A/N: Say it with me now: DISCUSSION BOARDS SUCK! I apologize this took a long while to update the story, but again, school assignments. I feel like if I keep saying that, it'll start to sound like an excuse. Now, onward to the second moment I've been waiting for. Also, ESDEATH VS GRAY DEATH BATTLE HYPE!

Job Thirty Seven: Leone's Bucket List
Leone still remembered that cold rainy night. Of how she saw Mine with that broken arm upon her return and without Sheele. She still remembered and couldn't ever forget the words Mine said to them. "Sheele is…Sheele is…Sheele has been killed."
It wasn't too long after that when Leone heard what Tatsumi told her and Wendy about Bulat. "Bro…he's gone."
Losing them was hard for Leone. Even more so since they were her friends. She could never forget the times she spent with both and hoped that their deaths would not be in vain when she and the rest of Night Raid continued the fight against the Empire. Leone thought she never see them again, until now. It was almost unbelievable to her that Sheele and Bulat were standing right in front of her. Leone tried to make heads or tails about how they came back from the dead. "How the hell is this happening? How are they here? Sheele and Bulat are supposed to be dead!" There was one other thing Leone noticed about her two former teammates standing before her. "I can't even sense their aura. It's not like they're hiding it, they just don't have it at all." The blonde recalled one other instance this happened to her before. "It's like I'm going up against Kurome's puppets again." There was one difference she noticed comparing Kurome's puppets and Sheele and Bulat standing before her. "But the thing is that Kurome's puppets were mindless. I know I heard Sheele and Bulat talk." The logical conclusion Leone came frightened her; the enemy must have someone who has the power to bring back the dead. Not as mindless corpses, but who they actually were before they died. Essentially, they have a stronger version of Kurome's Yatsufusa Imperial Arms.
Sheele, in her typical fashion, seemed distracted by their surroundings and was confused. "Where exactly are we? This doesn't look like we're in the Capital."
Bulat looked around and thought the same. "Huh, you're right. This doesn't look anything like the Capital's harbor. The last thing I remember was Tatsumi running to me when we were aboard the Ryusen." Now that Bulat mentioned it, the last thing Sheele remembered was letting Mine escape using the last of her strength before Seryu's Imperial Arms devoured her completely.
Sheele looked back at Leone and took note of her appearance. "And you seemed to be looking a little different, Leone. Did you get a haircut?"
Leone clenched her hand tightly as she was right all along. Sheele and Bulat actually talked and remembered their past life back at the Capital. Bulat looked sternly at his former teammate. "Leone, tell us; where exactly are we and more importantly, where are Tatsumi and the others? What happened with the war against the Empire?"
Leone shuddered a little while lowering her head with her bangs covering her eyes. "We're…in Earthland, Wendy's world." Sheele and Bulat were quite surprised to hear that. They were in Wendy's world? If they were, then that meant Wendy did make it back after all. But they were confused as to why they and Leone were also here. "After we beat the Empire, Akame, Chelsea, and me decided to go with Wendy back to her world to live there. We joined her guild and…it was fun. We did say goodbye to Najenda and the others before we left."
So, they did win the war against the Empire after all. Hearing that relieved the former members. However, the person Leone mentioned before made Sheele tilt her head in confusion. "Who's Chelsea?"
The blonde chuckled softly at the question. "Oh, right. You never met them. Chelsea and another guy called Susanoo were called in as backup after we lost Bulat. And Su, that's what we called him, he's a human organic-type Imperial Arms and a really good cook. He does kinda have a stick up his ass at times, but he's really cool." Bulat couldn't help but smile at that. It was good to know they had more allies they could rely on after their death. "Oh and get this; Tatsumi and Mine actually got together. It wouldn't be surprising if they had a couple of kids by now."
Sheele breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing what happened to Mine after her death. "So, my sacrifice wasn't in vain after all. I'm glad you're living a happy life, Mine."
"And…you were right about him, Bulat. Tatsumi became much stronger than you. You'd be proud of how far he's come since joining Night Raid." Bulat smirked at hearing how well Tatsumi was doing after he died. "Oh, and speaking of couples, Wendy and Chelia got together too. And me and Akame too if you can believe that." Leone herself still couldn't believe they became a thing, but she didn't complain about it.
"Well, isn't that something," Bulat spoke. "I'm glad Wendy did find a way back to her home and you and everyone else found happiness." His expression changed to a more serious one. "However, as much as we like to catch up with you, you ultimately know what we have to do." Leone immediately knew what he was talking about and grimaced at the mere thought.
