Chapter 15: A Narrow Escape

Dean Princeton was standing in his office on the phone with Shea.
"Whoever's behind this attack must be a major threat," The Dean commented. "I don't think even the security guards patrolling the place will stand a chance against this threat."
"Exactly," Shea said from the other end.
"I take it your husband is already putting his contingency into action?" Dean Princeton guessed.
"He sure is," Shea answered. "But we won't stand a chance until Kimmie and her husband get back."
Dean Princeton nodded, "Agreed, you just make sure that Mr. and Mrs. Stoppable are safe. We will definitely need them to stop whoever's behind this attack."
"What about you?" Shea asked.
"Don't worry about me," Dean Princeton spoke. "I am just going to discover who is behind this attack. And don't worry, I have a plan of my own."
Without another word, Dean Princeton hung up.
Just then, three Bebes sped into the Dean's office, before one of them knocked his phone out of his hand and wrapped its extendable arms around him.
"What the-, hey!" Dean Princeton struggled in the blue robot's grip.
"Target: Dean Princeton acquired," The Bebe spoke.
"The queen will be quite pleased," Another Bebe spoke.
"Queen?" Dean Princeton said quietly. He then demanded. "What is the meaning of this attack?"
"The meaning is you are no longer in charge here," The third Bebe answered.
The second Bebe spoke, "Starlight University now belongs to… Queen Giselle."
"Wait, Queen Giselle?" Dean Princeton said in disbelief.
"She means me," A familiar voice came.
Dean Princeton soon noticed Giselle Edward walk into his office with an evil smile on her face.
Dean Princeton scowled, "Giselle Edward."
"Hello, to you too, Dean Princeton," Giselle said. "Or maybe I should say former Dean Princeton."
"What do you mean?" Dean Princeton demanded. "What is the meaning of this invasion?"
"Well, you see," Giselle started speaking. "My little plan is to take all of Starlight University hostage. And to do that, I need you out of the way. I can't very well have the Dean of Starlight University running the school if I want to run it myself."
"How did you get your hands on all of these robots?" The Dean asked sharply.
"Well, I had a little help with that," Giselle admitted. "But that's not very relevant right now. What is relevant, is that now I am in charge of Starlight University. And believe me, you losers will have plenty more to worry about later."
"What are you talking about?" Dean Princeton demanded.
"You'll see soon enough," Giselle said. "But like I said before, I wouldn't want to spoil the surprise."
Giselle turned and let out an evil laugh.
Dean Princeton snarled, "You won't get away with this! Team Possible will stop you!"
"Oh, tsk, tsk, tsk, not if I stop them first," Giselle countered. "And trust me, Kim and her loser posse will soon have much more to worry about than just me."
Dean Princeton started wondering what Giselle meant by that.
Just then, another Bebe sped into the room.
"Queen Giselle," the Bebe spoke.
"Yes, what is it?" Giselle asked.
"Kim Possible and her sidekick are back in Burbank," The Bebe informed. "And they seem to be heading toward the cupcake shop of our former creator, Dr. Drakken."
Giselle smirked, "Hmm, excellent. In that case, let's go greet them, shall we?"
Giselle turned to the other three Bebes.
"Ladies, take the dear usurped Dean outside and place him with the other prisoners," Giselle ordered.
"Yes, Queen Giselle," All three Bebes said in unison before running out of the room with Dean Princeton.
"And you," Giselle said to the fourth Bebe. "We're going to take as many Bebes as we can to that cupcake shop to pay a visit to Kim and Ron. Once they get there, we will surround them so that there will be no hope of escape for those two."
"Yes, Queen Giselle," The Bebe said with a bow.
She took Giselle's hand and sped out of the room. As soon as they were gone, a WEE bug which had been on the ceiling of the office the whole time, flew out of the office after them.
Bonni, the Seniors and Gemini were watching Giselle from WEE Headquarters using bugs that Gemini had placed around Burbank.
"Hmm, amazing," Senior commented. "Giselle took control of Starlight University in just a matter of minutes."
"I am so proud of her!" Bonnie said in excitement.
"And now she's going to try capturing Kim Stoppable and her inferior husband known as the non-factor," Gemini pointed out. "Let us see how she does with that."
"I hope my evil BFF makes Kim suffer," Bonnie said with an evil smile.
"I thought you wanted to make her suffer," Junior pointed out.
"I do," Bonnie said. "But I'll let Giselle have some fun with her for now. Then when we succeed in taking over the world, Kim will be all mine."
"But what if Kim Stoppable and her team stop them?" Junior asked.
"Don't worry, Junior," Bonnie spoke. "Giselle knows that she's only doing this as a distraction so that we can go into hiding. If Kim and her loser posse foil Giselle's plot, Senior will use his failsafe to take control of the original three Bebes and use them to bring Giselle back to us. And by that time, we'll be long gone."
"Ok, if you say so," Junior nodded.
"Besides, I don't think even K and her loser husband will stand a chance against Giselle's army," Bonnie said with an evil smirk.
Kim and Ron were running through the streets of Burbank. And strangely, there were no signs of the Bebes anywhere. Soon they came upon the cupcake shop.
"There's Drew's cupcake shop," Kim pointed across from them.
"Hmm, something's weird," Ron spoke up. "Wade said that the town was overrun with Bebes and yet they're nowhere to be found."
"Yeah, I don't like it either," Kim agreed. "For now, let's just get inside the cupcake shop to meet the others."
"At least the place is still in one piece," Ron pointed out.
"Yeah," Kim said awkwardly. "That's definitely a plus."
But before Kim and Ron could move, three familiar robotic figures sped in front of them. It was the Bebes.
"I am afraid you and the buffoon are not going anywhere Kim Possible," the Bebes said in unison.
"The Bebes!" Ron said in alarm.
