Title: The Future of the league

Summary: The League and their family members are sent to the future where they learn that the future league is danger, and they need their help
Chapter 8
Central City; March 3, 2045
Running late is something that should not be happening to Samantha (or Sam to friends.) She was a highly organized person, always working on a very tight schedule. It was amazing the amount of stuff she was able to do with such little time. It didn't hurt that she was the daughter of the fastest man alive.
Sam was running across the city to get to her job as head scientist at STAR Labs where she spent most of her childhood. However, during her run, she felts a presence in the speed force.
That meant that theirs was another speedster in the city, which was not uncommon there were many people who are connected to the speed force, but this presence felt like familiar as if she knew that person her whole entire life.
Sam felt the presence was nearby as if it was chasing her. Sam started running fast to try to lose the thing that was chasing her. She ran all across the city several time but whatever was chasing her would not nit follow her.
When she looked back and try to get another look at the thing chasing her, however when she did, she misstep and tripped. She was about to slam into wall when someone arms grabbed her and stop her from hitting it.
Sam was surprised that she was smashed into the wall she felt the person who saved her let go. Sam turns around to see who saved her from being a red splash on the wall. She saw a person who was dress in her father old flash costume. It could not be her father she has not seen him since he became part of the speed force after it nearly got destroy by Godspeed.
"Dad is it really you" Sam asked as she put her hand to his to face to make sure that he was real, and it was not an illusion. She felt her father hand squeeze hers.
"It is no dream it is really me, while not just me" Barry says as he turns back to look at his wife. Sam looks in the direction as her father and saw her mother, or a younger version of her mother.
"Mom you look so young, what happen to you" Sam asked as she ran up to hug her mother. Her mother hugged her back.
"The reason we are here is because we are from the past and we need your help" Flash told her. "Your friend Thomas is getting the team back together…"
"I'll do it" Sam said before her father finished his sentence
"You will" Iris asked "just like that, not knowing what you might be facing"
"I got nothing better to do, plus it will give me a chance to see my friends again" Sam said to them "I am also a hero it is my job to help people"
"Well than I guess we should head back to the manor" Barry says
Wayne Manor: Gotham City: March 3, 2045
Thomas was in the study room when he received a call from flash say that they were head back to the manor with Sam. Thomas hang up the phone with a worry look on his face, he was happy the team was coming back together but there was still a chance that may back out wince they see him.
The door to the study opened and Olivia step into the room. Thomas turns to face her a forced smile was on his face but even she could tell something was on his mind.
"Who was that" Olivia asked walking up to him
"It was Barry saying that him and Iris have talked to Sam, and they are on their way back to the manor" Thomas said as put his phone in his pocket and face her.
"Well, that's good it has been a while since I have seen her it will be good to catch up with old friends" she says still with a smile on her face.
"Yeah" he said trying to force a smile, but he could not make one as he looked away from her.
"Is there something that bothering you, you seem more unlike yourself than usually" Olivia asks as she put a hand on his shoulder
'I am just worried that maybe this was a mistake asking them for help, the last time we all saw each other was when the team broke up" Thomas told her turning to look at her.
"I have also been thinking how the other would react working as a team again none of us really left off on a good note" Olivia said looking at the floor "but maybe if you talk to them and explain that you need help, they are will to put aside angry"
"What if they don't, what if they realize this was a mistake and walk away" Thomas says "I have caused a lot of trouble for them I do not think they will forgive me"
"You maybe right that they will not forgive you but the fact they are coming to help must mean something" Olivia says.
"I guess so, they would not come to help if they still hated me" Thomas said looking at her
"They have goodness in the heart just like you" she said moving her face closer to his. Thomas did same think as they closed their eyes and kiss each other.
