Aurasoul: That it is Kisara Blue Eyes vs Red Eyes everybody! I dont own Yugioh both the show and the card game only my OCs and OC cards except Kisara and her OC cards that belong to 0713MM. So I hope you all enjoy enjoy the story!
Chapter 9
"Well here we are." Kisara frowned as she looked around. They had walked quite the distance to an underground dueling field that had some sort of dragonic theme to it. "This here will be our stage for our showdown." Kuroi smirked.
"Very well." Kisara remarked. "Since I know you Rare Hunters use trickery to win, why don't you explain the rules of this Shadow Game?"
"Simple really." Kuroi replied nonchalantly, yet with a wicked smirk. "See, the floors are quite fragile. Dueling here is dangerous, but that's the idea." Kuroi tapped the ground with his foot and it slowly cracked, emphasizing his words. "Every time one of us loses LP, the ground crumbles. And once they hit 0...well, I don't think I have to state the obvious."
"We'll plummet into the Shadow Realm." Kisara frowned deeply. "The only things remaining of us will be our deck, duel disk, and locator card(s)."
"Exactly. Glad you understand, Maiden of the Blue Eyes." Kuroi smirked.
"Then let's start." Kisara spoke as she activated her duel disk.
"Agreed." He said, activating his duel disk.
"DUEL!"
"I'll start. Draw!" Kisara declared. (Kisara's hand: 6 cards. Kisara's LP: 4000. Kuroi's hand: 5 cards. Kuroi's LP: 4000.) Kisara smiled as she grabbed a card from her hand. "I'll start by activating the Continuous Spell, Altar of the Blue-Eyes Fusion." An altar with Blue-Eyes White Dragon's head on the front appeared behind Kisara. "Due to this card's effect, I can Fusion Summon 1 Blue-Eyes Fusion monster from my Extra Deck once per turn. But before I get to that, I shall Normal Summon Maiden with the Eyes of Blue to my field." A blue-haired maiden appeared onto Kisara's field. (Maiden with the Eyes of Blue, Level 1 LIGHT Spellcaster-type monster, ATK/DEF: 0. Kisara's hand: 4 cards. Kisara's LP: 4000. Kuroi's hand: 5 cards. Kuroi's LP: 4000.)
"Now that I have done that, I shall use my Altar's effect to fuse Blue-Eyes White Dragon and Blue-Eyes Wyvern in my hand." The 2 monsters soared and swirled into the Fusion Portal above Kisara's head. "Vicious dragons with eyes of blue rise above all with your tremendous power! Fusion Summon! Arise! Level 9! Blue-Eyes Omega Dragon!" A dark blue scaled dragon appeared out of the altar and onto Kisara's field. (Blue-Eyes Omega Dragon, Level 9 LIGHT Dragon-type Fusion monster, ATK/DEF: 3300/2600. Kisara's hand: 2 cards. Kisara's LP: 4000. Kuroi's hand: 5 cards. Kuroi's LP: 4000.)
"Humph. Impressive." Kuroi mused.
But it's got nothing on my Deck's power.
"Omega Dragon's effect!" Kisara announced. "Upon its Fusion Summon, I can Special Summon 1 Blue-Eyes monster, or 1 Level 1 LIGHT monster from my GY." A card ejected out of her GY. "Come forth! Blue-Eyes White Dragon!" The white-scaled, blue-eyed dragon appeared next to Omega Dragon. (Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Level 8 LIGHT Dragon-type monster, ATK/DEF: 3000/2500. Kisara's hand: 2 cards. Kisara's LP: 4000. Kuroi's hand: 5 cards. Kuroi's LP: 4000.)
"And there it is. Blue Eyes White Dragon." Kuroi remarked.
"I place 1 card face-down and end my turn." Kisara concluded. (Kisara's hand: 1 card. Kisara's LP: 4000. Kuroi's hand: 5 cards. Kuroi's LP: 4000.) "Your move."
"Very well. I draw!" Kuroi declared. (Kisara's hand: 1 card. Kisara's LP: 4000. Kuroi's hand: 6 cards. Kuroi's LP: 4000.) Kuroi looked at his hand and laughed. "With this hand, I have you beat, Blue-Eyes Maiden." He pulled a card from his hand. "I activate Red-Eyes Fusion!"
"Red Eyes?!" Kisara gaped, shocked.
