Poseidon's POV
We went to our class room, and guess who the English Teacher was. Paul Blofis, Sally's husband and Percy's stepfather.
-Isn't that Perseus' stepfather? - Hades asked with a raised eyebrow.
I didn't answer him, but they took my silence as a yes, so they started to chuckle silently as we sat down. After a few moments, the demigods came in and sat down. Nico and Hazel sat at Hades' sides, Thalia sat and Jason sat at Zeus' sides, and Percy sat at my right. Before I could say something to my son, Paul Blofis started the class.
-Hello, students! For those who don't know me, I'm Paul Blofis, and I'll be your English teacher this year. So, I see that we have some new students, why don't you introduce yourselves? Thalia, you may go first.
Thalia didn't seem very happy about that, but she got up, anyway, and started talking.
-Well, I'm Thalia Grace, I'm sixteen, and I came to this school because my cousin, Percy,- She pointed to Percy- studies here as well. And I'm ADHD and dyslexic.
With that, she sat down and Jason got up.
-I'm Jason Grace, Thalia's brother, I'm sixteen as well and I'm also ADHD and dyslexic as well.
With that, Jason sat up and Hazel got up.
-I'm Hazel Levesque, I'm fifteen and I came to school because my cousin, Percy, studies here. And, yes. I'm Jason's and Thalia's cousin as well. I'm ADHD and dyslexic too.
Hazel sat down and Nico got up.
I'm Nico Di Angelo, Hazel's half-brother, I'm fifteen, and I'm ADHD and dyslexic.
With this, I glanced at my brothers and Hades got up.
-I'm Paolo Theodore, I'm eighteen, and my brothers and I are from Greece but we came to the United States this year.
With that, he sat down and I got up.
-I'm Dylan Theodore, I'm seventeen and Paolo's brother.
I sat down, Zeus got up.
-I'm Thor Theodore, I'm sixteen and Dylan's and Paolo's brother.
With that, Zeus sat down and the teacher started his class. I really wanted to make friends with Percy, so I started to talk with him.
-Hey, What's your name?
-I'm Percy Jackson.
-Dylan Theodore. So, I heard that the teacher is your father.
-Stepfather.-He corrected immediately.- Anyway, what about your parents?
-My mother is father and my mother is in jail.
-I'm sorry to hear that.
-It's fine, I never really met my mother and my father was a jerk. What about your parents?
-My mom's name is Sally and she is writing a book and you've already met my stepfather.
-What about your father?-I pressed.
-He works at the sea. We don't talk too much, but he is really cool.
At that moment the bell rang.
-What class do you have now?-I asked
-Chemistry. And you?
-History. Do you want to sit with my brothers and I at lunch?- I asked hopefully.
- Of course. See you.
-Bye.
I think that Percy was a little suspicious of us, but I think he'll just turn a blind eye to it.
Hades' POV
After we introduced ourselves, Paul Blofis started his class. At this moment, Hazel started to talk to me.
-Hi.
-Hello.
After some time, she tried to talk again.
- It's Paolo, right?
-Yes, and you're Hazel and Nico, right?
-Yes- both of them answered.
-So, are you two from?
-I'm from Louisiana.-Hazel answered.
-I'm from Venice- Nico answered.
-What about your parents?
-Our father works with jewels and both of our mothers died.-Nico answered.
-What about your parents?-Hazel asked.
-My father is dead and my mother is in jail
At that moment, the bell rang.
-What class do you have now?-I asked
-Chemistry. And you?-Nico answered and asked.
-History.
-Well, hope we see you again. Bye!-Hazel said.
-Bye.
I think they didn't get suspicious. This conversation could have been worse.
Zeus' POV
After Perseus' stepfather started the class, Jason started talking with me.
-Hey, your name is Thor, right?
-Correct.-I answered-And you are Jason and Thalia, right?
Both of them nodded.
-So, why did you move from Greece to the United States?-Thalia asked.
-After my mom was arrested, our older sisters found a job here, so we moved with them.-I lied.
-What about your father?-Jason asked.
-He's dead. -I answered.-What about your parents?
-Our mom died when we were young.-Thalia explained.
-And we rarely see our dad.
I nodded and we stayed in silence until the bell rang.
-What class do you have now?-I asked
-Chemistry. And you?-they answered and asked.
-History.
-Ok, Bye then. - They said.
-Farewell.
Percy's POV
After the class ended, I went to talk with my cousins.
-Hey, Did you talk to the new students?-I asked.
-Yes, we talked with Paolo.-Nico and Hazel answered.
-And we talked with Thor.-Jason and Thalia answered.
-And what did you think of them?-I asked.
-I think that they are nice.- Hazel answered
-Me too.- The rest of my friends answered.
-Don't you think that they are a little strange?-I pressed.
-No. Why do you think they're weird?-Thalia asked.
-I don't know. Their names mean shadow, son of the sea and thunder. And their surname means gift of God
-Those are common names.-Nico said.
-Maybe. But, can't you feel that there is a different aura at school?-I asked.
-Do you think they're monsters-Hazel asked.
-Or demigods?-Jason suggested.
-I don't know.-I admitted.
-I can't feel any other aura, except ours.-Thalia pondered.
-Don't you think that you're just being too suspicious?-Nico asked.
-Yeah, you are being oversuspicious.- Thalia stated
Everyone else agreed with her, but there's something wrong at this school. And I'm gonna find out.
Zeus' POV
-Do you think they distrust us?-I asked.
-I think they don't suspect a thing.-Hades said
-I think that they are still in the dark.-Poseidon stated.
With that, we went to our history class.
