Chapter 9: The Frozen Truth

Junior and Senior were sitting with a large group of WEE agents, Agent Zeta among them, in a big WEE hovercraft that was flying across Antarctica.

"Father, how much longer?" Junior asked, impatiently.

"We should be there any minute," Senior answered. "According to the information Gemini provided us with, the secret GJ facility is hidden in a mountain."

"Mountain, dead ahead," The agent piloting the hovercraft announced.

Senior and Junior looked ahead and saw a really tall mountain ahead of them.

"That must be it," Senior speculated. "We must move quickly. With the fake distress beacon, we sent Team Possible's genus helper, they will more than likely be following us here. We need to find Bonnie before that happens."

"Father, are you sure luring Team Possible here is such a good idea?" Junior inquired. "I thought we wanted the opposite."

"Not to worry, Junior," Senior assured. "We already have a plan for our escape. Besides, you know very well the reason I'm luring them here. They must know the truth."

Junior sighed, "I understand, Father."

"And don't worry, Junior," Senior said, putting a hand on Junior's shoulder. "We are not leaving without Bonnie."

Junior smiled and nodded.

As the hovercraft moved closer to the mountain, it soon started making its descent before landing on the ground.

Meanwhile, back at Kim and Ron's apartment, Kim and Ron were busy kissing each other's lips off.

As soon as they broke the kiss, they smiled at each other.

"I just really love your kisses, Ronnie!" Kim said huskily.

"I know, KP," Ron said in a flirty tone. "And I love yours too."

"Could I have a little more?" Kim asked.

Ron smirked, "Of course, you can, my most badical bride."

They were about to kiss again when they heard Kim's Kimmunicator beeping.

"Ugh," they groaned.

Kim picked up the Kimmunicator and answered it.

"Kind of a bad time, Wa-... Mom? Dad?" Kim was surprised to see that it was her parents calling them.

"Hi, Kimmie," Anne greeted. "Wade told us that you were sick."

"So, we decided to call and see how things were going with you," James added.

"What a nice surprise," Kim said with a smile.

"How are you feeling?" Anne asked.

"I'm feeling great," Kim replied. "The antidote is working pretty quickly. I should be right as rain by tomorrow."

Anne raised an eyebrow, "And you didn't go out sick again like you did a few years ago, did you?"

Kim blushed, "No I did not!"

Anne chuckled, "It's alright, Kimmie. I was just joking."

"We're glad you are feeling better Kimmie-cub," James chimed.

"Thanks, Dad," Kim said with a smile. "But we might have a few major sitches on our hands."

Anne nodded, "Yes, Wade also told us about how that Giselle girl from Starlight University poisoned you. And how she might have been spying on you and Ron."

"I still can't believe that another teenage girl would do that to you," James groaned.

"Yeah, me neither," Kim groaned. "And we recently discovered that she was working for the Seniors."

"Worry not, Mom and Dad," Ron chimed in. "We will not rest until Giselle is found and brought to justice!"

"That's good to hear, Ronald," James said with a smile. "And thank you for taking such good care of our daughter."

Ron smiled, "I will always be there for my wife no matter what state she's in."

Kim smiled at her husband gratefully.

"Well, I guess we'll let you go now," James spoke.

"Yes, feel better, Kimmie," Anne added.

"I will, Mom, bye," Kim waved goodbye.

"Bye," Anne and James said in unison before the Kimmunicator screen went black.

Kim put the Kimmunicator down and turned to Ron.

"Now where were we?" Kim said in a husky voice.

Ron smirked, "I think I remember."

Kim giggled. The married couple were about to kiss again. Then all of a sudden Kim's Kimmunicator started beeping again.

"Ugh!" They both groaned.

Kim answered the Kimmunicator. This time it was Wade.

"What's the sitch, Wade?" Kim groaned.

"Bad time?" Wade guessed.

"Ferociously," Kim said.

"Sorry," Wade said in an apologetic tone. "Just wanted to let you know that Tara, Hope, Monique, Felix and Zita have arrived in Antarctica and are closing in on the distress beacon."

"Spankin," Kim said. "Just tell them to be careful."

"Got it," Wade spoke. "It was weird though."

"What was weird?" Kim asked, confused.

"When I tried contacting Global Justice for a ride, I couldn't reach Dr. Director," Wade explained. "Or any Global Justice HQ on the planet. It's like they've vanished off the face of the earth."

"Freaky," Ron commented.

"Do you think Dr. Director and the others are having a sitch of their own?" Kim asked.

"Could be," Wade speculated. "But don't worry. I'll keep an ear out for them and let you know if I find anything. Wade out."

The Kimmunicator's screen went black, and Kim set it on the counter.

"Alright," Kim said before turning to Ron. "Now where were we?"

"Well, let's see, before Wade and your parents interrupted us, we were about to-" Ron didn't finish what he was saying before Kim smacked her lips right into Ron's and they continued with a passionate kiss.