"That's right." Kuroi smirked as he pulled 2 monsters from his Deck. "I send Red-Eyes Black Dragon and Meteor Dragon Red-Eyes Impact from my Deck to the GY in order to Fusion Summon!" The 2 monsters soared and swirled into the Fusion Portal above Kuroi's head. "Shooting shadow comets with the power of the eyes of Red unleash the destructive power of the black dragon! Fusion Summon! Appear now! Level 8! Meteor Black Comet Dragon!" An amped up Meteor Black Dragon appeared onto Kuroi's field. (Meteor Black Comet Dragon, Level 8 DARK Dragon-type Fusion monster, ATK/DEF: 3500/2000. Kisara's hand: 1 card. Kisara's LP: 4000. Kuroi's hand: 5 cards. Kuroi's LP: 4000.)
"But that's just the beginning." Kuroi grinned. "Now for its effect! When this card is Fusion Summoned, I can send 1 Red-Eyes monster from my Deck to the GY. Then you take damage equal to half its original ATK. I'll be sending Red-Eyes Inferno Wyvern from my Deck to the GY to blast you with 900 points of damage!" After sending said monster card from his Deck to the GY, his Meteor Black Comet Dragon blasted Kisara with the power of his Inferno Wyvern. Kisara tsked as her LP decreased, in addition to the floor around her crumbling away. (Kisara's LP: 4000 - 900 = 3100. Kisara's hand: 1 card. Kisara's LP: 3100. Kuroi's hand: 5 cards. Kuroi's LP: 4000.)
"Did you like that? Or should I dish out more damage?" Kuroi smirked. "Well either way, I'll end my turn with 2 face-downs. You're up." (Kisara's hand: 1 card. Kisara's LP: 3100. Kuroi's hand: 3 cards. Kuroi's LP: 4000.)
"Draw!" (Kisara's hand: 2 cards. Kisara's LP: 3100. Kuroi's hand: 3 cards. Kuroi's LP: 4000.)
So he's a Red Eyes user. The opposite of the Blue Eyes. She thought.
"Oh! I forgot to mention Red-Eyes Inferno Wyvern's effect." Kuroi spoke up. "See, if it's in my GY and I did not Normal Summon on the turn it's in my GY, I can banish it, then I can Special Summon 1 Red-Eyes monster from my GY. Come forth! Meteor Dragon Red-Eyes Impact!" The small red dragon appeared onto Kuroi's field. (Meteor Dragon Red-Eyes Impact, Level 6 DARK Dragon-type monster, ATK/DEF: 1800/2000. Kisara's hand: 2 cards. Kisara's LP: 3100. Kuroi's hand: 3 cards. Kuroi's LP: 4000.) "Now you can make your move."
"I activate Blue-Eyes Fusion." Kisara spoke.
"Oh do you?" Kuroi wondered.
"What?"
"Counter Trap activate! Red-Eyes Judgement!" Kuroi revealed. "By sending Red-Eyes Inferno Dragon from my hand to the GY, I can negate the activation of your Spell and destroy it!"
"Are you sure about that?" This time it was Kuroi who frowned.
"What do you mean?"
"I mean this! Counter Trap activate! White Wrath!" Kisara countered.
"What?! No! Now my Counter Trap is negated!" Kuroi gnashed his teeth as his Counter Trap shattered. (Kisara's hand: 1 card. Kisara's LP: 3100. Kuroi's hand: 2 cards. Kuroi's LP: 4000.)
"Now that that's done, my Blue-Eyes Fusion shall use Blue-Eyes White Dragon from my field and The White Stone of Ancients from my Deck as Fusion Material!" The 2 monsters swirled into the Fusion Portal above Kisara's head. "Glimmering dragon bare the power of the eyes of Blue within you against your enemy! Fusion Summon! Come now! Level 8! Blue-Eyes Krystal Dragon!" A crystalized version of Blue-Eyes White Dragon appeared onto Kisara's field. (Blue-Eyes Krystal Dragon, Level 8 LIGHT Dragon-type Fusion monster, ATK/DEF: 3000/2500. Kisara's hand: 1 card. Kisara's LP: 3100. Kuroi's hand: 2 cards. Kuroi's LP: 4000.)
"Humph. Big deal." Kuroi grunted.
"Oh. It is." Kisara grinned.
"What?"
