Chapter 6: World Tournament Match! Fairy Girls Strike!

In a bright flash of light the female Fairies found themselves standing on a large white tiled stage. Looking around they realized they seemed to be in an arena, which was filled to the brim with people.

"Huh? Are we in some kind of competition?" Wendy asked, looking around.

"Hm, the mission summary did mention a tournament. Seems we've landed right in the middle of it," Erza explained.

"Well? What are we supposed to do?" Lucy asked.

"ALLLLLRRRRRIIIIGGGGHHHTTTTT! WELCOME TO THE TAG TEAM WORLD TOURNAMENT EXHIBITION MATCH!"

The girls flinched at the booming voice and turned to see a man with short blond hair, sunglasses, and a suit standing in front of the fighting ring. They assumed that he must've been the announcer.

"We're here with three special guests! All three of them have been participants of previous tournaments! One of them was even the champion of the 22nd tournament!" The announcer revealed. "Give a big welcome to Tienshinhan! Krillin! And Yamcha!"

The three fighters walked into the arena, all three of them wearing confident smiles on their faces. Yamcha waved at the audience members, blowing kisses out to the women in the stands. Krillin gave waves and nods to the audience, while Tien merely continued his way to the ring.

Erza observed the three carefully, before requipping her sword into her hands. "Stay on guard, girls. Those three aren't slouches when it comes to battle," Erza warned.

"Y-Yes, Erza!" Wendy replied, pumping her arms. The young girl adopted an over serious expression as she gazed at the three martial artists. Lucy merely sweatdropped at Wendy's enthusiasm.

"Don't take this too seriously, Wendy," Lucy said.

Krillin saw the Fairies standing on the and turned back to the announcer. "Are they supposed to be our opponents?"

"Yes! These ladies have appeared to challenge you three to a fight!" The announcer looked at the girls, Erza specifically. "Uhhh...you, with the scarlet hair!"

Erza blinked in surprise at being called out. "Yes?"

"Weapons and armor are not permitted in a tournament. This may be an exhibition match, but we'll be following the tournament rules to an extent!" He explained.

Erza blushed in embarrassment. "I-I didn't know that!" She turned to see both Lucy and Wendy giggling at her. "It's not funny! We're still new to this world and everything in it!" Erza yelled at the two. Her body began to glow a bright color as her outfit began to change. "Requip: Clear Heart Clothing!"

The audience, and human Z-Fighters were surprised to see Erza change her outfit. She's now wearing white bandages around her large chest and red loose pants with flame patterns near the bottom. Usually she'd still use a sword with this armor, but she chose to discard it in favor of going hand-to-hand with the incoming fight.

Yamcha and Krillin both blushed at Erza's revealing clothing. "Oh man...Bulma will kill me if she sees me staring!" Yamcha said(At this time he and Bulma would still be together...kinda).

"Does this suit your needs?" She asked the announcer.

"Yes, that works perfectly fine!" He replied. Erza nodded her head in understanding and faced the martial artists once more.

"I might as well change too," Lucy realized. She pulled out a golden key and extended it in front of her. "Star Dress: Leo Form!" Her outfit changed into an elegant, frilled, black ball gown that slit up her left leg and tied with a gold sash that sits around her hips. A black, frilled choker sits around her neck, and a ribbon with a mark of the Leo zodiac emblazoned upon it falls between her breasts and detached sleeves on her upper arms.

"Another outfit change," Tien observed as he stood across from Erza. Krillin stood across from Wendy and Yamcha stood across from Lucy.

"Let me explain the rules first. Just like any of the previous tournaments if any part of your body touches anything outside of the ring then you're out. When the entire opposing team has either given up or fallen out of the ring, then that will conclude the match." He explained. The announcer saw the fighters all get into fighting stances and raised his hand into the air. "LET THE EXHIBITION MATCH! BEGIN!"

Almost immediately both Tien and Erza charged each other. Dancing around their space of the arena in a flurry of strikes.

Krillin stared at Wendy, as if he was expecting something. The young teen looked around nervously at Krillin's gaze. "Um, is something wrong?" She asked.

"Aren't you going to change too?" He asked.

"W-What?"

"Your friends all changed their appearance, so I'm just wondering if you were going to change as well," He laughed, scratching the back of his head.

"O-Oh! Well, I don't have anything like they do. Sorry about that," Wendy apologized.

"No need to apologize, we all have our own things that make us special. So, let's have a good match alright?"

"Sure!"

"I'm Krillin by the way," The bald monk introduced and got into a stance.

"I'm Wendy Marvell. Nice to meet you," She introduced and got into a stance as well.

Both fighters stood still before Krillin charged at her. He swiped his arm down to chop at her, but she jumped over him right before he struck.

