"What did you know about the Land of Spring Incident?"
Mizuki looked at everyone's reaction as she placed down her glasses and smiled. Of course, the Yondaime's children have no idea about the incident and besides why will they need to know? Mizuki thought to herself.
"Oro-jiji, what is this Land of Spring Incident about?" asked a confused Menma to Orochimaru.
"Well Menma, it is one of the most terrible incidents in the world. Five years ago, Land of Spring or used to be known as Land of Snow that ruled by Kazahana Koyuki was invaded by Demons. They forced Koyuki-hime to watch the Demons eat her people and when it's her turn to get eaten by them, a mysterious warrior appeared and slayed every single one of them." Orochimaru replied to Menma.
"That was his first mission. We received a note from the messenger hawk that told us Land of Spring was invaded by Demons and they were planning to kill everyone if Koyuki didn't give them what they want." Mizuki paused for a while to drink her juice before she continued, "Naruto, who was 14 at that time, immediately went to Land of Spring by himself and an hour later, Koyuki-hime and the survivors came to my village with Naruto's Kage Bunshin leading them."
Then, Mizuki continued, "When the squad that I sent to Koyuki's place arrived, they were shocked to see Naruto defeated Eto and almost kill her but Izumi appear just in time and rescue her."
"E-Eto?! You mean Eto the One-Eyed Owl?!" asked a completely shocked Kakashi to Mizuki who smiled at him. "B-But how?"
Natsumi interrupted all of them by asking her mother, "Ne~ Kaa-chan, who is this Eto?"
"She is known as the Mother of the Demons. Rumour says that she once wiped out thousands of shinobi during the Third Great Shinobi War by herself in just half an hour."
"I am still confused. Demons? I mean… Demons? Like for real? They exist?" asked Mito to everyone.
Mizuki gave a nod to Obito who asked permission to reply her question.
"They do exist. They are an ancient race of monstrous being that immortal and have supernatural abilities. The first demon that is said to have existed is Eto herself who killed the doctor that treating her incurable disease and that happened during the era of late Nidaime-sama."
Minato asked his former student, "But how did Naruto defeat Eto? If I am not mistaken, the Demon are immune to any jutsu and their regenerative ability is similar to Shodaime-sama. Also, their skin is tougher than the diamond."
"Even I have no idea how did Naruto make Eto knelt before him but I do know that he is really powerful. If he wanted to, he already become my successor." Said Mizuki with a smile as she remembered how she kept bugging Naruto after he defeated Eto.
"That boy has really grown up…." Tsunade spoke with a smile.
"After that, Naruto was involved with a lot of S-Rank and one of them hunting down the Akatsuki. It was because of him that your village was sparred from the destruction that can claim a lot of innocent people's lives. He also travelled across the world for unknown reason."
"You are telling me that my son took out majority of Akatsuki's member by himself?" asked a shocking Kushina to Mizuki. "How strong he is?"
"Well… If you want me to be honest… He can defeat the Seven Kage and if he serious… We all will be dead."
Everyone didn't say anything as they were too stunned to say something. They couldn't believe that one of the Namikaze-Uzumaki family member that they neglected since he was five has grown powerful to the point that Mizuki believe Naruto is the only one that can defeat Izumi.
Their thoughts were broken when Mizuki said,
"But something happened to him that cause him to leave the village."
They all stared at Mizuki with a curious face except for Minato who looked at her seriously and asked what happened.
"Four years ago, the Dark Daimyo's family was kidnapped by Izumi and Eto. They were kept somewhere nearby Oto. I sent 100-nin led by Naruto to rescue them. When they arrived, Naruto decided to rescue the family since he believed Izumi and Eto are waiting for him. So, Mikhail led the others to fight against Oto-nin that preventing them from saving Damiyo's family."
Mizuki paused as she noticed her hands shaking, something that Obito and Marida noticed too and comforted her. She took a deep breath and continued her story,
"When Naruto arrived at the location that he believed where the Daimyo's family was captured, he found nothing but hundreds of explosive tags that triggered by his presence. Naruto managed to escape and return to Mikhail and others but when he arrived…."
"They all already died."
Flashback
Unable to find the Daimyo's family, Naruto rushed back to his men's location.
When he arrived at their location, he was shocked.
Completely shocked.
Those men that he left ten minutes ago were all dead.
