She became engrossed with the book. She did not know she was being set up. Jedite was watching her from a distance. He had instructions from Galaxia to watch all the Senshi. He felt like he was being used, yet he did have some help from Tiger's eye and Price Diamond. He knew also there was a little bit of help from Lead Crow.

Rio was finishing her writing. She had printed out her work. She was going to have her work from her past update. It seemed like the perfect set up for the dark forces to just snag Rei when was preoccupied with the book she was reading. She had no idea of what was going on as well. She loved to write her stories. She wanted to be a writer for years. She had never stopped too much on her love

Rio went over to where the printer was. She glanced the reading area where Rei was. She glanced and found someone who she felt was spying on near. She said to herself, "Something does not feel right. I have to get Rei out of here!"

When Rio got her printing from the printer, she went back to get her book bag and flash drive. She quickly logged it. She walked over to the reading area. She walked over to the table where Jadeite was sitting at. He was wearing regular street clothes. She brushed past Jadeite and said, "Sorry…I'm not watching where I'm going!"

"That's O.K." Jadeite said. He had smiled at her with a fake apologize. He watched her as she did not even glance at him for a second time. It was a prefect set up as through he thought. He was not thinking of Rio was a second Senshi.

Rio glanced at Rei as she found the bench. She was about to sit down when she heard her communicator go off. At first, she believed it was whom Serena whining out on something that Darien had to say to her. Rei placed the book down next to her. She raised the wrist where she wore watch on flipped opened the face cover. She sighed, "Yea…Serena…what's it this time?"

"Rei…it's not Serena…it's me…Rio…come with me to the parking lot!" Rio said as she floated around in the stacks.

"Which one…?" Rei asked. She knew there were many parking lots. Was Rio being a little cryptic?

"the one on the other side. Please hurry!" Rio stressed. She knew there was something going on with the dark forces. She looked at a few books before she left herself. She hoped that Jadeite was not going to be on her as well. He was a very cruel as he perused the sailors.

"O.K." rei said. She had to go the checkout desk. She wanted to return the book. She noticed Rio heading for the lift. She thought, '"good…I don't know why, but I do what she ask of me!"

It was as if Rei was blind to the very idea of Jadeite's presence. Rei and Rio were going to the bottom floor by different means. Rio took the lift, while Rei took the stairs. It was better that way. It was the configuration of confusion in which Rio loved for. It was as if everything was heading for a fall if Rei would have taken the lift with Rio instead of the stairs. Jadeite was going to spring a trap on the both of them. He did not realize Rio had this scene unfold on her once before. Rio took the one doorway which lead to the parking lot on the library grounds. Rei had crossed the entranceway at the bottom of the stairs and headed to towards the front entrance. Rio had been to the church across the street with Terri and Stephanie on a Sunday morning. She had been Methodist for years, but she liked to visit other churches to see what was going on in the community.

Rei gave Rio a look as she nodded towards the distinction of the church. She took it as a sign to break up and met at the back of the church. They did not turn their heads in order to keep Jadeite guessing. Rio walked straight to the curb of State Street. Rei deiced to take the sidewalk past Saint Paul's church and take Rose street. She was going to cut through the alleyway, which concentered between the back entranceway to the old junior high school and the church back yard. Rio had told Rei and others about the back yard of the Episcopal Church of Our Savior. It was just a small lot, which ran into a large green house on Hawley Street, the former Knights of Columbus budding and a couple of back yards and houses.

It was matter of minutes before Rei and Rio had met up. Rio had cross the street and walked up towards the Educational building of the church, while Rei took a long route and walked up Hawley. She was taking her time before reaching the backlots, which contented to the Episcopal Church grounds. Rio made sure she stood under the archway.

Rei had used the steps from the side parking lot to the ground floor. She turned to opened passage from the bottom of the staircase to the educational building's front door, which was a few feet between the building and the opened passage. She looked at Rio with an anxious face. She asked with a little fear in voice, "What do I…."

"No….where you followed?" Rio asked. She knew there was a possible of slim chances that jadeite got the hint and teleported himself somewhere on the grounds of the church. There was more the Dark kingdom of the Chaos factions than Rio could even dream.