To think that once again, Leone would have to fight in an Imperial Arms battle and this time, against her own two friends. One thing was clear to her. "It's either they kill me, or I kill them." The mere thought of it sickened her, but what other choice did Leone have? At least she had one advantage over them. "Even if it's two-on-one, I'm way stronger than I was back at the Capital. I should be able to take them on no problem."
She took on a stance and was about to make the first move when Sheele lifted Extase above her. "Trump Car activate, Extase: Blinding Light!" A brilliant shining light emitted from Extase and Leone got the full brunt of it.
Leone closed her eyes and shielded them from the light with her right arm. "She using Extase's Trump Card right off the bat!?" Leone's first instinct was jumping away to safety from Sheele and Bulat. However, while she was falling back, the blonde felt something sharp cut her arm. The light started to fade, and Leone opened her eyes. Only to discover that her left arm was missing and noticed that it was laying on the ground not too far from her. She heard the hard thumping of her heartbeat the longer she stared at her severed arm. Leone screamed and gripped what was left of her missing arm.
She turned around to see that Sheele was standing behind her and saw there was blood on Extase. Her blood. "Incursio!"
Leone heard a loud noise behind her and turned back to see Bulat with his Incursio armor on. Seeing it brought back some memories for Leone. "I forgot what Incursio looked like when Bulat equipped it."
Bulat summoned Neuntote and charged at the blonde and thrust his weapon forward at her. Leone dodged to the right to avoid the attack, but as she did, she saw Sheele in the air again and swung Extase overhead at her. As soon as the blonde's foot touched the ground, she jumped again away to avoid the next attack before it struck the ground where she previously was a second ago. Sheele chased after Leone relentlessly while swinging Extase just before her former teammate jumped to avoid the attacks. This strategy worked for a bit until Leone found herself standing at the edge and looked back to see nothing but the water behind her. She looked in front and saw Sheele coming at her with Extase ready to cut her down. Leone scowled and had to bank on her one chance. Sheele noticed Leone leaned her body slightly forward and that alerted her. She stopped and put Extase in front of her and in time as Leone rushed at the other girl and kicked the Imperial Arms protecting Sheele. Extase took the brunt of Leone's attack, but it was still powerful enough to blow Sheele back away. Leone breathed a sigh of relief, but it was short-lived when she saw Bulat high in the air and spun Neuntote around.
Bulat yelled as he swung his weapon down and a powerful force came out of the swing. It headed straight toward Leone and quickly. The blonde barely avoided the attack by a hair's length both figuratively and literally as small strands of her hair were cut off. Bulat's attack was strong enough to cut through the ground and caused the water to explode behind Leone. She looked at the water which was refilling the void where Bulat's attacked landed and slightly sweated at the thought of what would've happened if the attack struck her. "Stronger or not, that attack would've split me in half!" She looked back at Bulat who landed on the ground. "One arm or not, I'm not going to be killed here!" Leone removed her hand gripping her arm and grunted loudly. Her muscles from what remained of her arm contracted to make sure there was no bleeding. "Take Over: Lionel Beast Soul Combination!" Her hair floated and changed color from blonde to a luminous silver as did her fur. Leone's hair became longer until it reached the ground and became spiky. Her eyes became silver as well with her bangs covering her left eye. "Spiky Silver Beast!"
Bulat spun his weapon around before setting it on his shoulder. He was impressed with what his former teammate had done. "Well, that's something new. Looks like you did pick up some tricks while being in Wendy's world."
"And I'll show you what it can do!" Leone vanished from Bulat's sight and the next thing he knew, he felt a powerful blow to his center. Bulat spat out blood through his helmet as Leone roared and she sent the former soldier into the air. She extended her arm and moved it around. Unbeknownst to Bulat, thin strands of hair surrounded him and when Leone closed her hand and pulled it back, he was entangled by the strong sliver hair. Leone brought her arm down and Bulat followed until he crashed into the ground. The blonde wasn't done yet as she strongly pulled her arm to the right and Bulat continued to follow. Leone spun Bulat around from above the water back to the ground and crashed through several houses. She stopped her pulling around and thought it was time to finish it. "Sorry, Bulat. I hope you can forgive me." Leone pulled her arm and Bulat along with it. With the next attack, Bulat would go down for good and then Leone could focus on Sheele next. However, when Bulat was halfway to Leone, she saw a figure come in-between them and the next thing she saw was her thread severed. The blonde glanced to the side to see Sheele back with Extase raised above her. It quickly dawned on Leone that Sheele used Extase to cut her thread.
