"Darka, are you sure about this?" Astrana whispered to Darka, who was getting out her Duel Disk.
"Like I said, I'll be fine." Darka assured with a gentle smile. "Now go stand with Kaito. Like I said, this is between me and Misael." Astrana frowned, yet nodded going over to Kaito's side.
"Now then, let's get started Misael." Darka replied.
"Fine." Misael nodded as he activated his duel disk.
"DUEL!"
"I'll let you have the first turn." Darka smiled.
"I'm not sure what you're planning by having me go first, but fine. Draw!" Misael declared. (Misael's hand: 6 cards. Darka's hand: 5 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. Darka's LP: 4000.) Misael looked at his hand and smirked.
"You'll regret letting me go first, Darka." Misael retorted coolly. "With my hand currently, you will have a hard time in this duel."
"Oh I always knew that you liked giving me a hard time." Darka chuckled.
"Humph. I have no idea what you're talking about." Misael frowned before he grabbed a card from his hand. "Since I control no monsters, I shall Special Summon this from my hand. Come! Tachyon Statue Dragon!" A golden statue-like dragon emerged onto Misael's field in a defensive stance. (Tachyon Statue Dragon, attribute: LIGHT, type: Dragon, Level 4, ATK/DEF: 2100/0. Misael's hand: 5 cards. Darka's hand: 5 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. Darka's LP: 4000.)
"A monster with 2100 ATK already?" Kaito frowned before he crossed his arms. "Humph. So he's not done."
"Of course I'm not Kaito!" Misael retorted. "Now I shall Normal Summon this monster from my hand, Radius, the Half-Moon Dragon!" The dark blue and white dragon appeared onto Misael's field next to his Statue Dragon, (Radius, the Half-Moon Dragon, Level 4 LIGHT Dragon-type monster, ATK/DEF: 1400/1200. Misael's hand: 4 cards. Darka's hand: 5 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. Darka's LP: 4000.)
"He has 2 Level 4 monsters now." Kaito mused. "Is he going to Xyz Summon?"
"Oh I will Kaito, but not quite yet." Misael remarked. "My dragon formation is just starting!" He pulled yet another card from his hand. "Since I control at least 2 LIGHT or DARK Dragons, I can Special Summon Spiral Dragon Bulge from my hand!" A very long serpentine dragon soared onto the field. It's massive blue galactic-like appearance was almost mesmerizing. (Spiral Dragon Bulge, Level 8 DARK Dragon-type monster, ATK/DEF: 2500. Misael's hand: 3 cards. Darka's hand: 5 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. Darka's LP: 4000.)
"Spiral Dragon Bulge. With it, your monsters become Level 8." Darka remarked.
"That is correct." Misael nodded as he thrusted his right and forward. "I shall do so now!" Both Tachyon Statue Dragon and Radius, the Half-Moon Dragon glowed yellow as their Levels rose from 4 to 8.
"Now he has 3 Level 8 monsters." Astrana frowned. Misael raised his right arm upwards.
"I overlay my Level 8 Radius and Statue Dragons!" Misael announced as the 2 monsters turned into yellow streams and soared into the Overlay Network Portal, which it exploded. "Appear Number 97! The dragon god that reigns in the shadow your roar summons your followers! Dragon Shadow God - Dragravion!" Out of the Overlay Network came forth a dark scaled dragon, with some yellow scales on its underbelly. The dark dragon roared in Darka's direction. (Number 97: Dragon Shadow God - Dragravion, Rank 8 DARK Dragon-type Xyz monster, ATK/DEF: 3000. Xyz Materials: 2. Misael's hand: 3 cards. Darka's hand: 5 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. Darka's LP: 4000.)
"A different Number!" Astrana gasped.
"Dragravion." Darka spoke stunned.
"What is this?!" Darka jumped looking to see Jinlong's spirit next to her, looking furious. "What sort of mockery is this?!" Jinlong demanded.
"Jinlong, I really don't think this is the time right now." Darka sighed.
"Your replacement and better self old man!" Misael shot back angrily.
"What?!" Darka and Jinlong both yelled angrily.
"Now they're both angry." Astrana frowned with a sigh.
"Shut up old man!" Misael snapped. "No one cares what you have to say! Especially me! Now go back into your pathetic card so Darka can concentrate!"