"Good…" rei sighed. She felt like sitting on the steps in the archway and just take a breath. Rio felt the same, but she glanced at Rei. Rei had her communicator in her purse. She said, "I was not either!"

"Let's just say that they are either slipping up or we just got lucky!" Rio utterly as she glanced over to a knoll and fenced in yard.

"I hope we can find our way home…" Rei said. She had a feeling there was more to this than she bargained for. She knew Jadeite was fast, but she was still sharp and wildly fast. All Sailors were training for weeks on end in secret. They were hoping Galaxia be brought back to the light of the world. The dream of Galaxia changing for once and all was still so very far away.

"I think…the next street over from State is Second and we can use it until we hit union and it's a clear shot afterwards if we keep our eyes peeled." Rio said. Rio had a map of some streets of Salem in her mind. She had been from time to time using with her cousins and with Dusty a few side streets to keep her mind on finding out local escape routes. "I'm not transforming in front of that slime jadeite."

"I can tell you…it's not easy to escape from Jadeite when he knows about us!" Rei said she looked grim.

"You can put yourself down like those…things are going to change and the dark kingdom of Galaxia will soon crumble with a loud gasp!" Rio said, shrugging her shoulders. She was going to fight it out as long it took for her to get her wits sharpened.

Rei was not all that sure that fighting was the answer. She knew she and others had to fight and hard. Since her fourteenth year of just being Rei, she had grown up fast with some nagging, battling over girl stuff with the inners and just being herself. With the constants dragging more and more power that she needed to move into her near prefect-fighting warrior, Rei had wanted to be just a normal teenager with the others. "I have been trying to think of giving up everything for one day of being me…a girl who reads into trouble with bad grades and…"

Rio began to laugh as she covered her mouth both hands. She had thought she was listening to Serena instead of Rei. The noise of street had stopped very quickly. It was the configuration of red lights played sharply against Rei and Rio's ears. Rio had a tempered sense of hearing and timing from her months of temporal blindness. The traffic had stopped for a few minutes. Rio had to act fast if she and Rei needed to leave for a couple minutes. She wondered if jadeite was seeking them. Would he like him to on the hunt for Galaxia? She remembered how in the past she easily slip past a stranger in plain sight. It was rather risky a move, she had no other plans outside of giving up. She asked Rei, "Look….there is the staircase you took from Hawley Street."

"Yea…I used Vine and cut across on third…I think!" Rei said, she recalled how she used the side streets to get to the back parking lot of the church.

"Then, if we use Hawley…we can find third and see if we can link up to sixth…" Rio sighed. She was going to figure out how and what to do with the rest the trip. "I think there is a path that will lead up to the high school!"

"We have to be careful on how we go home. I don't like being spied on…" Rei said. She remembered on the many difference occasions that she and other sailors were ambush.

"Yea…I have same feeling…we have to not be so opened, but we don't want to appear that we have lost our minds either!" Rio added. The memories of the days in February and March were still fresh in her mind.

Without another word, the two girls started up towards the staircase. Rio had guessed that it would take the two of them at least fifteen to thirty minutes to walk home. She and Rei did have the Hinshin wands and communicators in their purses.

When Serena walked out of the front door to the house, it still was hot. She did not miss the heat of the city. The heat of any town was still hot. She wondered if the weather was going to break finally. She noticed the sky as she waited for Rei and Rio to show up. Ami had been doing her plotting of where the Galaxia's troop was going to show next. They have been a little too quiet. Serena told Ami to keep the ideas under wraps until Rio and Rei showed up. Then, the three lights and Darien would show up in the early evening. Then, the real consul of war would start.

Reenie and Hotura were playing in the sprinkler at the side of the house. They wanted to cool off as they played. They had a few hours of playing at the park with Skuld and Abby at the pool. Michiru and Lita were with them all times. Then, they came home after a couple of hours.

Serena walked out of the door and towards the back of the house. She wanted to get a hold of Reenie and Houtra before too long. She noticed the water everywhere. She said as she noticed Reenie and Houtra now playing with a hose. "What are you guys doing?"

Reenie, who held the nozzle of the hose, did not realize she had the hose still turned on. She gave a quick blast with the hose to Serena. Serena nearly gurgled a scream before waving her hands wildly around in the air.