Leone gasped as she remembered Bulat and looked back to where she thought he was but wasn't there anymore. Her eyes widened as she realized what he was doing and jumped away. Before she did, the blonde felt a sharp slash run diagonally across her body and blood spurted out from the wound. She landed breathed heavily as the blonde grabbed the top of her chest while blood continued to drip from her fresh wound. If Leone hadn't jumped back when she did, her body would've been severed in half right now. She saw Bulat reappear since he used Incursio's Trump Card like the blonde thought and Sheele walked up to him and stood beside the former soldier. Both looked at Leone. "We're sorry, Leone."
"But this is the end of the line for you."
Leone could only growl as her situation continued to worsen. The same could be said about the others throughout the battlefield. Gray crashed into the ground and Lyon was pushed back. Their opponent, their former teacher, Ur, walked toward them with confidence and wasn't all that impressed with how her students were fighting thus far. "Is that really the best you can do? You two may have grown up, but your magic's still child play. At that level, you're still a far cry from taking me down, boys."
Lyon trembled at the might of his teacher's power. "Ur…"
Gray stood up and noticed Lyon's shaking. "Snap out it That thing ain't Ur!"
Of course, Lyon knew that, but it was hard for him to accept that fact. "I'm well aware this is obviously the work of the enemy's magic. But, even so…"
Ur put both her arms up and giant ice vines and roses erupted from the ground and struck both Gray and Lyon. "Ice-Make: Rose Garden!"
"Her magic and abilities are the spitting image of Ur herself!"
"The two of us aren't the same as we were back then!" As Gray rolled from the attack, he extended his arm and sent some of his ice magic at his former teacher. It managed to scratch the side of her cheek and Gray stood up. "We can and will overcome this obstacle! That is nothing but an enemy who happens to look like Ur!" Lyon was astounded by Gray's determination. The ice wizard glared at the incarnation of their former teacher. "I won't allow you to drag our master's name through the mud any longer!"
Outside of Hargeon, the battles raged on and Meredy sent multiples of her magic swords at Zancrow, but her former guildmate continuously burned them away. "Zancrow, I was certain that back at Tenrou Island, you…"
"Yeah, that's right! I died, so what's it to you?! And that's why…" He moved his arms around, and his black flames followed. He sent his flames to surround Meredy and screamed in pain. "I GOT A BONE TO PICK WITH YOU, LIVING SO CAREFREE LIKE THAT!"
Keyes chuckled as his Bane Particles surrounded Juvia. "The voices of the dead are reverberating across the battlefield. To think I would become a puppet. How utterly amusing!"
Juvia was trying her best to defend herself from Keyes's attacks. "Desecrating the dead like this…it's despicable!"
In the town, Laxus struggled to hold his own against Hade's attacks. The fact he hadn't recovered from his previous battle with Wahl didn't help either. "Shit, what is it with you Fairy Tail founders? Can't you just lie down in your grave and stay put?!"
Ezel laughed as he slammed Wendy with one of his tentacles crashed into the ground with rubble surrounding her. The pain she was feeling throughout her body was unimaginable to her. "I can't…I can't move my body. It hurts…so much…"
"My, my. You're in quite the predicament, aren't you, Wendy?"
The young dragon slayer gasped as she heard a familiar voice and looked at where it was coming from. Her eyes widened in fear when she saw none other than Esdeath sitting with one leg over the other on a rock and smiled playfully at her. "Es…death? You're here too?" Ezel was bad enough, but if Esdeath was here, then it'd truly be over for all of them.
"In a way, yes, but I'm not physically here. I'm still well within your mind. I just wanted to talk to you one last time before you die."
Wendy became confused and afraid at the same time hearing Esdeath's words. "D-Die?"
Esdeath chuckled at her question. "Yes. You're nearing death with every moment passing. Did you really think it was a good idea to take an opponent such him…" She glanced over at Ezel who smiled wickedly at the fallen dragon slayer before looking back at Wendy. "After the fight you had with that woman? Didn't she use an attack that reopened every wound and injury you've had in your life and how she pierced your leg? On top of that, you thought it was wise to use your Imperial Arms in the condition you're in. At this point, you might as well sign your death contract. Poor Chelia will be so devastated."
As soon as Esdeath said Chelia's name, Wendy's heart dropped and the General loved the look she had. "Yes, just imagine the look on Chelia's face when she discovers you've died. The last thing she'll remember you by is how you yelled at her with that furious expression you gave her. She'll remember the last words you said to her. And the worst part is that Chelia sacrificed her magic, no, her future for you and it'll all be for nothing."
