Kim Possible: The Sitch Of College: Year's End
Chapter 16: Formulating A Plan
AN: Sabre had made some changes to this chapter. Special thanks to him.
Kim and Ron were listening to Drew and Shea as they explained what happened.
"So this was your contingency plan?" Kim said in amazement.
"You got it, Kimmie," Shea nodded.
"Anticipating just this kind of situation, we had this underground hideout built deep beneath the cupcake shop just in case," Drew explained.
"And we borrowed the hole-in-the-floor technology from your GJ buddies and used it to bring you here," Shea added.
"Spankin," Kim said in amazement.
"So you anticipated something like this happening?" Ron asked in amazement.
"We were invaded by aliens once," Shea pointed out. "Of course, we'd be prepared if something like that ever happened again."
"Well, yeah, that's true," Ron said in acknowledgement.
"Thanks for saving us," Kim said gratefully. "But how did you get down here with everyone else?"
"I had a remote with me that could activate a GJ hole and teleport us down to the hideout," Drew answered. "I had it hidden in a safe in the back of the store."
"And after that, Dr. D used the GJ tech to bring me and Sophie here," Shea added.
"I'm grateful to Shea for helping me get away from those Bebe robots," Sophie added. "And considering what's happening at Starlight University, we were lucky to have gotten away when we did."
"Why? What's happening at Starlight University?" Kim asked, nervously.
Before anyone could answer, Kim's Kimmunicator started beeping.
"Go, Wade," Kim answered.
"Oh, thank goodness," Wade said in relief. "I take it, you and Ron got into Drew's hideout safely?"
"We sure did," Kim answered. "What's the sitch?"
"Well, I'm sure you've found out already that Giselle is behind this attack," Wade guessed.
"Yep," Kim groaned.
"Sure did," Ron added.
"She had me and Ron cornered, but Drew saved us at the last minute," Kim informed.
"Yeah, good thing too," Wade commented. "Giselle has a whole army of Bebes and she used them to take Starlight University."
"I still can't believe she did that," Kim said in disbelief.
"Unfortunately, she did and also took Dean Princeton hostage," Wade explained.
"Giselle's got Dean Princeton?" Kim said in disbelief.
Wade nodded, "I'm afraid so, Kim. She also took so many people hostage. Including Tara and Hope."
"Tara and Hope have been captured too?" Kim said in disbelief.
"Yep," Wade confirmed.
"You know, I can't decide whether or not this is worse than those scary kiddy meal toys from Junior Prom night," Brick commented.
"Thanks a lot for bringing that up," Drew grumbled.
"Sorry," Brick said nervously.
"I can't believe that Giselle would become a super villain and would actually do something like this," Sophie said angrily.
"Neither can I," Shea commented. "But then, I sort of guessed that kid would be trouble after what she tried to pull at the cupcake shop the other day."
"I knew Giselle was a bully before, but she's gone way off the deep end this time," Sophie commented. "I want to find her and I want to make her pay."
"Believe me, Sophie," Ron spoke up. "No one wants to make that witch, Giselle, pay more than me for hurting my wife."
Shea sighed, "Well, that's going to be pretty difficult considering that kid has an army of super fast robots with her."
"Shea's right," Kim spoke. "If we want to stop Giselle we have to plan this very carefully. Plus, we don't even know where she is."
"Well, the good news is, we've managed to plant a small bug-like tracking device on Giselle," Wade spoke.
"Wait, really?" Kim said in surprise. "How did you do that?"
"It was Dean Princeton's idea," Wade explained. "He asked me to come up with a way to track Giselle's movements and spy on her. While she was talking to you and Ron before she tried to capture you, I planted the bug on Giselle, operating it by remote control. This way, we'll be able to pinpoint her exact location."
"Spankin," Kim said in amazement. "So where is she?"
"She's on the move toward a warehouse near Burbank," Wade announced.
"Perfect," Kim stated. "Now that we know where Giselle is, we need to think of a way to stop her."
"I agree with Kimmie," Shea agreed. "We need to take down that little she-devil once and for all."
"But how are we supposed to do that?" Monique asked. "From what Kim told me, the only way she could fight those things was using a pair of speed shoes that she couldn't get off."
"Don't remind me," Kim groaned. "It took me a week to finally get those things off."
"I'm trying to think of a way to disable the Bebes super speed capabilities," Wade announced. "If we can do that, we'll stand a better fighting chance."
"Keep at it, Wade," Kim spoke. "We're gonna need all the help we can get."
Wade nodded, "I'll let you know what I've come up with. Wade out."
The Kimmunicator screen went black.
"I just hope Wade comes up with something that works," Monique commented.
Kim sighed, "Me too."
Meanwhile, Giselle was standing in the same warehouse where she had her army made. In front of her were slanted tables with several prisoners which Giselle had taken from SU strapped down. They also had suits that looked like the bodies of Bebes and they were unconscious. Giselle was walking down past the row of tables as she did a head count of all the prisoners she wanted.
"Let's see: Christine, Emma, Alexa, Tara, Hope, Jessica, Marcella, Liz and Crystal; looks like the gang's all here," Giselle said. "It's too bad I won't have Sophie or Kim at my mercy just yet, but this will have to do. After I turn you into bebes using these new bebe mind control suits, you will all be serving me."
