Meanwhile, Ruby got into a fighting stance and took out her belt from her pants. She straightened it before staring at Maki and Eli. The other two prepared to fight Ruby. They need to win this battle so that they can get information about the crime syndicate.

Ruby started out by whipping Maki's face with the belt. Right away, Maki whined in pain before rubbing her face. Eli went forward and was about to strike Ruby when the latter aimed a small stress ball at Eli's face and threw it. Eli managed to catch it, but then saw that some words were written behind.

She turned it around and read it out, "Catch me if you can, loser." Just then, Eli was flogged on the legs with the belt by Ruby, making her fall down to the ground on her face. Eli cursed under her breath. She couldn't believe she got distracted over such a small thing. Maki charged towards Ruby but before she could do even anything, Ruby belted her face once more. Eli got up and limped to Maki, who was now rubbing the other side of her face.

"The belt." Eli whispered to Maki, "That's our problem."

"Yeah, no shit." Maki groaned, "I got whacked on the face with it twice. At this rate, if she hits my face a few more times, I will get a concussion."

"We need to think of..." As Eli was about to finish her sentence, Ruby slapped both of their shoulders with the belt. Maki and Eli nodded their heads at each other, before Eli ran away.

Ruby tried whipping Maki on the head, but the latter dodged and took a knife up from the floor. When Ruby unleashed her belt on Maki again, Maki managed to grab it and stabbed it with a knife.

She then pulled the handle forward. The knife did not tear the belt. Instead, it made the belt move towards her, which also made Ruby move forward.

Ruby quickly locked her legs onto the ground, preventing herself from being pulled any further towards Maki. Eli attacked Ruby's from behind, kicking her left leg sideways. Ruby retaliated by stepping on Eli's toes, which made Eli lose grip of her. She then did a back kick on Eli's face and stomach with her left leg, sending Eli flying to the back.

As Maki and Ruby were having a game of tug of war, Eli got up and wanted to try again. She ran to Ruby, but this time, she had a different plan in mind.

By natural instinct, when Ruby saw Eli, she tried to kick Eli. However, Eli held her leg just before it hit her. Eli kicked her other leg, and Ruby lost her balance. Maki easily pulled the belt forward, and when Ruby reached her, she punched Ruby's face and kicked her away. Eli went to Maki as the latter threw the belt to one side.

"No more dirty tricks from you, you cunning bitch." Maki growled.

"You've haven't seen enough. I won't go down this quickly." Ruby quickly took out a dagger. Eli and Maki then ran to Ruby.

Back to Umi and Dia, the latter seemed like she had the upper hand, as her blade was getting closer to Umi's face. Umi had to think of something quick before she gets slaughtered. Suddenly, she remembered something.

"You're fighting in a losing battle, bitch." Dia sneered, "I'm holding a lightweight katana, while you're holding a heavy rifle. Sooner or later, you'll lose all your energy and I'll overpower you and kill you. The outcome will be the same whether you try or not. Give it up and call it quits, and I'll consider sparing you."

"I don't need you to spare me." Umi gave a mischievous smile, "Because I already have a plan." She quickly let her left hand off the rifle and took out the pistol she had used earlier from her left pocket with it. She then shot both of Dia's legs, making Dia stumble back.

Umi threw the pistol away and rammed the heel of the rifle on Dia's face, making her giddy again and her nose bleed. Umi then whacked the sides of the swordswoman's face with the stock of the rifle. She landed the final bow on Dia by doing a roundhouse kick on her. Dia fell onto the floor, dropping her katana as blood trickled down her face.

As she slowly tried to reach for her katana, Umi kicked the katana away and slammed the heel of the rifle on her palm. Dia screamed out in agony before finally conceding defeat with tears in her eyes. Umi dropped the rifle and sat beside Jeff as blood gushed out from her arm cut.

"You okay?" He asked.

She looked at him, "I'll be fine."

Maki attempted kicking Ruby on the face, but Ruby booted her on the stomach, making her fly a few meters away. Maki's head hit a pillar, which made Maki feel extreme pain. Eli punched Ruby's cheeks and was about to aim for her face when she saw Ruby's blade about to reach her face. Eli tilted her head back as she saw the dagger blade pass right across her face in slow motion.

