Chapter 22
"You know little to nothing of my true power. So in that case, why don't I give you a small glimpse of it?" Eliphas yelled. "Go! Shining Draw!"
They all gasped stunned by the light of Eliphas's Shining Draw. "
No way! He can perform a Shining Draw too?!" Yuma gaped.
"Shining Draw is a power that originates here from Astral World." Bakura spoke, making them turn to face him.
"It is the power of Shining Draw that makes Astral World different. But only few beings are able to perform it. That includes Eliphas, Astral, Astrana, and Darkalicia-sama when she was the Giver of Life before, and her Predecessor."
"Even Darka could do it?!" Manami gasped.
"Unsurprising Darkalicia-sama does have the powers of Astral World; being the Giver of Life." Nyx frowned.
"With that, you should know that winning this duel is impossible for you 2." Eliphas spoke, making them face him.
"My Shining Draw has assured me of 2 things: 1.) That I have already won this. And 2.) That Darkalicia's Fate is sealed."
"What?" Yuma questioned.
"Saving Darkalicia is impossible. After all, all the damage caused on her is irreversible." Eliphas frowned, motioning to Darka.
"The Seed of Darkness you see is the mark of Chaos Energy. Like Nyx explained before, it is like a poison that will spread through her entire body. It will consume her; leaving nothing but a shell of her former self."
"No way! Darka wouldn't allow that to happen to herself!" Yuma yelled.
"True if her power was restored by her reincarnation along with reincarnated self she would be healed. But those two have weakened her greatly." Eliphas frowned, pointing to Hotaru and Manami; making them flinch.
"Not only that, even if she did had enough strength, she wouldn't wake up."
"SHUT THE HELL UP!"
Eliphas, despite his usual calm, collected, and sometimes, cold self, glances over at an extremely angry Kaito. "Oh?" Eliphas wondered.
"What I speak is the truth."
Kaito shook his head. "No, I don't think you do." Kaito retorted coldly.
"And no, what you say is wrong and a lie! If you really knew Darka, you'd know what she truly wants. And I know for a fact that having her memories forcefully erased so she can be reborn as her "original purpose" is definitely not what she wants!"
"And how would you know for sure?" Eliphas questioned.
"Are you claiming you truly know and understand Darkalicia? Don't make me laugh."
Kaito grit his teeth. "Just make your move!" Kaito snapped.
"The sooner you go, the sooner me and Astrana can kick your sorry ass into next week!"
"That's telling him!" Hotaru yelled.
Eliphas scowled in response to what Hotaru just said. "He can say what he wants, but it will not change the fact that Astrana and Kaito will lose this duel." Eliphas told them.
"And speaking of losing for them, I activate my trap! New Order Protection!" Eliphas's Set card flipped face-up. "Thanks to this, by paying 1000 LP, I can prevent you 2 from activating cards or effects in response to my card effects until the end of this turn. However, if I do not control a New Order Xyz monster present on my field, or if I do not have 1000 LP to pay, this card is destroyed."
Eliphas grunted as red aura surrounded him regarding his LP dropping by 1000.
(Eliphas's LP: 5000 - 1000 = 4000.)
As soon as Eliphas paid the 1000 LP, Kaito's lips formed a smirk. "I've seen right through your strategy, Eliphas." Kaito told the Will of Astral World.
Eliphas seemed slightly confused by Kaito's statement. "Hoh?" Eliphas inquired.
"How so?"
"With this!" Kaito announced.
"Activate Quick-Play Spell card, Photon Stream of Destruction!" The face-down card revealed itself. Its imagery showed Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon doing its signature attack; just like the name of the card.
"What's this?" Eliphas asked.
Suddenly, New Order Protection shattered. Eliphas's eyes widened in surprise, then back at Kaito, who was smiling. "Explain yourself Kaito!" He demanded.
"Well, since you requested so nicely; I'll tell you." Kaito replied sarcastically. The sarcasm in his voice vanished once he began to explain his card.
"Due to this card, if I control Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon, I can banish 1 card on your field."
"But my New Order Protection prevents that." Eliphas argued.
"Normally you'd be right." Kaito agreed.
"However, since paying 1000 LP was the cost to use its effect, its effect didn't fully resolve, meaning I could play my Photon Stream of Destruction Quick-Play Spell card to remove it from the game before putting and Astrana's cards to shame during your turn."