Wendy's breathing became shaky and the reality began to sink in. Esdeath was right, the last thing Chelia will remember her is how Wendy yelled at her and when she does die, she could never take those words back. Tears became form from the corners of her eyes as Ezel neared her as he wasn't nearly done with Wendy yet.
Back at the ship, Neinhart was enjoying seeing Erza struggling to fight against her Historia and hearing her cries. "Dimaria and Wahl are truly pathetic indeed. Observe how handily I alone have suppressed these weaklings. A simple task for yours truly.
Both Kyouka and Ikaruga charged at Erza at tried to attack her, but she kept avoiding them. That is until Azuma blasts her from behind with his magic. Erza slid across the deck, but quickly stood back up and rushed at Ikaruga. She swung her sword, but her enemy blocked it with her own. Kyouka extended her index finger for it to become a whip-like weapon and attacked Erza with it. Erza summoned another sword in her other hand to block the attack. She then saw Azuma above her and tried to attack her, but she jumped away from the other two and kicked Azuma straight in the face.
Kyouka didn't waste any time in attacking Erza while she down and swiped her right claw at her. Erza cried out in pain as blood spurted out of the fresh wound Kyouka gave her. Ikaruga contributed by swinging her sword and cut Erza's side. Azuma blasted her once more with his magic and blew her away. Her clothes badly damaged and was on all fours trying to get up. Neinhart noticed a particular look in Erza's eyes and was entranced by it. "That spark in your eyes…you will surely become someone else's Historia in the near future. Yet another beautiful corpse."
Kyouka and the others stood in front of Erza and she had thought of a fun idea. "Tie her up." Roots appeared and wrapped around Erza's arms and legs. She was strung up with her arms tied together and legs slightly spread apart. Kyouka walked up to her with a smile on her face. "This really brings us back, does it Erza? How fondly I remember our time together in that underground torture chamber?" She gently placed her claw under Erza's chin, and her face neared the other girl's. "Would you like me to give you some more tender love and care?" She then smiled maliciously as Kyouka took a step back and extended her finger to become a whip-like weapon again. She lashed out at Erza's side. "Multiply her sense of pain by ten!"
Erza screamed out in pain as it felt like a large chunk of her body was torn off her. Ikaruga giggled at the sight while Azuma was growing tired and impatient. "Oh my, Miss Kyouka. What improper conduct for a lady such as yourself."
"I'd prefer it if we just killed her without all this dawdling."
Kyouka dug her claw into Erza's wound which caused even more pain for her. "Let's raise your sense of pain even more this time, shall we?" She then had a different idea that seemed more exciting to her. Kyouka removed her claw from Erza's wound and roughly groped her breast. "Or would you rather I raise your sensitivity in a different way?" She leaned forward toward Erza. "Isn't this just a wonderful trip down memory lane, Erza?"
Erza panted heavily from the pain she felt from earlier and her body trembled from the pain. However, she was nowhere close to accepting defeat. "Yeah…but I've had enough of this little reunion." Her words surprised Kyouka and the others. "There was indeed a time when you three stood in front of me, blocking my path. You were all fiercely powerful foes. However…" She lifted her head and looked at all three of her former enemies and deep red aura surrounded her body that was the manifestation of her spirit. "You all tasted defeat by hands and lay prone before me!"
Kyouka, Ikaruga, Azuma, and even Neinhart were astounded that even in the state Erza was in, she continued to defy them. This angered Kyouka and whipped Erza multiple times all over her body. "SILENCE!"
Even with all those whippings, Erza didn't even flinch. She didn't even make a sound this time. Erza gave all three them a terrifying glare with her eyes filled with determination. "GET OUT OF MY SIGHT, YOU DAMN GHOSTS BEFORE YOU FEEL THE BITE OF MY BLADE AGAIN!" Her aura expanded from her body and went through her enemies.
Azuma and Ikaruga suddenly became afraid started to vanish while Kyouka remained. She was in awe of the sheer willpower Erza possessed even after what they put her through. "Such…ferocity…" Kyouka screamed as she too began to vanish. "DAMN YOU, ERZA!"
Neinhart had never seen something like this happening. The Historia disappearing right before his eyes. "In…Inconceivable! Preposterous! It cannot be!" All three were gone now and the roots that held up Erza disappeared as well as did the aura that once surrounded her. Neinhart had no idea what had just happened and couldn't even fathom it. "My Historia…they cowered in fear and vanished. That woman…."
"ERZA!" Jellal and Kagura came back and saw Erza fall onto the deck.
Kagura was the first to check on Erza's condition and saw how badly injured she was. "What horrific injuries. Stay with us, Erza!"