"Misael, you…!" Jinlong began, looking hurt. Darka frowned by Misael's words before placing a hand to Jinlong's shoulder.
"It'll be ok Jinlong." She assured gently.
"Will it?" Misael sneered. "I highly doubt it! Not after my next play! There's a reason I called Number 97 Jinlong's better half!" At that, Misael thrusted his right hand forward. "I activate Number 97's effect! Now by using 1 Xyz Material, I can choose 2 Dragon Number monster that are in my Extra Deck and/or Graveyard! After that, I Special Summon one, then attach the other one to the Summoned Dragon Number as Xyz Material!"
"What?!" Darka gasped.
"That means he can get out Number 107, or its Chaos Form, Number C107, without the use of a Rank-Up-Magic Spell card." Kaito frowned.
"How perceptive of you Kaito!" Misael retorted as Dragravion devoured one of its Xyz Materials. Upon that happening, 2 cards in Misael's Extra Deck glowed. He pulled them both out and he looked at them; choosing between the 2 on who should be Summoned via Number 97's effect. If Misael was in Human form, his lips would be in the form a smile. "I think we all know which Dragon Number I plan to Summon via Number 97's effect." Miseal grabbed a card from his hand and held it above his head as it glowed yellowed. "Arise my mighty dragon! Number C107! Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon!" Upon his declaration, the 3 headed yellow and red dragon emerged onto Misael's field. (Number C107: Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon, attribute: LIGHT, type: Dragon/Xyz, Rank 9, ATK/DEF: 4500/3000. Xyz Material(s): 1. Misael's hand: 3 cards. Darka's hand: 5 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. "Tachyon… Ruler of spacetime." Darka frowned.
"That's right." Misael retorted proudly. "And with his might, you shall be crushed into a million pieces!" He clenched his right hand into a fist. "I don't care about some nonsense that I was once human! That's ridiculous!" He then spread his arms out. "I am a Dragon Tamer! Not some cheap and worthless human! And even if I was such a thing, that life is behind me now!"
"I can't help but feel that was a punch to the gut for me." Darka admitted with a faint chuckle. "After all, we were both close back then."
"Shut your damn mouth!" Misael snarled. "Your words are nothing but empty to my ears! I set 1 card face-down and end my turn!" (Misael's hand: 2 cards. Darka's hand: 5 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. Darka's LP: 4000.) Kaito and Astrana could notice the slight hurt in Darka's eyes as she placed a hand on her deck.
"My turn, draw!" She yelled. (Misael's hand: 2 cards. Darka's hand: 6 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. Darka's LP: 4000.)
"You gonna keep talking about some life I don't care about anymore?! Or are you here to duel?!" Misael demanded.
"I'll duel if you so wish." Darka spoke calmly. "I Summon Shadowheart Marionette!" The marionette-like monster appeared onto the field with an empty look. (Shadowheart Marionette, Level: 4, Attribute: DARK, Type: Spellcaster/Effect, ATK/DEF: 1500/500. Misael's hand: 2 cards. Darka's hand: 5 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. Darka's LP: 4000.)
"When Marionette is Summoned, I can Special Summon a Level 4 or lower Shadowheart monster from my Deck." Darka said, as Marionette launched strings in Darka's Deck before pulling out a card which Darka caught. "I Special Summon the Tuner monster, Shadowheart Lily!" The cheerful girl appeared on the field next to Marionette with a smile. (Shadowheart Lily, Level: 4, Attribute: LIGHT, Type: Fairy/Tuner/Effect, ATK/DEF: 1300/1600. Misael's hand: 2 cards. Darka's hand: 5 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. Darka's LP: 4000.)
"I tune Level 4 Lily with my level 4 Marionette!" Darka called, Lily happily jumping to become 4 green rings and Marionette went through them glowing transparent. "Obsidian winds blowing at night your thoughts echo in our world! Synchro Summon! Soar, Black Feather Dragon!" Black feathers fell from above as the black winged dragon Synchro monster appeared with a screech. (Black Feather Dragon, Level: 8, Attribute: DARK, Type: Dragon/Synchro/Effect, ATK/DEF: 2800/1600. Misael's hand: 2 cards. Darka's hand: 5 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. Darka's LP: 4000.) At the arrival of Black Feather Dragon, Misael made a sound that made it seem like he was grinning.