Eliphas grit his teeth in frustration. However despite his frustration from Kaito's play, it didn't brush away any of the confidence he possessed. "Good work Kaito." Astrana smiled.
Kaito glanced at Astrana and he nodded, a smile present on his face. "Thanks Astrana." Kaito told her.
"Nice! Those two are really showing their Kattobingu!" Yuma grinned.
"Kattobingu..." Eliphas remarked, hearing Yuma.
"The words of a fool. Your Father's words. He too was blinded by Chaos."
"Wait, if you know my Dad, then you know where he is!" Yuma yelled.
"Where is he?!"
"I wish I knew his whereabouts. For he must be held accountable for his interference." Eliphas scowled.
"Kazuma's meddling was what brought Astral and Astrana to you and Darkalicia in your World to meet you 2."
"Wait so then Kazuma-sensei knew more than he let on?" Hotaru gaped.
"I will admit, it was thanks to him we were finally able to locate Darkalicia. But if it weren't for him, Astral and Astrana would have never been tainted by the Chaos Energy; and Darkalicia wouldn't be in the situation she is now. If your Father had not betrayed us." Eliphas said coldly.
"My dad wouldn't do anything bad!" Yuma yelled angrily.
"He must've had his reasons!"
"Regardless of that reason, we are still reeling from the effects of his reckless actions. See for yourself." Eliphas said, his hand glowing gold to form a crystal to show Ena and the others.
"The very fact you are all here is a testament to that. You may have the impression that you have helped Ena and the others, but you have sentenced them to Darkalicia's Fate."
"What are you getting at?" Hotaru demanded.
"You see, the Beings of Astral World cannot house the Chaos Energy within them. The power you shared is a virus that will weaken and decay them from within." Eliphas explained coldly.
"That's not true!" Manami yelled.
"Chaos is not a virus, but a strength from within." Astral frowned.
"And leave Ena and the others out of this; they have done nothing wrong."
"I cannot allow those that have been infected by Chaos to roam free. That is why I must defeat you 2 here and now!" Eliphas frowned, facing Kaito and Astrana.
"I cannot risk you hurting any more of the people I am here to serve and protect! Kaito, Astrana, you will fall before me!"
"And how will you manage that?" Kaito asked Eliphas sharply.
Eliphas ignored Kaito's question and glanced at Astrana as she began to speak. "You might be relying on the power of Shining Draw to win this duel. But no matter what you throw at us, we will win this." Astrana frowned.
"Do not be so certain Astrana." Eliphas retorted coldly.
"And I shall prove it thanks to my Rank-Up Advantage!"
The Spell card appeared onto Eliphas's field in front of him. Eliphas then grabbed a card from his hand and revealed it to his 2 opponents. "And it's going to give me a great advantage once I play this! Rank-Up-Magic New Order Force!" He yelled.
The Spell appeared on the field next to Rank-Up Advantage. New Orders 6 Etheric Apophis turned into yellow mist and flew up into the air. "With this 1 monster I rebuild the Overlay Network! Go Rank-Up Xyz Evolution! I Summon New Orders 8 Etheric Sebek!" He yelled.
The Overlay Network exploded once again, the symbol for New Orders 8 flashed a bright golden color. Sebek, like Apophis, was a snake-like creature. It roared at its 2 opponents

"Ryoga… No… Nasch it's time for your awakening"! Durbe said.
"What"? Shark questioned.
"You must get back your memories back"! Durbe said.
"My memories"? Shark questioned shocked.
"That's right Nasch's memories are sleeping inside you", Durbe told him.
Durbe then held up a Baria Lapis as it glowed brightly. "To me, you are not Ryoga Kamishiro", Durbe spoke.
"You are the leader of the Seven Barian Emperors, Nasch"!
Shark gasped and then saw himself in a different location once the light died down. "This place is"! He began shocked.
"That's right".
Shark turned to see Durbe in his Barian form with Rio behind him. "These are the ruins where your memories and Rio's rest", Durbe said, holding up the Baria Lapis in his hand.
"And this belongs to the leader of the Seven Barian Emperors, Nasch! If this indeed belongs to you it is certain to reveal the truth to you. Now remember Nasch"!
"He Ranked Up again?!" Yuma gaped.
"Yes. For you see that is how duels are fought and won here in Astral World." Eliphas spoke.
