Title: The Future of the league

Summary: The League and their family members are sent to the future where they learn that the future league is danger, and they need their help
Chapter 5
Smallville; March 3, 2045
There were only clear skies as Clark was flying Lois to Smallville in his arms. Clark looked down at his hometown even after all this time it still seemed like nothing has changed.
"So, what do you think he is like" Lois asked Clark to get his attention
"Who are you talking about" Clark says with a smile
"Jason" Lois says hitting his shoulder "I hope he is just like me, with my charming personality, good looks, and very smart"
"Your charming personality" Clark says with a question look on his face
"You know you find my personality very sexy" Lois says
"I just hope that we raised a good man, someone who is willing to protect this world from all the dangers the universe will throw at it" Clark told her
They landed just outside a farmhouse. The house looked well maintained and the barn just to the side of the house looked good. There were plenty of plants growing and a bunch of farm life that lived there. As the couple was busy looking at the place in front of them Clark did not notice the dog that jump on him.
The dog was all white but that was not the thing that surprise Clark it was the fact that the dog was just as strong as he was. The dog just licked Clark's face as if the dog had known him his whole life.
"Krypto" a strange voice called out for the dog. When the dog heard his name, he jumps off of Clark and started to bark.
Lois and Clark turned to see the man about the same height as Clark, with green eyes, short black hair, and had the same muscular frame as Superman. Lois walked up to the young man to get a better look at him.
"Mom" Jason said as he looked back at his mother surprised to see her standing there at a young age from the last time, he saw her.
"You look so young how is that possible" Jason asked still trying to figure out how this is possible
"It is a very long story" Clark told him as he walked up to his son to give him a hug.
The three of them were in the kitchen enjoying some refreshment. Jason was telling what life is like, he was a writer for a tv news station, A farmer in Smallville, and Superman.
"So how did you get here and why are you" Jason asked
"How we got here is still a mystery but why we are here is because we need you help" Clark told his son "There is a threat coming and Thomas…"
"No" Jason said interrupting his father in anger.
"Why, I though Thomas was your friend" Lois says "He needs your help"
"No, I promise myself that I will never work with him again after what happen that day" Jason told his Parents "I'm sorry you are going to need to find someone else to help you"
"You are supposed to be Superman help anyone you can" Clark told his son "You can not turn your back on people when they need you the most"
"I am not like you dad I learn along time ago that the only person you can count one is yourself and no one else" Jason said to them
"What happen to you to make think like this" Lois asked as she put a hand on his shoulder to try and comfort him.
"Emma Sage (Huntress) happen" Jason told them
"Huntress, Thomas never mention her" Clark said "Maybe we can find her"
Of course, Thomas did not tell you about her, she was a part of the team until she died years ago" Jason said them looking away.
"I'm sorry you lose her" Clark told him
"It was more than just losing her" Jason said not looking at them
"You loved her" Lois said hugging him to let him know it is ok
"I was going to marriage her, but when we went to war with Hercules, Thomas abandoned us to fight Hercules by himself" Jason said as he closed his fist in anger "Emma sacrifices herself so the rest of the team could get out alive. I never got to say goodbye" Jason said with tears in his eyes.
Lois and Clark both hugged their son as he cried trying to make him feel better. The stated there for a couple of minutes until they heard Krypto barking all three of them when outside.
"What is happening" Lois asked
"It is metropolis someone is robbing a bank" Jason tells them
"How does the dog know that" Lois asked him
"The dog is from Krypton" Jason says as if it explained everything with that sentence. Lois just shook her head as she watched her Husband and son fly off.
Metropolis
The first national bank of Metropolis was being robbed by Intergang, a group of criminals who used technology from Apokolips to commit crimes. Right now, they were in armor suits with plasma guns.
"Hurry up we do not have that much time before Superman shows up and ruins everything" The leader of the gang said
One of the member of the gang was busy loading the money up that he did not notice Superman was right behind him.
"I do not think that belongs to you" The Young Superman (Jason) said "So let me help you return to the bank" The New Superman says punching the Intergang member.
"It's Superman kill him" The Leader says as his men began to start firing at the hero.
The Young Superman was able to dodge the blasts, but one of the member hit a build and it began to fall down. Piece of the building came crushing down one piece was about to crush a young couple, but just in time Superman (Clark) was able to catch the piece just in time.
"Great, now there are two of them" one of the gang members said sarcastically
"It does not matter take them both out, before they catch us" The leader of the group said. All the members of focus their weapons on the two heroes.
The younger Superman tried to grab all of their weapons but one of the gangs members was able to blast him through a wall. Just then Superman (Clark) grab the gun from him and punch him in the face knocking him out.
As the criminal focus more on the older Superman (Clark) they did notice the younger one coming at them. The two Superman were able to take down the gang before anymore danger could come from them.
"You did a good job" Superman (Clark) told his son putting a hand on his shoulder.
"Thank, we should head back to the farm" Jason told him flying away from the scene.
As they flew back to the farm Clark tried to talk to his son in helping his teammate. "He really needs your help, he may not say it, but he misses you" Clark says.
"I know" Jason says "But after everything that has happen I don't thing can just go back to normal"
"You are right things may not go back to normal, but that does not mean that things can change for the better" Clark says, "Even when me and Bruce fight, I still know he care a lot about me even if he does not show it."
As they land at the farm right in front of Lois, Jason turns to both of them and says "Alright I will help. I can't promise thing will go smoothy but I am willing to patch thing up with Thomas"