"Thanks for that Darka." Misael remarked. "You're just making my job to crush you so much easier."
"Like I haven't heard that line." Darka remarked.
"Humph. Usually when people say it, there so-called plan backfires in there face." Misael retorted. "But had you not Synchro Summoned, my set card wouldn't be able to activate. I know Number 46 requires 2 Level 8 Dragon monsters to Xyz Summon, so I put this little card in my Deck for this situation!" Misael thrusted his right hand forward. "I activate the Trap card, Time Displacement!" The set card flipped face-up show the timestream splitting at the seams on its artwork, a dragon with clocks for scales emerging from said timestream. "With this, I now bring forth a Synchro monster from my Extra Deck to the field!"
"What?! Misael actually has a Synchro?!" Astrana questioned, shocked.
"That I do Astrana!" Misael announced as he pulled a card from his Extra Deck. The card he pulled began to glow a bright white as he placed it onto his duel disk. "I bring forth this! Tachyon Timestream Dragon!" The white-scaled dragon that bore several clocks on it, as well as timestream rift-like emblem on its chestplate. The newly Summoned Dragon roared at Black Feather. (Tachyon Timestream Dragon, attribute: LIGHT, type: Dragon/Synchro, Level 8, ATK/DEF: 3000/2500. Misael's hand: 2 cards. Darka's hand: 5 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. Darka's LP: 4000.)
"Me bringing forth this mighty dragon has given you even more problems!" Misael laughed. "For instance, upon Timestream's Summon, all of your face-up cards have their effects negated and they're shuffled into your Deck!" He waved his hand in a dismissive gesture. "Say goodbye to Black Feather Dragon!"
"I activate Shadowheart Marionette's effect from the Graveyard!" Darka yelled. "By removing her from play, she can negate Timestream's effect!" Strings sprouted from above the ground protecting Black Feather Dragon.
"Humph! Fine!" Misael snapped. "However, that still doesn't save you from my Timestream Dragon's continuous effect! So long as I control it, your Synchro and Xyz monster effects are negated since I control an Xyz monster as well as it!" Black Feather Dragon greyed out at that.
"So in other words, so long as Tachyon and Dragravion are on the field, my monsters' effects are negated." Darka concluded.
"Yes." Misael nodded. "So if you can't get rid of either my Synchro or my Xyz monsters, then your Synchro and Xyz monster effects are completely and utterly useless to you!"
"Dragravion's effect allows it to not be targeted by the opponent's card effects." Astrana frowned.
"Yeah." Kaito noted. "But even so, Darka will find a way around Miseal's defense." His lips then formed into a small smile. "Actually, there is a way for Darka to break it. Since Dragravion cannot be targeted by card effects, he's the easiest to get rid of by simply using a non-targeting effect." He then glanced at Darka's field, then back at Misael's. "Regardless, we shall ultimately see what happens next."
"I activate the Spell card, Dragon Shift! With this, I can change one Extra Deck Dragon-type monster on my field with another from the Extra Deck that is the same Level." Darka said. "Black Feather Dragon is Level 8, so I return him to the Extra Deck and Special Summon a Level 8 Dragon-type monster from the Extra Deck." She reached to get another card from her Extra Deck, looking at it with a light smile. "Burn your powerful flames and resonate your soul with mine! Roar, Red Daemon's Dragon!" Black Feather Dragon screeched, disappearing in black feathers before they burned and with a mighty roar Red Daemon's Dragon appeared. (Red Daemon's Dragon, Level: 8, Attribute: DARK, Type: Dragon/Synchro/Effect, ATK/DEF: 3000/2000. Misael's hand: 2 cards. Darka's hand: 4 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. Darka's LP: 4000.)
Now what is she doing? Misael thought. All she did was swap her Black Feather Dragon for Red Daemon's Dragon. That didn't help her at all!
"What was the point of that Darka?!" Misael demanded. "Red Daemon's has no effects thanks to my Timestream Dragon!" Red Daemon's Dragon then greyed out.
"I activate Dragon Shift's additional effect!" Darka continued. "By banishing this Spell card, I can Special Summon the Dragon-Type monster I had switched in DEF Mode with its effects negated! Return once more, Black Feather Dragon!" Once again in a shower of black feathers Black Feather Dragon appeared onto the field.