Not only did Eliphas's hand glowed yellow, but a random card slipped itself out of his deck. "Due to Sebek, I can add 1 random Spell/Trap card from my Deck to my hand. I have chosen Card of Sanctity! And thanks to my Field Spell and Rank-Up Advantage, I draw 2 more cards!" He said.
(New Order Palace Counters: 3.)
Eliphas drew his 2 cards from the top of his deck. He observed his hand, then pulled another card out of his hand. "What have you got planned now?" Kaito asked the Will of Astral World.
"Well whatever it is, me and Astrana will overcome it!"
"I highly doubt that." Eliphas retorted.
"For you see, I activate Infinite Cards! Now thanks to this, none of us have a limit to our card number in our hands."
"Wait what? Why do that?" Yuma wondered.
"That gives Astrana and Kaito an advantage too."
"Oh I wouldn't be so certain of that Yuma." Eliphas told the young boy.
"I still have the advantage over these 2. And now I activate symbol of Astral World! Rank-Up Astral Force!"
Eliphas held the Rank-Up-Magic Spell card high above his head. "Astral Force?!" Astral and Astrana gaped shocked.
"That is correct Astral and Astrana!" Eliphas retorted.
"And now I shall activate it and use it to rebuild the Overlay with my Etheric Sebek! Go Rank-Up Xyz Evolution! I Summon New Orders 10 Etheric Horus!"
The Overlay Network exploded once again and revealed a monster similar to the Egyptian God in Egyptian Mythology, Horus.
(New Orders 10 Etheric Horus, Rank 10, type: Winged-Beast, attribute: LIGHT, ATK/DEF: 3500/2500. Xyz Materials: 2.)
Eliphas then drew 2 new cards from his deck thanks to his Field Spell and Rank-Up Advantage; putting his hand back at 5 cards. Also, his Field Spell gained 1 more Counter. Eliphas thrusted his right forward. "Now go Horus, attack Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon! Destroy the symbol of Kaito's bond!" He yelled.
Horus began charging up its attack. This confused Yuma. "Eh?! Why attack?" Yuma wondered.
"Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon has 4000 ATK points! What's he thinking?! Not only that, but Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon can just banish itself and the opponent's monster!"
"Something isn't right." Astral frowned.
"What do you mean Astral?" Yuma asked his friend.
"So you can tell then." Bakura spoke.
"Eliphas has his strategies."
Kaito thrusted his right hand forward. "Not so fast Eliphas!" Kaito countered. "I activate the effect of-!"
"Actually, no you do not." Eliphas countered coldly.
"For you see Rank-Up Advantage gives me an advantage over any and all monsters you possess thanks to me possessing an Xyz Monster that was Summoned via a Rank-Up-Magic Spell card! When one of these Ranked Up monsters battle any of your monsters, your monster's effects are all negated!"
Kaito's eyes widened. "All of their effects?!" Kaito gaped.
He turned to his dragon as it roared; its shading and glowing wings shortly became black and empty. Its attack boost now gone. "Galaxy-Eyes!" He gasped.
Horus's attack was now fully charged; thus launching its attack straight at Galaxy-Eyes and destroying explosion made Kaito skid backwards a few feet. Regardless, he managed to stand his ground.
(Kaito's LP: 4000 - 500 = 3500.)
Eliphas thrusted his right hand forward. "Now New Order Defender, attack Kaito directly!" Eliphas commanded. The knight in armor did as Eliphas told him and he unsheathed his sword, then slashed Kaito in a diagonal fashion. Kaito yelped in pain and he staggered backwards.
(Kaito's LP: 3500 - 1000 = 2500.)
Kaito then felt to 1 knee as he clutched his left shoulder with his right arm. "Kaito!" Yuma gasped.
"Are you alright Kaito?" Astrana questioned. Kaito picked himself up. He glanced at Yuma, then Astrana. He nodded.
"I'm fine." He replied.
"Those attacks were nothing."
Eliphas scowled, then grabbed 2 cards from his hand. "You may think so as of now, but things will change fairly soon." Eliphas spoke coldly.
"I Set 2 cards facedown, then activate New Order Draw! Thanks to this, I draw 2 cards for every Rank my Xyz monster has. Since it has a Rank of 10, I draw 5 new cards!"
"Say what?!" Yuma gulped. "That can't be good at all!"
"That puts his hand at 7 cards." Astral noted.
