Chapter 2: Bad Dream

Kim suddenly woke up to find herself on a hard tiled floor and with a headache.
"Ugh, my head," She groaned as she got off the floor and stood up.
She soon noticed that she was wearing black tattered clothes and that she was standing inside what looked like a black holding cell.
"Where am I?" Kim asked herself, aloud. "How did I get here?"
Suddenly, she noticed the cell's door opening before two large men wearing black armor and with purple electro staffs coming into the cell.
"Who are you?" Kim demanded. "Where am I?! And how did I get here?!"
"You are in no position to demand anything, Kim Possible," One of the armored men replied.
Kim was about to make a move, but found herself being shocked by the man's staff before falling onto the floor. She soon found herself being cuffed by the wrists and shins before the two men started dragging her away from the holding cell.
"Prepare to be taken to the queen," One of the armored men said.
"Queen?" Kim asked herself softly.
Kim struggled to release herself from the men's grip to no avail.
The two men soon took her into what looked like a huge throne room before they threw her onto the floor.
"Well, well," A familiar female voice came. "Look who's finally awake."
Recognizing the voice, Kim looked up in horror to see who had spoken.
"Bonnie?!" Kim said in complete surprise.
It was Bonnie. She was sitting on what looked like a huge black throne, wearing a gold tiara and her queen battle suit with a long black cape and had the evilest smile on her face.
"That's right, Kim," Bonnie said as she stood up from her throne and walked towards Kim. "Surprised?"
"I'm certainly surprised to see you again after almost a year," Kim retorted. "I thought we'd finally seen the last of you, Bonnie."
"Well, I'm afraid you thought wrong, K," Bonnie spoke. "And from now on you will address me as, Queen Bonnie."
"Think again, Bonnie!" Kim yelled. "Whatever evil plan you're cooking up this time, we will stop you just as we have before!"
Bonnie just chuckled evilly, "Oh, poor, naïve, Kim, I'm afraid you misunderstand the current situation."
"What do you mean?" Kim demanded.
"Why tell you when I could show you?" Bonnie said before pointing to a row of large tv screens above her.
Kim gasped in horror at what she saw; There were people walking across town wearing mind control collars with lifeless expressions on their faces. And there were gigantic statues of Bonnie all over town. Some were currently being made using pickaxes.
"That's right, Kim," Bonnie spoke with an evil smile. "I already did it. The entire world is mine to rule as it's queen."
Bonnie laughed evilly while Kim stood there in shock.
"How… How did this happen?" Kim asked softly before demanding. "What did you do?!"
"I'm glad you asked, Kim," Bonnie answered. "While I was away, I spent all this time building an army and once it was complete, everything else fell into place quite nicely. I had my palace built right here in Middleton. And Starlight University is where Junior and Senior are running my attitude adjustment center. And my new Bonnie Staff Soldiers help keep everyone in line."
"Where are the others?" Kim demanded.
"Oh, you mean the traitors and losers you call friends?" Bonnie groaned. "You'll be relieved to hear I have no idea. Right before I consolidated my rule, most of Middleton and California escaped and vanished without a trace. Including your loser friends and family, those traitors, Tara and Hope and that loser you call husband."
"Ron," Kim gasped.
"That's right, Kim," Bonnie continued. "And we have not heard of their whereabouts for over a week. That probably just means I scared them off."
"You're wrong, Bonnie!" Kim shouted. "As long as Ron is free, there is a chance he will stop you!"
Bonnie chuckled, "I wouldn't count on that K. And once I capture all of those runaways, they will also be turned into my slaves and your loser husband will have to stay in jail crying over how he failed to save his dear wife."
Kim then realized something, "Wait a minute. Almost a year ago, you wanted to kill me. Why take me prisoner now?"
Bonnie chuckled, "So I can keep you as a pet."
Suddenly, there was a loud explosion as something busted through a wall in the throne room.
"What?!" Bonnie exclaimed.
Kim turned to see what caused the wall to explode. Her eyes widened at what she saw. It was Ron, who was covered in blue flames and wearing the same jetpack suit that he wore during the Lorwardian invasion.
"KP!" Ron exclaimed when he saw Kim.
"Ron!" Kim exclaimed in happiness.
Bonnie growled, "I thought I'd seen the last of you, Loser."
"Well, you thought wrong Bon-Bon!" Ron said with a scowl. "And I'm getting out of here with my wife!"
