'clank... clank'

Clanks of metal were heard throughout the halls, Momo woke up, wondering what that noise could be.

"What could that be at this late hour?" she wondered.

She stood up from her bed and walk towards the door. She took a peek, looking outside her room.

Nothing.

She shrugged as she closes the door and went back to her bed. It was probably her imagination.

'clank... CLANK'

It's that sound again!

Momo decided to leave her bedroom to inspect the hallway, waiting for the noise to come back.

"If I could find the source of the sound, maybe I can deal with it," she thought as she wandered around the hallway.

'clank... clank... CLANK'

The sound was getting louder and louder.

'CLANK... rolllllllll'

Momo notices a metal can, rolling down from the side of the hallway. She took the can and determined to inspect it. It was labeled with the words "BACON SOUP". She looks in front of her, knowing that someone was hiding from the shadows.

"Hello? Is someone there? I know you're in there. Come out and show yourself," Momo bravely stood in her position, waiting for the mysterious figure to show its manifestation.

The figure steps out of the darkness. It had a resemblance of a tall wolf, ears sticking straight up in the air, and wearing overalls.

"Who are y-... Wh-what are you?" asked Momo as she comes closer for a better look.

The creature was shaking in fear as it ran away from her down the hall.

"H-hey wait!" Momo ran after the wolf-like creature, chasing it in the halls. They somehow ended up in the entrance area of the mansion, the creature ducked down, covering his eyes, still shaking.

"Hey, it's all right. Don't be afraid," she tries to calm down the creature, taking a step closer to it.

'Badum'

Momo could hear her heartbeat.

'Badum'

It was unusual for her to hear her heartbeat that loud, right?

'BADUM... BADUM... BADUM'

A strange, black substance covered the walls of the mansion, it spread all over like veins or branches of a tree.

She heard a footstep, 'Splish'

It sounded a little bit wet.

'Splish... SPLISH'

The footsteps grew closer and closer behind Momo. She turned around only to see something terrifying, right before her eyes.

It was a tall, malformed figure with its skin made in black goo resembling tar. Its horns are slightly more curved to bear a shape like a deformed crescent moon, kinda looking like Bendy's own horns, being able to articulate similarly to animal ears. Its toothy, Cheshire grin, with sketch-like shadings, is shown to vibrate. His spine appears slightly crooked or curved, referencing the spinal condition scoliosis.

Momo stood in fear, the monster's intimidating appearance was too much for her to bear. Before she could react or do something, the creature pounces and attacks the girl.

"Aaaaahhh!" Momo screamed as she wakes up, realizing she was having a nightmare all along.

She struggled to catch her breath. It was the second time she had nightmares. It may be a coincidence she thought.

'drip'

Something fell on Momo's hand.

'drip'

She felt another one and looked at her hand. It was some sort of black substance and it had a slimy sensation.

Ink?

Why is there ink in her room? She looked at the ceiling only to see painted words written: DREAMS COME TRUE.

Her eyes were filled with fear. She ran outside her bedroom. "This may have something to do with Bendy-kun," she thought.

She ran towards Bendy's room, only to find nothing in it, but ink all over the place. It was dripping from the ceiling, spilled all over the bed and the floor; there was something written on the wall on the other side of the room that says: WHO'S LAUGHING NOW?

She took a step back, confused at what was going on. Suddenly, she heard growling noises.

'Grrrrrrrrr...'

Momo froze, chills ran down her spine. She tried her best not to move an inch.

'Grrrrrrrrr...'

She heard the growl again! Only this time...

... it came from behind her.

She turned around only to see the same devilish creature standing in front of her. She shrieked as she tried to use her quirk to create a weapon for her to defend.

Nothing.

The creature tried to grab her with its inky claws, but she manages to evade its attack and ran through the halls. Momo tried to use her quirk again, but nothing came out.

"What the- why can't I use my quirk?" confused, she kept running hoping the beast would lose her.

She hid behind the wall. Momo waited there until the beast is gone. She desperately tried to catch her breath. "What on earth is going on? Where's Bendy-kun? Why is that creature chasing m-"

An inky claw grabs Momo's mouth all of a sudden. She grabbed the arm with both of her hands, struggling to be free. Her screams were muffled and her tears ran down her cheek as fear was all she could feel. The claw drags her to the wall, she felt the dark abyss consuming her. She tried to reach her hand outside. She needed help, she doesn't want her life to end like this-

She jerked from her bed, her eyes wide open. She was back in her room, on her bed. Fear still crawling down her skin. She couldn't sleep very well at that time. Was were those dreams all about? Why do they keep coming into my head? Momo kept thinking about these thoughts as she paced herself back and forth in her bedroom.