Wendy raises her left arm, gathering wind around her hand. "Sky Dragon's Crushing Fang!" Wendy released her own swipe at Krillin. Seeing the approaching wind blast, the bald monk rolled out of the way of the attack.

Krillin didn't waste time trying to figure out how the girl managed to throw wind at him. Since, he's seen many weird techniques before in his childhood. As Wendy landed on the ground, Krillin left the girl no time to adjust herself.

He sent a kick into her face, knocking the young girl back. Not letting her rest he sent two well aimed palm strikes into her stomach, making Wendy gasp at the lack of air(Ironic).

Not wanting to stay on the losing side of the fight, Wendy sent her leg flying into Krillin's chin. He was momentarily stunned from the attack, allowing Wendy to send strikes into Krillin's chest. Knocking him back a bit, she jumped into the air and gathered wind around her feet. "Sky Dragon's Claw!" Flipping around so that the back of her heel striked Krillin in the back of his head.

Krillin was sent falling down into the ring floor. Wendy landed on the ground and smiled at being able to retaliate so well.

She widened her eyes a bit as Krillin quickly got to his feet. "That was good, Wendy. Guess I shouldn't underestimate you for being a kid. I'll get serious now!" Krillin told her. He cupped his hands to his side, blue energy gathering between his palms.

"Kamehameha!" He launched the blue beam directly at her. Wendy gasped at the attack and jumped out of the way. The beam bent itself, flying outside of the arena. So, busy watching the attack she missed Krillin fly up behind her, sending a strong kick into her back.

"Gah!" Wendy cried out as she was sent flying further up into the sky. He flew farther above her and sent a downward strike into her back once more. "Ack!" Wendy felt the pain from the strike, crashing right back down into the ring.

Above the arena, Krillin could see his friends still engaged in their respective battles. When he sensed Wendy's power increase he turned back to look at her.

"SKY DRAGON'S ROAR!"

A giant torrent of wind shot at him at high speeds. He raised his arms to guard against the attack as it made contact with him. When the attack was dissipated he started gasping for air. That attack felt stronger than all of Wendy's previous attacks. As he flew back down towards her he saw something that left him stunned.

"Is she eating the air!?" Krillin gasped mentally. He watched Wendy suck in the air around her, she then began to gather up a powerful gust of wind around her arms.

"Sky Dragon Wing Attack!" Wendy shouted. She jumped into the air to meet Krillin head-on, crossing her arms, she sent the giant torrent of high winds at Krillin.

The bald monk sent a kiai blast of air to match Wendy's attack. Both air attacks collided, creating almost a tornado mixture that forced the audience to guard themselves against the wind.

Wendy gasped from her attack being matched. She gasped once more when Krillin vanished from her sight. He appeared right behind her, putting the girl in a headlock.

"Ah! Let go!" Wendy struggled in his grasp.

"No way!" Krillin smirked. He began to descend towards the outside of the ring. Wendy gasped when she saw what he was doing. Struggling within his grasp, she began to growl in frustration. Her hair and eyes turn pink, gathering a massive amount of strength and busts out of Krillin's grasp.

"W-What!?" Krillin was shocked.

The sole female Dragon Slayer turned around to face him, opening her mouth wide. "SKY DRAGON'S ROAR!" She released a powerful point blank roar directly into Krillin's face, sending the bald monk to crash onto the grass floor. Breathing heavily Wendy lands on the ring and lays on her back. Her hair turned back to blue.

Krillin realized that he just lost and laughed a little. "Guess she can transform after all."

Rewinding back to the beginning of the fight Lucy squared off against Yamcha.

Yamcha smirked a bit at Lucy. "Don't worry, I'll take it easy on ya," He said.

Lucy rolled her eyes at that. She's been underestimated, because of the fact that she's never been the fighter type of woman like Erza or Mira. "Don't worry about me. I'd be more worried about yourself."

Lucy charged at him with an energy infused kick, not expecting her to just suddenly jump at him, the kick landed directly in his gut. The ex-bandit skidded across the ring floor, he stopped himself before he could fly out of the ring.

"Geez! What kind of kick was that!?" He shouted. The blonde in front of him didn't strike him as the strong fighter type like Erza did.

"My Lucy kick! So, you better beware!" She told him, confidently. A question mark appeared above Yamcha's head, signifying his confusion.

"Whatever! I'm not gonna get my butt kicked that easily! The guys would laugh at me if I did!" Yamcha replied. The ex-bandit charged at her, sending well trained punches at Lucy.

The Celestial mage barely dodged the fast strikes, she realized that she also shouldn't underestimate him. He's a martial artist afterall.

