Colour my world

Izuku walked into the school library.

It was the day after Izuku and Mina spontaneously slept together. Mina had after-school duties and Izuku wanted to wait for her. He told Uraraka and Iida about a book he wanted to check, and so that's where he was headed.

"Izuku, as I expected, I presume you came for the novel?"

"You know Reiko, you can get redundant in your speech sometimes."

"How absurd, well regardless, I present to you the sequel." It floated off the counter and to him, "I did you the favor of checking it out already."

Izuku grabbed the book with a smile, "Ah, thanks, you're the best."

"It's unfortunate we can't read it like we intended," She whispered with an apologetic voice.

The memories flashed in his eyes as his smile faltered, until Mina's contagious toothy grin appeared in his mind, seemingly cheering up simply at the thought of her. He cleared his throat before he replied, "Um, yeah Reiko... Listen, I'm really happy for you and Kamakiri, besides I don't want you wasting your worry on me." Izuku ruffled the back of his hair as his lips naturally pulled up, "And to be honest, I th-think I just realized how special someone close to me really is," He gave a blushing chuckle, "I d-don't know yet though, it's still to soon to be sure."

Reiko observed Izuku as he spoke. Her lips parted as her eye grew curious. Her lips gently curved up into a subtle smile content for him.

Reiko Yanagi was observing Mina Ashido.

"I want to see the fireworks, again..." Yui Kodai spoke, recalling last summer and the fun she had. It was the only time she ever had a toothy grin and only he saw it.

They had set up a spot on the beach, Reiko and Yui were sitting on a towel next to each other, having an umbrella over them for shade. The others were playing in the water while dragging Todoroki along. She had peeled her eye away from the pages of her book after her attention was caught by the pink alien that was playing with the beach ball, recalling the conversation she had with Izuku the day he checked out the book.

Reiko let out a genuine smile for them before going back to reading her book, or at least she was going to until Kamakiri and Todoroki came to join in the game they were about to play.

"I must protest, the chapter was quite vexing, the lead's relationships are fluctuating with each chapter, I have to make sense of it" But Reiko's struggle was in vain and Yui simply let herself.

They were going to play a round of chicken fight.

"Welp, I'm going to partner up with Tsu." Izuku had a waterproof notebook, about to head towards her.

"You jerk! We talked about this!" Mina elbowed him in the gut again just like at the party.

Izuku crumpled holding his gut, "I don't know if it was worth it this time..." Wheezing.

Izuku and Mina were teamed up and they were going against; Bakugo and Toru, Todoroki and Yui, Tokoyami and Uraraka, Kamakiri and Reiko, lastly Kirishima and Momo.

Asui was the referee and acting lifeguard and had disqualified Kaminari and Mineta before they could even join, already aware of their intent. They all got ready, with the girls climbing over the boys' shoulders, and then they formed a circle, facing each other, with the object of the game being to knock the others of their shoulders until only one pair remained.

"I want to win damnit!" Bakugo yelled at Toru while she smacked at his head.

"We're doing this for fun!"

"Me too darn it!" Kamakiri was as bad as Bakugo with Reiko just sighing shrugging her shoulders, wanting to get this over with.

Todoroki and Yui were as nonchalant as ever.

"We got this Yaoyorozu!" Kirishima tried to keep a positive outlook but could feel Momo being unsure and nervous.

"Y-Yes, of course."

"Yay. let's do our best!" Uraraka cheered with her body as jumpy and she was not aware of what that was doing to the birdboy. He did his best to suppress his blush not wanting to hold her thighs too tight or too loose and it did not help when she locked her legs around his neck.

"Remember Sweetie, it's just a gam-," Izuku should have known better.

"Charge!" Mina interrupted her boyfriend and leaned her body forward, causing him to stumble headfirst just as Asui called for the game to start.

Izuku fumbled across the circle and it was unfortunately Tokoyami that he crashed into, who was already unstable from being stimulated by Uraraka. He stood his ground as best he could as Ochaco and Ashido wrestled over them, except he couldn't handle the heat pressing and rubbing against the back of his neck and lost due to shame. Tokoyami tripped forward, his grip on her thighs faltering as she toppled backwards, their bodies crashing into the water.

The others started to go against each other as well.

"How shameful, I apologize Uraraka." Tokoyami tried to redeem himself by offering his hand, but his eyes couldn't face her.

"It's no big deal, Mina caught us and Deku by surprise," Uraraka had her beaming giggle as she took his hand with of hers while ruffling the back of her hair with her other hand as she got up, "But it sure is frustrating being the first ones out and so quickly too! We just have to be more prepared next time." Uraraka pumped herself up and her positivity always had an effect on Tokoyami.

"Yes," He nodded with closed eyes because he was thinking, 'I'll be more disciplined next time.'

But as he tried to mentally fortify himself, Uraraka used her quirk to make herself light and hop back onto Tokoyami's shoulders, instantly dispelling any effort he had made. Uraraka channeled her Gunhead martial arts energy, "Training begins now!" She spoke with determined eyes and flared nostrils.

Tokoyami's blush returned in full force as he squeezed his eyes shut trying to endure it, "Being prepared isn't the problem, per se..!" He failed to explain what his real problem was.

While Tokoyami struggled with the problem of personal space, the remaining couples began to dwindle until there were only two teams left.

'C-Crap, h-how did we get here?!' Izuku was overanalyzing the current situation like usual staring at the other pair that remained.

It was Kirishima and Momo...