Ruby tried to stab Eli on the hips, but the latter countered it with a kick to Ruby's right wrist. Ruby moved back, shaking her wrist, but still holding on tightly to the dagger. She then rushed forward to attack Eli. She dodged Eli's arm swing by sliding under her and in between her legs.

Ruby then wrapped her left arm around Eli's neck while aiming the knife at Eli's chest. Eli tried pulling Ruby's left arm away, but to no avail. She also struggled to stop Ruby's right hand from coming near her. Eli had no choice but to bite Ruby's left arm, making the short woman shriek in pain. Eli then held Ruby's right arm with both of her hands and flipped her to the ground. Eli backed off a few meters before looking at her own wrist. It seemed like Ruby's dagger had left her a cut.

Ruby stood up and stretched her back before tilting her head to both sides to make her neck crack. She then ran towards Eli as she let out a battle cry. Eli bent down and charged at Ruby. The blonde woman's head knocked onto the attacker's stomach, and Eli held Ruby's hips before lifting her up and slamming her on the floor.

She held Ruby's right wrist with one hand and punched Ruby on the face with the other a few times. Ruby retaliated back by kicking her on the side of her face. While they were still fighting, Jeff and Umi went to Maki, who was still rubbing her head from the pain she just had suffered by getting hit on the wall.

"You doing alright?" Jeff asked.

"Yeah, after I got kicked in the stomach and then flew a few meters away before hitting my head on the wall." Maki replied sarcastically with an annoyed face, "Very much nice. I would want to go through all of that again."

"Ruby's a hard opponent?" Umi questioned.

Maki nodded her head, "She's a bitch and a half. Her kicks are like steel. At this rate, we won't even be able to defeat her, much less get any information from her."

"I got an idea." Umi took the pistol she had used earlier and it had one bullet left, "One bullet left. It's all or nothing." She took a deep breath before aiming at Ruby. She pulled the trigger while Eli and Ruby were fighting.

The bullet hit Ruby's left thigh, which made her scream in pain and stumble back. Eli quickly ran to her and jump-kicked her on the face. Eli then curled up her fists and punched Ruby on both sides of her face until she started spitting out blood. Lastly, Eli struck her on the stomach with her foot. Ruby flew all the way back until she hit a wall, dropping her dagger along the way.

Ruby tried to stand but she was too weak to even get up. Her body was in excruciating pain, she couldn't feel her own thigh, and she had no energy to fight left. Eli turned back and gave Umi a thumbs up before picking up the dagger. She then went to Ruby.

"I'm going to ask you this, and you better answer it properly." She held the dagger at Ruby's throat, "Who are you working for?"

Ruby glared at her as she breathed heavily, "I...I...am...not...going...to...tell you..." With that, Eli stabbed her other thigh with the dagger, which made Ruby shriek in agony.

"I am still...not gonna...tell..." Ruby was yet again interrupted when Eli lifted her arm up and stabbed her palm into the wall with the same weapon. Dia, witnessing all this horror, could not do anything but watch as she was almost in the same condition as her sister.

"I'm asking this one more time, and I'm being serious." Eli growled, "Who are you working for?"

"A crime syndicate!" Ruby gasped for air, "Miss...Miss Venus...is in charge...of assassinating people...Mister Jimmy...Jimmy Natas is the boss...of the gambling houses...Anthony Garcia...the one responsible for trafficking and sex activities...They're all working for Boss..."

"And who the hell is your Boss?" Maki questioned.

"Regis Yazuka!" Dia cried, "He's our Boss! He's the one who planned all these robberies and murders! Please just take that dagger out of Ruby's hand! Don't hurt my sister anymore, I'm begging you!" Eli, Maki, and Umi were all shocked to hear that. They thought it would be some mysterious figure, but they certainly didn't expect it to be the man who was warning them about the crime syndicate.

"Ay yo, isn't it that CEO guy who told you about the story or whatever it is?" Jeff queried.

"He killed a CEO for trying to meddle into his business." Dia explained, "He and his friends tried stopping one robbery, but he sent me and Ruby to kill them. He told us to spare the guy and bring him back. I heard he was tortured and eventually killed by Boss himself."

Eli took the dagger out and tossed it far away from a crying Ruby. She couldn't believe Regis was the boss of the crime syndicate and the one driving it forward, creating many crimes and taking away innocent lives along the way.