"Blue-Eyes Omega Dragon's effect and Blue-Eyes Fusion's effects activate!" Kisara revealed. "Firstly, Blue-Eyes Fusion lets me add a Blue-Eyes monster from my Deck to my hand, such as my Blue-Eyes Ancient Dragon. But that's not all! Blue-Eyes Omega Dragon also lets me destroy 1 card you control. After that, I can add 1 card from my Deck to my hand that either lists Blue-Eyes White Dragon or Blue-Eyes in its card text."
"Kuh….!" Kuroi grunted. Kisara pointed her right hand index finger at Meteor Black Comet Dragon.
"I'll destroy him!" Omega Dragon fired a beam of energy at Meteor Black Comet Dragon; thus destroying him. After that, another card ejected from her Deck and she added it to her hand. "I add the Field Spell, White Dragon's Den." (Kisara's hand: 3 cards. Kisara's LP: 3100. Kuroi's hand: 2 cards. Kuroi's LP: 4000.)
She played 1 card to add 2 cards. Kuroi thought. Not good for me. But it doesn't matter. As soon as she asmasses a board of 5, I'll activate my Trap, destroying all her monsters. Well, all but her Krystal Dragon. But that's besides the point.
"Speaking of my Field Spell, I shall activate it." Kisara continued. The area around them changed to a dragon's den.
"Humph. I'm not impressed." Kuroi frowned. "And you'll see why soon enough."
"In that case, I activate my White Dragon's Den's effect." Kisara continued. "By targeting my Maiden, I can give it 1000 ATK, in addition to either adding a Blue-Eyes monster from my Deck to my hand, or sending it to the GY. And when Maiden is targeted by an effect, I can Special Summon 1 Blue-Eyes White Dragon from either my hand, Deck, or GY. I shall do so now!" Blue-Eyes White Dragon reappeared onto Kisara's field. "As for the monster I added, it's Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon."
"Kuh….! So annoying….!" Kuroi growled.
"If you thought that was annoying, then how about I go in for the attack!" Kisara smiled as she thrusted her right hand forward. "Battle! Omega Dragon, attack his Red-Eyes Black Dragon!" The dark blue dragon unleashed its attack upon Red-Eyes; thus destroying it. (Kuroi's LP: 4000 - 900 = 3100. Kisara's hand: 3 cards. Kisara's LP: 3100. Kuroi's hand: 2 cards. Kuroi's LP: 3100.)
"Blue-Eyes White Dragon, it's your turn to attack! White Lightning!" Said dragon opened its mouth and destroyed Red-Eyes Impact. "And now that your defense is gone, Maiden, attack him directly!" The maiden unleashed a magical blast at Kuroi, making him tsk. (Kuroi's LP: 3100 - 1000 = 2100. Kisara's hand: 3 cards. Kisara's LP: 3100. Kuroi's hand: 2 cards. Kuroi's LP: 2100.)
"Now you've lost almost LP." Kisara pointed out.
"And? What's your point?" Kuroi questioned as the smoke from his side of the field cleared away.
"You'll be defeated in just 1 more turn." Kisara replied.
"Oh really?" Kuroi laughed. "I beg to differ."
"I set 1 card and end my turn." Kisara finished. "And since I have, my White Stone of Ancients allows me to Special Summon a Blue-Eyes monster from my Deck. Come! Dragon Spirit of White!" The spiritual white dragon appeared onto Kisara's field. (Dragon Spirit of White, Level 8 LIGHT Dragon-type monster, ATK/DEF: 2500/2000. Kisara's hand: 2 cards. Kisara's LP: 3100. Kuroi's hand: 2 cards. Kuroi's LP: 2100.)
"Hold up! I activate my set card before you can banish it! Trap card activate! Red-Eyes Impact Blast! Now by sending a Red-Eyes monster from my hand to the GY, I can Special Summon 1 Level 7 Red-Eyes monster from my Deck. So I send Red-Eyes Illusion Bone Dragon from my hand to the GY in order to Special Summon Red-Eyes Ancient Dragon to my field!" The red and black scaled dragon emerged onto Kuroi's field. (Red-Eyes Ancient Dragon, Level 7 DARK Dragon-type monster, ATK/DEF: 2400/2000. Kisara's hand: 2 cards. Kisara's LP: 3100. Kuroi's hand: 1 card. Kuroi's LP: 2100.) After that, he grabbed Red-Eyes Black Dragon out of his GY and Summoned it to his he did, a beam of dark energy blasted out of Ancient Dragon and hit Kisara, making her stagger backwards. (Kisara's LP: 3100 - 1200 = 1900. Kisara's hand: 2 cards. Kisara's LP: 1900. Kuroi's hand: 1 card. Kuroi's LP: 2100.)