"Regulus!" Lucy powered her body up with Loke's magic, parrying one of Yamcha's punches. Retaliating with a strong right hook, Yamcha managed to duck under. He elbowed her in the gut, causing her to cry out in pain. Then, he sent a back handed fist in her face.

"Gyah!" Lucy cried out, backing away.

Using this moment to his advantage, Yamcha charged at her. "Eat this! Wolf Fang Fist!" He sent a barrage of clawing and punching attacks at Lucy, staggering her greatly, then finished the attack with a double palm strike.

The blonde mage sailed across the arena until a pair of masculine arms caught her. When she opened her eyes, she saw that Loki had summoned himself and prevented her from falling out of the arena.

"Loki!" Lucy shouted, always happy to see him.

"Hello my beautiful Lucy. Do you need a hand?" He asked.

"Nah, I can do this on my own. Thanks for the save," Lucy got out of his arms and back onto the floor.

"No problem Lucy. We'll always be here to help when you need us! We're rooting for you to win!" He waved goodbye before vanishing in golden light. Lucy nodded her head and turned back to Yamcha. Who was watching the whole thing with a look of confusion.

"Who was that?" He asked.

"Uh...no one of your concern," She answered hesitantly.

"Is he your boyfriend?"

"HELL NO!"

"Then are you available?"

Lucy kicked him in the balls hard.

Yamcha collapsed to the floor, clutching his crotch as it burned with pain.

"HEY!"

Lucy turned to see the announcer glaring at her. "No attacking any sensitive areas or you'll be disqualified!"

"Y-Yes!" She replied quickly. Getting disqualified would mean getting on Erza's bad side. So, she waited for Yamcha to get back on his feet.

When he did he was glaring at her. "That's it! No more Mr. Nice Yamcha!" He charged at her and unleashed another Wolf Fang Fist. This time however, Lucy was prepared for it.

She parried most of his strikes, only a few of them managing to land on her. However, he mixed in a feint attack that caught her off guard. Which left her open to Yamcha's palm strikes.

Lucy tried to quickly regain her balance before his attack reached her, however she ended up tripping and falling towards his attack.

BOING BOING

When Yamcha woke up today, he didn't expect to end up having his hands clutching a woman's pair of breasts. His palm strike and Lucy tripping ended up resulting in him groping her breasts. Lucy's entire face turned red with embarrassment and humiliation.

Yamcha quickly backed away, waving his hands quickly to save himself. "I-I-I didn't mean to do that! It was an honest accident! Though, it did feel nice…" Yamcha muttered that last part. Sadly, Lucy heard those words.

"You...you...YOU PERVERT!" Lucy's face morphed into one of rage. Memories of things like this happening to her replayed in her mind. She's had enough of dealing with accidental groping and wardrobe malfunctions. Her leg powered up with Loki's magic and Yamcha knew he was screwed.

"LUCY KICK!"

"LUCY KICK!"

"LUCY KICK!"

"LUCY KICK!"

Her rapid rain of kicks sent Yamcha flying outside of the ring and crashing into the waiting room right in front of the ring. Lucy allowed her temper to cool and promptly undid her Star Dress. She walked over to see Wendy had just finished her fight and sat down next to the Sky Dragon Slayer, so they could watch Erza' fight.

Erza dodged a powerful strike from Tien and retaliated with a counter. Which he also dodged with equal expertise.

The two had been going at this for a while now, their fight lasting longer than the other two had previously. Erza allowed a sense of pride to enter her system when she saw that Wendy and Lucy had won their fights.

Both her and Tien broke apart from their close combat, breathing heavily from the fight. Though Erza would regret to admit that she's feeling more exhausted than Tien was. Just from their exchanges it was easy to tell just how much better he was at hand-to-hand than her. Where she spent most of her life using a sword, he spent all of his training in martial arts.

"Use your swords," Tien suddenly spoke.

"H-Huh!?" His words caught her off guard.

"You're not at your best without your sword right. You may be strong at hand-to-hand, but that isn't where your talents lie," He explained.

Erza didn't deny his words. "True, but I must follow the tournament rules that were stated," Erza told him.

"Just for this one time. Let's forgo the rules." Tien turned around to face the announcer. "Is it ok if she uses her sword? Asking for permission as a previous champion," Tien requested.

The announcer looked puzzled. "Fine, but if anything goes too far then I'll call it off! Is that fine?" He said.

"Yes, that's fine," Tien replied and turned back to Erza. He saw that she had requiped a single blade and was pointing it at him. Her eyes thirsted for battle. Tien got into a stance, generating a small ki barrier around his body. Without missing a beat the two charged at one another.