"Wait..! So that was your plan?!" Misael gaped. "Now you have 2 Level 8 Dragon monsters on the field!" He tched, then he laughed. "Fine. Go ahead; Summon out Dragluon. I dare you!"
"Very well, if you insist." Darka replied calmly. "I overlay my Level 8 Black Feather Dragon and Red Daemon's Dragon!" Both dragons roared before becoming purple mist going in the Overlay Network.
"With these 2 monsters I build the Overlay Network! Xyz Summon!" Darka yelled. "Appear Number 46! Your roar becomes thunder! You glisten like lightning! Manifest of mighty golden dragon! Ethereal Dragon Dragluon!" In a bright gold glow Dragluon appeared onto the field, letting out a roar. (Number 46: Ethereal Dragon Dragluon, Rank: 8, Attribute: LIGHT, Type: Dragon/Xyz/Effect, ATK/DEF: 3000. Misael's hand: 2 cards. Darka's hand: 4 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. Darka's LP: 4000.) Dragravion roared back in response to Dragluon's roar.
"Humph. So you actually did Summon him." Misael humphed. "So be it. Regardless! Dragluon has no effects thanks to my Timestream Dragon!" Like on the last 2 Dragons, Dragluon greyed out. "It'll take a lot more than some old man to get me shaking in my Barian skin!"
As much as I want to attack Neo Tachyon, with 4500 ATK, Dragluon doesn't stand a chance. Darka thought with a frown. Right now, getting rid of Timestream should be a top priority, I'll be able to use my monster's effects.
"What's the matter Darka?" Misael spoke in a taunting manner. "Afraid to wage an attack against any of my 3 mighty dragons?"
"Still cocky as always Misael." Darka sighed. "You were so nicer back then."
"Shut up about a past I have no interest in listening to!" Misael snapped. "Now go on and attack already!"
"Since Dragluon is a Number, if he attacks Timestream, only Timestream would be destroyed." Astrana frowned. "But I wonder if Misael has a plan for that…"
"Well look at him." Kaito noted with a frown of his own. "He may be a cocky Dragon Tamer, but he's not an idiot. He doesn't even seem worried about Darka attacking Timestream."
"Come on Darka!" Misael pressed. "Are you gonna attack or not? Our audience is waiting for you to make a decision!" He gestured to Astrana and Kaito as he said this.
"No, they're just getting tired of you being a cocky Dragon Tamer, Misael. There's a difference." Darka smirked.
"Humph! I see the look in their eyes." Misael retorted coolly. "Astrana and Kaito are waiting to see what you'll do next. Even if what you say is true."
"Darkalicia." Jinlong spoke to her, making her look up. "Misael is no fool, you know this. He is expecting an attack from you, so you must be cautious."
"I know Jinlong. But if I get scared now, what was the point in challenging him in the first place?" She replied with a smile. He looked surprised before chuckling.
"You truly haven't changed." He replied.
"If I did, where would be the fun in that?" She smirked. "Dragluon, attack Tachyon Timestream Dragon! Extreme God Blaze!" Dragluon flew to launched the green breath attack towards Timestream. As the attack was about to hit, Misael chuckled.
"And you call me the cocky and reckless one." Misael retorted coolly. "In fact, I was hoping you'd attack my Synchro monster! Then again, it is the most logical attack target out of the 3 monsters on my field." Kaito looked at Misael's field as the attack continued. His expression became that of confusion.
Misael has no set cards on his field aside from Time Displacement, which he used already. Kaito thought.
"Yet you have an ace up your sleeve." Darka replied knowingly.
"Of course I do." Misael remarked. "And it's not Honest."
"But it is Tachyon." Darka stated.
"Not for this case." Misael remarked as he grabbed a card from his hand. "I activate the Trap, Tachyon Galaxy Spiral!"
"A trap from his hand?!" Astrana demanded, shocked.
"Hold on!" Kaito chimed in as he read the Trap's card text. "It's true that Misael can do that, but his Timestream Dragon isn't a Galaxy monster! So his trap won't work on it!"
"Heh… Are you sure about that Kaito?" Misael smirked.
"What?"
"You see, not only has my Synchro also treated itself as a Rank 8 Xyz monster, but it also treated itself as a Galaxy-Eyes monster!" Misael laughed. "Which means my Synchro now fulfills the requirements in order for it to be protected from Dragluon's attack!" A shield appeared around Timestream Dragon as Dragluon's attack collided with said barrier. (Misael's hand: 1 card. Darka's hand: 4 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. Darka's LP: 4000.)
