Chapter 3
Dallas fell asleep during the movie curled up against him Roarke watch as she slept, and wondered how he got so lucky to find her. Her hair was unruly that needed cut again. He could tell she wanted to start the day over again.
Picking her up and took her back to bed. She stayed asleep as he change and got in bed next to her. He put his arm around her as he felt Galahad curl up near the small of her back.
It was around nine at night when Dallas link went off, "Dallas," still half asleep.
"Eve, I wanted to call and see if you were alright, and I'm sorry for waking you."
"Don't worry about it," Dallas said feeling Roarke moved slightly next to her, "I'll be okay."
"Go back to sleep, Eve," Mira smiled as the transmission ended.
"Was that Mira?" Roarke asked next to her.
"She was worried about me," Dallas got back under the covers and fell back to sleep as soon as Roarke's arm went around her once again.
Dallas never wondered why she didn't have as many nightmares when Roarke's arm was around her, maybe it was because she knew she was safe, and he was the only man that made her felt safe with.
In death
Dallas' body woke aware of him. He kissed he eyes then checks and nipped the little dint in her chin that he loved so much, "Roarke," she mumbled as he hands ran threw his thick mane of black hair.
"Good morning," his voice warmed her as the shirt she was wearing was pulled off over her head, and earning a groan from Roarke when Eve reach and pulled him down for a kiss.
Dallas's hand ran down his chest and stomach to stroke him. Groaning escape him as his hand gently touch her breast with his lips causing her to arch up at his touch.
Roarke whispered her in Geltic into her ears as he slid into her causing he unpainted nails scarped down her back. He long lean legs wrapped around him pulling closer and deeper.
Raorke nipped at Eve's neck as thrust in her causing moan, "A'gra," he whispered as she pulled herself up and kissed him. He held her hips as she kissed him. Buried deep in his wife was sure right now she was a goddess.
Soon they were both gasping for air and the both peaked. Covered in sweat Eve curled up next to Roarke who was toying with her hair.
"Morning," she finally mumbled feeling loose and content.
"What did, Mira want?" he asked her.
"She was worried about me," she placed her hand on his chest, "I'm going to take a shower. What to wash my back?"
In death
Dallas had the day off so she decided to go for a walk outside and enjoy the spring weather why it lasted. Raorke found her setting near the tree were they got married under, "Eve," he sat down next to her, "Whitney said he will be here in a few hours."
Sighing she leaned into him, "The result are in."
"Yeah," Dallas stood up, "I have to see Louise tomorrow morning for my physical."
"Anything I should know?" he asked kissing her neck.
"Nothing, it's just routine," she leaning into him.
"Come on," Roarke took her hand and lead her back to the house and pulled her closer.
"How about a movie why we wait," he pulled to the media room.
"Better be a good one," she laughed softly as she kissed him a few more time.
Putting Lethal Weapon 4 on, Roarke Eve would try to watch it if she wasn't on his lap right now kissing him. He was started to unbutton her shirt when Summerset cleared his throat and informed them Whitney and Mira have arrived.
Groaning she got up from where she sat, "I was enjoying myself," Dallas sighed as Roarke kissed her one last time.
Entering the living room where they saw Whitney and Mira talking and stopped when Roarke and Dallas walked in, "Hey."
"Dallas, you're going to need to set down," Mira started.
"Uh," Dallas looked at her slightly confused," What's going on?"
"Dallas the results come in. William is informing Adler that you are his daughter."
Dallas fell down on the couch, "If my mother didn't want me why didn't she leave with my real father rather than…" she leaned over to her head between knees trying to breath.
Roarke sat down next to her and rubbed her back has Mira sat down in front of her, "We may never have the answer, Eve. You have a family who sent over thirty years looking for you."
"I don't know how to handle this," Dallas leaned against Roarke.
"One breath at a time, baby. Do you want to meet him, "Roarke message the back her tensed up.
"Day after tomorrow. I need time to think about this," Dallas sat up with a start, " Can you tell him for me?"
In Death
William knocked on Adler's front door and saw Hannah coming up the sidewalk, when Mark answered, "William, did the results come in?"
"Yes, she is your daughter," William said giving him a smile.
"You found her?" Hannah asked wanting to make sure.
"Yes. DNA confirms. She goes by Eve Dallas. The one in the vid and yes she is married to Roarke."
"Is he related to Patrick Roarke?" Mark asked him.
"Unfortunately, but from what I seen he is nothing like his father," William informed him, "and your daughter loves him."
"When can we see her?" Hannah asked William.
"Day after tomorrow and you will have to go there. She working on some case," William told them, "and need time to think."
"Case is she a lawyer?" Hannah asked taking her father's hand.
"No, she's a cop," William surprised them, "she ahead of homicide at cop central.
"It's in the blood," was all Adler said, "I'll get a hold of my boys. I will get to know my youngest daughter and her husband. We all will."