The more Neinhart stared at Erza, the more familiar she became to him. Jellal stared at disbelief at what happened Erza. It wasn't too long after when that shock turned to anger and looked Neinhart with an absolute furious and dark expression. However, that wasn't what made Neinhart's body tremble. "Erza…scarlet hair…and this magic power. That woman…it cannot be…Lady Irene's…"
While Neinhart was busy trying to wrap his mind around Erza, Kagura became increasingly worried about Erza's condition. "Erza! Stay with us, I beg of you, Erza!"
With Erza gravely injured, he had about enough of what the Spriggan Twelve member had put her through and everyone else throughout the battlefield. "Here and now, I shall commit one more sin." Kagura felt a massive spike of magic power coming from Jellal and looked toward him. The next thing she knew and everyone else throughout Hargeon saw that not only the clouds parted rapidly, but the entire sky turned into night.
This phenomenon made Neinhart stand up and looked up at the sky bewildered. "What!? What the hell is this magic?!' Kagura wondered the same thing as she had never seen anything like this before. For Jellal, it was just the beginning.
Keyes was mystified when the entire sky turned into night. "The stars harbingers blessings or misfortune?"
For Juvia, she was just as confused. "What's going on?"
"It's Jellal's magic!" Juvia looked back to see Meredy standing behind her while still fighting Zancrow.
Zancrow was the only one who didn't care about what was happening right now. "Who the hell even gives a crap about the stars and the sky?"
They were facing two powerful opponents and defeating them would be no easy task. Fortunately, Meredy had just the plan to deal with them for good. She raised her arm and a glowing pink chain-like marking appeared around her wrist. "Juvia, link with me again."
Juvia remembered the magic Meredy used when they first back at Tenrou Island eight years ago. "Maguilty=Sense?" Since Meredy had a plan, she went along with it "If that'll help, but how?" She raised her arm toward Meredy and a similar chain-like marking appeared around her wrist.
Meredy raised her arm and placed beside Juvia's. A bright pink sphere appeared around their markings and glowed brightly. "When people who trust each other share their senses, their powers multiply too."
Both girls faced their opponents and Juvia was quite impressed with what the other girl's magic could do. "So now it's something good?"
"This was how the spell was intended to be used."
Keyes wasn't all impressed by them trying to work together. In fact, he looked down on it. "What you call mutual trust is nothing more than pitiful dependency."
Zancrow didn't care at all as his black flames enveloped his body. "And that means you'll both feel pain when I roast you alive!"
Gray and Lyon attacked their former teacher together, but it seemed their attacks did little damage to her. Others could feel the effects of their battle throughout the battlefield. "It feels strangely chilly all of a sudden, don't you think?"
"That must be because Gray and Lyon are fighting over there."
"The enemy's forces have thinned considerably! We just need one more push!"
"Ice-Make Geyser!" Gray slammed his hands to the ground and waves of ice traveled to his former teacher.
However, Ur slammed her hands to the ground as well "Ice Volcano!" Gray and Lyon were blasted away by a massively powerful eruption of ice underneath them.
They tumbled away from their teacher but managed to stand back up. Even with their best effort, Lyon's doubt continued to grow within him. "We don't stand a chance. Ur is simply too powerful!"
"That ain't Ur, damn it!" Gray's outburst caught Lyon's attention. "Ur is dead." His words made Lyon gasp and his eyes widened with a sense of realization. Gray looked over at Lyon. "And her death falls solely on my shoulders and you damn well know that, Lyon!"
Lyon couldn't help but chuckle at Gray's words. "You've had many invaluable experiences as you walked along your path, haven't you? This journey you've been on until now, you walked it for the sole purpose of surpassing Ur. And you've come a long way." Now that he said it, Gray remembered all the times he fought against different opponents and the different experiences he had. All of those had shaped him into the person he was today. For Lyon, he didn't that kind of feeling himself. "That path for me has always been obstructed."
Gray grabbed Lyon by his coat and forced him to look at their former teacher. "In that case, the beginning of the road is right here in front of you. It's true; I've come a long way. But I didn't get this far simply by stumbling aimlessly around. I knew in my heart that I had no choice but to keep moving forward and that's why I'm standing here now." He looked back at Lyon. "Now's the time for your first step, Lyon."
Lyon stared at disbelief as he felt Gray's words bore into his very core. However, their teacher thought they still didn't have what it took to surpass her. "You two taking me down? Not in a million years."
Sheele and Bulat looked up at the sky and were enthralled by what happened. "Did it just become night?"