Limbs, heads, kunai, shuriken and sword that coated with blood, and torn vest and headbands were everywhere. Some were unfortunate due to their body torn into half or ripped apart. Naruto wasted no time and searched for Mikhail but he sensed a very low chakra that made him stopped.
"Akira!!" Naruto screamed as he found one survivor that dying due to the loss of blood. He knelt beside her and performed his medical jutsu at her but she grabbed his wrist and looked at him.
"Na… Naruto… Sensei.."
"What happened?!"
"We were… fighting those… Oto-nin… Then… Iwa and Kumo-nin appeared… and ambushed… us-!!"
Akira stopped talking as she coughed up blood that hit Naruto's vest. She pulled her captain closer.
"Mikhail-san tried to rescue us… but she appeared… Eto… I saw that demon… brutally killed Mikhail-san… I'm… so sorry..."
Akira whispered at the last part as she passed away in Naruto's arms, making him screamed loudly. He then cried and laid down one of his student's body and searched for Mikhail's body.
When he found his friend, Naruto fell to his knees after seeing the condition of his sworn brother's corpse.
Limbless with a huge hole on his stomach. His internal organs were scattered and his jaw was gone. His eyes what makes Naruto burst into tears, they were crushed and stuffed inside Mikhail's throat.
As he hugging the body of the man that is his rival and sworn brother, Naruto sensed Mizuki, Marida and Obito's chakra.
Flashback End
"Not only that Naruto lost his friend and students… The Daimyo's family was also killed and we found the remaining of their corpse. Naruto also told that Iwa and Kumo ambushed them. Naruto… He was consumed by his anger and grief that he went to Oto and destroyed the entire village; no one was sparred from his wrath. Not even a child or innocent woman."
Kushina gasped, "He… He killed all of them?"
Mizuki grimly nodded her head.
"After that, Naruto went to Iwa and Kumo to kill their kage and jinchuriki but I stopped him."
Flashback
"Stop! If you do that, you will cause a war!!" Mizuki screamed as she jumping from one branch to another, chasing after the vengeful Naruto. "I SAID STOP!!"
Naruto looked at Mizuki and immediately disappeared from her sight.
Flashback End
"The next thing I knew was… I at hospital… Badly injured…" said Mizuki as she clenched her fist tightly. She can't remember what happened on that day but the last thing that she remembered was Naruto standing before her with his Sharingan spinning furiously. "I tried to remember what happened but I couldn't."
Both Minato and Kushina felt uneasy at what Mizuki said to them. They looked at each other to decide their next question but when they saw Mizuki is uncomfortable, they against it.
"We will look for him together okay?"
Mizuki lifted her head and nodded at Kushina. She then excused herself to take some fresh air which Marida followed her.
"Well, I guess that's all she can say about Naruto." Obito said to everyone as he whispered itadikamasu and eat his food.
"Obito, thank you."
The Uchiha stopped eating and looked at his sensei with a confuse face.
"For taking care of our son. For be there when he needs someone."
Meanwhile
"Do you think it is a wise idea to declare war?"
Izumi stopped bisecting a female corpse and looked at the short girl with long messy green hair that leaning against the wall.
"Why are you so afraid about that, Eto?"
The woman that known as Eto laughed at Izumi as she walked towards her and simply sat on the operating table. She looked at her fingers and said, "Why do I need afraid? I have what I want except the Blue Spider Rose."
The flower that can cure Eto. From what Izumi knew, that flower is extremely rare and difficult to find. According to one of the old scriptures that Izumi found while she was travelling across the world, the flower can cure any illness whether it is deadly or not and also can rid of Eto's weakness; sun. That flower also the reason why Eto and her Demons invaded Land of Spring because the girl that looks like a teenager believe the flower exist at that place.
"How's your pet?"
Eto giggled at Izumi and asked her if she interested to check on him which caused her to think for a while. She then led Izumi to a room and when they entered, Izumi smiled at what she's seeing in front of her.
A naked blue haired man trapped inside a visible glowing cocoon that made out of black goo. Tendrils could be seen attached to all over his body with a feeding tube inside his mouth.
Izumi stood in front of the cocoon and spoke to the unconscious man,
"You are going to fight and kill those people that you love and swore to protect. It's sad right… Mikhail?"
Eto is based on Yoshimura Eto (Tokyo Ghoul), Kibutsuji Muzan (Kimetsu no Yaiba) and Unknown (Tekken).
