It had been five years since the ending of the vampire and human war. Life in the kingdom had been vastly improved and the kingdom was thriving. On both human and vampire sides of life.

Yami and Atem's daughter Anita had just turned five and was about to turn six in a month. She really took after Yami. She had dark black hair that fell to her shoulder in waves like his mother and amethyst eyes, though they did glow red when she was upset or angry. Whenever Atem looked at her, he could see Yami in her. Her nickname usually was Nita or just Ani for short.

Ryou and Bakura had ended up having twins, a girl named Chastity who had long white hair, and brown eyes. Her twin was a boy they named Aaron who had shoulder-length white hair and brown eyes. Chastity's nickname was usually Chas while Aaron's was Aar.

Seto and Joey had a daughter who they named Marianne. She had blond hair like Joey and blue eyes like Seto. She also very much had Kaiba's personality but sometimes if you were close enough, you could see Joey shine through her. Marianne's nickname was usually Marie or Anne.

Marik and Malik like Ryou and Bakura also had twins. A boy they named Eric who had sandy blonde hair and light purple eyes. His twin was a girl who they named Natasha who like her brother, had sandy hair and light purple eyes. Natasha's nickname tended to be either Nat or Tasha while Eric's nickname was Ric.

Heba and Luciana had a daughter who they named Sophia after Luciana's late mother, she was why Heba and Luciana had met so they wanted to honour her. Sophia had Luciana's sandy brown hair and Heba's crimson eyes. Sophia's nickname was Soph or Sophie. Though she preferred Sophie.

A month after Sophia was born, Yugi and Tea had their own daughter. They named her Estelle after Yugi and Yami's mother. She had Tea's brown hair and Yugi's amethyst eyes. Like Yugi, she was extremely shy but like her mother, she cared deeply about her friends and family. Estelle didn't really like nicknames for herself but her parents did call her Elle for short.

The last couple to have children was Mai and her husband Jeremy. They had struggled at first to conceive but then Mai got pregnant and they ended up having triplets, two boys and a girl. The girl was named Athena, she had Jeremy's fiery red hair and Mai's purple eyes. The first boy was named Thomas and he had Mai's blonde hair and purple eyes. The second boy was named Lukas, he was a complete copy of Jeremy with red hair and green eyes. Like Estelle, Athena didn't really care for nicknames but Thomas's nickname was Thom while Lukas's nickname was Luke.

Honda and Otogi's son Anthony had just turned six. Anthony didn't really have a nickname but Honda tended to call him Tony.

"Papa!" Anita yelled as she ran over to where Yami was sitting with Atem and the others in the meadow behind the palace.

"What is love?" Yami asked as Anita ran over and sat down on his lap.

"Marie said that she wants to marry Anthony but I want to marry Anthony," Anita said with a pout on her face. Atem choked on the drink he was drinking and stared at his daughter in disbelief, which got Bakura and Marik cracking up.

"Well," Yami said with a smile. "It's not just up to you or Marie, Anthony has a say in it as well," Yami said ruffling his daughter's hair.

"Besides, you're too young to get married right now," Atem said giving his daughter a stare.

"But daddy," Anita whined with a pout. "Pleassseee?"

"No, you're only five years old," Atem said with a shake of his head, pulling her into his arms and hugging her tightly. "You're still my baby girl, I can't let you go."

"Daddy! Let me go!" Anita yelled trying to squirm out of her father's tight hug, letting out giggles every now and then.

"Alright fine," Atem said kissing Anita's cheek with a smile and set her back on the ground. The girl gave her parents one last hug before running off to join her friends.

"You're never gonna let her get married are you?" Yami asked as Atem pulled him onto his lap and wrapped his arms around his waist.

"Not in a lifetime," Atem said with a shake of his head.

"Good luck keeping that promise," Heba said with a roll of his eyes. "You said years ago that you were never gonna get married and yet here you are married to Yami and with a daughter."

"Hush," Atem said with a glare to his brother, causing the group to burst into laughter.

Maybe when Anita goes down for the night, we can start on that sibling she wants.

Yami jumped as Atem spoke through their link. His cheeks turning red at the thought.

Ate!

Yep, everything was going to be alright.

There was a bright future ahead, for everyone.

Not gonna lie, I got a little emotional writing this final chapter. I've been working on this fic for a long time, since 2016. Like Jesus, it's been a long time coming for this story to be finished.

I just want to thank everyone for sticking with me through this fic and enjoying it as much as I enjoyed writing it. I'm a little sad that the story is done but at the same time, I'm happy that I finished it and can move onto a new project.

I am writing a small sequel for this fic in the future. Nothing too long, I'm not sure what yet but I'll let you guys know as soon as I do have an idea.