"You are correct," A Bebe spoke.
"Come on, Ron," Kim spoke as she got into a fighting stance. "We've taken them before, we can do it again."
"It is not just us you have to worry about," Another Bebe pointed out.
Suddenly, more and more Bebes appeared and formed a circle around Kim and Ron.
"Looks like the Bebes have some new friends," Ron speculated.
"No kidding," Kim said nervously.
"You are surrounded, Kim Possible," one Bebe spoke.
"Now you and all of the inferior town shall soon be at the mercy of… the Queen," another Bebe declared.
Kim's eyes widened, "Queen?"
"What Queen?" Ron wondered aloud.
"They must be talking about Bonnie," Kim speculated.
"So Bon-Bon is behind this," Ron guessed.
Suddenly, the sound of evil laughter was heard.
"Oh, I'm afraid you and your wife are very incorrect, Stoppable," A familiar voice was heard. And it wasn't Bonnie's.
Kim and Ron looked in shock to see Giselle Edward step inside the Bebe circle.
"Giselle?!" Kim and Ron gasped in unison.
"You're behind this?!" Ron said in disbelief.
"That's right, losers," Giselle responded. "Using this new Bebe army that I have created; I have already seized control of Starlight University and soon the entire town of Burbank. And now I will use it to finally put an end to you and your loser husband."
"You already took Starlight University?!" Kim said in disbelief.
"First, you spy on us, then you poison Kim, now you commit a hostile takeover of an entire school?!" Ron said in disbelief.
"Yep," Giselle said, smugly. "I'm proud of my work."
"This is just sick and wrong!" Ron shouted.
"Why are you even doing all of these things?" Kim demanded. "And how did you get your hands on the Bebes in the first place?"
Kim had a good idea of how, but she wanted to hear it from Giselle herself.
Giselle smirked, "I'm glad you asked. You see, I started to get frustrated and infuriated with how you and Ron were always one-upping me. Then one day, I was approached by a certain… group of people who weren't big fans of you either."
"The Seniors!" Kim realized.
"You are correct," Giselle confirmed. "After finally realizing that I have had enough of you guys always making a fool out of me, I decided to take their offer."
The whole time Giselle was talking, no one noticed a small hole open in the floor before a small black bug looking robot popped out of it. It then crawled right behind Giselle's leg to avoid being seen.
"So it is true," Kim said. "For the past few days, you were helping the Seniors, so they could free Bonnie."
"Way to already catch on, Kim," Giselle taunted.
"And I take it, that you decided to turn to full-on villainy yourself?" Kim guessed.
"You guessed right," Giselle responded. "And it so happens that Bonnie and the Seniors were keeping the original Bebes in storage, which they were kind enough to let me borrow. All that needed to be done was stealing the parts needed to make an army, which I did all on my own."
"Well, good for you," Ron groaned.
"Where's Bonnie?" Kim demanded. "Is she involved in this?"
"Not this specifically," Giselle said, bluntly. "Right now, I'm the one running this show; that was the agreement."
"Tell us where Bonnie is or I won't hesitate to do sixteen styles of Kung Fu on you, Giselle!" Kim demanded again.
Giselle just chuckled, "Oh, Kim, you are hardly in a position to make threats."
Kim growled, realizing Giselle had a point.
"It'll take more than a bunch of evil robo-ladies to stop us," Ron countered. "And you're going to pay for poisoning my wife!"
Giselle just laughed, "You should hear yourself right now, Stoppable."
"I wasn't being funny," Ron snarled.
"You can't be serious," Giselle countered.
"Note. Serious. Face!" Ron said with a deep glare as his eyes glowed blue.
Giselle felt slightly uncomfortable at Ron's sudden change, but did her best not to show it.
"Enough talk," Giselle said, before turning to the Bebes. "Bebes, do as your Queen commands and capture these losers now!"
"Yes, Queen Giselle," The Bebes said in unison.
Kim and Ron entered fighting stances. Before the Bebes could make a move, though, suddenly a hole opened up beneath Kim and Ron which they fell through before the hole closed up.
"What?!" Giselle said in complete disbelief. "Where did they go?"
Bonnie and the Seniors and Gemini were very surprised as they saw what happened.
"She almost had them," Senior groaned.
"Grr, it must have been my sister," Gemini groaned. "I should have known she would have a plan to help them escape."
Bonnie growled in anger at the fact that her sworn enemy managed to evade capture.
"Fear not, my love," Junior assured. "I'm sure another opportunity to deal with them will arise."
Bonnie calmed down and sighed, "I hope so, Junior."
Kim and Ron soon found themselves inside a big dark room.
"Where are we?" Ron asked aloud.
"Kim! Ron!" They heard the voice of Zita.
Kim and Ron looked to see Monique, Zita, Felix, Brick, and Sophie coming towards them.
"Guys!" Kim said, happily. She hugged Monique and then Sophie.
"Ron-Man!" Felix said, happily.
"Felix, Zita!" Ron said, happily.
Ron gave fist bumps to both Felix and Zita.
"Stoppable!" Brick said, happily.
"Yo, Brick!" Ron said as he high-fived Brick.
"We're so glad you and Ron are ok," Sophie said, happily.
"Thanks, Sophie," Kim said with a smile. "But how did we get here?"
"And what is this place?" Ron asked.
"It's a long story," Drew answered as he and Shea approached the group.
"Drew and I will tell you everything," Shea added.
Giselle did not see that narrow escape coming at all. Although angry that she had let Kim and Ron Stoppable escape, she calmed down.
"Oh, well," Giselle spoke through gritted teeth. "We'll capture them the very next chance we get." She then turned to one of the Bebes. "For now, we're going to get some of our prisoners from Starlight University and bring them to the warehouse." She then smirked evilly. "I have something planned for them."