But soon, they heard a knock on their door.

They reluctantly separated and looked over at the door.

"Who could that be?" Ron wondered aloud.

Kim shrugged, "Let's go find out."

He went over to the door and opened it to see Agent Blackbird standing on the other side.

"Agent Blackbird?" Kim said in surprise. "What are you doing here?"

"Not that we're complaining," Ron added.

"Mrs. Stoppable, I am glad to see that you are feeling better," Agent Blackbird answered. "Because right now I need your help."

"Our help?" Kim repeated.

"With what?" Ron asked.

"Wade said he had trouble contacting you," Kim spoke. "What's going on?"

"It turns out the exchange with Duff Killigan was a setup," the GJ Agent replied. "The WEE Agent slipped a bug onto the case which Gemini then used to hack into the Global Justice systems."

"What?!" Kim said in disbelief.

"Luckily, I was outside the headquarters when it was placed on lock-down," Agent Blackbird explained. "Dr. Director sent me here to come get you two. We might all be in danger."

"But what exactly is happening right now?" Ron asked.

"Where is the rest of your team?" Agent Blackbird inquired.

"They went to investigate a mysterious distress call in Antarctica," Kim answered.

"Hmm," Agent Blackbird narrowed his eyes.

"Do you know something about that?" Kim asked.

"I'll need both of you to come with me," Agent Blackbird informed. "Your friends might be in danger."

Meanwhile, back in Antarctica, Senior and Junior and the group of WEE agents accompanying them found the entrance into the secret storage facility and managed to break into it.

They soon started searching for what they had come for.

"So, what exactly are we looking for anyway?" Junior asked.

"According to what Gemini discovered when he followed that agent here, the cryotube Bonnie was put in was sealed in a metal crate," Senior explained. "We just have to find it."

Junior was walking through the place when we soon came across what looked like a huge black metal crate.

"Father?" Junior called to Senior. "Is this what we're looking for?"

Senior and Agent Zeta walked over to Junior and got a look at the crate.

"Is this it?" Senior asked, Agent Zeta.

"Yes," Agent Zeta confirmed. "When Gemini was using the bug to tail Agent Blackbird, he was looking over this crate. This must be the crate that Dr. Director had the cryo-prison sealed in."

Senior smiled, "We've finally found Bonnie."

After arriving in Antarctica, Tara, Hope, Monique, Felix and Zita had soon discovered the secret GJ facility which the Seniors had broken into. Dressed in their winter mission gear, they were standing in front of a giant mountain with an entrance that looked like it had been blasted apart.

"What is that place?" Hope wondered aloud.

"I don't know," Monique spoke. "But it looks like it had some uninvited guests."

"Then what are we waiting for?" Felix asked, who was hovering above the snow in his cyber robotic wheelchair. "Let's send them back where they belong."

"Wait!" Hope said. "It could be a trap."

"Hope is right," Zita added. "We have to approach this carefully."

Felix nodded, "Got it."

"So, what are we going to do now?" Junior asked Senior, while looking at the crate.

"We'll need to use cement breakers to crack this thing open," Senior suggested. "But first we need to get it back to the island."

"Sorry, but I'm afraid that you guys are going nowhere!" Felix's voice came.

Junior, Senior and the agents looked to see all of the team Possible members minus Kim and Ron gathered in one place.

"Except jail," Zita added.

"Father! They're here!" Junior said in urgency.

"Ah, Team Possible," Senior said, who looked surprisingly happy to see them. "I've been expecting you."

"So, you and Gemini's boys are working together again, huh?" Monique guessed.

"Yes, Monique, you would be right," Senior said.

"Wait, what do you mean you were expecting us?" Felix demanded.

"I thought you might show up after I sent out that fake distress beacon," Senior explained.

"Fake distress beacon?" Hope repeated in confusion.

"Wait, you sent it?" Tara said in surprise.

"Then you wanted us to come here to stop you?" Monique spoke.

"Why, yes, as a matter of fact I did," Senior replied with a smirk. "You see, there is a certain… something that Junior and I thought you should know about."

"Oh, really?" Monique said with a raised eyebrow. "Would it have something to do with the fact that Giselle was working for you? And that she poisoned Kim?"

"She was also spying on Kim and Ron for you, wasn't she?" Hope accused.

"Congratulations on figuring that out," Senior spoke. "I'd expect nothing less. Yes, she was spying on Kim and Ron to find out if they knew certain… information we were looking for."

"I take it you're referring to whatever's in that crate?" Hope asked.

"You are correct," Senior confirmed. "But it turned out that Mr. and Mrs. Stoppable were in the dark as much as we were. Luckily, Gemini was able to find out all we needed to know from Global Justice."

"What? How?" Zita demanded.

"Never mind that," Felix interjected. "What exactly is it that you're after anyway? And why did you think we would know where to find it?"