Erza's blade met his fist head on, clashing at one another. They bore into each other's eyes, and began to dance once more across the open ring.

She dodged a pointed strike from Tien and slashed at him as a counter. He avoided the cut, but not her side kick to his ribs. Grunting for a moment, he gripped her leg and spun her into the air.

Erza managed to regain her bearings quickly just as Tien sent ki blasts flying at her. She sliced each blast apart with her blade as she was descending back to the ground. Once her left foot touched the floor, she dashed at him immediately.

Tien jumped over the horizontal slice of her blade, and sent a double kick to her back. Erza flew towards the edge of the ring, but stopped herself in time before she could fly off. Twisting around she barely avoided a strong punch from Tien. She allowed this moment to push forward hard.

Her blade landed multiple cuts on Tien, making him guard to protect himself. Erza used this moment to requip another sword into her open hand, attacking Tien with dual blades.

Tien backed away from her and flew into the air. Erza stood there on the arena floor and watched Tien up in the air.

The earthling placed his open palms next to his head. "Solar Flare!" A blinding flash of light hit everyone in the arena. Blinding them all for a split second. Tien used to place both of his hands in a triangle shape. "Tri-Beam!" He shot a triangular shaped attack down at Erza and it hit the arena floor dead-on.(He avoided hitting Lucy and Wendy who were still sitting on the ring.)

When the smoke cleared he widened his eyes in shock at what was in front of him. There was a square shaped hole in the ring, but in the middle of the hole was Erza. Her outfit was different however. She was wearing a large, blue and navy colored armor with a giant shield in front of her.

"Adamantine Armor," Erza replied as she dispelled the armor and requipped her Clear Heart armor. "You said to forgo the rules, so I used one of my other armors to protect myself from your attack."

He floated back down to the ring. "How did you know that my Tri-Beam would be big enough to require that armor?" He asked. He didn't expect her to still be able to see after his solar flare.

"Hmph, one of my eyes is fake, so your blinding attack didn't affect it," She revealed.

"Hn, that just makes this all the more interesting. How about we finish this fight?" Tien said.

"I couldn't agree more. Requip: Black Wing Armor!" Erza now sported a new armor. It was black with silver trimming that has silver crosses in several places. It has a revealing silver-edged breastplate and plates flanking her hips that reach down to her waist-guard. The waist-guard leaves the front of Erza's body exposed, with her groin being covered by a dark imbuement. She has large plates guarding her legs and two large wings on her back. In her hands was a sharp crescent blade.

Erza charged Tien immediately, not wasting time. The tri-eyed martial artist dodged some of Erza's slashes, majority of them forced to block. Not wanting her to keep the offensive, Tien gripped her blade between his palms, he twisted it to the side, leaving Erza open.

His leg struck her directly in her open stomach, causing her to cough up spit. He then launched a powerful ki wave at her. Erza pulled up her blade to block the attack, however it pushed back a good distance.

Tien pointed his finger at her, not wasting any movements. "Dodon Ray!" A powerful beam was launched from his finger.

Erza dodged it with her flight and charged Tien, however he kept launching Dodon Rays at her. Getting irritated at the game of keep away, Erza reequipped another sword and launched it directly at Tien.

Not wanting to get struck by it, he dodged the blade and it quickly disappeared before hitting the audience. He missed Erza approaching him at a break-neck pace and was unprepared for her next strike.

"Moon Flash!" She unleashed a cross-like pattern attack at the martial artist, causing him to stagger. However, she didn't let up there as she unleashed another one. "Moon Flash!" Hitting him in his back.

Tien was sent sailing down to the ground, however he stopped himself from hitting the grass. Inches away from touching it.

"YOU AREN'T SAFE YET!"

A powerful kick landed itself into his back and Tien crashed into the grass. Erza flipped backwards and landed right next to her comrades. The audience was still silent, before erupting into loud cheers from the epic display of a fight. The announcer jumped onto the stage and ran next to the girls.

"AND WITH THIS WE HAVE OUR WINNERS...uhhh…?"

"Oh! We're Fairy Tail!" Lucy told him.

"OUR WINNERS, FAIRY TAIL!"

The girls smiled at the applause given to them, happy to spread the name of their guild even inside a pocket dimension.

BOOM!

A ki blast interrupted the cheering. Immediately Erza got on guard, with Lucy and Wendy joining her.

"Hmph, not bad, but not good enough."

They turned around to see a green man with a turban on his head and cape on his shoulders. He was wearing a purple GI with orange looking shoes. The little boy next to him was wearing the same purple GI and shoes, though he had a white headband around his head.

Lucy blinked in surprise at the new arrivals and two names exited her lips. "Piccolo and Gohan!?"