"Should've known it wouldn't be that easy." Darka hummed lightly.
"But of course." Misael remarked. "Now what will you do, Darka?"
"I place a card face-down and end my turn." Darka finished. (Misael's hand: 1 card. Darka's hand: 3 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. Darka's LP: 4000.)
"Humph! That's all? Such a disappointment." Misael remarked coolly. "You should have let Kaito duel me instead. He would have given me a much more intense Dragon Battle. Unlike you. Draw!" (Misael's hand: 2 cards. Darka's hand: 3 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. Darka's LP: 4000.)
"Say what you will." Darka spoke lightly.
"Oh I will." Misael remarked coolly. "I Normal Summon Parsec, the Interstellar Dragon to my field since I control a Level 8 monster." The small cosmic dragon appeared next to Neo Tachyon. (Parsec, the Interstellar Dragon, Level 8 LIGHT Dragon-type monster, ATK/DEF: 800. Misael's hand: 1 card. Darka's hand: 3 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. Darka's LP: 4000.)
"Trap activate! Half Unbreak!" Darka yelled. "With this, my monster isn't destroyed in battle and any damage I would take in battle is cut in half."
"Ha! What a waste!" Misael laughed.
"So you may think. But since I activated this card in the Main Phase, that means your Neo Tachyon can't negate it with Time Tyrant." Darka replied.
"I'm well aware of that you fool!" Misael snapped. "Which is why I activate Xyz Unit! Not only do I equip it my Neo Tachyon, but he gains an additional 1800 ATK!" Neo Tachyon roared as his ATK rose to 6300. "Humph. Had your set card been something like Soul Shield instead of Half Unbreak, you would have survived. But not now! It's over!"
"How?" Kaito frowned. "Even with 6300 ATK, the damage halved is 1650. That'd leave Darka with…" His eyes widened upon realization why Misael Summoned that monster. "0 LP….. Fuck!"
"Then get it over with Misael." Darka frowned.
"Darka!" Astrana gasped.
Why is Darka not worried at all of my oncoming 3 attacks? Misael thought. There HAS to be a reason she Summoned Number 46, but what? Oh well.
"I activate Neo Tachyon's effect!" Misael announced. "I Tribute both Parsec and Bulge to allow Neo Tachyon to attack 3 times during this Battle Phase!" The three-headed dragon devoured the monsters; thus he glowed yellow with energy.
"Darkalicia." Jinlong spoke in a worried.
"Just brace yourself Jinlong." Darka replied calmly.
"Oh, he better brace himself!" Misael retorted as he clenched his right hand into a fist and thrusted it forward. "Battle! Dragravion, attack Dragluon!" The dark version of Dragluon opened its mouth and fired a dark energy wave towards Number 46. Dragluon responded in kind by shooting out its own attack. The energy balls collided with each other in the center of the duel field.
"What is Misael doing?" Kaito frowned deeply as he watched both dragons keep adding power to their respective attacks. "Both monsters have the same attack. Plus due to Darka's Half Unbreak Trap card, only Dragravion will be destroyed."
"It would've made more sense to attack with Neo Tachyon." Astrana agreed. As the 2 attacks continued to grow in size, they began to enemate massive shockwaves that flowed outward.
"You're probably wondering why I chose Dragravion to attack Dragluon first." Misael spoke as the 2 attacks continued.
"I'll admit I'm curious." Darka remarked, shielding herself from the shockwaves.
"Simple. To make that old man shut up about saving me!" Misael snapped. "I don't need saving! You hear me old man?!" The 2 attacks then exploded, causing an enormous pile of smoke to cover the field. Darka coughed from the smoke.
"Childish much." She coughed, waving off the smoke.
"Childish? Please!" Misael scoffed as the smoke clear; and Dragravion was unharmed.
"Dragravion wasn't destroyed?!" Astrana gaped.
"I wouldn't be a very good Dragon Tamer if I let a fellow dragon like Dragravion get destroyed like that." Misael grinned as he pulled a card off of Dragravion and revealed it to Darka. "Recognize it? It's my Tachyon Statue Dragon. When I used him to Xyz Summon Number 97, he gave Dragravion protection from battle destruction." After his explanation, he placed the card back under Number 97.