Eliphas grabbed another card from his hand and placed face-down into his duel disk.
"I shall end my turn there." Eliphas finished. He glanced at Astrana coldly.
"Your move, traitor."
"Hmph. My move! Draw!" Astrana declared.
Once she looked at her card; she gasped before she glared at Eliphas. "You continue to call me a traitor; so be it. If I truly am a traitor, then I might as well embrace it! I activate Rank Up Magic Limited Barian's Force!" She yelled.
Upon Astrana declare the card's name, Eliphas seethed with anger. "How dare you bring the power of Chaos into this duel!" He growled.
"As I said, I am a traitor so I shall embrace it." Astrana said coldly.
"With this I Rank-Up, one of my Xyz monsters and Special Summon one Chaos Xyz monster! I rebuild the Overlay Network with Rose Enchantress!"
Rose Enchantress glowed in dark purple mist going to the Overlay Network in a red explosion. "Chaos Xyz Change! Come forth Chaos Number 38! White Spellcaster who unifies chaos, break the age old curse and set free the victims of darkness! Bloom White Rose Enchantress!"
With the white rose petals falling from above White Rose Enchantress appeared on the field.

Nyx and Bakura grew wide eyed seeing White Rose Enchantress; shocked by its appearance. "Not only using Barian's Force, but to be able to Summon a monster like that from it." Nyx gaped.
"Truly amazing." Bakura gasped.
Eliphas scowled at the sight of it. "Not only should Rose Enchantress not even exist, but now you've made things even worse for yourself Astrana." Eliphas told her.
Astrana smirked at Eliphas's anger. "Why be angry only at me? Darka also had a hand to forming this card when we were in ZEXAL." She told him.
"ZEXAL…." Eliphas mused. "Ah yes, that power…. Shameful it's not being used properly by you…."
"No it has been used properly by myself and Darka." Astrana said, looking at Darka before facing Eliphas again.
"Darka and I used the power of ZEXAL to form the card of Barian. For we chose side with both Astral World and Barian World. You say that by using Chaos and allying with Barians makes me a traitor, but you have become blinded by your fear to truly see the good of Barian and the power Chaos can do for this World. So in hindsight, the only traitor here is you Eliphas."
At Astrana saying that, Eliphas felt his anger flare up again. "How dare you!" Eliphas roared.
"If I'm the traitor here, then who's protecting Astral World from Chaos? Certainly not you and your other friends."
"And you think you've done better?!" Astrana demanded in a cold tone.
"You are merely allowing the Astral Beings to slowly die here! If it were not for Yuma and the others, those Astral Beings they healed would've surely died! You have only trapped the Astral Beings in a cage to die and fend for themselves because of your fear to Chaos!"
"ENOUGH!" Eliphas roared, downright furious at Astrana's nonsense at this point.
"Just continue your turn!"
At Eliphas's rage rising, Kaito glanced at Astrana and grinned. "Looks like someone's in a rush to lose." Kaito chuckled.
"Holy Crimson! Not only has Astrana got some spunk, but managed to piss off Eliphas this much." Nyx grinned.
"This change I can like."
"As can I." Bakura agreed with his comrade.
"You choose to run from the truth Eliphas. And for that you will suffer greatly." Astrana said darkly.
"White Rose Enchantress's effect! When Xyz Summoned onto the field, all face up spells and traps on your field are destroyed and your monster loses 1000 attack points for each one! White Petal Fall!"
Eliphas watched in surprise as white petals fell on Infinite Cards, Rank-Up Advantage and his Field Spell as they exploded in a white explosion. "No!" Eliphas growled.
"My cards! And my monster!"
Etheric Horus howled as its ATK dropped to a measly 500 points. And New Order Defender lost all of its ATK points. "Nice move Astrana!" Yuma grinned while Astral smiled at his sister.
"Now that's showing him!" Hotaru smirked.
Astrana smiled at them before glaring at Eliphas. "I hope you're ready to suffer Eliphas! White Rose Enchantress, attack Etheric Horus! White Rose Blizzard!" She yelled.
White Rose Enchantress twirled her scepter before launching a white petal blizzard at Horus. At the blizzard flew towards Horus, Eliphas thrusted his right hand forward. "You think I'd allow some monster forged by Chaos attack me?!" Eliphas snapped.
"I activate 1 of my face-downs! Negate Attack! Thanks to this, this card stops your White Rose Enchantress's attack and ends the Battle Phase!"