Hotura said she noticed Serena getting a bath rather she needed a bath or not, "You better stop Reenie…or we will end up paying the water bill ourselves!"

"Uh?" Rennie said as before she released the nozzle to the hose. "O.K." then, she shrugged.

Huffing, Serena marched over to where Reenie was standing. She gasped a little pink in the face, "What was that for?"

"I was just having fun!" Reenie smiled. "You looked hot….that's all!"

"Why you…" Serena gasped. Then, she heard Rei's voice before she could say another word! She turned to see Rei and Rio walking up towards the house.

"Hey, Meatball head…what's going on?" Rei teased. She was not going to let on there was a hint of dark kingdom lurking about.

"I'm getting dredged by Reenie…" Serena gasped. She could see the look in Rei's eyes. It meant things were turning foul if they would get out of hand. Rio also had a concerned look on her face. Serena said, "Reenie turn off the water and see if Lita has dinner started!"

"O.K," Reenie said after she had a little fun at Serna's expense. She had turned off the water at the nozzle end of the hose. Then, she walked over to the outside faucet. She turned off the water to make sure it was finished

"What's going on?" Serena asked.

"The dark side of the moon is on the rise!" Rio sounded like a Pink Floyd song.

"Uh?" Serena gasped. She hated when Rio went cryptic for her answers. "Have you been listening to your mix tapes again?"

"Look…you need to inside…I have a feeling we're being watched!" Mina said. She glanced around to see if she could spot Jadeite. She was not going to take any chances as she grabbed Serena by the arm.

"Reenie…Hotura …you two want some iced mint tea…I bet Lita has some in the kitchen for you!" Rio said.

Reenie and hotura had to stop playing. They may be small, but they were sailors in training. They followed Rio, Rei and Serena into the house, leaving the hose on the ground after hotura tightened the outside faucet. Hotura was the last to enter in the house. She glanced around to see what was going on. She could hear birds and the wind, but nothing else. She said, "It's so quiet."

"Aye…the calm before the storm!" Rio added. She had held opened the door for the rest to enter before she could close the door. Luna and Artimes were sitting on the edge of the sofa near the window in the front room. The two cats were just bird watching as they heard the girls entering the house.

Luna stood up and stretched. Then, she yawned a little, showing off her fangs. She said, "How was your time at the library?"

Rei and Rio glanced at each other as they said, "Jadeite near got us!"

"What?" Luna gassed.

Artmies was shocked a little as he jumped off the sofa.

Serena felt concerned about what Rei and Rio were saying. She wanted to know what was going with Jadeite.

"All I know…Rio was on the computer!" Rei said.

Rio glanced at Rei before she nodded. "I was doing one of my stories!"

"Yea…I was glancing at the stacks…I happened to get a hold of A farewell to arms. When I was reading it and he was there!" Rei said.

"When was this?" Serna asked. She wanted to be sure Rei was not mixed up with a case of mistaken identity.

"Maybe an hour or so…Rei was in the book!" Rio said.

Then, rei told Serena about feeling a little uneasy. She was not for certain, but Jadeite was there. She knew the feeling of the nega-vrse was come out of him. She was convinced if she would have stayed just a few minutes more then she would become a solider of Galaxia. "He was watching me…it was like he was just waiting for me to fall!"

Rio knew Rei was a tough girl who was the first line of defense when it came to fighting the nerve-vrese. She said, "Look…you are much an all with it girl."

"Not always…" Rei sighed. She felt like she was slipping.

"No, at the last minute you usually have a bit of your stubbornness that will pop up from nowhere. Don't under value yourself!" Rio smiled. "You never cave in when there is a battle raging all around you…you are the power of Mars and your house of Aries will not let you fall!"

"That's true, but what about you?" Rei asked. She knew Rio was still learning about her powers. She was a super sailor while Rio was getting stronger each day.

"I need more training, but with your help…I think I can get here soon!" Rio smiled. She did have a taste of concern with each hour that was not use in the right way; someone could be lost for good.

"We need to be on the alert, yet we have to be careful on who we can trust. We can't tell the rest of the world about us and the silver Moon Kingdom…" Serena added with conviction.