"Ugh… What was that?" Kisara groaned. She then gaped as her Altar and Field Spell shattered. "My cards!"
"Sorry. I forgot to mention that my Impact Blast also destroys 2 Spell/Traps you control." Kuroi smirked. "Now that that's out of the way, time for me to take my turn. Draw!" (Kisara's hand: 2 cards. Kisara's LP: 1900. Kuroi's hand: 2 cards. Kuroi's LP: 2100.) Kuroi looked at his hand and laughed.
"Time for you to lose, Blue-Eyes Maiden!" He grinned. "I activate the Continuous Spell, Beast of the Black Dragon! Now by discarding my Red-Eyes Archfiend of Lightning, I can draw 2 cards." He did so. His new 2 cards made his smile widen. "Next up, I banish the top card of my Deck in order to Special Summon my Red-Eyes Illusion Bone Dragon to my field. A dark bone dragon appeared next to Red-Eyes Black Dragon. (Red-Eyes Illusion Bone Dragon, Level 3 DARK Dragon-type monster, ATK/DEF: 1700/800. Kisara's hand: 2 cards. Kisara's LP: 1900. Kuroi's hand: 2 cards. Kuroi's LP: 2100.)
"But wait, I've got more!" Kuroi grinned. "By banishing my Impact Blast and Judgement, you take damage equal to the number of Red-Eyes monsters I control x400! Since this effect is being used twice, you take a total of 2400 damage! I win! Ha!" Both traps released ghostly beams from their ghostly selves towards Kisara.
"Yaaaaaaaah!" Kisara cried out, falling to her knees onto the little ground she had left to stand on. (Kisara's LP: 1900 - 1200 - 600 = 100. Kisara's hand: 2 cards. Kisara's LP: 100. Kuroi's hand: 2 cards. Kuroi's LP: 2100.)
"What's this?!" Kuroi gaped as the smoke cleared to show Kisara slowly standing back up. "Your Life Points should be gone!" He glanced over and noticed Damage Diet had been activated. "Damage Diet?! So you halved the damage from the 2nd assault. Fine! I activate Pot of Greed! So I draw 2 cards!" He did so. After he did, he discarded 1 card. "Now for my Continuous Spells effect! By discarding 1 card from my hand, I can shuffle Red-Eyes Inferno Dragon and Red-Eyes Archfiend of Lightning into my Deck in order to Fusion Summon!" Both DARK Dragons swirled into the Fusion Portal above him. "Dragon with eyes of Red burst forth the power of chaos and unleash it to incinerate everything! Fusion Summon! Come now! Level 8! Red-Eyes Chaotic Burst Dragon!" The dark and chaotic version of Red-Eyes Black Dragon appeared onto Kuroi's field. (Red-Eyes Chaotic Burst Dragon, Level 8 DARK Dragon-type Fusion monster, ATK/DEF: 3000/2500. Kisara's hand: 2 cards. Kisara's LP: 100. Kuroi's hand: 2 cards. Kuroi's LP: 2100.)
"This is the end for you, Blue-Eyes Maiden." Kuroi grinned. "All I have to do now is shuffle my Meteor Dragon Red-Eyes Impact into the Deck, and you'll take just enough damage to finish you off. Now Red-Eyes Impact, return to my Deck!" Kuroi grabbed said card out of his GY and placed it on top of his Deck. "I can shuffle up to 2 Red-Eyes monsters in my GY into my Deck, then you take the total of their ATK halved. Goodbye. But before the effect fully finishes, I activate the Quick-Play Spell, Rage of the Red-Eyes. This sends monsters you control to the GY up to the number of Red-Eyes monsters I control. I control 4, so all 4 of your monsters are gone! As well your measly 100 LP!" Chaotic Burst Dragon fired a dark energy beam at Kisara, as well as another beam from said Quick-Play Spell. Kisara covered her face as each of her monsters shattered.