At this, Astrana smirked. "I activate my face-down Dark Bribe! With this your trap is negated!" She yelled.
Eliphas grit his teeth as his trap shattered. "But due to Dark Bribe, I draw 1 card. " Eliphas spoke as he did so.
"That may be, but now your Etheric Horus bites the dust and you take 2200 points of damage." Kaito noted.
And to prove this, Etheric Horus screeched as the White Rose Blizzard struck it in the center; thus destroying it. The explosion from the attack pushed Eliphas backwards several feet.
(Eliphas's LP: 4000 - 2200 = 1800.)
"How does it feel to get hit by a Chaos monster?! Not good I bet!" Hotaru yelled.
Eliphas glared at Hotaru, then moved his attention back to Kaito and Astrana. "How does it feel to have the tables turned at you...traitor?" Astrana asked coldly.
"Oh shut up!" Eliphas snapped.
"I'll get you back for that! This I promise!"
"We shall see I place a card facedown and end my turn." Astrana frowned.
Eliphas put his hand a top of his deck. "Then it's my turn now!" Eliphas declared.
Suddenly, Eliphas's Graveyard flashed yellow. And thus Eliphas pulled 2 cards out of his Graveyard. Rank-Up-Magic Astral and Rank-Up-Magic New Order Force. "Instead of drawing a card, I can add these 2 cards from my Graveyard to my hand instead."
Eliphas pulled a card from his and revealed it to Kaito and Astrana. "I activate the Spell card Monster Reborn! With this, I can revive the monster you just destroyed! So return! New Orders 10 Etheric Horus!" He yelled.
The winged-beast creature returned to Eliphas's field; roaring at its 2 foes. "Oh great! It's back!" Yuma groaned.
"Just after Astrana did all that work to get rid of it!"
"Just because it's back doesn't mean Eliphas is done." Astral frowned.
"Astral is correct." Eliphas retorted.
"Because now I activate Rank-Up-Magic New Order Force! This allows me to rank up my Horus by 2!"
Horus turned into yellow mist and flew upwards and towards the Overlay Network. "With this 1 monster, I rebuild the Overlay Network! Go Rank-Up Xyz Evolution! I Summon New Orders 12 Etheric Mahes!"
The Overlay Network exploded; thus revealing the massive beast monster.
(New Orders 12 Etheric Mahes, Rank 12, type: Beast/Xyz, attribute; LIGHT, ATK/DEF: 4000/3000.)
Eliphas then pulled another card from his hand. "Now I activate the Spell Rank Domination!" Eliphas declared.
"And speaking of dominance, I activate Mahes's effect! Now Horus comes back to the field for this turn!"
Mahes's singular overlay unit detached itself in order to reform Etheric Horus. Eliphas thrusted his right hand forward. "I switch my New Order Defender to DEF Mode." Eliphas continued.
"And now I shall attack! But due to Rank Domination, not only are Xyz monsters only allowed to attack, but the monster with the lowest Rank has to attack first. As an added bonus, if the Ranks of my Xyz monsters is higher than yours, your Xyz monster loses 1000 ATK per the difference in our monsters Ranks."
"What?" Kaito gaped.
"That means as long as Eliphas's Xyz monsters have a higher Rank than his opponent's, their best Xyz monsters will fall victim to the effect of Rank Domination." Bakura frowned.
Eliphas's lips formed a smile. "Now go Horus, attack Number C38: White Rose Enchantress!" He yelled.
Horus began charging up its attack. "And now Rank Domination's effect activates! Since the difference in our monster's Ranks is 5, your Number loses 5000 ATK!" Eliphas said.
"5000 ATK point drop?!" Yuma's mouth fell wide open.
"But Astrana's Chaos Number only has 2700 ATK! Which means…..!"
"Its ATK will drop to 0 yes!" Eliphas finished.
"Meaning Astrana here will lose almost all of her LP! She'll have a measly 500 LP if this attack connects."
"Do you honestly believe I'd let that happen?" Astrana frowned.
"I activate the trap Half Unbreak! With this my monster isn't destroyed in battle and all damage is halved!"
Horus's attack was now fully charged and blasted the 0 ATK point Chaos Number. Eliphas scowled seeing that trap. "You may have saved your Chaos Number, but you didn't save your Life Points!" Eliphas retorted.