Bulat laughed as he was actually impressed by this. "Wendy's world sure is something else." Blood trickled alongside the polearm of Neuntote and drops of blood fell to the ground. In front of Bulat was Leone impaled through by his weapon and blood dripped from the corner of her mouth. "Don't you think so, Leone?" Leone's response was a pained grunt while her single hand kept a tight grip on Neuntote and scowled at the former soldier. Bulat figured that would be the only response he'd get from the blonde. "It looks like this is it for you, Leone."
Leone glared at Bulat before her scowl turned into a smile and began to laugh. Bulat didn't understand why she would be laughing in the situation she was in now. "What's with the laughter?"
The blonde continued to laugh at her former teammate. "Because…I just remembered something important." She removed her hand from Neuntote and deeply embedded her claw into Bulat's arm. The next they knew, a bright green light appeared and Sheele had to block the light with her arm.
Bulat tried to move his arm away but couldn't move it. He couldn't even move his body and didn't know why. He figured Leone was doing something to him. "W-What are you doing!?"
"What does it look like?" Leone tightened her grip on Bulat's arm. "If you're here wearing Incursio, then that means the Tyrant Dragon within is alive as well which means…I'M CROSSING SOMETHING OFF MY BUCKET LIST!" The light became brighter until it enveloped all three of them. A powerful wave of magic power erupted from within the light and it blew away Sheele and Bulat.
They both crashed into the ground and Sheele groaned as she sat up. She opened her eyes and gasped in surprise when she saw Bulat. "Bulat…your armor…"
Bulat groaned as well and he placed his hand on his forehead. Except something felt different to him. He opened his eyes to see his bare hand and quickly discovered that Bulat was out of his armor. They both heard a deep growl and looked toward where it came from. Bulat and Sheele gasped when they saw a figure that looked like a white-armored, humanoid version of the Tyrant Dragon. The headpiece had two long protrusions coming out from the sides with wild long grey hair coming out from the bottom of the headpiece and two skirt tails coming from behind the waist. A star cross marking was located just above the breasts. It was obvious to Bulat who it was. "Leone…?" He feared what the blonde had done and was trying to do. Leone let out a frightful ear-piercing screech that terrified both Bulat and Sheele.
Within her subconscious, Leone felt pain like no other and her bare figure screamed into the endless black void. "Shit! I knew taking over an S-Class Danger Beast wouldn't be easy, but it feels like my body is being torn apart! It's…taking everything I have…not…losing it…" Behind her was the Tyrant Dragon, growling and waited patiently to take over its new host. Yes, this host would do for it and take on a new form. It opened its frightful jaw and closed it around Leone. With this, it would finally be resurrected and wreak havoc once again.
"I…won't…. LET YOU!" A golden light appeared from the confines of its mouth and erupted from within. The Tyrant Dragon had no other choice but to spit out what it ate and took several steps back. It saw Leone still standing and was confused as to why she didn't succumb to it. Leone turned around and narrowed her eyes at the Danger Beast. "There's no chance in hell I'm going to let you take over me! You're my bitch and I own you now! If you even so as to think about underestimating me, I'll do more than just crush you, I'll beat the ever-loving shit out of you! Understand?!"
The Tyrant Dragon just continued to stare at Leone. How could such a weak, little human talk to it like that? It was the Tyrant Dragon and it will devour all that stood in its way. Then the black void turned white and it saw multiple beasts appearing behind Leone. Two were large lions, one with light blue hair and red eyes and the other had white fur with yellow and orange streaks running across its fur. It had bright blue eyes and a circular cross donned in the middle of its forehead. Another was a large wolf with black fur with multiple bone-like spikes coming out from its back and elbows. Another beast had long silver fur that trailed off its body and there was a large, two-headed quadrupedal lizard with black scales. More beasts of different types kept appearing behind Leone. The Tyrant Dragon couldn't believe one human could control this many beasts. However, they were all fodder to it and could easily kill them all. That is until one beast caught its attention. It was a lion that towered over the others and its mane was made up of raging golden flames. The Tyrant Dragon recognized it and had heard of this Danger Beast before. This human before it actually managed to tame such a beast?
The Tyrant Dragon looked down at Leone and her gaze hasn't changed. In fact, she looked angrier than before. "I said…" She slightly raised her right foot and stomped. The sound reverberated throughout the void. "UNDERSTAND?!" The Tyrant Dragon just growled at her as it wouldn't succumb that easy to a mere human. That was all Leone needed as an answer. "Well, if that's how you're going to act…" Her body transformed into her beast form, complete with her current clothing, and gave the S-Class Danger Beast before her an unwavering look. "Then I'll beat you into submission!" She jumped straight at the Tyrant Dragon and it responded by opening its mouth once more and teach this human what happens when anything opposed it.