Kim smiled big time at what Ron had said.
Bonnie growled before turning to her Bonnie Staff Soldiers, "Get him!"
The soldiers did as commanded and charged at Ron.
But Ron's MMP glowed really bright and caused the soldiers to be blown back.
Ron ran over to Kim and ripped the cuffs off of her.
"I'm getting you out of here," Ron said reassuringly.
Kim smiled gratefully.
"I don't think so!" Bonnie screamed as she charged up an electricity orb in her suit.
But before she could strike, Ron jumped up and slammed onto the ground hard, sending a shockwave knocking Bonnie onto the floor.
Ron then picked Kim up bridal style and activated the jetpack before he flew with her out of the hole he made in the wall.
Bonnie got up and just growled.
After rescuing Kim, Ron had taken her to a secluded spot. Once there, Kim wrapped her arms around her husband.
"Ron, thank you for saving me from that… nightmare!" Kim said, gratefully.
Ron smiled, "No matter what dire sitch we may be in, I will always be there for you. And together along with our friends, we will stop Bon-Bon no matter how powerful she may seem and we will always be together no matter what."
Kim had the biggest smile on her face and leaped at Ron causing both of them to fall on the floor.
"Woah, what was that for?" Ron asked.
"I love you so much, Ronnie," Kim said with a big smile. "Even in the darkest of dreams, you make me the happiest girl in the world."
Kim closed her eyes and planted a big kiss on Ron's lips, which he returned.
Kim suddenly opened her eyes to find that she was kissing Ron and that both of them were on the floor next to their bed in their apartment.
As soon as they separated, Ron asked, "Uh, KP. Were we kissing on the floor in our sleep?"
Kim blinked once before answering, "I guess we fell out of bed."
Ron chuckled, "I guess we did."
Kim chuckled too and thought, "It was just a dream."
Ron got up and offered Kim his hand. Kim grabbed it and Ron pulled her to her feet.
"Must have had some dream, huh, KP?" Ron spoke.
"Yeah, I did," Kim answered before frowning. "And it didn't start out very good."
"Why? What happened?" Ron asked.
Kim took a breath, "I dreamt that Bonnie actually took over the world."
Ron gasped.
"But you broke into her palace and rescued me," Kim said with a smile.
Ron smiled, "Now that part, I like."
"You also reassured me that no matter how powerful Bonnie was, as long as we were together, we would stop her," Kim continued.
Ron smiled, even more and cupped Kim's face with his right hand.
"Don't worry, KP," Ron spoke. "As long as we are together, any dream you might have of Bonnie or anyone else taking over the world will never come true."
Kim smiled gratefully and hugged Ron, "Don't ever leave me."
"I'll never leave you, KP," Ron spoke reassuringly. "I promise."
"You make me the happiest girl in the world," Kim said, tearing up.
"And you make me the happiest man in the world," Ron said, before he and Kim shared a passionate kiss.
Meanwhile, at a WEE facility in the Poconos, Gemini, holding his dog, Pepe, in his arms, walked into a large control room and over to where Agent Zeta was.
"Agent Zeta, status report," Gemini said, getting the agent's attention.
"We're good to go, Sir," Agent Zeta replied. "We managed to activate the bug and steer it off the case before your sister locked it up."
"Excellent," Gemini said triumphantly. "Now all we have to do is wait, watch and listen. So we may find out any information that my sister or Team Possible may be withholding."
"And how are we supposed to spy on the Stoppables and your sister if the bug is at Global Jus-," the WEE agent was interrupted when Pepe let out a loud bark.
"Easy, Pepe!" Gemini said, calming the dog down. He turned to the agent angrily. "I told you not to mention that name in front of Pepe."
"My apologies, Sir," Agent Zeta said.
"As for your question, Senior has his own way of spying on Kim Possible and her inferior sidekick known as the Non factor," Gemini explained. "We need only wait, watch and listen until either one of us finds out the whereabouts of Bonnie Rockwaller. So that we may free her and use our alliance to make the world bow down at our feet. Provided, Senior reminds Miss Rockwaller about our deal."
"Of course, Sir," Agent Zeta acknowledged. As the WEE agents turned to his work, Gemini turned and walked out while smirking.
"If all goes right, Kim Possible and her inferior team will soon lose," Gemini said to himself.