"You still take 1750 points of damage!"
Astrana gasped being flung back by the shockwave of the attack hitting the floor with a wince.
(Astrana's LP: 4000 - 1750 = 2250.)
Kaito turned to face Astrana with concern on his face. "Astrana!" Kaito called out to her.
"You okay?"
Astrana sighed as she stood back up; dusting off her dress. "I'm fine Kaito. That attack wasn't as nearly as horrible as when me and Darka dueled Harumi and Black Mist." She assured.
Eliphas scowled. "Is that so?" Eliphas wondered.
He glanced over at Kaito, who had no monsters on his field. "Then perhaps I should knock one of you down for the count. Etheric Mahes, attack Kaito directly and end him!" He yelled.
Mahes charged up a beam of energy from its mouth, then blasted it towards Kaito. Kaito grit his teeth as the attack continued. "Kaito no!" Yuma called out his rival/friend.
"Do something!" Astral added.
"Kaito!" Hotaru and Manami gasped.
Kaito revealed a card in his hand and discarded. "I activate Kuriphoton's effect!" Kaito announced.
"By halving my LP and sending this card from my hand to the Graveyard, I take no damage until the End Phase of this turn!"
"Kuri Kuri!" Kuriphoton squeaked as it created a shield in front of Kaito; thus blocking Etheric Mahes's attack.
Eliphas rolled his eyes in annoyance. "You have got to be kidding me….." Eliphas groaned in annoyance.
"A fluffball saves you from defeat? Alright fine. I end my turn. And since I have, Etheric Horus returns to being Etheric Mahes's Xyz Material"
Horus turned back into yellow mist, then moved back over to Etheric Mahes and began to spin around it.
(Eliphas's hand: 6 cards. Astrana's hand: 2 cards. Kaito's hand: 0 cards. Kaito's LP: 1250.)
"My memories", Shark frowned.
"I have no idea why you, Rio, or even Manami ended up here on Earth but we need you two and even Manami"! Durbe said.
"If I am right then I want you to confirm this with your own eyes Nasch"!
Shark grew wide eyed before frowning. Mana. He thought.
He then stepped forward holding the lapis as it once again glowed and Shark once again found himself in the memory of the ruin as he looked up with a gasp seeing Rio on Abyss Splash's hand. "This is… The memory I saw before"! He gasped.
"Nii-sama, my soul shall cleanse Abyss", Rio smiled gently.
"Rio"! Shark gasped.
Rio then fell off into the whirlpool below causing Shark to gasp in horror. "Rio"! He yelled.
Crystal Zero then appeared out of the whirlpool in a blue glow as he then heard Rio's voice.
'Nii-sama, please guide this world'!
At Crystal Zero's appearance Abyss Splash disappeared. "Blasphemy"! Vector yelled, as Hotaru and Antares returned to his side.
"The God was purified and disappeared! Shit! Let's pull back for now"!
Vector's fleet sailed away as Shark held Rio's body Manami crying in her hands as Shark began to shake. "Rio… Rio"! Shark cried mournfully.
"How could this happen my dear friend"?! Durbe said sadly.
"Oh Merag why"?! Manami cried.
"Rio… RIO"! Shark cried.
Shark stood in a church along with Durbe and his soldiers Manami tearfully placing flowers in Rio's casket once she finished she stood next to Shark as her tears fell and he looked at Rio. Rio I couldn't protect you. Are these really our memories? He thought, holding Manami as she cried.
My memories… As Ryoga Kamishiro… Ended on that day. At that moment, inside me, Nasch… No, I am Nasch. These memories are definitely mine along with hers.
Shark looked down at Manami as he wiped away her tears making her look up at him. In that case. He thought, turning to face the rest.
I will fight.
Shark stood on a ship Manami next to him in her armor as Durbe flew on Mach. "Sail out, my army"! Shark yelled.
"Vector, I will not forgive you! Even if it leads me to Hell, I will avenge Rio"!
Vector, who stood on his own ship, smirked thrusting his arm forward. "Do it! Burn everything to cinders"! He yelled.
Flaming arrows rained in the sky as ships crashed and soldiers fought Durbe rushing in the fight on his pegasus while Manami clashed with Hotaru in a fury of blades. "Reduce everything here to ashes"! Vector yelled.
"Do not falter! Press forward"! Shark yelled.