"That's for another day when we can say that we did our part in winning the light of the world and not have to fear for our lives!" Rio said. She reminded of a past, lost memory for a split second. She did tried to touch the past before it became a missing part of her past. She knew who she was, but this missing hole of herself, she tried to get a hold of.

"I have no idea what will happen!" Serena said. "But we have to be ready for anything that comes our way!"

"Let's get our thinking caps on!" Rei added. She knew there was going to be a rough week or more until the end of the rein terror that Galaxia had placed on Serena's world.

The three lights and Darian had showed up the sailors' house. Rio and Rei recalled the whole story about how they had a near encounter with Jadeite. Rei did not like the idea of followed by anyone from the dark side. Rei and Rio had recalled what had happened to them. Seiya was usually keen to figure out what was going on with Galaxia's army. He said to the others, "Look, there has been a few strange occurrences that I have noticed. What with moon!"

"And that is?" Rio asked.

The sailors were all in the tv room. Serena sat with Darien, Lita and mina were sitting on the floor next to Serena. Rei sat on a straight back chair. Ami and Taiki were standing up and near the tv. The outers were sitting on the sofa. Rio took an ottoman. While Reenie and Chibi-chibi were siting front of Rio on the floor. The cats were in the middle of the floor. Yaten was sitting at the archway near the kitchen. Seyia took a chair near Ami and Taiki.

"What's going with them?" Luna asked. She was sitting sphinx like on the floor.

"They're sizing us up!" Rio said. She had feeling Galaxia was going to strike with everything. She wanted to see if there was a chink-hole in Galaxia's armor. She knew Serena could heal her for good and let the universe be free once again.

"Why do you say that?" ami asked.

"We have been wore down…but, there is a twist…I've seen others that I have seen before!" Rio said.

Serena was the first to realize Galaxia was getting ready for a blowout. It was going to be a nothing or everything battle. Yet, she had to draw a battle plan of her own. "Was she spying on your to see if there was more power in your star-seeds?"

"Not without some sort of indicator. Like the time she was doing on the first time around! There was planning and watching…it was like that with all the forces of the nega-moon…the dark side is not all that quick at first, but when they find a sense then they hunt down very last person!" Rei recalled the many times nega-moon had failed.

"I have all the confidence that we shall win!" Serena said. She knew how much there was for the future. She had seen the darkness of a bleak future. Now, she was ready for put the other out of the reach of Galaxia.

"And how are we going to do that?" Lita asked.

"We have to look at our past…" Darien said. He recalled a few battles of the Senshi. Each time, the dark forces were stronger and needed more power for each elevation to a higher plain of battle.

"Yet, she has been cooling her heels like she was still not finished with her preparing to the ultimate battle?" Michuri asked. She was trying to figure out why Galaxia wanted to finish out. Was it because she was jealous of Serena. "What else could happen? Galaxia was after star-seed before?" Seiya asked.

"She found out the most pure of all was Serena, she had taken Galaxia the edge of the universe and showed her what a true person was. With everything that Serena has, she was still powerful enough to break the seal of the cauldron nebula and Chaos!" Dreinn said.

"I can have that same power...we have been fighting for all different reasons!" Serena said. She looking at her friends. She began to grow into a strong fighter but what was the next step? Her powers were at the peek at the current time.

Serene was just a girl who was born a princess. She did not always act so princess-like. "I want to be just a normal girl…there was really nothing for me to have in the way of more power. I do admit to have a strong and pure heart!" Serena said. "I remembered I didn't want to be Sailor moon, but there was more to what I want and what I needed. I finally found what I wanted for such a long time,"

She sounded like she had just enough of Galaxia trying to stop her every step of the way. She had to know what was going to be the next step.

"I have some idea that Galaxia needed another power boost. Where?" Michuri asked. She has some idea of what happed in the past.

"And you are thinking?" lita asked. She knew what Muchuri was thinking. There were a series of moonless nights in the past couple of months. At first, they were thinking of the normal phases of the moon. It seemed like it was getting out of hand when the moon was starting to get darker as the night wore on.

"Like the moon is being drained?" Yaten asked, he was thinking out loud.
