiety of the audience. He brings up, the last man standing match, how neither man (?) stood for the count of 10 counts, and that both men have a claim to the WWE Title.
"There's me who hold the WWE Title, and Ryback, who feels he deserve it," he said the fans boo.
A "We want Bret," chant starts up now. Cena assures them the tribute will be paid to the "Hitman" is due time. Cena feels Payback should be deliberate, definitive and hell for Ryback who mentions my kids and wife during his little boring promo last week.
He says, "Twelve years ago, there was a three-stage match, back then the first stage was a traditional wrestling match. Stage two was a street fight, and the stage third was steel cage."
He suggests this the stage first is so that Ryback cannot run; a lumberjack match. Stage two: is one that I have to thank you the fans for, because of a familiar chant "We want a table," now. Table match. And the stage three is Ryback's precious Ambulance to be taken to the hospital.
He goes on and says, "Ryback I will be taking you straight to the hell, you bastardy. You have no idea what I am capable of Ryback right now. I am not in a good mood after you mention my family."
Ryback's music hits and comes out to boo and agrees about how WWE Payback should be deliberate, definitive a hell. He drove Cena through the lighting, not caring what was on the other side. He took Cena to hell.
He says, "Say hello, to Beelzebub, says, hello to Lucifer, say to hello Satan, and say hello to Ryback."
Cena says, "Yeah, well say hello to the guy who is going to beat the hell out of you, you jackass." Ryback leaves as the fans him booing for him.
Outcomes Paul Heyman, and remind the WWE Universe that his new client defeated Triple H on RAW last week. Curtis Axel comes out. Heyman says, "Its two different things to accept a challenge for Cena; for the first time, John Cena vs. Curtis Axel!" Cena look at them shakes his head, as they make their way to the ring and then enters it.
Cena gives brief praise to Curtis Axel before warning him about Paul Heyman, but Axel cut him off and says, "He's looking for a fight, not an opinion."
Vince McMahon's music hits and the fans boo as he comes out and struts to the ring as only he can. He stomps up the stairs to the apron where John opens the ropes for him and then he steps through them into the ring. He took the mic from his son in law and stare at Paul Heyman and Curtis Axel.
Vince says, "If you are looking for a fight, Curtis Axel I can arrange for you to get that fight, but it will not be against my son in law WWE Champion because he is not cleared to wrestle."
Paul Heyman and Curtis Axel look at him and Heyman says, "Who will be the opponent if it is not, Cena then."
"It will be Ted DiBiase," he said.
"DiBiase, he is not the WWE Champion. John Cena is the WWE Champion," Heyman said, both Cena and Vince look at him and knew right away why he comes out to the ring and challenge John to non-title match against Curtis Axel.
"Yes, John is the WWE Champion but Axel is not on his level right now, and he is not. I repeat he is not getting a non-title match against John. It DiBiase or nothing," He said.
Axel grabs the mic and says, "You are scared of me and that I can runs circle around you."
Cena and Vince just laugh at him and Cena says, "Axel, go wins a few big matches for 11years and then come find me."
As his music hits and then he and Vince leaves the ring together and then walk up the aisle way and then the ramp to the stage. John raises the title to cheers, as Axel and Heyman looking on from the ring, as RAW goes to commercials. During the break, John and Vince went through the curtain and then through the second one into the gorilla position.
"The nerve of Heyman coming out there and challenge me to match with that Axel please," John said.
"No worry son, you don't have matched tonight, you were only here to cut a promo and bait Ryback into the match change, which happens," Vince said.
"Yeah, John just relax. He is all heated air anyway," Caroline, said laughing. John and Vince join her in the chuckle.
RAW return from break and the first match of the show was a single match while John, helps out in the gorilla position after the first match had ended, back to commercials John sends the fans. Meanwhile, there was commercial going, Randy receive a phone call from her sister in law Cathleen.
"Cathy, what is wrong?" He asked her.
"Everything is Randy," she replies sound upset.
"Cathy tells me what Ted, did?" He asked
"I caught Ted cheats on me with some woman name Kristen Tynes," she told him.
"Kristen Tynes," he said
"Yes she is Mississippi somewhere, Randy I am so heartbroken right now, we have a child together. I don't know who to my parents and John," she said.
Randy felt bad for his sister in law, and he says, "Um, tells mom and dad but when it comes to John I will be there with you," he said.
"Thanks, Randy, I should have listened to Stephanie when she tells me to be wary of Ted DiBiase Jr. but I refuse to listen to my sister in law."
"Sometimes Cathy the heart wants what the heart wants. Do not beat yourself up right now. You just concentrate on Michael and will handle everything else, ok," he said.
"Okay, bye Randy," she said.
"Bye Cathy," he said disconnect his call from his sister in law.
Randy was dead set on beating the hell out Ted he was warned by John and him not to hurt Cathy after they got married. And now he has hurt her anyway, well payback is coming for him in the form of me and John once he finds out that Ted has cheated on his younger sister he will beat the hell out of him too. Backstage segment happens Randy watch on the monitor the locker room, and then two titles matches go by and the Shield retains their titles. RAW went back to commercials.
Back from the break and footage is shown of what happened to Triple H in the main event of last week's RAW. Cole says, "Triple H was hurt after the sledgehammer shot from Brock Lesnar at Extreme Rules. He was not supposed to be wrestling last week, and was advised to not fly to RAW tonight."
Another single match happens after the single match had ended a six-man team match happens next, Randy find Ted in a locker room and Ted knew that Cathy told him about his cheating.
"What in the blue hell were you think Ted, cheating on Cathy like that?" He asked
"First it is none of your business Randy," he replies arrogantly.
"None of my business, Cathy is my sister in law, so it is my business, especially after John and I warn you not to hurt her, and you went and hurt her anyway," he said.
"What going on between my wife and I is no one business but ours. But obviously, she can't keep her mouth shut," he said arrogantly, Randy grabs him by his neck.
"Watch your mouth DiBiase; you are nothing more than conceit asshole, who thinks he can do whatever he wants because you're entitled stuck up dumbass. Well, guess what it does work that way. And I don't want to be you when John find out what you have done to Cathy," he said letting him go and DiBiase a cough.
"I am not afraid of him or anyone includes you," he said.
"You should be scared because John is Vince's son in law and Stephanie's husband and she will give him anything he wants," he said, walking out of the locker room leaving him to thinks about his, threatens.
The Highlight Reel happens John watch on from the gorilla position alongside Vince and Caroline. After the Highlight Reel Divas, tag team match was next, and after the Divas tag match, backstage involved Bret Hart and Curtis Axel. Bret tries to warn Axel about Heyman he does not want to listen to him. Back to the ring for tag match involving Randy Orton teaming with Sheamus to face Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow. There was action the match but in the end, Randy and Sheamus get the win over Sandow and Rhodes. The main event was next, as Ted DiBiase went out first followed by Curtis Axel with Paul Heyman. There was in the action the match, but in the end, Ted DiBiase was count out, and Axel was victories over him.