The battles raged on with many soldiers of each side losing their lives and fires blazing. "After him! Don't let him get away"! Shark yelled, as Vector's ship sailed away.
"Vector! No matter where you run, I swear you'll...!"
Shark and his army walked to what looked to be a destroyed city as it rained over them. "This is", Shark began.
"How cruel to think you'd actually destroy the city you fled to Vector"! Durbe frowned.
"Horrible", Manami said sadly.
Shark walked looking around the buildings when he heard crying he turned and gasped seeing a little girl crying who looked hauntingly familiar. "R-Rio"? He said shocked.
The girl stopped her crying for a moment to look up at the shocked eyes of Shark.
Astrana let out a relieved sigh. "Nice save Kaito." She smiled. Kaito nodded.
"Thanks." Kaito told her.
"Now it's my turn! I draw!"
Kaito drew his card and he turned it just slightly enough so he could see it. He grinned. Galaxy Knight. This'll help. Kaito thought.
Kaito thrusted his right hand forward. "I activate my face-down, Re-Galaxy!" Kaito announced.
"Thanks to this, I can Special Summon my Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon back to my field. And when that happens, Re-Galaxy equips itself onto my Dragon! Only downside is that Galaxy-Eyes loses half of its attack points."
Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon re-emerged from the Graveyard; roaring at Eliphas. Kaito then pulled the card he drew and placed it onto his duel disk. "Next up, since I control a Galaxy or Photon monster, I can Normal Summon my Galaxy Knight without Tribute." He said.
A galactic-armored knight appeared onto the field next to Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon.

Kaito then raised his right arm upward and he released some kind of battle cry. His body began to glow red. Upon Eliphas seeing the red aura around Kaito, he snarled.
"Barian Power…" Eliphas growled.
"Did this boy really corrupt his own dragon with Power of Chaos?..."
"Thanks to my Re-Galaxy, it counts as a monster with the same Level as Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon when I use it to Xyz Summon!" Kaito declared.
"And because that's the case, I overlay my Level 8 Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon, Re-Galaxy and Galaxy Knight!"
All 3 monsters turned into yellow mist and flew up into the air. A spear appeared in Kaito's hand as he began to chant.
"Radiant galaxy, here and now become the striking light, and show yourself! Descend, My very soul! Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon!"
Kaito threw the spear into the Overlay Network. The Network itself exploded like that of a galaxy. Out from it came the red and black scaled dragon. The newly Summoned dragon roared at Eliphas, who stood his ground.

Yuma grinned seeing that monster finally make its appearance. "Alright Kaito!" Yuma grinned.
"Show him how it's done!"
Eliphas just stared at evolved Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon, forged by Barian's Power.
"You… You corrupted the dragon that controls space…. And for what?" Eliphas demanded.
"Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon symbolizes more than just a petty bond with a card."
"What do you mean by that?"
"Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon and I have been through a lot more than you could imagine."
"I disagree Kaito." Eliphas told the blonde sternly.
"For you see, Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon had its own purpose. Ever wondered why its effects strictly go against Xyz monsters and preventing them using their effects to their fullest? Well, that's because Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon's purpose was to fight against Barian World. To rid them of their precious Xyz monsters and eradicate it."
Eliphas pointed at the newly forged Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon with his right index finger and Kaito gaped and looked up at his dragon. "But now that you've tainted it with Barian Power, it shall be destroyed, and then reborn for its true purpose." Kaito looked up at his dragon, then back at Elphas.
"What are you saying?" Kaito demanded.
"That you're willing to destroy the dragon that I've had ever since I was a kid just for your selfish goal? If Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon really is tainted with Barian Power, then why did it accept Haruto's gift?"
"Because your brother forced his little gift onto Galaxy-Eyes." Eliphas answered coldly.
"Nonsense!" Astrana barked, furious at Eliphas and his words.
"Haruto is the most kind and purest child I have ever met and wished to only help his brother! Galaxy Eyes wished the same; and so she accepted Haruto's gift by her own free will. You dare insult them both and their bond?!"
Eliphas scowled at Astrana's words. "A bond that will no longer exist once you both lose this duel." He stated.
"Oh yeah?!" Kaito retorted.
"We'll see about that! I activate Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon's effect! When this card is Xyz Summoned using Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon as Xyz material for its Xyz Summon, the effects of all other face-up cards on the field are all negated!"
Eliphas gaped at that, but then he chuckled. "Fine; go ahead. But you're hurting Astrana's cards too when you do that." He smirked.
