"So... you are keeping it?" Donna looked at the small form she had just delivered clothes for, at the request of the form's mother.

"Yes." Alcina dressed the small baby. "I quite literally went through hell to get it, I am not going to just... dump it in the trash."

The Dollmaker flinched at the statement, not as comfortable as her sibling in using humour to make light of the situation. The Dimitrescu matriarch was steadily regaining her strength - and certainly far faster than a human would, considering her regeneration-ability - , but she was still far thinner and weaker than she had been before being taken. At least she didn't look like a skeleton wrapped in skin anymore.

Still, she couldn't stop a small smile at the sight of her refined older sister cooing at the small girl-shaped thing. "What do the others think?"

Very lady-like, her sibling rolled her eyes, finishing dressing the thing and lifting it to her chest. "All opposed, though I am uncertain if Heisenberg is opposed on account of him always opposing me or if he has a legitimate reason." The faint frown changed into a warm smile when the blue-clad baby snuggled into her chest. "My daughters are warming up to her, at least."

"I... would have imagined them to be among the slowest, actually." The Lady Beneviento admitted. The triplets were the closest to their mother, for obvious reasons and she had expected them to carry a grudge for her suffering the longest.

"I think it helps they are around her more often." Alcina mused, most of her attention on the squirmy bundle in her arms. "Honestly..." She bit her lip, the golden eyes that looked up looking uncertain. "I kind of expected Mother to want to use her as a vessel."

"But she didn't?"

"I offered, in fact." The taller woman tightened her hold on the thing she had claimed as her own. "As apology for me... you know... But she said she didn't want her, considering I had already claimed her as my own."

Donna figured it partially might also be that a pile of mold would not exactly be the best child, but didn't say so. It was quite clear that her eldest sibling had no intention of getting rid of her own blob of mold any time soon, so it'd be rude. "Have you thought of a name, then?"

"Ereina, I thought." She chuckled. "My girls certainly went crazy with suggestions when I brought it up, but I think I'll stick with that one."

"That's a nice name." The younger sister smiled again, though she was not certain if the other could tell. Behind her the door opened a touch, Angie squeezing into the room.

"Karl's coming." The doll announced, before running over to the bedside, looking expectantly at her owner. Donna leaned down, lifting her onto the bed.

"Do I want to know why?" Obligingly, Alcina lowered the baby enough that the doll could look at it.

"Under order of Mother Miranda." The man in question answered, poking his head inside the room. "I suppose she got tired of you being in bed all the time."

"Pardon?"

He smirked a bit, opening the door further and pulling a chair inside. She blinked a few times when realizing it was a wheelchair, made to size for their sister. "For you... So you don't fuse to the bed."

"Very funny." The counter sounded distinctly token, both of them able to note the longing in the Dimitrescu's eyes at the prospect of being able to leave her room.

"We should see if it works." Donna rose from her seat, stepping up to the bed. "Some sun would certainly do you good, as well."

"Unless she melts." Karl pushed the chair over to the bed. "Think you're gonna be able to lift yourself in here? My back still has not recovered from lugging your oversized ass everywhere."

"Karl..." She frowned at him, though he probably couldn't see it under her veil. She didn't want to remember that day, even less than she wanted to remember her first family's loss.

"It's alright, Donna." Alcina assured her, holding out the child. "Could you?"

"Oh..." She was pretty certain that aside from Alcina and perhaps her daughters, she would be the first to hold the mold-thing. Still, there was no good reason to deny her sister, so she held out her arms.

The small form was warm and while she couldn't be certain, it felt heavier than it should be, considering the size. Then again, being the youngest in both families, she had never held a baby before. Maybe they were meant to be this heavy? The pupilless golden eyes looked up at her in consideration, before the small face scrunched up in a wide grin.

Beside her, Alcina grunted a bit as she hoisted herself from the bed. With only minimal assistance of Karl, she managed to settle in the wheelchair, leaning back into the plush pillows.

"I even added controls so you can move around on your own without having to push the wheels." He informed her once she was securely seated. "Though I suppose if you prefer, you can have someone shove you around as well."

"Show me." Considering the scene briefly, she put the baby on the bed and pulled the decorative throw of it to tuck it around her sister's legs. No longer being surrounded by her mountain of pillows and blankets, it was painfully obvious how much her ordeal had taken out of her.

Handing back the baby, they made their way out of the room, Donna moving ahead to open the doors so the other two could pass along easily. At one point, she was so far ahead that Alcina must have been thinking she was out of hearing-range, because she did catch a soft 'thank you, Karl' floating through the corridor. Below her veil, her grin might well have split her face in half.