That should be the end of her. Kuroi thought. Soon the smoke cleared from Kisara's side of the field.
"Are you sure you've won?"
"Of course I-" Kuroi began, only to see 3 Dragons on Kisara's field. "What?! But how?!" He looked over to see a face-up Trap card on Kisara's field. "Kisara's Last Plea?!"
"That's right." Kisara spoke. "If my LP is 1000 or less, I can activate this card. Afterwards, I can Summon as many Blue-Eyes monsters from either my hand, Deck, GY, and/or Extra Deck. Ignoring the Summoning Conditions!"
"This can't be happening!"
"It's over for you!" Kisara shot back. "So long as I control Blue-Eyes Life Beam Dragon, you can't damage me via effects! My turn, draw!" (Kisara's hand: 3 cards. Kisara's LP: 100. Kuroi's hand: 2 cards. Kuroi's LP: 2100.) Kisara looked at her hand, then thrusted her right hand forward. "Battle! Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, attack Chaotic Dragon! Neutron Blast!" The three-headed dragon unleashed its attack towards Kuroi's Dragon.
"No no no no no no!" Kuroi cried out as the attack connected; destroying the dragon. (Kuroi's LP: 2100 - 1500 = 600.)
"I'm…...still here….." Kuroi spoke.
"Not for long! Life Beam, attack Illusion Bone!" Kisara continued. The 2nd dragon shattered.
"Now to finish you off! Blue-Eyes Twin Burst Dragon, attack him directly!" Kisara declared. "The two-headed dragon unleashed its attack; connecting with Kuroi. (Kuroi's LP: 600 - 3000 = 0.)
"Phew! I won." Kisara sighed in relief. Kuroi then grabbed his head.
"Ack! Master no! Give me another chance!" Kuroi cried out before his eyes became duell, the millenium symbol appearing on his forehead.
"To think that my Red-Eyes Rare Hunter would lose to someone such as you…!" Marik spoke through Kuroi's mouth. His voice filled with anger. "Either way, if you're not dealt with now, you'll become a problem for me later!" Marik made Kuroi get out a button from his pocket. "I'll be taking you out this way instead! Since defeating you in a duel didn't cut it!" He pressed the button, which began to cause several explosions throughout the area. "Goodbye, Blue-Eyes Maiden!" The ground beneath the 2 cracked and the 2 began to fall.
Dammit! Kisara thought. She pulled out a rope-like object and snagged Kuroi's Deck. I better hold onto this. Of course, it may not even matter if I die here.
"Kisara!" Kisara gasped as a hand gripped her wrist; she quickly looked up to see a relieved Karen.
"I made it." She breathed relieved.
"How did you know where to look?" Kisara asked her. Karen pulled her up with a huff.
"I had to call Mokuba to ask about your location. When he said your Duel Disk's signal stopped around the area, it wasn't hard to figure out." Karen said.
"Oh. Well, I appreciate the save." Kisara told her.
"No problem. We're friends after all." Karen smiled.
"Yeah." Kisara nodded, smiling back at Karen.
"But there's still the matter of Marik. He attacked me then you. He'll probably go after the others." Karen frowned.
"But who will he go after next is the question." Kisara remarked. "We know he wants Obelisk the Tormentor from Seto. What else? Yugi's Puzzle too."
"But Marik knows he won't get it so easily…" Karen frowned. "Not unless he has hostages."
"That's probably his aim." Kisara frowned. "In which case, he'll capture your friends too just to get Yugi and you to duel. He's done that already to you. There's a high likelihood he'll do it again." Suddenly, the sky grew dark off in the distance, red particles flew down in that area. Kisara covered her mouth in surprise.
"That's…. Slifer the Sky Dragon….!" She whispered.
"That's the other Egyptian God card!?" Karen gasped.
"It is." Kisara confirmed. "Which means Marik has The Winged Dragon of Ra at his disposal to use whenever he wants. And out of all 3, Ra is the strongest."
"But wait, didn't you say he also took Slifer too? Why would it be out now? Unless…!" Karen gasped.
"Mind Slaves, remember?" Kisara told her. "He gave Slifer to one of those."
"And had them go after Yugi!" Karen finished. "Come on, let's go!"
"And if it's after Yugi, Seto will be next!" Kisara added as the 2 girls began to run in the direction of the now Summoned Slifer the Sky Dragon.