"Go! Photon Howling!" Kaito yelled.
Neo Galaxy-Eyes roared at the entire field, and thus all face-up cards lost their effects."So what?" Eliphas observed.
"Even if Etheric Mahes meets its end, I'll only be taking 500 points of damage."
"Are you sure about that?" Kaito asked with a sly smirk on his face.
"What?" Eliphas questioned.
"I activate another of Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon's effects!" Kaito announced.
"By using 1 overlay unit, your monster loses all of its overlay units!"
Neo Galaxy-Eyes bit the overlay unit that represented Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon. Once she did that, Mahes's overlay until flew off of it and towards Neo Galaxy-Eyes; who ate it. "Furthermore, Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon gains 500 ATK for each overlay unit your monster lost! Since your monster lost 1 overlay unit, my dragon gains 500 ATK!" Kaito yelled.
Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon released a cry as its ATK rose to 5000. Eliphas stepped back in surprise. "5000 ATK?" Eliphas questioned.
"Yeah! And you know what? Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon is going to use every last one of its ATK points to destroy your Etheric Mahes!" Kaito shot back.
"Now go! Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon, attack Etheric Mahes with Ultimate Photon Stream of Destruction!"
Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon charged up its attack, then fired a massive stream of red energy towards Eliphas's Xyz monster.
"Alright!" Yuma pumped his fist into the air.
"With that, Eliphas will be down not only a monster, but 1000 LP too!"
"Do not be so certain Yuma." Astral told his friend.
"Astral is correct Tsukamo." Eliphas told the young boy coldly.
"And here's the proof of that! I activate Rank Wall! Since my Xyz monster's Rank is higher than your Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon, its attack is negated and the Battle Phase ends."
"What?!" Kaito gaped as he watched his attack be blocked by a barrier.
"You gotta be kidding me!" Hotaru gaped.
Kaito looked down for a few moments, then back at Eliphas. "I end my turn….." Kaito muttered.
Eliphas grinned in satisfaction. "That you shall." Eliphas told Kaito.
"And upon your End Phase, I activate Xyz Reborn to revive the Etheric Horus that was detached from Mahes during your turn Kaito."
The mighty winged-beast type monster appeared onto the field. "And it's now my turn! And with it, comes both of your ends! I draw!" Eliphas drew the top card of his deck and he grinned. He looked back at his 2 opponents.
"Your end is now, for I activate a 2nd copy of Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force!" The card glowed a bright white color as Eliphas held it above his head.
"Ehhh?!" Yuma gaped. "What's he doing?! There's no Rank higher than 12!"
"Wrong Yuma!" Eliphas shot back at the boy.
"You see unlike Levels of a monster, Ranks have no limits! And you're about to see why! I rebuild the Overlay Network with Etheric Mahes! Go Rank-Up Xyz Evolution! I Summon New Orders 13 Etheric Amon!"
The Overlay Network exploded; thus bringing out the tallest monster that most any of them have ever seen.

At once Sirius, Lyra, and Antares gasped sensing a sensation before looking at one another. "You guys felt that two right?" Antares questioned.
"Yes." Lyra nodded worried.
Sirius frowned looking at the transporter as it glowed. Everyone...
"The energy levels are skyrocketing!" Orbital yelled.
"What do you mean?!" Lizzie questioned worried.
"A large amount of energy that ill equipped to measure is being released somewhere in a different universe." V explained.
"Could it be Yuma and the others?!" Kotori questioned shocked.
"In all the machine won't last much longer." V frowned.
"Eh?! But what about the others?!" Antares demanded.
Then suddenly static shot out from the machine making them gasp as more energy bellowed from it. "As I thought the energy has far exceeded the limit of the device! At this rate..." V began.
At his words the device began to explode the force nearly pushing them back as they cried out in shock. "If this continues we'll be caught up in the explosions too!" Orbital panicked.
"We'll have to evacuate from here." V frowned.
"But what about Hotaru and the others!?" Sirius yelled
"We have to have faith that they'll find a way to come back along with Darka." V replied, clutching his hands tightly.
"But!" Kotori and Lizzie began.
"Tch! We have no choice lets go!" Sirius called.
"Sirius-san." Lyra frowned worried.
Sirius looked over his shoulder at the machine as they quickly aboard the airship. Yuma you and the others better return with Darka!