Giselle soon heard her cell phone ringing.
Seeing it was Bonnie, Giselle answered the phone albeit begrudgingly.
"I don't mean to be rude, Bonnie, but I'm kinda in the middle of something," Giselle had spoken.
"Sorry to interrupt your moment of evil, Giselle," Bonnie said on the other end. " I just wanted to congratulate you. Taking over an entire school and capturing a bunch of hostages all in one day? I knew you were good at villainy, but you're better at villainy than I thought."
"Gee, thanks," Giselle said, sarcastically.
"Except for the fact that you let Kim and Stoppable escape," Bonnie spoke.
"Hey, I wasn't expecting them to just drop through a hole in the floor!" Giselle countered. "Besides, Kim and her loser husband only postponed the inevitable."
"Well, in any case, your distraction is working perfectly," Bonnie continued. "The WEE are making great progress on the construction of Project Generation 4. It should be completed in less than two weeks. Of course, if you were to lend a bit of your army, it could speed up the process immensely."
Giselle smirked, "I suppose I could."
"Great and there's one other favor I wanted to ask you," Bonnie spoke.
"What is it?" Giselle asked curiously.
"I know you're holding every girl from your cheer squad hostage, including my old cheer squad mates," Bonnie informed. "I was wondering if we could borrow two of them, just for a while. Specifically, two from my old cheer squad. Like… Liz and Marcella."
Giselle sighed, "Look, I know you'd love to have your own fun with your ex-friends, but-"
"It won't take long at all," Bonnie countered. "As soon as we're finished with them, we'll give them right back to you. Just have one of your bebes send them to us."
Giselle thought for a moment and then decided, "Alright. I'll order two of my bebes to fulfill your request right away."
"Excellent," Bonnie said triumphantly. "But we'll have to be quick before K tries to rescue them."
"Right," Giselle nodded. "But what exactly do you want to do with them anyway?"
"Let's just say, should Kim and her loser posse manage to defeat you, no matter how slim that possibility may be, I have a bit of… my own contingency plan," Bonnie answered with an evil chuckle.
Giselle had a feeling Bonnie had something totally evil planned for those girls. This piqued her interest.
"Hmm, can't wait to hear about it," Giselle said. "Bye, now."
Giselle shut off her phone. She didn't show it, but she was a little concerned about Ron's sudden change in behavior at the cupcake shop. And the fact that she thought she had seen his eyes glowing blue. She had thoughts about asking Bonnie what that was about, but decided against it. Because Giselle wasn't 100% sure that Bonnie would know anything about that. And even if she did, Giselle didn't want to make it look like she was showing weakness in any way.
Giselle walked over to her hostages.
"Well, it seems my little revenge will have to be postponed, but for now," Giselle looked at Liz and Marcella. "...you two will be going on a little field trip."
Bonnie was talking to Junior and Senior after she had finished talking to Giselle.
"Giselle should be bringing her hostages here any second," Bonnie announced.
"Bonnie, I must say this new plan of yours is diabolical," Senior commented. "Are you sure it will work?"
"Of course, it will," Bonnie said with an evil smirk. "Since K and some of her posse are still on the loose, they'll obviously be making some sort of plan to stop Giselle. And in case my evil BFF fails, this will be the perfect contingency plan. And the perfect way to show my former cheer squad mates who's at the bottom of the food chain."
"If you say so, my love," Junior spoke.
Back at Drew's hideout, Kim heard her Kimmunicator beeping.
"Go, Wade," Kim said.
"Kim good news, I have a way to slow the Bebes down," Wade announced excitedly.
"That's great!" Kim said. "What do we have to do?"
"I've just built a virus that can disable the Bebes running capabilities," Wade explained. "All we have to do is plant a virus into one bebe and it will spread into the rest of them simultaneously."
"So, all we have to do is just get one bebe?" Ron said. "That doesn't sound so hard."
"Um, hate to burst your bubble, Ronster," Shea chimed in. "But I'm sure getting even one speedy robot to stay still long enough for Kimmie to plant that virus won't be as easy either."
"Shea's right," Kim pointed out. "We'll need to be very smart about this."
"Hmm, maybe one of us could distract Giselle while the other implants the virus," Felix spoke up.
"Good idea, Felix," Kim said. "But who's it gonna be?"
"Hmm," Ron started thinking. He gasped. "Wait, I think I have an even better idea."
"Are you sure?" Drew asked sarcastically.
"I might be," Ron shrugged. He turned to Kim. "Anyway, KP, remember the very first time we fought Monkey Fist."
"Yeah," Kim said nervously. She hoped Ron wouldn't mention certain details around Brick and Sophie.
Ron whispered something into Kim's ear to which she went wide-eyed.
"Ron, that could actually work," Kim said excitedly. "You're a genius!"
"What could actually work?" Monique asked in confusion.
"I think Ron just came up with the perfect way to distract Giselle," Kim said excitedly. "Wade, remember the first Monkey Fist sitch?"
"Yeah?" Wade asked.
"I think it's time we revived an old trick," Kim replied.
To Be Continued…
AN: I would also like to thank Sabre for letting me use the same virus idea from his This Is Our Year: College story. Special thanks to him.