"I'm glad you asked," Senior spoke. "You see, I'm afraid Dr. Director hasn't been completely honest with you."

"What do you mean?" Tara asked.

"You remember the last time you foiled Bonnie's scheme?" Senior asked.

"Oh, you mean when she tried to turn everyone into mine-controlled slaves using a giant ray?" Monique guessed.

"Yes," Senior answered. "And if you recall, Dr. Director said that she was going to lock us up in GJ Headquarters. I'm afraid she misled you."

"What are you talking about?" Tara asked, warily.

Unbeknownst to Team Possible, the WEE agents took advantage of the conversation to set explosives up around the facility.

"You see, while me and Junior were imprisoned in GJ Headquarters, they had a more drastic plan for Bonnie," Senior continued. "Dr. Director had her sealed in some kind of experimental cryotube and hidden in this secret facility just to keep her from causing trouble again."

"Woah, back up," Monique said. "Cryotube? As in, they froze Bonnie?!"

"Yes," Senior replied.

The others had incredulous looks on their faces.

"It's true!" Junior spoke with anguish. "They had my love sealed up in this frozen wasteland."

"For the past year, we had no idea where Bonnie really was," Senior continued. "And when we started searching for her, we couldn't find her anywhere. And using a bug that Agent Zeta planted on the case that Duff Killigan stole before he allowed you to take it…"

The Team Possible members gasped in horror when they heard that.

Senior continued, "...Gemini discovered that Bonnie was hidden here. Giselle poisoning Kim was her way of keeping her at bay so we could come here to rescue her. And we believe that the cryotube she was sealed in is inside this crate."

"Dr. Director… had Bonnie… frozen?" Tara said in disbelief.

"That's crazy!" Monique said in disbelief.

"I know Bonnie is super evil, but having her sealed in a frozen cryotube?" Hope added.

"Yeah, a little too drastic if you ask me," Felix commented.

"Yeah, and why wouldn't she tell us this?" Zita wondered aloud.

"You don't have to take my word for it," Senior spoke. "I'm sure Dr. Director will confess to you herself when she finds out we've made off with Bonnie."

"No way, buddy," Felix countered.

"If Bonnie really is in that crate, there is no way we're letting you get away with her," Monique said in determination.

"Oh, I'm afraid you really don't have much of a choice," Senior spoke. "You see you're about to have something else to worry about."

Agent Zeta pressed a button on his wrist and a bunch of beeping sounds were heard. Soon the Team Possible members noticed that there were a bunch of explosives placed around the cave.

"We'll be taking our leave now," Senior announced. He then pulled out a walkie-talkie. "Okay, pilot, now!"

"Roger," Came the voice of the pilot of the WEE hovercraft.

A hole opened beneath the Seniors and the crate, which they fell through before the WEE agents followed them. The hole soon closed up.

"Seriously?!" Felix said in disbelief.

"Come on, we gotta get out of here!" Hope yelled.

The Team Possible members ran out of the facility and tried to run as fast as they could away from it before the facility exploded knocking them into the ground and unconscious. Luckily, there were no significant rockslides when the explosion occured.

As the Seniors and the WEE Agents flew away from the mountain in the WEE hovercraft, they noticed the explosion.

"That should keep them busy for a while," Senior speculated. "Now let's get back to the island."

The WEE Agent in the driver seat nodded, before steering the hovercraft away.

As the WEE hovercraft left, another one, this time a GJ hovercraft was flying toward the mountain. Kim, Ron and Agent Blackbird were flying towards the mountain when they saw the smoke coming from it.

"What happened?" Kim wondered aloud.

"Look there!" Ron pointed below them.

They looked to see the rest of their teammates lying in the snow facedown.

"We have to help them right now!" Kim said in urgency.

Meanwhile, at GJ Headquarters, Dr. Director was standing in the control room when the lights came back on.

Dr. Director sighed in relief. It seemed like the lockdown had been lifted and all of the damage done by Gemini's bug was now taken care of.

"Dr. Director," Will Du said as he came in. "Good news. We found the WEE bug that Gemini was using to hack the computer terminal. Now that it's destroyed, all systems should be back to normal."

"Yes, I can see that," Dr. Director said in relief. "Good work, Agent Du."

Dr. Director soon heard her communicator beeping and she answered, "Yes?"

"Dr. Director, I have good news," Agent Blackbird announced on the other side. "I have Mr. and Mrs. Stoppable with me and we found the rest of the Team Possible members. They're alive, but unconscious."

"And the facility?" Dr. Director asked.

"It's destroyed, Ma'am," Agent Blackbird informed in a solemn tone.

Dr. Director sighed in defeat. It seemed that the Seniors and the WEE got what they were looking for.

"Bring Kim and Ron and the rest of the Team Possible members back to GJ headquarters," Dr. Director ordered. "It seems like I have some explaining to do."

"Yes, Ma'am," Agent Blackbird responded.