Umi and Jeff helped Maki out of the bank. Before Eli stepped out of the place, she turned back to Dia and Ruby. She sighed before walking off. Police sirens could be heard afterwards, but the Kurosawa sisters were too weak that they just gave up and prepared themselves for their arrests.

A few minutes later, Zi Yang and Kanan arrived outside of the bank. They looked around and saw a lot of dead bodies, as well as Ruby and Dia, who were being handcuffed by police officers at the scene. The katana, dagger, and the other weapons the robbers have used were confiscated and brought back to the station.

"This place looked as if a madman just committed a murder massacre." Zi Yang commented, "So many dead bodies. Someone must've been here."

"Ah yes, and the floor is made out of floor." Kanan crossed her arms, "No shit, Sherlock. Who do you think would have defeated Ruby and this black-haired woman? A ghost?"

"Hey, hey, supernatural powers." Zi Yang joked, "You never know." Kanan rolled her eyes and proceeded to ask the officers about the recounts of the witnesses. Zi Yang went to inspect the scene. He deduced that there was a robbery going on as money notes were on the floor. Judging from the uses of a katana, knives, and a dagger, there must have been some intense sword fight going on.

He went to Kanan, who was still talking to the policemen. Once she was done, Zi Yang told her about what he had found out. She nodded her head in response and informed him that the bank-tellers said there were three robbers and a man, much like the first robbery. There was a BR18 found too on the floor.

"The BR18..." Jeff scratched his chin, "It sounded like it could've belonged to that bastard." Zi Yang said, "That asshole owns a whole bunch of guns too. Why the hell are we always late to catch him?"

"We're just unlucky, I guess." Kanan shrugged her shoulders.

"However, the most important thing is that we need to interrogate Ruby and that woman, whoever she is." Zi Yang stated, "Ruby definitely has knowledge on the crime syndicate, and we need to force the information out of her."

"I will do that even if you don't tell me to do so." Kanan replied, "The only problem is whether she'll talk or not. She might just shut her mouth and keep quiet the whole time. To that, I might actually have an idea..."

"I got a way." Zi Yang interrupted her, "I'm sure that she will cough out the truth with what I'm about to do."

"No." Ruby said with a deadpan face in a hospital ward. Her wrists were chained to the handles of the bed, restricting her from running away. Kanan frowned at Zi Yang, but he faced his palm to her face and signaled to her that his method would work. He turned to Ruby and glared at her.

"If you're not going to tell me anything, then you'll regret it." He bellowed, "I'll make sure that you suffer in jail and you'll never lead a good life." Kanan just facepalmed herself in disappointment.

"Do it then." Ruby uttered, "I'm already in this state. I can't even get out of here. I'll just accept my fate. You police officers are useless anyways. You're too slow, and you guys can't even solve the murder cases. Basically, the world would be in the same state without you."

"Slow? Useless?! The world would be in the same state without us?!" Zi Yang yelled, "Don't you dare tarnish and taint our name and reputation like that, you filthy animal!"

"It's true though." Ruby told him, "There were three women who were way faster than you. They took me down, and I told them what you needed to know. I will not reveal the information again."

He was stunned, "Those are not even police officers..."

"Precisely." She laid her head on the pillow, "And they did more than you ever will. Japan's gonna fall under your leadership." Zi Yang was about to burst out in anger when Kanan stopped him.

"Can't you give us any small clue?" Kanan asked Ruby, "We don't even know who the hell these women are. We assumed they're just people trying to stop the robberies in robber costumes. They've also interrupted the police investigations. I really do hope you could at least tell us something about all of this. We're on the losing end here. Please."

Ruby sighed before taking a glance at the female police officer, "Because you're nice to me, I shall offer you some help, unlike this uncouth, rude, dense man." Zi Yang growled.

"There's a party happening tomorrow night in the ballroom of the Princess Pegasus Ballroom." Ruby continued, "I'm sure those women will be there. You can ask them about it, and they might give you some answers. Now, if you excuse me, I would like some time alone. I need to sleep."

Zi Yang stormed out of the ward. Kanan thought of Umi and sighed. She knew, at that point, that some shit was about to go down, and she absolutely would not like it.