Back in Hargeon, Wendy remained motionless among broken rubble. Her eyes seemed dead and her breathing was weak. "I'm in so much pain that I've become completely numb. I can…barely move my body…"
Ezel slowly approached the young dragon slayer and cackled at his soon-to-be victory. "Looks like you're all outta gas, runt!"
Wendy couldn't do anything now. She couldn't attack nor defend herself from the killing blow Ezel will bestow upon her. The last thing that ran through her mind was what Esdeath told her. How this was her fault that she was in this situation and would inevitably die. Most of all, she would die with regrets of how Wendy treated Chelia just before her death. There was nothing that she could do now. "WENDY!" Wendy gasped when she heard a familiar voice calling out to her. Her eyesight managed to return and saw something flying toward her and a person running behind it. She couldn't believe who it was. "Carla? And Chelia?! Why did you…?"
There was a good reason why the two decided to return to Wendy. "I'm sorry! Carla just went off flying on her own!"
As Carla flew back to her friend, tears started to form out of the corners of her eyes. "When you can't walk, I'll be your legs! If you can't fly on your own, I'll be your wings!" She closed her eyes and tears began to fly out from the corners "THE TWO OF US WILL ALWAYS BE TOGETHER FOREVER!" Carla's words managed to reach Wendy and tears began to come out from her eyes as all. She gave Carla a nod and managed to do a rescue sweep and lifted Wendy into the air before one of Ezel's tentacles slammed where Wendy was previously. They both flew high into the air and above Ezel. "Here we go, Wendy!"
This time and with Carla's help, Wendy was ready to end this fight. "YEAH!"

Laxus slammed his head against Hades's and refused to be defeated by a mere ghost. "Your era is long over, you damn relic! It's about time you repented for what you did to the First Master and back to hell where you belong!"
Juvia and Meredy clapped their hands together as Juvia's water magic circled around their hands. "MEREDY!"
"JUVIA!"
Lyon and Gray took their coats off and were prepared to surpass their former teacher once and for all. "The first step is…"
"Yeah, it's the first step to a brighter future!"
Wendy and Carla flew straight at Ezel and right through his body. "SKY DRAGON'S CRUSHING FANG!"
Gray and Lyon used their strongest attacks on their master at the same time and overwhelmed Ur with Gray attack with a long katana made of ice and Lyon lurching forward arms spread out and multiple feathers of ice hitting their teacher all at once. "ICE DEMON'S ZEROTH LONGSWORD!"
"ICE BLADE: SWAN WINGS!"
Laxus's clasped his hands together and struck the top Hades's skull right to the ground with lightning ripping through the ground. "LIGHTNING DRAGON'S JAW!"
Juvia and Meredy's combined attacks created a large spiral of water and managed to blow both Zancrow and Keyes high into the sky. "MAGILTY=WATER!"
Bulat knew it was only a matter of time before Leone went on a rampage. They had to kill her now before it was too late. "Sheele, kill her now before it's too late!"
Sheele understood clearly and rushed toward the berserk Leone. She drew back Extase and was ready to cut her former teammate down. As Sheele drew in close, Leone let out an extremely powerful roar and the force behind it blew Sheele back to Bulat. She quickly stood back up and was ready to do it again, but she and Bulat noticed a change in Leone's behavior. She lowered her head and turned to her single arm and opened and closed it. "I told you I'd make you my bitch." She raised her head and looked at Bulat and Sheele with her red eyes with star crosses in the middle. Leone moved her arm to the side and a strong gust of wind blew through her former teammates. "Imperial Arms Magic! Takeover: Lionel Danger Beast Soul Combination! TYRANT DRAGON!" Leone let out a mighty roar.
Bulat couldn't believe his eyes with what he'd witness. He didn't think it was even possible. "She…Leone managed to take control of the Tyrant Dragon?"
"Damn right I did! As if I was going to let that bastard try and take over my body! Now, I'm afraid I'm going to have to end this little reunion of ours!" Leone pulled her arm back and disappeared from Sheele and Bulat's sight. Leone flew past them without Sheele and Bulat noticing and appeared behind them. Her arm was in front of her arm and several sparkles of lights appeared on their bodies briefly before a massive pillar of light erupted beneath them and enveloped them entirely. "TYRANT OVERLOAD!"
Jellal put one of his hands on top of the other and aimed them directly at Neinhart. "You shall be judged by the light of the Seven Stars!"
Neinhart panicked as he knew there was one thing that could protect him from his attack. "I know your Historia all too well!" He moved his arm from one side to the next and Simon appeared in front of him. "Simon! Yes, this is Simon! Your former comrade whom you betrayed and murdered! You cannot possibly attack! Do you wish to kill Simon once more!?"