"Mr. Drew, we've done a lot of progress with this project."

"Good, I want to see what you've done so far."

Momo's eyes perked up. She heard voices outside her room. They were somehow speaking in English. She took a step closer to the door. Her hands still trembling with fear, she forced herself to slowly open the door. She was shocked, the only thing she could see was a totally different hallway, with wooden planks on the floor, dim yellow light shining in the halls, and people.

Momo took a step outside. She noticed that people didn't seem to see her walk past by. She tried to wave her hand to one person, and then another, and then another. She was dreaming again! What was going on?

"The Ink Machine is right down this hallway, sir," a young man's voice boomed in the hallway.

Momo turned in the other direction, she saw two men, one wearing a worker's outfit and the other one wearing a business suit.

She followed the two men. While she was walking, she could see cutouts and drawings of a cartoon character that looked exactly like... Bendy!

"Bendy-kun?", she wondered. Momo continued to follow the two men into a large room. At the entrance, she saw a sign with big bold letters in English that read: INK MACHINE.

She entered the room and notices chains, hanging around in the warehouse-like room. She notices the worker, putting large batteries in two slots of some kind of power generator.

As soon as the batteries were in place, the chains started to move, some were going up, some were going down. Either way, it carried a big machine with pipes sticking out of the bottom, gears running at the side of the machine, and a tube-like dispenser at the front with a drain below it.

"This must be what the worker was talking about," Momo thought.

"Nicely done, young man. This will know cost us a fortune," the man in the suit laughed and gave a pat on the worker's back.

Just then, everything around Momo starts to glitch with light, making her hallucinate and seeing her surroundings change.

Her hallucinations were gone in a second, she can see that she was in front of the machine. She notices that the sirens were wailing, informing everyone about the danger that was going to happen. She looked back at the machine, only to see black goo coming out of its dispenser. Momo watched as the goo transformed into an unlikely human being, it then grew horns and showed a smile. It was the same creature.

Although there's something odd about it, it can see her! The creature slowly paced towards Momo. She tried to take a step back, away from the beast. The creature pounces at Momo with no hesitation, only to let her see darkness swivel in her eyes.

She woke up... AGAIN!

She rubbed her eyes, hoping this isn't a dream anymore. When she gained sight once more. Her room was filled with more writings like the ones she saw previously.

The words were dripping with ink as some were spelled like it was written by hand:

IT'S TIME TO BELIEVE

DREAMS COME TRUE

WHO'S LAUGHING NOW?

HE WILL SET US FREE

THE CREATOR LIED TO US

But some words stand out the others, Momo saw those words by the door, they all spelled out: BREAK THE CYCLE and EMBRACE THE MACHINE.

She thought about the messages on the door. If she were to embrace the machine, maybe the cycle of her dreams will break.

She opens the door, only to see a one-way hallway, with someone crouching at the end of the hall.

She steps into the wooden hall. As Momo went closer to the one crouching, she realized that it was Bendy.

"Bendy-kun!" she exclaimed.

The little demon, all covered with ink, somewhat his right eye wasn't visible, crawled away from Momo, "S-stay away, I-I'm a monster."

Momo remembers the words Bendy said on the first day they met. There was only one way to make Bendy trust her. She reached out her hand and uttered the same words she said to him, "Trust me, you're not a monster!"

The demon looked at the girl, seeing the same calm expression on her face, he held her hand with his inky hand. Momo rushes towards Bendy and hugged him. She embraced the little demon, her friend, and her little brother. Bendy's eyes were filled with black tears, he hugged her big sister back with a loving embrace.

"You have to wake up," Bendy whispered.

"What?" Momo replied to Bendy.

"You. Have to. Wake UP!"

She opened her eyes, someone was shaking her arm, trying to get your attention.

"You have to wake up, please!"

She turned around to see Bendy, right beside her. "Momo-chan, are y-you okay? You were struggling i-i-in your s-sleep. I-I was scared, I want to wake yo-"

Momo quickly hugged Bendy, tears were filled in her eyes. Bendy did the same thing to her. Both siblings were hugging together for a long time.

"Bendy-kun, it is now my responsibility to take care of you as a big sister, no matter what," said Momo.

Bendy replied with a smile, "O-okay sis, thank you." They both shared a loving embrace, strengthening the bond between the two siblings.