"I see. I knew there was more to that card." Darka smiled. "You always had a plan up your sleeve."
"But of course." Misael retorted. "Now for the real battle! Neo Tachyon, attack Dragluon! Ultimate Spiral of Destruction!" Neo Tachyon roared, then unleashed 3 beams of energy at Dragluon. Dragluon cried out in pain as the 3 beams connected; thus causing a shockwave on Darka's side of the field.
"Aaah!" Darka cried out.
"Darka!" Kaito and Astrana gasped. (Darka's LP: 4000 - 1650 = 2350. Misael's hand: 0 cards. Darka's hand: 3 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. Darka's LP: 2350.)
"I'm not wasting any time!" Misael continued. "Neo Tachyon, attack Dragluon again!" The yellow three-headed dragon unleashed 3 more purple energy beams onto Dragluon, who once again cried out in pain. Darka cried out, the shockwave crashing her to the ground with a wince. (Darka's LP: 2350 - 1650 = 700. Misael's hand: 0 cards. Darka's hand: 3 cards. Misael's LP: 4000. Darka's LP: 700.) Darka winced, sitting up with Dragluon looking to her, worried despite his injuries. Misael crossed his arms, a very disappointed expression within his eyes.
"Like I said, Kaito would have given me a much better fight." Misael scowled. "Now, to finish you off, fool." He thrusted his right hand forward. "Battle! Neo Tachyon, finish her-!" Before he could finish, he gaped. His eyes began to twitch and he put his hands to his head. "Wh-What…?! What is this nonsense?!"
Misael stood his ground among the people who wished to kill Jinlong, even to offer his life. Before both were near to perish, Misael laid by Jinlong before hearing an evil laugh. He weakly looked to see a man before him before changing to a different entity.
"Who are you?!" He demanded weakly.
"I am Don Thousand." The entity told him. "Misael, you are a proud warrior who dedicated his soul to Dragons. As such, your soul would reincarnate to Astral World. But I will not let it come to pass!" Don Thousand formed a glowing card in his hand. "Instead, you, for the sake of feeding the resurrection of me, Don Thousand, you will be revived as a Barian!" He declared. With that, he threw the card to attach onto Misael, who choked before screaming in pain.
"Misael! Jinlong!"
"Ah she arrives too late." Don Thousand gloated, before disappearing. Misael weakly looked to see Darka running to him. Tearfully closing his eyes for a moment before he felt her carefully held him.
"Misael please wake up…!" She whimpered. Then there was a cough and Misael slowly opened his eyes.
"Darkalicia." He whispered.
"Misael please don't leave me!" She begged tearfully.
"Darkalicia... Jinlong?" He asked.
"I'm sorry Misael." She whispered, shaking her head.
"I see..." He said then coughed blood
"Misael please! You can't leave me!" Darka cried.
"I'm sorry Darkalicia, but I must. But know I always loved you, I love you Darka…" Misael's eyes slowly closed Darka gasped more tears streaming down.
"No…! MISAEL!"

"Yeah, I did." Misael replied before he humphed. "So what?! I already told you I don't care about that life anymore! Now back to my 3rd attack declaration you fool!" Misael thrusted his right hand forward. "Neo Tachyon, atta-!" Before he could finish his declaration again, he stopped.
What is wrong with me?! Misael thought. Darka only has 700 LP left! All I have to do is declare this attack and I'll not only defeat her, but I'll also gain Number 46! So why can't I declare a simple attack like this?!

"It doesn't matter now!" Misael snapped back angrily. "If you weren't planning to be a savior, then why bother now! We're just 7 lives that don't matter! So don't waste your breath on saving 7 lives, when Vector can kill more than 7! Saving millions of lives is far more important than saving 7!"
"Are you saying you guys don't matter?! Of course you matter! People actually care about you 7! You can't just decide what people think on who matters to them or not!" Darka snapped.

"Yeah…" Darka nodded with a soft sigh, before letting out a weak chuckle. "Guess I messed up…"
"No you didn't." Kaito told her. "You did free him from the curse after all. Isn't that why we're even doing this in the first place?"
"Yeah that is true." Darka agreed. Astrana went to Darka's side, a hand to her back.
"Just give him time." She told her. Darka nodded, leaning on Astrana's shoulder with a tired sigh.