His plan began to work as Jellal was hesitant to attack now. However, to everyone's surprise, Kagura was the one who cut Simon down with her sword. "That thing…is not my brother!" Simon smiled at his younger sister before disappearing completely. "Do it, Jellal! Strike him down!"
With nothing in his way now, Jellal's magic power skyrocketed. Seven enormous beams of light shot out from the night sky and all of them targeted the ship Neinhart was on. "GRAND CHARIOT!" All seven lights struck the ship at once and caused huge waves to appear along with destroying the nearby ships and sending them into the air. Neinhart screamed as he fell spiraling down to the water and crashed into it.
Jellal exhaled tiredly and Kagura was glad that another member of the Spriggan Twelve was brought down. Everyone celebrated their hard-earned victory. The night sky vanished and in its place was the sun setting on Hargeon. The other guild members cheered as well as they successfully took back Hargeon. Laxus sat against a wall and couldn't find it a bit strange, but welcomed it. "It was just the middle of the night, and now it's sunset."
Erza managed to regain consciousness for a few seconds to see the sunset before her and was entranced by it. "What a beautiful scarlet sky…"

Leone sighed tiredly as she exited out of her Tyrant Dragon Take Over. She'd never felt so fatigued before and thought it must've been the drawback for using it. Behind her was Bulat and Sheele laying on the ground and they both started to disappear. "Leone…" Bulat spoke with a weak voice. "When you see the others…"
Leone didn't need him to say the rest as she knew what he wanted her to say. "Yeah, I will."
Sheele smiled and as did Bulat before they disappeared. "Goodbye, Leone."
Leone looked at the sky and sniff sharply as she rubbed her arm on her eyes so she wouldn't cry. "Yeah, it was great seeing you two again."
Chelia ran up to where Wendy, out of her Dragon Force now, and Carla were and was glad the worst was over. "Wendy!"
Wendy looked at Chelia's direction and smiled at her. She finally had the chance to apologize for how she treated her. "Chelia…I'm…"
In Chelia's eyes, in slow motion, she saw Wendy collapsed to the ground and didn't move with Carla lying next to her. The former God Slayer stopped and stared in horror at what happened to the other girl. "Wendy? WEEEENDY!"

With the guildhall fixed up again, Natsu slammed his hands on the table. "That guy in the east, I'm going to meet him halfway and kick his butt."
Mest thought Natsu more insane than usual for even thinking about something like that. "Are you talking about August? You can't take him on by yourself!"
Lucy didn't hesitate to agree with Natsu and neither did Happy. "I'll go with you."
"Aye, me too!"
Makarov was obviously against this action since August was an opponent that they couldn't take lightly. "I cannot agree to this."
And obviously, Natsu was pissed at his father-figure and gave him a nasty glare. "You want me to just sit around and wait for him!? What's the point if we're going to end up fighting anyway?!
Makarov glared back at the fire dragon slayer since it seemed he was underestimating their enemy. "If we're fighting the strongest of the Twelve, we have to be ready!"
"He's not the strongest." Everyone heard the clacking of heels and turned to see Brandish out and about among them. "To be more accurate, he's only one of the strongest."
Naturally, Mest freaked out due to the fact their enemy was here, and she wasn't even wearing the magic seal cuffs that were put on her. "Why is she out of her cell!" Akame was quick to grab Murasame's handle and was ready to strike her down in case Brandish did something.
"Because I let her out."
Mest turned to Natsu and was surprised he did that in the first place. "Say what!?"
Natsu's reason for letting Brandish out was a pretty simple one to him. She's actually been pretty cool, you know?" That didn't like a good reason at all to let Brandish out at all to Mest.
Lucy had a hard time believing what Brandish said was true about August. "So, you're saying there's another member as strong as he is?"
Akame felt a slight chill going down her spine at the mere thought of another person as powerful as August with what she'd heard of him. "This person must be one of the three Shields the boss hadn't met back in Alverez."
Brandish looked at everyone in the guild and gave them a proper explanation. "Yes, exactly. August is powerful, hardly anyone else in the Twelve can compare to him. But there is another that rivals and may even exceed his magic power. You can say if he's the strongest man than she's the strongest woman…"

Up in the frigid north, a woman overlooked the battle was currently ongoing while holding a large staff. Despite wearing a risqué version of a witch's outfit, large hat and all, she didn't seem bothered by the cold at all. Her most defining feature of all was her dark scarlet hair that was put up in four thick braids, two in the front, and two back.
